操作开关控制电动气泵6正转启动,将空气填充入气室A内,气室A内的气压持续上升,当气室A内的气压超过大气压后,活塞9受到向上的压力推动内管11向上滑动,此时上伞盘2与内管11同步向上运动,带动伞架收拢完成收伞;操作开关控制电动气泵6反转启动,将空气从气室A内抽出,使气室A内的气压持续下降,当气室A内的气压小于大气压后,活塞9收到向下的拉力拽动内管11向下滑动,此时上伞盘2与内管11同步向下运动,带动伞架打开完成开伞;当完成开伞后,活塞9与管塞8贴合,气室A内的气压接近真空,迫使活塞9与管塞8牢固吸附在一起,进而固定伞架的打开状态;伞架完成打开后,当长伞骨4受到风力等外力时,产生带动上伞盘2与内管11上下滑动的趋势,由于电动气泵6未启动状态下气室A内的气体无法流动形成气弹簧对内管11上下滑动的力进行缓冲,延长产品寿命。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电气开合的遮阳伞,包括上伞盘、下伞盘、长伞骨、短伞骨和中棒,长伞骨与上伞盘相转动铰接,短伞骨的一端与下伞盘相铰接,短伞骨的另一端与长伞骨的中上部相铰接组成伞骨架,其特征在于:所述中棒包括外管和内管,内管可上下滑动地限位穿设在外管内,内管的底部与外管的底部或者下部之间形成有一密闭的气室,上伞盘固定套设在内管外顶部位置,下伞盘套设固定在外管外,在内管内设有可对气室进行充气或抽气进而带动内管上下滑动的电动气泵,上伞盘通过内管的上下滑动可相对外管和下伞盘做上下滑动,进而带动长伞骨与短伞骨完成开合遮阳伞。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述内管的底部设有一活塞,外管的底部或者下部设有一管塞,活塞、管塞与外管的内壁之间形成一个密闭的气室,电动气泵设置在活塞的上端,电动气泵的底部带有一气嘴,气嘴穿过活塞与气室相连通,当伞架打开时,活塞与管塞保持相抵趋势实现对伞架打开状态的固定,同时气室内部形成一个对外力进行缓冲的气动弹簧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述内管的底部是可拆卸的设有一活塞,外管的底部或者下部也是可拆卸的设有一管塞。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述活塞的中部开设有供气嘴穿置的通孔,活塞的侧面径向开设有连接孔,在内管的对应位置开设有螺纹通孔,活塞与内管通过固定螺栓固定,活塞的下端伸出内管外,并在下端的外缘嵌置有第一密封圈与外管的内壁紧密配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述管塞的下部侧面径向开设有连接通孔,在外管的对应位置开设有螺纹孔,管塞与外管通过螺栓固定,管塞的上部外缘嵌置有第二密封圈与外管的内壁紧密配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述内管的顶部、上伞盘的上端设有一可对电动气泵进行供电的电源模块,电源模块包括电池和电路板,电源模块通过接线与在内管内的电动气泵相电性连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述电池采用太阳能充电电池,电源模块配备太阳能板对充电电池进行充电。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述电路板采用无线控制电路,使用无线设备对遮阳伞进行打开和关闭操作,无线设备包括但不限于遥控器、蓝牙手机。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述下伞盘是可拆卸地套设固定在外管外。
