参阅图4,第一连接部21b均包括位于柔性电路板1一侧 或两侧 的缺口和位于柔性电路板1另一侧 或位于两 所述第二缺口之间的条形连接件21b1。且缺口在柔性电路板1所在的平面内均呈长方形,相邻的缺口的开口方向朝向相反 或相同 。可以理解地,此处的缺口的形状还可为其他多边形的形状或不规则的形状等。
参阅图5,第一连接部21c均包括位于柔性电路板1两侧的缺口和两缺口之间的圆片状连接件21c1。且圆片状连接件21c1的两连接端21c3均呈带状、扁平状或柱状。另外,圆片状连接件21c1上均设置有固定孔21c2。
可以理解的地,此处的连接件的形状还可采用其他常见的形状,例如,方形片状连接件或多边形片状连接件等。
进一步地,该固定孔21c2设置在圆片状连接件21c1的中心位置,便于加工和使用。使用该固定孔21c2可以有效地、省力地对弯折后的LED灯带进行固定。
另外,第一连接部为呈螺旋状的连接带。可以理解地,此处的呈螺旋状的连接带的形状如同座机电话话筒那段的连接线的形状,呈螺旋状的连接带的形状特征决定了其具有较高的柔韧性与延展性,使得LED灯带能进行大角度的弯曲扭转。并且,呈螺旋状的连接带弯曲扭转时不会使得LED灯带的弯曲部出现大的耸角,即不会出现阻挡光源发出的光的情况,在增强了LED灯带的扭弯性能的同时,还使得LED灯带发出的光更加的均匀。上述第一连接部21a、21b、21c的 结构 均能使得LED灯带在 同一 水平面内 的扭弯性能增强 ,但第一连接部21a、21b、21c的 结构 不局限于上述的 结构 ,只要是能实现LED灯带在同一水平面内的扭弯性能得到增强的第一连接部21a、21b、21c的结构均在本发明的保护范围内。
另外,第一连接装置除了采用第一连接部21a、21b、21c 的结构 外,还可以采用金手指连接器,该金手指连接器上设置有插槽,该金手指连接器的两端的柔性电路板1插入该插槽内。金手指连接器自身可以进行弯折和旋转,则LED灯带的扭弯性能得到了增强。
在一些实施例中,至少两个贴片式LED灯22分别设置于至少两个安装部上。该贴片式LED灯22作为LED灯带的光源。
可以理解地,至少两个贴片式LED灯22发出的光的颜色和颜色的组合可根据LED灯带的使用环境而定。该贴片式LED灯22的合理的布置和选择可进一步提升了LED灯带的装饰作用。
进一步地,构成LED灯带单元2的贴片式LED灯22的数量是可选择的,本发明的一些实施例中采用的是将三个贴片式LED灯22串联后再与一限流电阻23串联。
在一些实施例中,该限流电阻23也安装在该安装部上,用于保护LED灯带单元2不受损坏。
可以理解地,限流电阻23可以串联在电路中,也可以不串联在电路中,需根据具体的产品规格来决定是否设置该限流电阻23。
在一些实施例中,LED灯带包括多个LED灯带单元2以及以及将该多个LED灯带单元2串联在一起的多个第二连接装置3。
在一些实施例中,该第二连接装置3也形成该柔性电路板1上, 即该 柔性电路板1包括多个第二连接带,多个第二连接带形成多个第二连接装置3。
可以理解地,当第二连接装置3采用第二连接带的结构时,该第二连接带的宽度可以小于或等于该柔性电路板1的宽度。优选地,本发明中的LED灯带的第二连接带的宽度与柔性电路板1的宽度保持一致,便于加工和生产。
进一步地,因LED灯带可裁剪成任意的长度,裁剪时需要有一个裁剪的标识,则该第二连接装置3上均设置有剪刀标识。
可以理解地,当第二连接装置3采用第二连接带的结构时, 第二连接带上均设置有剪刀标识。 该剪刀标识便于安装操作人员进行准确裁剪,减少失误,提高工作效率。
进一步地 ,裁剪的标识还可以采用常见的便于理解的图案,例如,虚线等。
更进一步地,因将LED灯带裁剪后还需接入外接电源通电后发光使用,则该第二连接装置3上均设置有用于接入外接电源线5的焊盘。可以理解地,当第二连接装置3采用第二连接带的结构时, 焊盘设置在第二连接带上。
在一些实施例中 ,为了防止通电后出现漏电或短路的现象,该第二连接装置3的外部均包覆有绝缘件4。
可以理解地,当第二连接装置3采用第二连接带的结构时, 该第二连接带的外部均包覆有绝缘件4。 该绝缘件4可采用常见的绝缘部件,例如,绝缘套、热缩套管等。
本发明的一些实施例中,该绝缘件4优选地采用热缩套管。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种 LED 灯带,其特征在于,
    包括至少一个 LED 灯带单元( 2 );
    所述至少一个 LED 灯带单元( 2 )包括至少两个安装部、至少一个第一连接装置以及至少两个贴片式 LED 灯( 22 ),所述至少一个第一连接装置将所述至少两个安装部可在同一个平面上相对转动地连接在一起,所述至少两个贴片式 LED 灯( 22 )分别设置于所述至少两个安装部上。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的 LED 灯带,其特征在于,所述 LED 灯带还包括带状的柔性电路板( 1 );
    所述柔性电路板( 1 )包括至少两段安装带( 24 )和至少一段第一连接部( 21a 、 21b 、 21c );
    所述至少两段安装带( 24 )形成所述至少两个安装部,所述至少一段第一连接部( 21a 、 21b 、 21c )形成所述至少一个第一连接装置。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的 LED 灯带,其特征在于,所述第一连接部( 21a )均包括位于所述柔性电路板( 1 )两侧的第一缺口和两所述第一缺口之间的 U 形连接件( 21a1 );
    相邻的所述 U 形连接件( 21a1 )的开口方向朝向相反。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的 LED 灯带,其特征在于,所述第一连接部( 21b )均包括位于所述柔性电路板( 1 )一侧或两侧的第二缺口和位于所述柔性电路板( 1 )另一侧或位于两所述第二缺口之间的条形连接件( 21b1 );
    所述第二缺口在所述柔性电路板( 1 )所在的平面内均呈长方形,相邻的所述第二缺口的开口方向朝向相反或相同。
  5. 根据权利要求 2 所述的 LED 灯带,其特征在于,所述第一连接部( 21c )均包括位于所述柔性电路板( 1 )两侧的第三缺口和两所述第三缺口之间的圆片状连接件( 21c1 );
    所述圆片状连接件( 21c1 )的两连接端( 21c3 )均呈带状、扁平状或柱状;
    所述圆片状连接件( 21c1 )上均设置有固定孔( 21c2 )。
  6. 根据权利要求 2 所述的 LED 灯带,其特征在于,所述第一连接部为呈螺旋状的连接带。
  7. 根据权利要求 1-6 任一项所述的 LED 灯带,其特征在于,所述 LED 灯带单元( 2 )还包括安装在所述安装部上的限流电阻( 23 ),所述至少两个贴片式 LED 灯( 22 )串联后再与所述限流电阻( 23 )串联。
  8. 根据权利要求 1-6 任一项所述的 LED 灯带,其特征在于,所述 LED 灯带包括多个 LED 灯带单元( 2 )以及将该多个 LED 灯带单元( 2 )串联在一起的多个第二连接装置( 3 );
    所述柔性电路板( 1 )包括多个第二连接带,所述多个第二连接带形成所述多个第二连接装置( 3 );
    所述第二连接装置( 3 )上均设置有用于接入外接电源线( 5 )的焊盘;所述第二连接装置( 3 )上均设置有剪刀标识。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的 LED 灯带,其特征在于,所述第二连接装置( 3 )上均包覆有绝缘件( 4 );所述绝缘件( 4 )为热缩套管。
  10. 根据权利要求 2 所述的 LED 灯带,其特征在于,所述 LED 灯带还包括设置在所述柔性电路板( 1 )上的导线、包覆在所述柔性电路板( 1 )外部的透明外壳和设置在所述柔性电路板( 1 )背面的背胶( 6 );
    所述透明外壳为 PVC 材料制成的软质透明外壳;
    所述导线沿所述柔性电路板( 1 )的长度方向布置;所述导线至少为 1 根;所述导线呈圆柱状或片状。
  11. 根据权利要求 1 所述的 LED 灯带,其特征在于,所述第一连接装置为可弯折旋转的连接器。
