Abstract

A dialysis fluid transfer device according to the present invention comprises: a flow control device capable of controlling the flow of dialysis fluid; a supply pump for supplying dialysis fluid to a dialysis filter; a recovery pump for discharging dialysis fluid that has passed through the dialysis filter; a volume chamber capable of temporarily storing dialysis fluid; and a pressure relief bypass conduit for ensuring that the pressure of dialysis fluid does not deviate from a permissible level. Also, a hemodialysis device according to the present invention may comprise: the dialysis fluid transfer device; a blood tube through which blood flows; and a one-way valve installed on the blood tube. The hemodialysis device according to the present invention uses the dialysis fluid transfer device having the flow control device, a cylinder, and a piston, so as to quickly change the pressure of dialysis fluid at the dialysis filter in order to improve material transfer and dialysis efficiency. In addition, by transferring blood without using a blood pump, a mobile hemodialysis device can be provided which can be made smaller and lighter overall.
