Description

充气展开和可收纳的遮阳遮雨装置 技术领域
本发明涉及遮阳遮雨装置,特别涉及自动充气展开和可收纳的遮阳遮雨装置。
背景技术
室外活动时,雨总是到来的很突然,还有炎热的太阳;因此需要伞具或者帽子遮阳遮雨;传统的伞具比较占空间位置,折叠伞较为轻巧,可是占空间位置依旧有点大,不方便携带;帽子的体积较小,但是不好收纳,携带不方便;现有技术中有充气的各种帽子,但是不能够电动充气,自动开合;而且收纳也比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种充气展开和可收纳的遮阳遮雨装置,能够自动充气展开供使用者使用,在不需要使用时可自动放气收缩。
本发明为达到上述目的所采用的一个技术方案是:一种充气展开和可收纳的遮阳遮雨装置,包括外壳、气囊、控制器、电动鼓风机、电池、操作面板,气囊、控制器、电动鼓风机、电池均设在外壳内,操作面板设在外壳的外表面;外壳的一端设有开口,气囊设置在开口内;气囊通过气阀与电动鼓风机相连;气囊充气展开后呈伞面状或帽子状;
电池电连接于操作面板,操作面板电连接于控制器,控制器分别电连接于电动鼓风机、气阀开关。
进一步地,还包括至少一个齿轮电机,齿轮电机安装在外壳内,齿轮电机电连接控制器;气囊上设有至少一条链条,链条为空心状,链条与齿轮电机卡合连接。
更进一步地,气囊上的链条呈螺旋状分布固定在气囊上。
更进一步地,齿轮电机设有齿轮和弹性轴,链条为空心状,链条的一侧边夹在齿轮和弹性轴之间,对应边粘接在气囊上。
进一步地,电池为干电池、锂电池、储蓄电池中的一种或组合。
进一步地,气囊的充气口设有气压传感器,气压传感器的数据线连接至控制器。
进一步地,控制器设有蓝牙芯片、WIFI芯片、无线通讯芯片中的一种或者组合。
本发明能够充气展开,供使用者使用;在不需要使用时可自动放气收缩;且气囊能够收纳到外壳内,占空间位置较小,携带方便;在需要遮阳遮雨时迅速打开使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1和图2所示,一种充气展开和可收纳的遮阳遮雨装置,包括外壳1、气囊2、控制器3、电动鼓风机4、电池6、操作面板7,气囊2、控制器3、电动鼓风机4、电池6均设在外壳1内,操作面板7设在外壳1的外表面;外 壳1的一端设有开口,气囊2设置在开口内;气囊2通过气阀与电动鼓风机4相连;气囊2充气展开后呈伞面状或帽子状。图1所示,呈帽子状;图2所示,呈伞状。气囊2和外壳1围合成一个气密闭空间,同时鼓风电机4有个反向进气口与这个气密空间连接。收纳的时候,先通过气阀放气至干瘪,然后通过反向鼓风导致该气密空间的气压低于外界而把干瘪的气囊主体挤压进来而达到收纳的效果。本发明能够自动充气展开供使用者使用,在不需要使用时可自动放气收缩。
收纳时,也可以采用另一种方式;如图2、图3、图4所示,还包括至少一个齿轮电机5,齿轮电机5安装在外壳1内,齿轮电机5电连接控制器3;气囊2上设有至少一条链条21,链条21为空心状,链条21的空心结构与齿轮电机5卡合连接;链条21设置在气囊2的表面,当齿轮电机5发动时,气囊2会随着链条21转动,收纳进入外壳1的内部。如图3所示,气囊2上的链条21呈螺旋状分布固定在气囊2上。一实施例中,链条21呈阿基米德螺旋状分布。
如图5所示,齿轮电机5设有齿轮51和弹性轴52,链条21为空心状,链条21的一侧边夹在齿轮51和弹性轴52之间,对应边粘接在气囊2上。该设计可保证齿轮电机5与链条21的卡合,避免出现脱齿或跳齿而影响气囊2的回收。
气囊2的充气口设有气压传感器,气压传感器的数据线连接至控制器3。在充气使用阶段,气压传感器检测的气囊2内气压小于设定气压时,控制器3打开气阀开关8,同时开启电动鼓风机4充气。气囊2内气压回升至设定气压时,控制器3关闭气阀开关8,同时停止电动鼓风机4充气。
如图6所示,电池6电连接于操作面板7,操作面板7电连接于控制器3,控制器3分别电连接于电动鼓风机4、齿轮电机5、气阀开关8。电池6为干电池、锂电池、储蓄电池中的一种或组合。
一实施例中,操作面板7设有开机键,开机键控制电池6的电源开或关;操作面板7还设有展开键、收纳键,展开键发出信号控制器3进行展开操作,控制电动鼓风机4、气阀开关8的开关来完成气囊2的展开;收纳键发出信号 控制器3进行收纳操作,控制电动鼓风机4、齿轮电机5、气阀开关8的开关来完成气囊2的收纳。操作面板7也可以更为细分设置风机键、电机键、开口键,电机键控制控制器3进行齿轮电机5的开或关,风机键控制控制器3进行电动鼓风机4的开或关,开口键控制控制器3进行气阀开关8的开或关。使用者通过按键来控制相应部件的开或关。
控制器3设有蓝牙芯片、WIFI芯片、无线通讯芯片中的一种或者组合,控制器3能够通过上述部件与移动设备交互,操作者能够通过移动设备控制遮阳遮雨装置的自动充气展开和放气收缩。蓝牙芯片、WIFI芯片、无线通讯芯片或者组合均为市售产品。
当使用者需要使用的时候,可通过操作面板7或移动设备,发出指令给控制器3打开气阀开关8,同时开启电动鼓风机4充气,同时打开齿轮电机5,气囊2上的链条21向外运动;在气流和链条21的作用下,链条21顺着齿轮电机5的齿轮51和弹性轴52向外移动,气囊2自动被展开后,控制器3关闭气阀开关8、电动鼓风机4和齿轮电机5。
气囊2被充气之后,外壳在人的头顶上竖起来或使用者当做伞器使用,气囊打开部分能够遮阳或遮雨;减小装置的空间体积,能够与随便放在包里,而便于携带。
当使用者不需要使用的时候,通过操作面板7或移动设备,发出指令给控制器3控制充气口的气阀开关8的打开,气囊2内部的气体就会溢出变得干瘪;再通过控制器3控制齿轮电机5的旋转,带动链条21向外壳1的内部移动;由于链条21被设置在气囊2的表面,所以气囊2也就自然被收纳进入到外壳1的内部。或者,通过控制器3控制电动鼓风机4反向,气囊2和外壳1围合成一个气密闭空间,同时鼓风电机4反向进气口与这个气密空间连接。收纳的时候,气囊2先通过气阀放气至干瘪,然后通过反向鼓风导致该气密空间的气压低于外界而把干瘪的气囊主体挤压进来而达到收纳的效果。
本发明能够自动充气展开,供使用者使用;在不需要使用时可自动放气收缩;且气囊能够收纳到外壳内,占空间位置较小,携带方便;在需要遮阳遮雨时迅速打开使用。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种充气展开和可收纳的遮阳遮雨装置,其特征在于:包括外壳、气囊、控制器、电动鼓风机、电池、操作面板,气囊、控制器、电动鼓风机、电池均设在外壳内,操作面板设在外壳的外表面;外壳的一端设有开口,气囊设置在开口内;气囊通过气阀与电动鼓风机相连;气囊充气展开后呈伞面状或帽子状;
    电池电连接于操作面板,操作面板电连接于控制器,控制器分别电连接于电动鼓风机、气阀开关。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的充气展开和可收纳的遮阳遮雨装置,其特征在于:还包括至少一个齿轮电机,齿轮电机安装在外壳内,齿轮电机电连接控制器;气囊上设有至少一条链条,链条为空心状,链条与齿轮电机卡合连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的充气展开和可收纳的遮阳遮雨装置,其特征在于:气囊上的链条呈螺旋状分布固定在气囊上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的充气展开和可收纳的遮阳遮雨装置,其特征在于:齿轮电机设有齿轮和弹性轴,链条为空心状,链条的一侧边夹在齿轮和弹性轴之间,对应边粘接在气囊上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的充气展开和可收纳的遮阳遮雨装置,其特征在于:电池为干电池、锂电池、储蓄电池中的一种或组合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的充气展开和可收纳的遮阳遮雨装置,其特征在于:气囊的充气口设有气压传感器,气压传感器的数据线连接至控制器。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的充气展开和可收纳的遮阳遮雨装置,其特征在于:控制器设有蓝牙芯片、WIFI芯片、无线通讯芯片中的一种或组合。
