Description

技术领域 本发明涉及一种自行车用发电装置, 尤指一种通过骑乘者在骑乘的过 程中所的振动而产生电力的发电装置, 其进一步提供给自行车上需要运用 到电力的相关电子产品所需的电力。
- n - U- 仅 随着自行车所带来的正面效应上, 许多人也逐渐投入到这健康的生活 运动上, 然而在这健康的运动下必须具备有健全的准备, 像是用来提供骑 乘上安全的车灯、 剎车灯, 或是用来检测骑乘者心律、 呼吸的感测装置等, 除此之外还有更多相关周边产品提供骑乘者使用, 这些用品的装设更能提 供骑乘者在运动上具有良好的保护, 避免危险状况的发生。 因此在自行车 周边产品的相关业者在相关产品的研发不遗余力。 而纵观这些相关周边用品, 大部分均需要利用到电力的驱动才可以运 作, 然而市面上常见的周边商品在电力的提供上均是以各式各样的电池予 以驱动, 但是随着环保意识的抬头, 电池这类的用品因内含有汞、 镍等重 金属, 容易在电池丟弃后影响到环境的污染, 进而影响到动植物、 人类的 生活, 因此电池这类的产品逐渐被淘汰。 又时代的进步逐渐解决了以往电 池所带来后蓄的严重问题, 现在相关业者将电力储存的想法观念应用于自 行车的周边相关产品上, 通过电子传输的相关用品例如: USB 与巿电连接 将电力储存于自行车周边相关产品内, 从而提供用者在骑乘时的应用, 倥 一般的蓄电容量有限, 当骑乘者忘记将其充电的话, 内部就无法提供电力 予以使用, 且骑乘者出们在外运动时具有插头的巿电并不好找, 导致该相 关产品无法使用, 进而增加骑乘者的危险性。
除此之外, 当骑乘者在骑乘的过程中, 假若用来照明的照明灯或是用 来警示后方来者的后剎车灯内并无存放的电力时, 很容易发生骑乘者无法 清楚辨识路况而发生摔落、 碰撞等危险, 或者无法让后方的人员清楚辨识 骑乘者所在的位置, 以及有效知晓骑乘者是否准备要进行剎车、 左转或右 转等相关信息, 如此则会造成后方人员的追撞, 不仅危害到他人也造成自 身的危险性提高。 所以, 不论是上述电力来源的提供造成骑乘者的任何不 便外, 在骑乘的安全问题上也是需要极力改善的。 故, 相关业者必须再进 一步的思考, 该如何提供给骑乘者有适当的电量应用于相关产品所使用。
有鉴于此, 本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种自行车用发电装置, 可使骑乘者能通过骑乘时所具有的搌动动力转换成自行车周边产品所需要 的电力, 避免在自行车上装设电池。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种自行车用发电装置, 其装设于自行车坐垫或车架并提供电力供给, 其包括一压电发电片、 一内建的蓄电单元及一电力输出汇流部, 该压电发 电片及蓄电单元分别与电力输出汇流部电性连接, 且该压电发电片感应自 行车坐垫或车架在骑乘时所产生的上下振动而自发电力, 又该蓄电单元与 压电发电片以无线或有线方式电力传输, 并将电力蓄存于蓄电单元内, 另 外该电力输出汇流部对外供给电力使用。
作为优选方案, 该自行车用发电装置装设于自行车坐垫底面、 或装设 于坐垫底面的管架或装设于自行车的立管且靠近坐垫的一端。
作为优选方案, 该自行车用发电装置对应坐垫底面的管架的一侧进一 步设有一接合部, 而另设有至少一定位件组设于接合部, 又该自行车用发 电装置以该至少一定位件的装设以固定于坐垫底面的管架。
作为优选方案, 该至少一定位件的两端分别装设有一组装件, 该定位 件组设于接合部后, 该定位件的两端以组装件相互结合装设于坐垫底面的 管架。 作为优选方案, 该组装件为魔鬼粘。
作为优选方案, 该组装件为吸磁件。
本发明达到的技术效果如下: 本发明可使骑乘者能通过骑乘时所具有 的振动动力转换成自行车周边产品所需要的电力, 可改善早期电力的供给 是通过电池的装设才可运作, 但电池却造成环境上的污染以及骑乘时的负 重, 而通过 USB的方式则会因存电不足、 忘记充电等而造成自行车周边产

为了清楚说明本发明所能达成上述的目的及功效, 现搭配图示就本发 明的实施例加以详细说明其特征与功效。 请参阅图 1 至图 4所示, 本发明 提供一种自行车用发电装置 1,其装设于自行车 2坐垫 21并提供电力供给, 其包括有一呈片状体的压电发电片 3 ,—内建的蓄电单元 4及一电力输出汇 流部 5, 该压电发电片 3及蓄电单元 4分别与电力输出汇流部 5电性连接, 旦该压电发电片 3感应自行车 2坐垫 21在骑乘时所产生的上下振动而自发 电力, 又该蓄电单元 4与压电发电片 3 以无线或有线方式电力传输, 并将 电力蓄存于蓄电单元 4内,另外该自行车用发电装置 1以电力输出汇流部 5 对外供给电力使用; 其中, 该自行车用发电装置 1 的压电发电片 3通过骑 乘者在骑乘过程中, 坐垫 21所产生的上下振动而产生电力, 并将此电力经 由电力输出汇流部 5输出供给至自行车 2上的周边装置所使用。
一般骑乘者在骑乘自行车 2 的时后, 会因身体的重心压力以及路面的 崎岖不平影响, 使得骑乘的过程中会产生上下振动的动力, 因此本发明通 过此动力来转换成电能给予自行车 2 上所需要电力供应的相关装置使用, 因此通过压电发电片 3的设置, 而该压电发电片 3经由压电效应的所产生 电力, 所谓压电效应 (英语: Piezoelectricity )是电介质材料中一种机械能 与电能互换的现象。 而一般的压电效应具有两种: 为正压电效应及逆压电 效应, 通过外界不同的助力, 像是声波、 震动等所产生的波动带动压电发 电片 3产生振动, 又该压电发电片 3的振动会因材质的设置而产生电力, 进而将电力传输给予自行车 2上相关周边装置所使用; 另外, 在压电发电 片 3的设计上本发明采用了陶瓷式的压电发电片 3,陶瓷的压电性质最早是 在钛酸钡上发现的, 但是由于纯的钛酸钡陶瓷烧结难度较大, 且居里点 ( 120 左右)、 室温附近(5 °C左右) 有相变发生, 即使改变其掺杂特性, 其压电性仍然不高, 故陶瓷式的压电发电片 3 则是迄今为止使用最多的种 类。
又本发明将自行车用发电装置装设于自行车 2的坐垫 21底面的管架为 主要实施例说明, 但本发明可装设于自行车 2 坐垫 21底面或者是自行车 2 的立管上, 且靠近坐垫的一端, 请参阅图 7、 图 8所示, 因此在自行车用发 电装置 1的外周镧, 且于对应坐垫 21底面的管件一侧进一步设有一接合部 11 , 另设有至少一定位件 6穿设于接合部 11, 且在该定位件 6的两端不同 侧面上进一步各设有一组装件 61, 使用者在装设自行车用发电装置 1于坐 垫 21时, 仅需通过该定位件 6的设置穿设或套设于坐垫 21底面的管件上, 再利用两端的组装件 61相互结合扣固, 如此即可完成自行车用发电装置 1 的组装; 另外在该定位件 6的组装件 61的设计上, 该定位件 6两端的组装 件 61 以公、 母扣的方式相互结合, 或者是利用组装件 61为魔鬼粘的设置 相互黏合组装, 又或是利用组装件 61为吸磁件的方式, 使自行车用发电装 置 1通过磁吸力而与坐垫 21相互组接, 然而上述的列举的组装方式并非限 制本发明该定位件 6两端的组装件 61的结合, 仅以说明公、 母扣、 魔鬼籍 或吸磁件提供较佳的使用形态, 通过接合部 11与定位件 6的组合, 使自行 车用发电装置 1能够稳固的装设于坐垫 21下方, 并确实受到骑乘时的振动 所带动产生电力。
在众多的自行车 2 专用的相关周边商品里, 需要用到电力的商品有许 多, 像是用来照明前方以提供使用者辨别陆面情况的照明 、 用来提供警 示专用的刹车灯 7 (如图 5所示)、 用来检测骑乘者的心跳速度、 卡路里等 身体数据的心律检测器, 甚至可用来提供手机充填电力之用, 通过自行车 用发电装置 1的装设, 只要骑乘者有在骑乘自行车 2, 利用上下振动所产生 的作用力而连动压电发电片 3—同振动, 该压电发电片 3 因振动而通过材 质性质产生电力, 再通过电力输出汇流部 5 的设置将电力传输至自行车 2 上所需要电力的相关装置, 再请参阅图 6所示, 自行车 2在骑乘的过程中 以两车轮为支撑地面的两支点, 而自行车 2的立管以至于坐垫 21部位则为 提供骑乘者乘坐的第三支点, 三支点为自行车 2在骑乘时的基本分配点, 提供骑乘者骑乘上的平衡, 因此在车轮于骑乘时所受到地面 ffl凸不平所产 生的震动力, 此震动力会集中至骑乘者所乘坐的坐垫 2i、 立管部位, 如此 一来自行车用发电装置 1装设于坐垫 2】底面、 坐垫 21下方的管架或者是 装设于自行车 2 的立管均可以有效提供适度的震动力给予自行车用发电装 置 1 , 并产生一定的电力给予相关自行车 2产品所驱动使用。
本发明通过压电发电片 3的设置提供自行车 2上相关装置的电力, 大 幅增加了骑乘者的方便性, 并减少以往电池的装设所带来环境污染的问题, 以及通过充填电力的方式容易忘记电力是否充足够用等缺失, 另外骑乘者 只需通过骑乘的动作并产生上下振动即可让压电发电片 3 产生电力使用, 一来可达到原本强健体魄的目的, 又可减轻骑乘上的重量负担, 更可不用 担心内部无存放电力的问题, 且本发明的自行车用发电装置 1与坐垫 21之 间的组装通过接合部 11与定位件 6的组配,提供使用者在组装上更为方便、 快速、 简易上手等优点, 与公知技术相比之下更具有实质上的进步性, 更 符合社会大众的使用。
