分散制御モデル再作成部208は実施例1と同一の分散制御電圧シミュレーション部901と、分散制御モデルの関数形を変更して分散制御モデルを更新する分散制御モデル関数形更新部1701と、決定係数記憶部1702と、回帰係数記憶部1703から構成され、分散制御モデルを出力する。ここで、分散制御モデル関数形更新部1701は内部に回帰分析で用いるための複数の関数形を保持している。

Claims (9)
- 電力系統の状態値を計測するセンサから送信された計測値に基づいて、前記電力系統を制御する制御装置に対して制御指令を行う電力系統の制御指令装置において、
前記センサの計測値を用いて、系統電圧が所定の制御目的を満たすように集中制御量を求める集中制御量計算部と、
前記計測値と前記集中制御量を用いて分散制御モデルを作成する分散制御モデル作成部と、
前記分散制御モデルに基づいて前記制御装置が制御を行ったときの前記電圧適正範囲の電圧逸脱を判定し、前記電圧逸脱が起こるときに前記分散制御モデルを再作成する分散制御モデル再作成部と、
前記再作成された分散制御モデルを前記制御装置に送信する送信部を、
備えることを特徴とする電力系統の制御指令装置。 - 請求項1に記載の制御指令装置において、
前記分散制御モデルとは、前記計測値と前記集中制御量を入力とした線形回帰により決定される回帰係数であることを特徴とする電力系統の制御指令装置。 - 請求項1に記載の制御指令装置において、
前記分散制御モデルとは、前記計測値と前記集中制御量を入力とした非線形回帰により決定される回帰係数と関数形であることを特徴とする電力系統の制御指令装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力系統の制御指令装置において、
前記制御目的とは、系統電圧を所定範囲内に収めること、
を特徴とする電力系統の制御指令装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力系統の制御指令装置において、
前記制御目的とは、系統電圧を所定の目標値に近づけること、
を特徴とする電力系統の制御指令装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力系統の制御指令装置において、
前記分散制御モデル再作成部は、前記集中制御量に基づいて前記制御装置を制御した場合と、前記分散制御モデルに基づいて前記制御装置を制御した場合における電圧差に基づいて、更新集中制御量を求め、前記計測値と前記更新集中制御量を用いて分散制御モデルを再作成すること、
を特徴とする電力系統の制御指令装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力系統の制御指令装置において、
前記分散制御モデル再作成部は、前記計測値と前記集中制御量を用いて、前記分散制御モデル作成部で用いた関数形とは異なる関数形に基づいて、分散制御モデルを再作成すること、
を特徴とする電力系統の制御指令装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力系統の制御指令装置において、
前記分散制御モデルと、前記再作成した分散制御モデルを、記録媒体に出力する記録装置をさらに備えること、
を特徴とする電力系統の制御指令装置。 - 電力系統の状態値を計測するセンサから送信された計測値に基づいて、前記電力系統を制御する制御装置に対して制御指令を行う電力系統の制御指令方法において、
前記センサの計測値を用いて、系統電圧が所定の制御目的を満たすように集中制御量を求め、
前記計測値と前記集中制御量を用いて分散制御モデルを作成し、
前記分散制御モデルに基づいて前記制御装置が制御を行ったときの前記電圧適正範囲の電圧逸脱を判定し、前記電圧逸脱が起こるときに前記分散制御モデルを再作成し、
前記再作成された分散制御モデルを前記制御装置に送信すること
を特徴とする電力系統の制御指令方法。
