参考图1,本发明第一实施例提供的滚轮20包括轮辋组件41和轮胎组件,轮胎组件包括支撑环31和安装到支撑环外周的轮胎21,支撑环31与轮辋组件41通过卡扣结构实现可拆卸连接。
参考图2、图3和图8、图9,卡扣结构包括设置在支撑环31内侧的若干弹性收容件33、以及设置在轮辋组件41的若干卡位件47;弹性收容件33与卡位件47实现可拆卸连接。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种滚轮,包括轮辋组件(41)和轮胎组件,其特征在于,所述轮胎组件包括支撑环(31)和安装到所述支撑环外周的轮胎(21),所述支撑环(31)与所述轮辋组件(41)通过卡扣结构实现可拆卸连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的滚轮,其特征在于,所述卡扣结构包括设置在所述支撑环(31)内侧的若干弹性收容件(33),以及设置在所述轮辋组件(41)的若干卡位件(47);所述弹性收容件(33)与所述卡位件(47)实现可拆卸连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的滚轮,其特征在于,所述弹性收容件(33)凸出于所述支撑环(31)的内侧,所述弹性收容件(33)的两端分别具有凸起的第一限位块(35)和第二限位块(37);所述卡位件(47)被所述第一限位块(35)和第二限位块(37)限位。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的滚轮,其特征在于,所述卡位件(47)还设有卡槽(48)用于收容所述弹性收容件(33);所述卡槽(48)的侧壁对所述弹性收容件(33)的限位、以及所述第一限位块(35)和第二限位块(37)对所述卡位件(47)的限位,防止所述支撑环(31)、轮辋组件(41)发生周向的、轴向的相对运动。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的滚轮,其特征在于,所述弹性收容件(33)的具有第一限位块(35)的一端为自由端。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的滚轮,其特征在于,所述支撑环(31)的外周表面具有凸出的加强箍(38),所述加强箍(38)镶嵌到所述轮胎(21)内设置的相应的接纳槽(28)内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的滚轮,其特征在于,所述支撑环(31)、加强箍(38)由不同材料制成,所述支撑环(31)的外周表面具有用于安装所述加强箍(38)的槽(39)。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的滚轮,其特征在于,所述轮辋组件(41)包括轮毂(43)、从所述轮毂(43)向外伸出的若干辐条(45)、设置到每个辐条(45)外端的所述卡位件(47)。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的滚轮,其特征在于,每个辐条(45)由片板构成,所述片板所在的平面基本上与所述轮毂(43)的中心轴线平行。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的滚轮,其特征在于,所述卡位件(47)沿着滚轮的周向延伸,所述卡位件(47)两个周向外端分别凸出于对应辐条(45)。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的滚轮,其特征在于,所述轮毂(43)的内侧具有凸起的分隔件(44)用于将两个轴承(51)分隔到轴向两端。
  12. 如权利要求2所述的滚轮,其特征在于,所述滚轮还包括拆卸工具(55),所述拆卸工具(55)具有与弹性收容件(33)数目相同的压片(59),所述压片(59)用于挤压所述弹性收容件(33),以解除所述弹性收容件(33)与所述卡位件(47)的连接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的滚轮,其特征在于,所述拆卸工具(55)可拆卸地安装到所述轮辋组件(41);所述轮辋组件(41)包括轮毂(43)、从所述轮毂(43)向外伸出的若干辐条(45)、设置到每个辐条(45)外端的所述卡位件(47)。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的滚轮,其特征在于,所述辐条(45)为镂空结构,所述拆卸工具(55)具有若干拨片(58)插入到所述镂空。
