Description

Floor finishing equipment
The present invention relates to a floor finishing apparatus used for final finishing work of a concrete floor surface and a mortar floor surface after placement in a building construction site or a construction site of various concrete structures.
When constructing a floor of a building using concrete or mortar, the following operations are conventionally performed. First, the “floor leveling” operation is performed to level the ready-mixed concrete placed at the construction site. After that, it is allowed to stand for several hours and flattened by uniformly pressing the concrete floor using a floor leveling machine called “trowell”. Finally, a skilled worker performs a final finishing by hand using a finishing rod (square rod).
。 The floor leveling machine used in the floor construction work is typically one having a power-type rotary rod that rotates in a propeller shape in contact with the concrete floor surface (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). .)
By using the floor leveling machine described above, it is possible to increase the efficiency of the work of flattening the concrete floor, but the concrete floor after pressing with the floor leveler Since the rotation traces of the rotary rod remain in a striped pattern, it is impossible to complete the final floor finishing process using only a floor leveling machine. For this reason, the final finishing process is manually performed by skilled workers using finishing rivets. Therefore, not only a great amount of labor and time is required until the final finishing process is completed, but an excessive physical burden is imposed on the operator.
In order to solve such problems, there has been proposed a floor finishing apparatus that can eliminate the manual finishing process of a skilled worker and reduce the physical burden on the worker (for example, Patent Documents). See 3-6.) These floor surface finishing apparatuses are provided with a rotating rod that is rotated in a propeller shape by a prime mover, and a flat finishing rod that is used to finish the surface leveled by the rotating rod into a flat surface.
The floor surface finishing apparatus described in Patent Documents 3 to 6 slides on the concrete floor surface after the striped rotation marks remaining on the concrete floor surface after the leveling work by the propeller-type rotary rod. It is designed to be erased with a flat finish. In practice, however, fine irregularities and striped traces that are easily recognized by human eyes often remain on the concrete floor surface after passing through these floor finishing devices.
For example, in the case of the floor finishing apparatus described in Patent Documents 3 and 4, since it has a structure that presses the concrete floor surface by applying an urging force by an elastic material such as a spring to both left and right ends of the finishing rod, In many cases, the pressing force concentrates on the left and right ends of the fence, and striped traces remain on the concrete floor after the passage of both ends. In addition, since both the left and right ends of the finishing rod are constrained, the followability to the uneven state of the concrete floor surface before finishing is poor, and it is impossible to perform a finishing operation in accordance with the condition of the concrete floor surface.
In addition, the floor finishing device described in Patent Document 5 is such that when an operator holds a bicycle brake lever-like lever provided on the handle with a hand, the metal plate of the heel body comes into contact with the concrete floor and finishes the work. It has a structure to do. For this reason, during finishing work by the heel body, the worker must keep holding the lever without taking a break, which is a heavy physical burden. In addition, when the force for gripping the lever changes, the inclination angle of the main body and the pressing force against the concrete floor immediately change, so it is almost impossible to obtain a uniform finished surface.
Furthermore, since the movement of the finishing rod is constrained by the wire connected to the lever, the followability to the uneven state of the concrete floor surface before finishing is poor, and the concrete is similar to the floor finishing device described in Patent Documents 3 and 4. Finishing work that matches the condition of the floor cannot be performed.
In particular, the floor finishing apparatus described in Patent Document 5 is a method in which the operator controls the traveling direction by tilting the main body having a rotating rod by operating the handle. Then, since the pressing force of the finishing rod against the finished surface changes each time, the finished surface is uneven.
Further, in the floor finishing apparatus described in Patent Document 6, since the finishing saddle is restrained by the trowel via the pivot arm, the movement of the trowel is easily transmitted to the finishing saddle, and the concrete floor surface unevenness before finishing The followability to the state is also bad. For this reason, the final finishing work according to the situation of the floor concrete floor cannot be completed only by the floor finishing apparatus described in Patent Document 6.
As described above, even when the floor finishing apparatus described in Patent Documents 3 to 6 is used, unevenness and striped traces remain on the concrete floor surface. It was virtually impossible to complete the process from leveling to final finishing. That is, even if the floor finishing apparatus described in Patent Documents 3 to 6 is used, the final finishing process by the manual work of skilled workers cannot be eliminated.
Therefore, the inventor of the present application developed a floor finishing device that can finish the concrete floor without relying on the manual work of skilled workers as a result of research on the floor finishing device for many years. For example, it is disclosed in Patent Document 7 and the like. By using the floor finishing apparatus described in Patent Document 7, it is possible to form a concrete floor surface excellent in flatness and aesthetics in a relatively short time, thereby reducing labor of workers and reducing skilled workers. Can be planned.
In addition, the inventor of the present application discloses a floor surface finishing device 60 in which an operator can get on and perform a floor surface finishing operation in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 10, the floor finishing apparatus 60 includes a floor leveling machine 165 in which rotary rods 63 that are rotated in a propeller shape by a prime mover (not shown) are arranged at two left and right sides, and two elevators. A finishing rod 68 is provided on the back side of the leveling machine 165 via the arm 65. A boarding section S is provided above the leveling machine 165 for an operator who has boarded the leveling machine 165 to sit down.
Two elevating arms 65 are pivotally supported on a horizontal support shaft 64 disposed on the back side of the leveling machine 165, and are vertically supported on a central portion on the back side of the leveling machine 165. A central portion of a horizontal support shaft 64 is attached to the shaft 62. The horizontal support shaft 64 can rotate around the vertical support shaft 62. A pulley 67 is disposed at the center portion of the finishing rod 68 attached to the distal end side of the lifting arm 65, and a pulley 69 is disposed at the upper end portion of the vertical support shaft 62. The finishing rod 68 can be moved up and down by rotating about the horizontal support shaft 64 and can be rotated about the vertical support shaft 62.
Further, in order to rotate and lift the finishing rod 68 around the horizontal support shaft 64, the distal end side of the wire 66 wound on the electric winding machine 61 on the proximal end side is hooked on the pulley 67 via the pulley 69. Passed and fixed to the vertical support shaft 62 in a U-turned state by the pulley 67. An operator (not shown) sits on the riding section S, holds the two operation handles H with his / her left and right hands, and tilts back and forth and right and left, thereby moving the floor finishing device 60 together with the flattening machine 165. The entire forward / backward movement, left / right movement and direction change can be performed.
As shown in FIG. 10, when the operator horizontally moves the floor finishing device 60 in the direction of the arrow P along the floor surface to be finished while operating the operation handle H, the rotating rod that rotates in a propeller shape. At 63, the floor surface to be finished is pressure-equalized, and then the final finishing can be performed by a finishing rod 68 that slides on the floor surface to be finished.
Since the floor surface finishing device 60 includes the floor surface leveling machine 165 in which the rotary rods 63 are arranged at two places on the left and right sides, the width direction W of the floor surface leveling machine 165 (direction orthogonal to the arrow P direction). A finishing rod 68 having a large size can be attached. Therefore, if the floor finishing device 60 equipped with the finishing rod 68 having a large size in the width direction W is advanced in the direction of the arrow P, it is possible to finish the floor surface to be finished widely by one movement. The work efficiency can be improved when the construction area is very large.

The conventional floor finishing apparatus 60 shown in FIG. 10 is excellent in that the floor to be finished can be finished widely by one movement as described above. However, when the floor finishing device 60 is used to change the direction of the floor finishing device 60 by operating the operation handle H while finishing the concrete floor using the floor finishing device 60, for example, the left side ( When the direction is changed (turned in the direction of the arrow L), the plane leveling machine 165 is directed in the direction of the arrow L before the finishing rod 68. It is in a state of being inclined obliquely with respect to the machine 165, that is, in a state indicated by a finishing rod 68x indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG.
However, after that, when the leveling machine 165 proceeds in the direction of the arrow L in the state as it is, the left end portion 68xa of the finishing rod 68x may hit the finishing target floor surface and damage the finishing target floor surface. . Similarly, when the plane leveling machine 165 is advanced to the right side (arrow R direction) when the floor surface finishing device 60 is changed to the right side (arrow R direction), the right end 68xb of the finishing rod 68x is There is a case where the finishing target floor surface is damaged by hitting the finishing target floor surface or scratching the finishing target floor surface.
As described above, when the conventional floor finishing device 60 tries to change the direction (turning) during the finishing operation, the ends 68xa and 68xb of the finishing rod 68 located on the inner peripheral side in the turning direction are the floors to be finished. The floor surface to be finished may be damaged by being stuck or scratched. For this reason, when it is necessary to change the direction (turning) such as a U-turn during the finishing operation by the floor finishing device 60, the finishing rod 68 is raised and separated from the floor to be finished each time. Changing direction (turning).
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a floor finishing apparatus that can easily change the direction without damaging the concrete floor during the concrete floor finishing.

The floor finishing apparatus of the present invention has a leveling machine having a power-type rotary rod that rotates in a propeller shape while being in contact with the floor surface to be finished, and a state in which the leveling machine is connected to the plane leveling machine via a connecting means. The connecting means connects the finishing grindstone that is in contact with the surface to be finished so that it can be moved up and down, and the outer periphery of the flatness leveling machine can be pivoted in the horizontal direction, and the finishing grinder approaches the flatness leveling machine. It has the function to connect so that separation is possible.
Here, the connecting means includes a bearing member having a long hole having a long diameter in a direction connecting the flatness leveling machine and the finishing rod, and the long hole in a state movable in the long diameter direction. It can comprise with the axially supported shaft member.
Further, it is possible to provide an angle adjustment mechanism for changing the contact angle of the finishing rod with respect to the floor surface to be finished.
Furthermore, it is possible to provide a brush rod that contacts the floor surface to be finished after the finishing rod has passed.
On the other hand, an operator can also be able to board the plane leveling machine.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a floor finishing apparatus capable of easily changing the direction without damaging the concrete floor during the concrete floor finishing.

Hereinafter, the floor finishing apparatus 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the floor finishing apparatus 100 includes a planar leveling machine 10 having a plurality of power rotary rods 1 and 2 that rotate in a propeller shape while contacting the floor F to be finished. Above the leveling machine 10, a boarding part S is provided for an operator (not shown) sitting on the leveling machine 10 to sit down. A prime mover 11 for driving and a power transmission mechanism 12 for decelerating and transmitting the rotation of the prime mover 11 to the rotary rods 1 and 2 are disposed. In front of the riding section S, an operator operates with left and right hands. Two operation handles H1, H2 are arranged upright.
。 As will be described later, an operator (not shown) sits on the riding section S, grips the two operation handles H1 and H2 with his / her left and right hands, and tilts back and forth and right and left, thereby leveling the plane. 10, the entire floor finishing apparatus 100 can be moved forward and backward, moved left and right, and changed in direction. Note that the front, rear, left, right, and up and down directions in the floor finishing apparatus 100 are expressed on the basis of an operator sitting on the riding section S of the leveling machine 10 in the direction of the arrow P (hereinafter the same). And).
The connecting means 30 includes a bearing member 32 having a long hole 31 having a long diameter 31a in a direction for connecting the leveling machine 10 and the finishing rod 70, and a long hole 31 in a state in which the long hole 31 is movable in the direction of the long diameter 31a. It is comprised with the shaft member 33 pivotally supported by. The bearing members 32 are arranged so as to form a pair in the left and right symmetrical positions across the center in the width direction W of the plane leveling machine 10 in the guard member 13 behind the plane leveling machine 10. .
The two left and right bearing members 32 are arranged in parallel with each other in the direction of the arrow P and parallel to each other, and the front end portion 91a side of the main arm 91 is provided with a gap G between the two bearing members 32. A shaft member 33 that is sandwiched in a state and passes through the long hole 31 of the bearing member 32 and the front end portion 91a of the main arm 91 is provided. The main arm 91 is rotatable about the shaft member 33, and is movable together with the shaft member 33 in the direction of the long diameter 31 a of the long hole 31. Further, the outer diameter of the shaft portion 33 is smaller than the shorter diameter of the long hole 31, and a gap is always formed between the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 33 and the inner peripheral surface (plane portion) of the long hole 31.
In this way, the connecting means 30 connects the finishing bar 70 in contact with the surface F to be finished so that it can be moved up and down and the outer periphery of the leveling machine 10 can be turned in the horizontal direction. It has a function of connecting the collar 70 so as to be able to approach and separate.
The rear end portions 91b of the two main arms 91 are fixed to horizontal members 92 arranged in parallel with the width direction W, and the front end portions 94a of the sub-arms 94 rotate on the support shafts 93 at both ends of the horizontal member 92, respectively. It is attached freely. A fixing member 95 for attaching the finishing rod 70 is fixed to the rear end portions 94b of the two sub arms 94, and the finishing rod 70 can be attached to and detached from the fixing member 95 using a plurality of screws (not shown). Is attached.
A hook member 96 for locking a wire 81 locked to a rear end portion 80b of an elevating arm 80 described later is provided at the central portion of the fixing member 95. The horizontal member 92 and the fixing member 95 are urged so as to rotate in the direction in which the sub arm 94 and the fixing member 95 are lifted upward (in the direction of the arrow U in FIG. 2) about the support shaft 93. A plurality of springs 97, and a support member 98 and a stopper 99 for preventing the sub arm 94 and the fixing member 95 from rotating in a predetermined position in the direction of the arrow U in FIG. The support member 98 is fixed to the front surface portion of the fixing member 95, and the stopper 99 is fixed to the upper surface portion of the horizontal member 92.
A support member 86 having a horizontal support shaft 83 that supports the lifting arm 80 in a seesaw-like manner so as to be rotatable is erected at the central portion of the guard member 13 of the leveling machine 10, and the riding section S of the leveling machine 10. A front end portion 80a of the elevating arm 80 is pivotally supported by an expansion / contraction cylinder 85 that is operated by an electric motor 84 disposed at the rear portion.
When the telescopic cylinder 85 is extended by operating the electric motor 84, the front end portion 80a of the elevating arm 80 is lowered, and accordingly, the rear end portion 80b of the elevating arm 80 is rotated in the upward direction around the horizontal support shaft 83. Therefore, the fixing member 95, the finishing rod 70 and the like are pulled up by the wire 81 locked between the rear end portion 80b and the hook member 96, and the rear end portion 91b side of the main arm 91 also rotates around the shaft member 33. Ascend while moving.
Contrary to the above, when the electric motor 84 is operated and the telescopic cylinder 85 is contracted, the front end 80a of the elevating arm 80 is raised, and accordingly, the rear end 80b of the elevating arm 80 is lowered around the horizontal support shaft 83. And the fixing member 95 and the finishing rod 70 are lowered together with the wire 81 locked between the rear end portion 80b and the hook member 96, and the rear end portion 91b side of the main arm 91 is also a shaft member. It descends while rotating around 33.
Thus, by extending the telescopic cylinder 85, the finishing rod 70 can be detached from the finishing target floor surface F, and the finishing rod 70 is brought into contact with the finishing target floor surface F by contracting the expansion cylinder 85. be able to. When the finishing rod 70 is lowered until it comes into contact with the floor F to be finished, as shown in FIG. 2, the wire 81 between the rear end portion 80b of the elevating arm 80 and the hook member 96 is relaxed to a large extent. Therefore, the movement of the finishing rod 70, the fixing member 95, and the like during the finishing operation described later is not restricted or restricted by the wire 81. The telescopic cylinder 85 operated by the electric motor 84 is an example of a lifting / lowering means for the finishing rod 70, and is not limited to this, and other methods (for example, a hydraulic cylinder, an air cylinder, a wire hoisting machine, a manual lifting machine, etc.) can be used. It can also be adopted.
On the other hand, the rear end portion of the wire 82 is locked to the central portion of the fixing member 95, and the front end portion of the wire 82 is locked to an angle adjusting lever (not shown) provided in the plane leveling machine 10. . When the angle adjusting lever is operated in the pulling direction of the wire 82, the sub arm 94 and the fixing member 95 are moved downward about the support shaft 93 against the urging force of the spring 97 (in the direction of arrow D in FIG. 2). Rotate. When the angle adjusting lever is operated in the loosening direction of the wire 82, the sub arm 94 and the fixing member 95 are rotated in the direction of rising about the support shaft 93 (the direction of arrow U in FIG. 2) by the restoring force of the spring 97. To do. In this way, by operating an angle adjusting lever (not shown) provided in the leveling machine 10, the contact angle when the finishing bar 70 is in contact with the floor F to be finished can be changed. it can.
Further, when the telescopic cylinder 85 is contracted and the finishing rod 70 is brought into contact with the floor F to be finished, the main arm 91 and various members connected to the rear end 91b of the main arm 91 (the horizontal member 92, The finishing rod 70 is pressed against the floor F to be finished by the weight of the sub arm 94, the fixing member 95, the support member 98, and the like. That is, the weights of the various members connected to the rear of the main arm 91 and the rear end portion 91b of the main arm 91 function as pressing means 90 that presses the finishing rod 70 toward the floor F to be finished.
Here, the usage and functions of the floor finishing apparatus 100 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the floor finishing apparatus 100 carried into the construction site is placed on the floor F to be finished before the concrete is solidified, and the finishing bar 70 is appropriately applied to the floor F to be finished. After making contact at the contact angle, the prime mover 11 is started and the rotary rods 1 and 2 of the leveling machine 10 are rotated.
Thereafter, when the operator sitting on the riding section S moves the floor finishing device 100 in the direction of the arrow P along the floor F to be finished while operating the operation handles H1 and H2, a propeller shape is obtained. The floor surface F to be finished is pressure-equalized by the rotary rods 1 and 2 that rotate to the next, and then the final finishing of the floor surface can be performed by the finishing rod 70 that slides on the floor surface F to be finished. .
At this time, the finishing rod 70 is held in a tilted posture with an elevation angle in the direction of the arrow P so that it can be raised and lowered and can be turned, and the influence of movements (vibration, peristalsis, etc.) other than the traction force of the plane leveling machine 10. In this state, it is pressed toward the floor surface F to be finished by the pressing means 90, so that the followability to the uneven state of the concrete floor surface before finishing is good. It is possible to perform the dredging operation as performed in the step F on the floor F to be finished. For this reason, the concrete floor surface excellent in flatness and aesthetics can be formed in a relatively short time, and the labor of the worker can be reduced and the number of skilled workers can be reduced.
It should be noted that a detachable weight can be provided on the fixing member 95 as a pressing means instead of the pressing means 90 or a pressing means added to the pressing means 90. As the pressing means, it is also possible to use an elastically deformable member such as a spring or rubber, or a gas cylinder that generates an elastic force by the pressure of a sealed gas.
When the floor finishing apparatus 100 moves straight in the direction of the arrow P, as shown in FIG. 5, the shaft members 33 constituting the two left and right connecting means 30 are respectively rear end portions of the long holes 31 of the bearing members 32. Therefore, the left and right end portions of the finishing rod 70 can be moved in the direction of the arrow line Q, respectively. Therefore, when there is a difference in the sliding resistance between the left and right ends of the finishing rod 70, the finishing rod 70 can respond by the movement in the direction of the arrow Q, and does not damage the floor surface to be finished.
Next, the turning operation of the floor finishing apparatus 100 will be described with reference to FIGS. Note that the finishing operation of the finishing rod 70 with respect to the leveling machine 10 when the floor finishing apparatus 100 turns is fast and cannot be completely clarified only by visual observation. Explained with As shown in FIG. 6, when the leveling machine 10 is turned to the left, immediately after that, the finishing rod 70 is inclined with respect to the leveling machine 10. At this time, the shaft member 33 of the right connecting means 30 is located at the rear end portion of the long hole 31, and the shaft member 33 of the left connecting means 30 is located at the front end portion of the long hole 31.
When the leveling machine 10 is turning to the left, the left end portion (inner portion in the turning direction) of the finishing basket 70 may be caught on the floor surface to be finished. At this time, as shown in FIG. Due to the contact resistance that the left end portion of the finisher receives from the floor surface, the left end portion of the finishing rod 70 is movable so as to escape in the direction of the arrow Q1 (in the direction away from the leveling machine 10), and thus the floor surface to be finished is damaged. There is nothing to do.
After the left turn of the leveling machine 10 is completed, as shown in FIG. 8, the shaft member 33 of the left and right connecting means 30 is positioned at the rear end portion of the long hole 31 as in the straight traveling state. Therefore, finishing work can be continued as it is. Although not shown, the same effects as described above can be obtained when the leveling machine 10 turns to the right.
As described above, when a sliding resistance is applied to the left end portion or the right end portion of the finishing rod 70 during the finishing operation of the concrete floor surface using the floor finishing apparatus 100, the long hole 31 of the shaft member 33 in the long diameter direction is formed. Since it can respond by the approach and separation movement of the finishing bar 70 with respect to the leveling machine 10 accompanying the movement, the floor F to be finished is not damaged during the turning of the leveling machine 10. Therefore, the floor finishing apparatus 100 can easily change the direction without damaging the concrete floor surface while the finishing bar 70 is in contact with the floor surface to be finished while finishing the concrete floor surface.
In the floor finishing apparatus 100, the connecting means 30 provided with two pairs of bearing members 32 and shaft members 33 are provided in two places on the left and right, but the present invention is not limited to this. Depending on the size of the width direction W of 70, the connection means 30 can also be provided in one place or three or more places.
In the floor finishing apparatus 100, a bearing member 32 having a long hole 31 is provided on a member (guard member 13) on the plane leveling machine 10 side, and is movable in the direction of the long diameter 31a. The shaft member 33 supported by the shaft is provided on the member (main arm 91) on the finishing rod 70 side. On the contrary, the bearing member 32 is provided on the member on the finishing rod 70 side, A shaft member 33 may be provided on the member.
In the floor finishing apparatus 100, as the connecting means 30, the connecting means 30 includes a bearing member 32 in which the long hole 31 is opened, and a shaft that is pivotally supported in the long hole 31 so as to be movable in the direction of the long diameter 31 a. Although it is comprised by the member 33, since it is not limited to this, if it has the function to connect the finishing rod 70 so that approach and separation is possible with respect to the leveling machine 10, for example, the combination mechanism of a rail and a slider A combination mechanism of a cylinder and a piston, a link mechanism, a pantograph mechanism, an elastic expansion / contraction mechanism, and the like can also be used.
The plane leveling machine 10 constituting the floor finishing apparatus 100 is a riding type in which an operator sits on the riding section S and works. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the operator pulls the leveling machine in a predetermined direction. However, it can also be implemented in a walking type leveling machine that performs work.
Next, a floor finishing apparatus 200 that is another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the floor finishing apparatus 200, the same parts as those constituting the floor finishing apparatus 100 described above are denoted by the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 to 4 and description thereof is omitted.
As shown in FIG. 9, the floor finishing apparatus 200 includes brush scissors 71 that come into contact with the floor surface to be finished after the finishing scissors 70 have passed. The brush rod 71 includes a link mechanism 72 for adjusting the contact angle with respect to the floor surface F to be finished, a wire 73 for raising / lowering operation for moving the brush rod 71 away from the floor surface F to be finished, and the like. It is detachably attached to the fixing member 95 using the connected gripping member 74. Further, if the screw 75 is loosened, only the brush rod 71 can be replaced.
If the floor finishing apparatus 200 is used, brush eyes can be formed on the concrete floor finished by the finisher 70. In addition, the brush rod 71 operates the operation lever (not shown) provided on the front end side of the wire 73 to contact and separate only the brush rod 71 from the finishing floor 70 independently of the finishing rod 70. it can. Therefore, if the brush rod 71 is separated from the floor F to be finished as necessary, only the finishing operation similar to the floor finishing device 100 described above can be performed using the floor finishing device 200. .
The floor finishing apparatuses 100 and 200 described above exemplify the present invention, and the floor finishing apparatus according to the present invention is not limited to the floor finishing apparatuses 100 and 200 described with reference to FIGS. .
The floor finishing apparatus of the present invention can be widely used in fields such as the civil engineering construction industry for building concrete floors and mortar floors.
