Here, the DC power is converted into AC power having a predetermined voltage and a predetermined frequency (for example, AC 202V, 50 Hz).
- the inverter 30 supplies AC power to the system power supply 50 via a distribution board (not shown).
- the timing controller C1 gives timing signals to the converter controllers C21 to C26 and the inverter controller C30 every predetermined time period set in advance.
- the converter controllers C21 to C26 and the inverter controller C30 that have obtained this timing signal have different periods within a predetermined time period so that a plurality of the corresponding converters 21 to 26 and the inverter 30 do not start driving simultaneously.
- the corresponding converters 21 to 26 and the inverter 30 are pulse-driven.
- the converter controllers C21 to C26, the inverter controller C30, and the timing controller C1 are connected by a communication line L2. As will be described later, the timing controller C1 adjusts the timing of starting pulse driving for each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 and the inverter controller C30.
- the timing controller C1, the inverter controller C30, and the converter controllers C21 to C26 are configured with a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a memory for storing a control program, a timer, and the like, but are not limited thereto.
- a CPU Central Processing Unit
- a memory for storing a control program, a timer, and the like but are not limited thereto.
- timing controller C1 does not need to be provided separately from the inverter controller C30 and the converter controllers C21 to C26.
- the inverter controller C30 and the converter controllers C21 to C26 may have the function of the timing controller C1.
- Timing controller C1 transmits a timing signal to inverter controller C30.
- the inverter controller C30 starts pulse driving of the inverter 30 at a predetermined timing according to the timing signal.
- the timing controller C1 transmits a timing signal to each of the converter controllers C21 to C26.
- Each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 starts pulse driving of each of the converters 21 to 26 at different predetermined timings corresponding to the timing signal.
- the timing controller C1 transmits a timing signal to the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 at a predetermined cycle T. For this reason, the timing controller C1 has a memory for holding data relating to the period T.
- the period T a time (for example, several microseconds) comparable to the reciprocal time of the switching frequency of the converter is used.
- a long time for example, 1 second
- the timing controller C1 includes a counter that recognizes the number of converters connected to a single inverter. The number of converters is counted by receiving a signal including an ID number from the converter controller of each converter. Based on the preset period T and the number of converters, the total number (n) of the inverter 30 and each of the converters 21 to 26 can be calculated to determine the time [T / n].
- FIG. 4 shows the pulse drive start timing (trigger signal) of the inverter 30 and each of the converters 21-26.
- the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 output a drive pulse signal to the inverter 30 and each of the converters 21 to 26 at a timing corresponding to the trigger signal shown in FIG. 4, and starts pulse driving.
- the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 start pulse driving after a predetermined time (standby time) has elapsed since the timing signal was received.
- the pulse driving start timing is dispersed by starting the pulse driving at timings with different waiting times. For this reason, the inverter controller C30 and the converter controllers C21 to C26 hold data relating to the standby time.
- the inverter controller C30 and the converter controllers C21 to C26 adjust the pulse drive start timing in a predetermined order (drive start order). For this reason, a different value is set as the standby time for each of the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26.
- the standby time is set according to the total number (n) of inverters 30 and converters 21 to 26 included in the power conversion system U1 and the cycle T.
- the information regarding the total number (n) and the cycle T is included in the control command, and the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 receive the total number (n) and time [T / n from the control command. ] Is obtained.
- the total number (n) is seven. Therefore, “(i / 7) T” is set as the standby time in the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26.
- “i” is the driving start order, and different values “0 to 6” are used for the inverter 30 and the converters 21 to 26, respectively.
- the drive start order of the inverter controller C30 is set to be earlier than the drive start order of the converter controllers C21 to C26. That is, the order “i” set in the inverter controller C30 is “0 (zero)”. Further, the inverter controller C30 is driven until just before completion of the period T.
- the inverter controller C30 may be driven continuously after the drive is started once.
- each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 stops until the period T is completed.
- the timing controller C1 executes standby processing (step S011). Specifically, the timing controller C1 measures the elapsed time from the time when the timing signal was most recently transmitted. And it waits until the time (period time) when elapsed time becomes the period T.
- the timing controller C1 executes timing signal transmission processing (step S012). Specifically, the timing controller C1 transmits a timing signal to the inverter controller C30 and the converter controllers C21 to C26.
- step S021 the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 execute timing signal reception processing (step S021). Specifically, the inverter controller C30 and the converter controllers C21 to C26 receive the timing signal transmitted by the timing controller C1 via the communication line L2.
- step S022 the inverter controller C30 and the converter controllers C21 to C26 execute standby processing up to their own order. Specifically, the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 measure an elapsed time after receiving the timing signal. Then, the inverter controller C30 and the converter controllers C21 to C26 stand by until the stored standby time [(i / 7) T] elapses.
- the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 execute a pulse driving start process (step S023). Specifically, when the inverter controller C30 or each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 determines that the standby time has elapsed, it outputs a drive pulse signal to start pulse driving of the inverter 30 or each of the converters 21 to 26, Adjust the timing (phase adjustment) at the start of pulse driving.
- the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 are set with standby times shifted by time [T / n]. Then, the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 execute standby processing (step S022) and pulse drive start processing (step S023) up to its own order. Thereby, by distributing the timing of starting pulse driving in the inverter 30 and each of the converters 21 to 26, it is possible to suppress power fluctuation of the DC bus L1, disperse switching noise, and stabilize the bus voltage. Furthermore, the pulse drive start timing is uniformly distributed and controlled by the timing signal in accordance with the number of inverters and converters connected to the DC bus L1. Thereby, the noise superimposed on the DC bus L1 can be evenly distributed.
- the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 hold data relating to the standby time for determining the timing for executing the respective pulse drive start processing. Thereby, in the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26, it is possible to distribute the pulse drive start timing based on the timing signal.
- the inverter controller C30 and each of the converter controllers C21 to C26 hold data relating to unit time [T / n]. Keep it.
- “7” is used as the total number n.
- the timing controller C1 performs the drive start order determination process (step S031). Specifically, the timing controller C1 randomly determines the execution order (drive start order) of the pulse drive start process in each of the converters 21 to 26.
- the timing controller C1 includes a random number generation unit, assigns random values to the converter controllers C21 to C26, and determines the drive start order in descending order of the random values.
- the drive start order of the inverter controller C30 is the first.
- the timing controller C1 executes standby processing up to the cycle time in the same manner as in step S011 (step S032).
