Abstract
Description
そこで、上記の課題を解決するものとして、特許文献1(特開昭62-32970号公報)、特許文献2(特開2002-089717号公報 米国特許7111848号公報)など、ガスケットの表面をコア部材料より摩擦係数の低い材料であるフッ素系樹脂で被覆することにより、潤滑剤を不要としたプレフィルドシリンジが提案されている。
シリンジの外筒内を液密に摺動可能なシリンジ用ガスケットであって、
前記ガスケットは、弾性体からなるコア部と、前記コア部の少なくとも前記シリンジと接触する部分に設けられた被覆層とを備え、前記被覆層形成部位は、前記コア部の外面が露出せず、前記被覆層により外面層が形成されており、さらに、前記被覆層は、シリコーン系樹脂組成物からなる弾性固化物層であり、かつ前記被覆層は、前記ガスケットの軸方向断面の透過型電子顕微鏡による拡大画像において、島状固化部と、前記島状固化部間に位置し、前記島状固化部を連結する海状固化部を持ち、かつ、実質的にピンホールを持たないものであり、さらに、前記島状固化部は、反応性シリコーンの凝集物を主構成物とするものであるシリンジ用ガスケット。
外筒と、該外筒内に摺動可能に収納された上記のガスケットと、前記ガスケットに取り付けられた、あるいは取り付け可能なプランジャーとを有することを特徴とするシリンジ。
本発明のガスケット1は、シリンジの外筒内に摺動可能に接触するガスケットである。ガスケット1は、弾性体からなるコア部2と、コア部2の少なくともシリンジと接触する部分に設けられた被覆層3とを備える。そして、被覆層形成部位は、コア部2の外面が露出せず、被覆層3により外面層が形成されている。被覆層3は、シリコーン系樹脂組成物からなる弾性固化物層である。かつ被覆層3は、ガスケット1の軸方向断面の透過型電子顕微鏡による拡大画像において、島状固化部と、島状固化部間に位置し、島状固化部を連結する海状固化部を持ち、かつ、実質的にピンホールを持たないものとなっている。そして、島状固化部は、反応性シリコーンの凝集物を主構成物とするものである。
この実施例のガスケット1は、シリンジ用ガスケット1であり、シリンジ用外筒11の内部に液密かつ摺動可能に収納されるものである。また、ガスケット1は、外筒11と接触する部分に設けられた被覆層3を備えており、かつ、被覆層3は、後述するミクロ構造を備えている。
ガスケット1は、コア部2と、少なくともコア部2の外面であって外筒内面と接触する部分に設けられた被覆層3とを備えている。なお、コア部2の外面全体に被覆層3を設けてもよい。
コア部2の構成材料としては、弾性材料であることが好ましい。弾性材料としては、特に限定されないが、例えば、天然ゴム、イソプレンゴム、ブチルゴム、クロロプレンゴム、ニトリル-ブタジエンゴム、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム、シリコーンゴム等の各種ゴム材料(特に、加硫処理したもの)や、スチレン系エラストマー、水添スチレン系エラストマー、及びこれらスチレン系エラストマーにポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリブテン、α-オレフィン共重合体等のポリオレフィンや、流動パラフィン、プロセスオイル等のオイルやタルク、キャスト、マイカなどの粉体無機物を混合したものが挙げられる。さらに、ポリ塩化ビニル系エラストマー、オレフィン系エラストマー、ポリエステル系エラストマー、ポリアミド系エラストマー、ポリウレタン系エラストマーや、それら混合物等が構成材料として使用できる。構成材料としては、特に、弾性特性を有し、γ線滅菌、電子線滅菌、高圧蒸気滅菌が可能などの観点からジエン系ゴム、スチレン系エラストマーが好ましい。
また、この実施例のガスケット1における被覆層3は、図7の透過型電子顕微鏡による拡大画像写真に示すように、ガスケットの軸方向直交断面の透過型電子顕微鏡による拡大面像においても、島状固化部と、島状固化部間に位置し、島状固化部を連結する海状固化部を持ち、かつ、実質的にピンホールを持たないものとなっている。
つまり、被覆層3は、島状固化部と、島状固化部間に位置し、島状固化部を連結する海状固化部により形成された立体構造を有するものとなっている。
そして、島状固化部と海状固化部は、物性が異なっていることが好ましい。具体的には、島状固化部は、海状固化部より高弾性であることが好ましく、さらに、海状固化部は、島状固化部より高強度であることが好ましい。また、逆に、海状固化部が島状固化部より高弾性であり、島状固化部が海状固化部より、高強度のものであってもよい。上述のように、島状固化部と海状固化部とを物性が異なるものとすることにより、被覆層3内における破断、いわゆる層内剥離を生じる可能性が低いものとなる。
そして、被覆層3の海状固化部は、シランカップリング剤由来の固化物を含有していることが好ましい。このようなものであれば、島状固化部と確実に結合し、強度の高い被覆層3を形成する。そして、被覆層3に用いるシリコーン系樹脂は、熱硬化性型シリコーン系樹脂であることが好ましい。
反応性シリコーンとしては、末端シラノール基を有するポリジメチルシロキサンであることが好ましい。特に、反応性シリコーンは、両末端にシラノール基を有するものであることが好ましい。そして、反応性シリコーンとして、上述した末端シラノール基を有するポリシロキサン系シリコーンを用いた場合、この反応性シリコーンの縮合物は、主鎖の全体にシロキサン結合を有するものとなる。
より好ましくは、被覆層3を形成する樹脂組成物は、アルキルアルコキシシランまたはフェニルアルコキシシランを第2のシリコーン系化合物として含有し、さらに、アミノアルキルアルコキシシランを第3のシリコーン系化合物として含有し、グリシドキシアルキルアルコキシシランを第4のシリコーン系化合物として含有していることが好ましい。
さらには、第2のシリコーン系化合物として、メチルトリ(グリシジルオキシ)シラン、トリメチルクロロシラン、ジメチルクロロシラン、メチルトリクロロシラン、テトラエトキシシラン、ヘプタデカフルオロデシルトリメトキシシラン、トリデカフルオロオクチルトリメトキシシラン、テトラプロポキシランなども使用できる。
さらに、第2のシリコーン系化合物として、グリシドキシアルキルアルコキシシランを用いてもよい。グリシドキシアルキルアルコキシシランとしては、3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-グリシドキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン、3-グリシドキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシラン、3-グリシドキシプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、2-(3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリメトキシシランなどが好適である。
さらに、第2のシリコーン化合物としては、3-ウレイドプロピルトリエトキシシラン、ジアリルジメチルシラン、n-オクチルジメチルクロロシラン、テトラエトキシシラン、トリフルオロプロピルトリメトキシシランのシラン系化合物などを用いてもよい。
さらに、水性シリコーン系樹脂としては、架橋重合体であるコア部とそれを被覆する非架橋重合体であるシェル部とを有し、シェルの表面近傍にポリシロキサンを有するポリシロキサン複合水性エマルジョンが好適に使用できる。
触媒としては、酸、アルカリ、アミン、金属の有機塩、チタネート、ボレートが用いられるが、オクチル酸亜鉛、オクチル酸鉄、またはコバルト、スズ、鉛などの有機酸塩類が好ましい。
特に、スズの有機酸塩としては、ビス(2-エチルヘキサノエート)スズ、ビス(ネオデカノエート)スズ、ジ-n-ブチルビス(2-エチルヘキシルマレート)スズ、ジ-n-ブチルビス(2,4-ペンタンジオネート)スズ、ジ-n-ブチルブトキシクロロスズ、ジ-n-ブチルジアセトキシスズ、ジ-n-ブチルジラウリル酸スズ、ジメチルジネオデカノエートスズ、ジメチルヒドロキシ(オレエート)スズ、ジオクチルジラウリル酸スズなどが使用できる。
界面活性剤としては、陰イオン(アニオン)界面活性剤であることが好ましい。陰イオン(アニオン)界面活性剤としては、どのようなものでもよいが、脂肪族モノカルボン酸塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルカルボン酸塩、N-アシルサルコシン酸塩、N-アシルグルタミン酸塩、ジアルキルスルホコハク酸塩、アルカンスルホン酸塩、アルファオレフィンスルホン酸塩、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、分子鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、ナフタレンスルホン酸塩-ホルムアルデヒド縮合物、アルキルナフタレンスルホン酸塩、N-メチル-N-アシルタウリン、アルキル硫酸塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩、油脂硫酸エステル塩、アルキルリン酸塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルフェニルエーテル硫酸塩などが使用できる。
具体的には、シリンジ10は、図5に示すように、先端部に注射針取付部15が設けられ後端部にフランジ16が対向して設けられたシリンジ用外筒11と、シリンジ用外筒11の内面12を液密かつ気密に摺動可能なシリンジ用ガスケット1と、シリンジ用ガスケット1に取り付けられもしくは取り付け可能なプランジャー17と、シリンジ用外筒11の注射針取付部15を封止する封止部材18と、封止部材18と外筒内面12とシリンジ用ガスケット1との間に形成された薬剤26を収納する薬剤収納部19からなる。なお、注射針取付部15には、封止部材18ではなく、注射針が取り付けられていてもよい。
シリンジ用外筒11は、先端部に注射針取付部15が設けられ、後端部にフランジ16が設けられた円筒状部材である。シリンジ用外筒11は、透明もしくは半透明材料により形成されている。好ましくは、酸素透過性、水蒸気透過性の少ない材料により形成されている。また、形成材料としては、110℃以上のガラス転移点、または融点を有する材料であることが好ましい。
外筒11の形成材料としては、汎用される各種硬質プラスチック材料、例えば、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリ(4-メチルペンテン-1)、環状ポリオレフィン等のポリオレフィン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、非晶性ポリアレート等のポリエステル、ポリスチレン、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリ塩化ビニル、アクリル樹脂、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン共重合体、非晶性ポリエーテルイミドなどが好ましく、特に、ポリプロピレン、ポリ(4-メチルペンテン-1)、環状ポリオレフィン、ポリエチレンナフタレート、及び非晶性ポリエーテルイミドが透明性、熱滅菌耐性の点で好ましい。これらの樹脂はバレルに限らず、薬剤を収納可能な容器に共通して使用可能なものである。さらに、ガラスを形成材料として用いてもよい。
そして、プランジャー17および封止部材18の構成材料としては、ポリ塩化ビニル、高密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、アクリル樹脂等の硬質もしくは半硬質樹脂を用いることが好ましい。

ブチルゴムを用いて、図1および図2に示す形状のシリンジ用ガスケットのコア部を作製した。コア部の形成は、ブチルゴムに添加剤を配合した加硫性ゴム組成物をプレス成形することにより行った。得られたコア部の形状は、長さ20mm、先端側及び後端側環状リブ部分での外径23.7mm、先端側環状リブ中央と後端側環状リブ中央間の長さ10mm、先端側環状リブと後端側環状リブ間の同一外径部分での外径21.5mm、内側に雌ねじ部を有するプランジャー取付用凹部の長さ(深さ)8mm、プランジャー取付用凹部の先端側での内径14.5mm、及び後端側での内径15mmであった。
次に、精製水66重量部に、シリコーン系樹脂29重量部、ジオクチルジラウリル酸スズ1重量部を添加して、被覆液を調製した。なお、シリコーン系樹脂は以下のものを、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムを用いて混合した。
2)主成分がメチルトリメトキシシランである製品名Z-6366(東レ・ダウコーニング株式会社製)0.1重量部
3)主成分が3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシランである製品名Z-6011(東レ・ダウコーニング株式会社製)とマレイン酸無水物との反応生成物のエタノール溶液1重量部(反応生成物の含率50%)
4)主成分が3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランである製品名Z-6040(東レ・ダウコーニング株式会社製)0.5重量部
精製水66重量部に、実施例1と同じシリコーン系樹脂29重量部、ジオクチルジラウリル酸スズ1重量部を添加して、主剤を調製した。
主剤8重量部に対して、精製水5重量部を添加して、混合することにより、被覆液を調製した。そして、室温、常圧環境下において、上述のように作製したガスケットコア部材を、90℃、30分間加熱処理した後、その中心軸を中心として回転(300rpm)させるとともに、ガスケットの回転する側面側より、上記組成の被覆液をスプレー塗布した後、150℃、30分間乾燥させることによって、本発明のガスケットを作製した。その後、作製したガスケット上の余分な被覆液を洗うために、80℃以上の精製水で、洗浄を実施した。なお、コア部材の表面に形成された被覆層3の平均厚さは、約5μmであった。このガスケットを実施例2とした。
精製水66重量部に、シリコーン系樹脂29重量部、ジオクチルジラウリル酸スズ1重量部を添加して、被覆液を調製した。なお、シリコーン系樹脂は以下のものを、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムを用いて混合した。
1)主成分が両末端シラノールポリジメチルシロキサンである製品名DMS-S14(GELEST社製)25重量部
2)主成分がメチルトリメトキシシランである製品名SIP6560.0(GELEST社製)0.1重量部
3)主成分が3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシランである製品名SIA0610.0(GELEST社製)とマレイン酸無水物との反応生成物のエタノール溶液1重量部(反応生成物の含率50%)
4)主成分が3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランである製品名SIG5840.1(商品名、GELEST社製)0.5重量部
精製水66重量部に、シリコーン系樹脂29重量部、ジオクチルジラウリル酸スズ1重量部を添加して、被覆液を調製した。なお、シリコーン系樹脂は以下のものを、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムを用いて混合した。
1)主成分がシラノール基を有するポリアルキルフェニルシロキサンである製品名YR3204(モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ・ジャパン合同会社製)25重量部
2)主成分がフェニルトリエトキシシランである製品名TSL8178(モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ・ジャパン合同会社製)0.1重量部
3)主成分が3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシランである製品名TSL8331(モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ・ジャパン合同会社製)とマレイン酸無水物との反応生成物のエタノール溶液1重量部(反応生成物の含率50%)
4)主成分が3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランである製品名TSL8350(モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ・ジャパン合同会社製)0.5重量部
次に、精製水66重量部に、シリコーン系樹脂29重量部、ジオクチルジラウリル酸スズ1重量部を添加して、被覆液を調製した。なお、シリコーン系樹脂は以下のものを、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムを用いて混合した。
1)主成分が両末端シラノールポリジメチルシロキサンである製品名1501Fluid(東レ・ダウコーニング株式会社製)25重量部
2)両末端メチルのポリジメチルシロキサンである製品名360メディカルフルイド12500(東レ・ダウコーニング株式会社製)4重量部
そして、室温、常圧環境下において、上述のように作製したガスケットコア部材を、90℃、30分間加熱処理した後、その中心軸を中心として回転(300rpm)させるとともに、ガスケットの回転する側面側より、上記組成の被覆液をスプレー塗布した後、150℃、30分間乾燥させることによって、ガスケットを作製した。その後、作製したガスケット上の余分な被覆液を洗うために、80℃以上の精製水で、洗浄を実施した。なお、コア部材の表面に形成された被覆層3の平均厚さは、約6μmであった。このガスケットを比較例1とした。
両末端メチルのポリジメチルシロキサンである製品名360メディカルフルイド12500(東レ・ダウコーニング株式会社製)をそのまま被覆液として使用し、室温、常圧環境下において、上述のように作製したガスケットコア部材を、90℃、30分間加熱処理した後、上記組成の被覆液を添着させ、150℃、30分間乾燥させることによって被覆液の均質化を図り、ガスケットを作製した。なお、コア部材の表面に形成された被覆層3はオイル状であり、その平均厚さは、約1μmであった。このガスケットを比較例2とした。
実施例1ないし4で調製した被覆液及び比較例1および2で調製した被覆液各々を、90℃、30分間加熱処理した30mm×50mm、厚み2mmのEPDMゴムシートに、刷毛塗りし、150℃、30分間乾燥させた。その後、室温で24時間静置した。このゴムシートの表面にステンレス球(直径10mm)を置き、ステンレス球を3mm/秒で20mmの距離を水平に移動させたときの応力を表面性測定機(TYPE:22、新東科学株式会社製)を用いて測定し、動摩擦係数(μd)を求めた。結果を表1に示した。
実施例1のガスケットを切断し、凍結超薄切切片法にて調製した被覆層3の断面を透過型電子顕微鏡(H-7100型、日立製作所株式会社製、加速電圧100kV)を用いて拡大画像を撮影した。ガスケット軸方向断面における被覆層3画像は、図6に示す通りであり、ガスケット軸方向直交断面における被覆層3画像は、図7に示す通りであった。
そして、比較例1のガスケット軸方向断面における被覆層3画像は、図11に示す通りであった。比較例2のガスケット軸方向断面にて、弾性固化物層である被覆層3に相当する部分を観察したところ、島状固化部は観察されなかった。
また、実施例1ないし4及び比較例1の被覆層3画像より、島状固化部の1つの大きさ(直径)、画像処理(二値化処理)より算出した面積占有率は、下記表2の通りであった。
シリンジ用外筒の形成材料として、ポリプロピレン(日本ポリケム株式会社製)を用いて、射出成形により、図5に示す形状のシリンジ用外筒を作製した。シリンジ用外筒の円筒部分の内径は、23.5mm、長さは、95mmであった。また、プランジャーの形成材料として、ポリプロピレン(日本ポリケム株式会社製)を用いて、射出成形により、図5に示す形状のプランジャーを作製した。
そして、上記のシリンジ用外筒、実施例1ないし4、比較例1および2の各ガスケット、上記のプランジャーを組み立て、シリンジを作製した。
表3に示すように、実施例1ないし4、比較例1および2の各ガスケットを用いたシリンジは、初期摺動抵抗値及び最大摺動抵抗値ともに、同様なものであった。また、初期摺動抵抗値と最大摺動抵抗値との差が少なく、プランジャーを押し始めた際に薬液が設定量以上に飛び出すおそれがほとんどなく、薬液の吐出を安全かつ正確に行うことができる。初期摺動抵抗値と最大摺動抵抗値共に10N以下の良好な結果が得られた。
実験2:摺動抵抗測定試験の後、シリンジ用外筒、実施例1ないし4、比較例1のガスケットの外観観察を行い、層剥離物の有無を確認した。

(1) シリンジの外筒内を液密に摺動可能なシリンジ用ガスケットであって、 前記ガスケットは、弾性体からなるコア部と、前記コア部の少なくとも前記シリンジと接触する部分に設けられた被覆層とを備え、前記被覆層形成部位は、前記コア部の外面が露出せず、前記被覆層により外面層が形成されており、さらに、前記被覆層は、シリコーン系樹脂組成物からなる弾性固化物層であり、かつ前記被覆層は、前記ガスケットの軸方向断面の透過型電子顕微鏡による拡大画像において、島状固化部と、前記島状固化部間に位置し、前記島状固化部を連結する海状固化部を持ち、かつ、実質的にピンホールを持たないものであり、さらに、前記島状固化部は、反応性シリコーンの凝集物を主構成物とするものであるシリンジ用ガスケット。
(2) 前記被覆層は、前記ガスケットの軸方向直交断面および前記ガスケットの軸方向断面の透過型電子顕微鏡による拡大面像において、前記島状固化部と、前記島状固化部間に位置し、前記島状固化部を連結する海状固化部を持ち、かつ、実質的にピンホールを持たないものである上記(1)に記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
(3) 前記被覆層は、厚さが3~30μmである上記(1)または(2)に記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
(4) 前記島状固化部は、略円形であり直径が、0.05~0.8μmである上記(1)ないし(3)のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
(5) 前記各島状固化部の面積は、0.002~0.5μm2である上記(1)ないし(3)のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
(6) 前記断面における前記島状固化部の面積占有率は、80~95%である上記(1)ないし(5)のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
(7) 前記被覆層は、乾燥に起因する圧縮固化物である上記(1)ないし(6)のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
(8) 前記島状固化部と前記海状固化部は、物性が異なっている上記(1)ないし(7)のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
(9) 前記島状固化部は、前記海状固化部より高弾性である上記(1)ないし(8)のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
(10) 前記海状固化部は、シランカップリング剤由来の固化物を含有している上記(1)ないし(9)のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
(11) 前記シリコーン系樹脂は、熱硬化性型シリコーン系樹脂である上記(1)ないし(10)のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
(12) 前記シリンジ用ガスケットは、プラスチック製外筒を用いるシリンジ用のガスケットである上記(1)ないし(11)のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
(13) 外筒と、該外筒内に摺動可能に収納された上記(1)ないし(11)のいずれかに記載のガスケットと、前記ガスケットに取り付けられた、あるいは取り付け可能なプランジャーとを有することを特徴とするシリンジ。
(14) 前記シリンジは、薬液が充填されたものである上記(13)に記載のシリンジ。
(15) 前記外筒は、プラスチック製外筒である上記(13)または(14)に記載のシリンジ。
Claims (15)
- シリンジの外筒内を液密に摺動可能なシリンジ用ガスケットであって、
前記ガスケットは、弾性体からなるコア部と、前記コア部の少なくとも前記シリンジと接触する部分に設けられた被覆層とを備え、前記被覆層形成部位は、前記コア部の外面が露出せず、前記被覆層により外面層が形成されており、さらに、前記被覆層は、シリコーン系樹脂組成物からなる弾性固化物層であり、かつ前記被覆層は、前記ガスケットの軸方向断面の透過型電子顕微鏡による拡大画像において、島状固化部と、前記島状固化部間に位置し、前記島状固化部を連結する海状固化部を持ち、かつ、実質的にピンホールを持たないものであり、さらに、前記島状固化部は、反応性シリコーンの凝集物を主構成物とするものであることを特徴とするシリンジ用ガスケット。 - 前記被覆層は、前記ガスケットの軸方向直交断面および前記ガスケットの軸方向断面の透過型電子顕微鏡による拡大面像において、前記島状固化部と、前記島状固化部間に位置し、前記島状固化部を連結する海状固化部を持ち、かつ、実質的にピンホールを持たないものである請求項1に記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
- 前記被覆層は、厚さが3~30μmである請求項1または2に記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
- 前記島状固化部は、略円形であり直径が、0.05~0.8μmである請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
- 前記各島状固化部の面積は、0.002~0.5μm2である請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
- 前記断面における前記島状固化部の面積占有率は、80~95%である請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
- 前記被覆層は、乾燥に起因する圧縮固化物である請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
- 前記島状固化部と前記海状固化部は、物性が異なっている請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
- 前記島状固化部は、前記海状固化部より高弾性である請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
- 前記海状固化部は、シランカップリング剤由来の固化物を含有している請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
- 前記シリコーン系樹脂は、熱硬化性型シリコーン系樹脂である請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
- 前記シリンジ用ガスケットは、プラスチック製外筒を用いるシリンジ用のガスケットである請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載のシリンジ用ガスケット。
- 外筒と、該外筒内に摺動可能に収納された請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載のガスケットと、前記ガスケットに取り付けられた、あるいは取り付け可能なプランジャーとを有することを特徴とするシリンジ。
- 前記シリンジは、薬液が充填されたものである請求項13に記載のシリンジ。
- 前記外筒は、プラスチック製外筒である請求項13または14に記載のシリンジ。
