以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~4、6所示,一种电动开合的遮阳伞,包括上伞盘2、下伞盘3、长伞骨4、短伞骨5以及中棒1,下伞盘3可相对中棒1上下滑动,上伞盘2固定在中棒1的顶部,长伞骨4与上伞盘2相转动铰接,短伞骨5的一端与下伞盘3相铰接,短伞骨5的另一端与长伞骨4的上部相铰接组成伞骨架,中棒1的下部位置设有一壳体30,壳体30内设有绳轴8、以及驱动绳轴8转动的电机10和传动机构,绳轴8通过左右一对固定座6可转动地径向穿置在中棒1内,绳轴8上设有伞绳80,伞绳80的一端固定在绳轴8上,另一端向上沿中棒1的内孔穿过上伞盘2、弯折向下与下伞盘3相连接,壳体30内还设有电池40和电路板,壳体1外设有控制按钮,连接成电机的控制回路。
具体结构为:中棒1的下部径向开设有供绳轴8穿置的贯穿孔,固定座6对称设置在中棒1的左右两侧,固定座6的上下两侧开设有连接孔,通过连接件与中棒1固定,其中左固定座61的中部设有供绳轴8的左端穿置的圆孔611,右固定座62的中部设有供绳轴8的右端固定并转动的轴座621,绳轴8的右端穿过中棒1插置在右固定座62的轴座621内,轴座621内设有便于绳轴8转动的轴承;绳轴8的左端穿过中棒1插入左固定座61的圆孔611中与传动机构相连接;传动机构包括传动箱7以及设置在传动 箱7内的行星齿轮组9和大正齿轮12、小正齿轮11,本实施例子中,行星齿轮组9采用三级行星齿轮传动,当然也可以不局限于三级行星齿轮传动。传动箱7包括传动箱座71和传动箱盖72,其中传动箱座71设置在左固定座61的左侧,传动箱座71的一端与左固定座61对合固定,传动箱座71另一端向右凸设有供行星齿轮组9置入的安装筒711,传动箱盖72对合设置在传动箱座71的安装筒711的右开口位置,电机10固定安装在传动箱盖72上,电机轴穿过齿轮箱盖72与行星齿轮组9相连接,行星齿轮组9的另一端通过输出轴13与小正齿轮11相连接,其中行星齿轮组9的数量可根据需要进行增减,以实现调整扭矩适应不同的伞面大小;大正齿轮12与小正齿轮11分别设置在传动箱座71的左侧,大正齿轮12与小正齿轮11啮合,输出轴13设置在传动箱座71上位于安装筒711的左开口的位置,传动箱座71上开设有与左固定座61的中部圆孔611相对应的圆形孔712,从动轴14安装在圆形孔712内,从动轴712的一端与大正齿轮12相连接,另一端穿过传动箱座71通过逆止离合器15与绳轴8的左端传动连接;左固定座61的左侧对应于中部圆孔611的位置成型有一凸环,逆止离合器15设置在凸环内,绳轴8的左端成型为方形的轴端,逆止离合器15的中心位置开设有对应的方形孔,设置逆止离合器15是为了使大正齿轮12可驱动绳轴8旋转而绳轴8无法驱动大正齿轮12旋转,避免绳轴8受伞绳80拉力反转,本实施例子中,逆止离合器15采用了简单的滚柱式离合器,但是其他单向传动离合器也是可以的。从动轴14的左端设有便于手动操作实现开收伞的六角槽141,对应的壳体30的侧部开设有与六角槽相对应的开孔301,这样在电量不足时可通过六角扳手手动驱动绳轴8实现开合伞。
壳体30的右侧设供电池40插入的定位插槽,电池40采用充电电池,电池40可脱卸的插置在壳体30内,在壳体30上还设有USB接口302,能对移动设备进行充电;控制按钮为二个,分别是开伞按钮17和收伞按钮18,收伞和开伞可以由控制按钮进行控制,也可采用遥控器控制;壳体30上设有与电路板电性连接的感应器16,收伞时,当伞架收拢到底端、感应器16检测到长伞骨4时,电路板即停止供电,实现收伞后自动停转;开伞时,伞架在完全打开后电机10所受伞绳80阻力加大,电机10内电流加大,电路板在检测到此电流后自动停止供电,实现开伞后自动停转。
具体操作是这样的:
开伞时,按下开伞按钮17,电机10通电传动带动行星齿轮组9转动,行星齿轮组9带动输出轴13转动,输出轴13带动小正齿轮11转动,小正齿轮11带动大正齿轮12转动,大正齿轮12带动从动轴14转动,从动轴14带动逆止离合器15转动,逆止离合器15带动绳轴8转动,绳轴8转动时绞入伞绳80,伞绳80拉动下伞盘3向上移动,当下伞盘3移动到顶端后,伞绳80绷紧,电机10无法转动,此时电机10内电流持续加大,当电机10内电流加大至预设值时自动断电实现开伞;
当开伞后,下伞盘3受风力、重力等影响会有向下移动的趋势迫使伞绳80带动绳 轴8逆向转动,此时绳轴8触发逆止离合器15迫使绳轴8无法转动,从而实现固定下伞盘3
收伞时,按下收伞按钮18,电机10反向转动驱动下伞盘3向下移动,长伞骨4收拢接近壳体30,当长伞骨4接近感应器16时,电路板即停止供电,电机10自动断电停止转动,完成收伞;
电量不足时可使用六角扳手通过从动轴14末端的六角槽141手动操作实现开收伞;使用者可使用壳体30底部的USB接口302为移动设备供电,当电量不足时可将电池40取出进行充电。
实施例2
如图5所示,一种电动开合的遮阳伞,包括上伞盘2、下伞盘3、长伞骨4、短伞骨5、中棒1,在中棒上安装有绳轴8、左固定座61、右固定座62、传动机构、电机等部件,与实施例1的不同之处在于:中棒1上加装有自动弯向机构20,自动弯向机构20的结构与原理与专利号:US8272391B2/LZ201020556192.1/Nr.202010011240.0一致,在这里不再具体说明,伞绳80从自动弯向机构20穿过后与下伞盘3连接,当绳轴8转动带动下伞盘3向上移动到顶部后,绳轴8继续转动,驱动自动弯向机构20发生折弯。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动开合的遮阳伞,包括上伞盘、下伞盘、长伞骨、短伞骨以及中棒,下伞盘可相对中棒上下滑动,上伞盘固定在中棒的顶部,长伞骨与上伞盘相转动铰接,短伞骨的一端与下伞盘相铰接,短伞骨的另一端与长伞骨的上部相铰接组成伞骨架,其特征在于:所述中棒的下部设有一壳体,壳体内设有绳轴以及驱动绳轴转动的电机和传动机构,绳轴通过固定座可转动地径向穿置在中棒内,绳轴上设有伞绳,伞绳的一端固定在绳轴上,另一端向上沿中棒的内孔穿过上伞盘、弯折向下与下伞盘相连接,壳体内还设有电池和电路板,壳体外设有控制按钮,连接成电机的控制回路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述中棒的下部径向开设有供绳轴穿置的贯穿孔,一对固定座对称设置在中棒的左右两侧,固定座的上下两侧开设有连接孔,通过连接件与中棒固定,其中左固定座的中部设有供绳轴的左端穿置的圆孔,右固定座的中部设有供绳轴的右端固定并转动的轴座,绳轴的右端穿过中棒插置在右固定座的轴座内,绳轴的左端穿过中棒插入左固定座的圆孔中与传动机构相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括传动箱以及设置在传动箱内的行星齿轮组和大正齿轮、小正齿轮,传动箱包括传动箱座和传动箱盖,其中传动箱座设置在左固定座的左侧,传动箱座的一端与左固定座对合固定,传动箱座另一端向右凸设有供行星齿轮组置入的安装筒,传动箱盖对合设置在传动箱座的安装筒的右开口位置,电机固定安装在传动箱盖上,电机轴穿过齿轮箱盖与行星齿轮组相连接,行星齿轮组的另一端通过输出轴与小正齿轮相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述大正齿轮与小正齿轮分别设置在传动箱座的左侧,大正齿轮与小正齿轮啮合,输出轴设置在传动箱座上位于安装筒的左开口的位置,传动箱座上开设有与左固定座的中部圆孔相对应的圆形孔,从动轴安装在圆形孔内,从动轴的一端与大正齿轮相连接,另一端穿过传动箱座通过逆止离合器与绳轴的左端传动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述左固定座的左侧对应于中部圆孔的位置成型有一凸环,逆止离合器设置在凸环内,绳轴的左端成型为方形的轴端,逆止离合器的中心位置开设有对应的方形孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述从动轴的左端设有便于手动操作实现开收伞的六角槽,对应的壳体的侧部开设有与六角槽相对应的开孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一权利要求所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述壳体的右侧设供电池插入的定位插槽,电池为充电电池,电池可脱卸的插置在壳体内,在壳体上还设有USB接口。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6任一权利要求所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述控制按钮为二个,分别是开伞按钮和收伞按钮,收伞和开伞可以由控制按钮进行控制,也可采用 遥控器控制。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6任一权利要求所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述壳体上设有与电路板电性连接的感应器,收伞时,当伞架收拢到底端、感应器检测到伞骨时,电路板即停止供电,实现收伞后自动停转;开伞时,伞架在完全打开后电机所受伞绳阻力加大,电机内电流加大,电路板在检测到此电流后自动停止供电,实现开伞后自动停转。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6任一权利要求所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述中棒上加装有自动弯向机构,伞绳从自动弯向穿过后与下伞盘连接,当绳轴转动带动下伞盘向上移动到顶部后,绳轴继续转动,驱动自动弯向机构发生折弯。
