一种车辆防盗方法及装置 技术领域 本发明涉及汽车电子技术领域, 特别是涉及一种车辆防盗方法及装置。 背景技术 汽车防盗系统, 是指为防止汽车本身或车上的物品被盗所设的系统。 它由电子控 制的遥控器或钥匙、 电子控制电路、 报警装置等组成。 当车辆被盗时, 安装在汽车上 的汽车防盗系统可以触发报警装置向用户播放报警消息。 但仅当车主在汽车附近, 能 够听到报警声时, 它才能发挥作用。 当被盗汽车远离车主后, 车主就无法听到报警并 追踪到汽车了, 因此现有的汽车防盗系统应用局限, 防盗效果差。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供了一种车辆防盗方法及装置, 用以解决现有技术中车辆防盗系 统应用局限, 防盗效果差等问题。 为解决上述技术问题, 一方面, 本发明实施例提供一种车辆防盗方法, 包括: 车 辆的报警终端确认所述车辆处于布防状态且所述车辆发生位置移动; 所述报警终端通 过无线网络向报警处理平台发送报警信息; 所述报警终端从所述报警处理平台接收防 盗操作指令; 所述报警终端根据所述防盗操作指令执行相应的防盗操作。 可选的, 所述防盗操作指令包括取消车辆布防、 车辆定位、 图像抓取、 车辆监听 中的至少一种。 可选的, 所述防盗操作指令包括车辆定位, 所述车辆报警终端根据所述防盗操作 指令执行相应的防盗操作包括: 所述车辆报警终端获取所述车辆的地理位置信息; 所 述车辆报警终端将所述车辆的地理位置信息向所述报警处理平台发送。 另一方面, 本发明的实施例还提供一种车辆防盗方法, 包括: 报警处理平台通过 无线网络从车辆的报警终端接收报警信息; 报警处理平台将所述报警信息发送到预设 移动终端。 进一步的, 所述报警处理平台将所述报警信息发送到预设移动终端之后, 所述方 法还包括: 所述报警处理平台从所述预设移动终端接收操作指示消息; 所述报警处理 平台根据所述操作指示消息, 向所述报警终端发送防盗操作指令, 所述防盗操作指令 包括取消车辆布防、 车辆定位、 图像抓取、 车辆监听中的至少一种。 进一步的, 所述防盗操作指令包括车辆定位, 所述报警处理平台向所述报警终端 发送防盗操作指令之后, 所述方法还包括: 所述报警处理平台从所述报警终端接收所 述车辆的地理位置信息; 所述报警处理平台向所述预设移动终端发送车辆位置地图, 所述车辆位置地图以所述车辆的地理位置为圆心, 以预设长度为半径。 另一方面, 本发明的实施例还提供一种车辆防盗装置, 包括: 终端确认单元, 设 置为确认车辆处于布防状态且所述车辆发生位置移动; 终端发送单元, 设置为通过无 线网络向报警处理平台发送报警信息; 终端接收单元, 设置为从所述报警处理平台接 收防盗操作指令; 执行单元, 设置为根据所述防盗操作指令执行相应的防盗操作。 可选的, 所述防盗操作指令包括取消车辆布防、 车辆定位、 图像抓取、 车辆监听 中的至少一种。 可选的, 所述防盗操作指令包括车辆定位, 所述执行单元具体设置为: 将所述车 辆的地理位置信息向所述报警处理平台发送。 另一方面, 本发明的实施例还提供一种车辆防盗装置, 包括: 平台接收单元, 设 置为通过无线网络从车辆的报警终端接收报警信息; 平台发送单元, 设置为将所述报 警信息发送到预设移动终端。 可选的, 所述平台接收单元, 还设置为从所述预设移动终端接收操作指示消息; 所述平台发送单元, 还设置为根据所述操作指示消息, 向所述报警终端发送防盗操作 指令, 所述防盗操作指令包括取消车辆布防、 车辆定位、 图像抓取、 车辆监听中的至 少一种。 可选的, 所述防盗操作指令包括车辆定位, 所述平台接收单元, 还设置为在所述 平台发送单元向所述报警终端发送防盗操作指令之后, 从所述报警终端接收所述车辆 的地理位置信息; 所述平台发送单元, 还设置为向所述预设移动终端发送车辆位置地 图, 所述车辆位置地图以所述车辆的地理位置为圆心, 以预设长度为半径。 本发明实施例提供的车辆防盗方法及装置, 在车辆处于布防状态时, 如果车辆发 生移动, 则能够通过无线网络向报警处理平台发送报警信息, 然后从所述报警处理平 台接收防盗操作指令, 并根据该防盗操作指令执行相应的防盗操作。 这样, 由于可以 通过无线网络将报警信息发送到报警处理平台, 被盗车辆的报警信息就可以与外界进 行联网, 又由于可以通过网络途径接收报警处理平台发出的防盗操作指令, 即使车主 不在汽车附近, 车辆也能采取相应的防盗措施, 因此, 应用范围大大增加, 防盗效果 得到了有效改善。 附图说明 图 1是本发明实施例提供的车辆防盗方法的一种流程图; 图 2是本发明实施例提供的车辆防盗方法的另一种流程图; 图 3是本发明实施例提供的车辆防盗装置的一种结构示意图; 以及 图 4是本发明实施例提供的车辆防盗装置的另一种结构示意图。 具体实施方式 下面结合附图和实施例, 对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。 以下实施 例用于说明本发明, 但不用来限制本发明的范围。 如图 1所示, 本发明的实施例提供一种车辆防盗方法, 基于安装在车辆内的车辆 报警终端, 该方法包括:
S11 , 车辆的报警终端确认所述车辆处于布防状态且所述车辆发生位置移动; S12, 所述报警终端通过无线网络向报警处理平台发送报警信息;
513 , 所述报警终端从所述报警处理平台接收防盗操作指令;
514, 所述报警终端根据所述防盗操作指令执行相应的防盗操作。 本发明实施例提供的车辆防盗方法, 车辆的报警终端确认所述车辆处于布防状态 且所述车辆发生位置移动, 并通过无线网络向报警处理平台发送报警信息, 然后从所 述报警处理平台接收防盗操作指令, 并根据该防盗操作指令执行相应的防盗操作。 这 样, 由于可以通过无线网络将报警信息发送到报警处理平台, 被盗车辆的报警信息就 可以与外界进行联网, 又由于可以通过网络途径接收报警处理平台发出的防盗操作指 令, 即使车主不在汽车附近, 车辆也能采取相应的防盗措施, 因此, 应用范围大大增 力口, 防盗效果得到了有效改善。 需要说明的是, 报警处理平台是指能够处理一定范围内的车辆的报警信息的服务 器, 安装在车内的车辆报警终端可以预先向报警处理平台注册, 注册信息可存储在相 应的数据库中。 在车辆发生位置移动的情况下, 当通过无线网络向报警处理平台发送 报警信息时, 在报警信息中可携带车辆报警终端的身份标识, 报警处理平台通过核实 该身份标识确定对应的车辆报警终端是否已经注册过, 如果已经注册过, 则该报警信 息可以进入报警处理平台并进行下一步处理, 如果尚未注册过, 则该报警信息暂时不 能被报警处理平台处理, 需要用户先对车辆报警终端进行注册。 可选的, 在步骤 S13中, 车辆的报警终端从报警处理平台接收的防盗操作指令可 以包括取消车辆布防、 车辆定位、 图像抓取、 车辆监听中的一种或几种, 本发明对此 不做限制。 例如, 当车主使用遥控钥匙开启了车辆防盗布防之后, 车辆处于布防状态。 若该 车辆又被车主的朋友用备用车钥匙开走, 由于该备用车钥匙上可能没有安装车辆报警 终端的遥控器, 因而车被朋友开走时, 车辆防盗布防还处于开启状态, 因此当检测到 车辆发生位置移动时, 车辆报警终端还是会向报警处理平台发送报警信息。 这时, 报 警处理平台可以将该报警消息发送给车辆报警终端注册时预留的用户手机或者报警处 理人的手机, 以信息、 电话或留言的方式通知用户或报警处理人车辆发生了位移。 用 户在确定车辆是被朋友开走而不是被盗时, 可以向报警处理平台发送操作指示消息, 并由报警处理平台将该操作指示消息转发给车辆报警终端,从而使车辆取消车辆布防。 而当车辆被盗后, 车主最关心的就是被盗车辆的下落, 即目前所处的地理位置。 具体的, 可以通过指定步骤 S13中的防盗操作指令为车辆定位操作来实现, 此时, 步 骤 S14中根据所述防盗操作指令执行相应的防盗操作具体可包括: 获取车辆的地理位 置信息。 可选的, 车辆报警终端可以通过 GPS (Global Positioning System, 全球定位 系统) 定位或者基站定位等方法获取车辆当前所处位置的经纬度数据, 并通过无线网 络, 如 GPRS等将该经纬度数据上传给报警处理平台。 当步骤 S13中的防盗操作指令具体为图像抓取时, 步骤 S14中根据防盗操作指令 执行相应的防盗操作具体包括: 报警终端控制车辆的摄像头等图像抓取装置抓取车内 或车外的图像, 并通过无线网络将抓取的图像发送到报警处理平台。 可选的, 步骤 S13中的防盗操作指令还可以为车辆监听指令, 此时步骤 S14中根 据防盗操作指令执行相应的防盗操作具体包括: 开启麦克风等音频采集设备, 并拨打 注册时预留的用户电话或报警处理人电话, 音频设备采集的信号通过电话传送给用户 或报警处理人, 从而让用户或报警处理人能够侦听到车内的对话等声音, 以便掌握更 多信息从而将车辆找到。 相应的, 如图 2所示, 本发明的实施例还提供一种车辆防盗方法, 基于报警处理 平台, 可包括如下步骤: S21 , 报警处理平台通过无线网络从车辆的报警终端接收报警信息;
S22, 报警处理平台将所述报警信息发送到预设移动终端。 本发明的实施例还提供一种车辆防盗方法, 能够通过无线网络从车辆的报警终端 接收报警信息, 然后将所述报警信息发送到预设移动终端。 这样, 既可以充分利用报 警处理平台的综合处理能力对报警信息进行进一步处理, 又可以在车辆不在用户附近 的情况下, 及时将该报警信息通知到用户, 以便用户及时了解被盗车辆的动向, 这样 就使车辆防盗系统的应用范围大大增加, 防盗效果得到了有效改善。 进一步的, 在步骤 S22之后, 所述方法还可包括: 从所述预设移动终端接收操作指示消息; 根据所述操作指示消息, 向所述报警终端发送防盗操作指令, 所述防盗操作指令 包括取消车辆布防、 车辆定位、 图像抓取、 车辆监听中的至少一种。 也就是说, 报警处理平台在将报警信息发送到预设移动终端后, 还能够从该预设 移动终端接收操作指示消息, 从而指示车辆报警终端该进行怎样的防盗操作。 例如, 当车主使用遥控钥匙开启了车辆防盗布防之后, 该车辆又被车主的朋友用 备用车钥匙开走, 由于该备用车钥匙上可能没有安装车辆报警终端的遥控钥匙, 因而 车被朋友开走时, 车辆防盗布防还处于开启状态, 因此当检测到车辆发生位置移动时, 报警终端还是会向报警处理平台发送报警信息。 这时, 报警处理平台可以将该报警消 息发送给注册时预留的用户手机或者报警处理人的手机, 以信息、 电话或留言的方式 通知用户或报警处理人车辆发生了位移, 用户在确定车辆是被朋友开走并未被盗时, 可以向报警处理平台发送操作指示消息, 并由报警处理平台将该操作指示消息转发给 车辆报警终端, 从而使车辆取消车辆布防。 当车主通过报警消息确定其车辆真的被盗后,车主最关心的就是被盗车辆的下落, 也就是车辆所处的地理位置。 此时, 防盗操作指令具体可以包括车辆定位, 则向所述 车辆报警终端发送防盗操作指令之后, 所述方法还包括: 从所述报警终端接收所述车 辆的地理位置信息; 向所述预设移动终端发送车辆位置地图, 所述车辆位置地图以所 述车辆的地理位置为圆心, 以预设长度为半径。 需要说明的是, 从报警终端接收所述车辆的地理位置信息一般为车辆所处位置的 经纬度数据, 不利于用户直接利用。 为了能为用户以更为直观和详细的指示出该车辆 的具体位置, 可以以该车辆所处位置的经纬度数据为圆心, 以预设长度 (如 0.5公里) 为半径制作一张简易地图, 将该简易地图发送到用户的手机上, 从而使用户能简单明 了地确定车辆的位置, 有效提高了防盗效果。 用户还可以通过图像抓取、 车辆监听等防盗操作指令更详细的了解车辆内的具体 状况。 举例而言, 用户收到报警信息后, 可以根据短信内容中提供的服务代码进行短 信回复, 从而向报警处理平台发送操作指示消息。 当回复为图像抓取请求的服务代码 时, 报警处理平台接收该操作指示消息后即向车辆报警终端发送图像抓取操作指令, 于是车辆报警终端控制摄像头,抓取当前车内或车外影像并通过 GPRS (General Packet Radio Service, 通用分组无线服务技术) 方式上传至报警处理平台。 报警处理平台收 到后抓取的影像后, 以 MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service, 多媒体信息服务) 方式 通过 SMS ( Short Message Service, 短信息服务) \MMS接口机下发 MMS到预设的用 户手机或者告警处理人手机。 当回复为车辆监听请求的服务代码时, 报警处理平台接 收该操作指示消息后即向车辆报警终端发送车辆监听操作指令, 于是车辆报警终端控 制打开麦克风采集车内音频信号并向报警处理平台发送。 与前述的车辆防盗方法相对应, 本发明的实施例还提供一种车辆防盗装置 1, 如 图 3所示, 该装置包括: 终端确认单元 10, 设置为确认车辆处于布防状态且所述车辆发生位置移动; 终端发送单元 12, 设置为在车辆处于布防状态时, 如果车辆发生移动, 通过无线 网络向报警处理平台发送报警信息; 终端接收单元 14, 设置为从所述报警处理平台接收防盗操作指令; 执行单元 16, 设置为根据所述防盗操作指令执行相应的防盗操作。 本发明实施例提供的车辆防盗装置 1, 在其终端确认单元 10确认车辆处于布防状 态且所述车辆发生位置移动的情况下,终端发送单元 12能够通过无线网络向报警处理 平台发送报警信息, 终端接收单元 14能够从所述报警处理平台接收防盗操作指令,执 行单元 16能根据该防盗操作指令执行相应的防盗操作。这样, 由于可以通过无线网络 将报警信息发送到报警处理平台, 被盗车辆的报警信息就可以与外界进行联网, 又由 于可以通过网络途径接收报警处理平台发出的防盗操作指令,即使车主不在汽车附近, 车辆也能采取相应的防盗措施, 因此, 应用范围大大增加, 防盗效果得到了有效改善。 需要说明的是, 报警处理平台是指能够处理一定范围内的车辆的报警信息的服务 器, 安装在车内的车辆报警终端可以预先向报警处理平台注册, 注册信息可存储在相 应的数据库中。当车辆发生移动的情况下,终端接收单元 12通过无线网络向报警处理 平台发送报警信息时, 在报警信息中可携带车辆报警终端的身份标识, 报警处理平台 通过核实该身份标识确定对应的车辆报警终端是否已经注册过, 如果已经注册过, 则 该报警信息可以进入报警处理平台, 如果尚未注册过, 则该报警信息暂时不能被报警 处理平台处理, 需要用户先对车辆报警终端进行注册。 可选的, 所述防盗操作指令包括取消车辆布防、 车辆定位、 图像抓取、 车辆监听 中的至少一种。 可选的, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 防盗操作指令包括车辆定位, 执行单元 16 具体设置为将车辆的地理位置信息向所述报警处理平台发送。 相应的, 如图 4所示, 本发明的实施例还提供一种车辆防盗装置 2, 包括: 平台接收单元 20, 设置为通过无线网络从车辆的报警终端接收报警信息; 平台发送单元 22, 设置为将所述报警信息发送到预设移动终端。 本发明的实施例还提供一种车辆防盗装置 2, 其平台接收单元 20能够通过无线网 络从车辆报警终端接收报警信息,平台发送单元 22能够将所述报警信息发送到预设移 动终端。 这样, 既可以充分利用报警处理平台的综合处理能力对报警信息进行进一步 处理, 又可以在车辆不在用户附近的情况下, 及时将该报警信息发送到用户的预设移 动终端, 以便使用户及时了解被盗车辆的动向, 这样就使车辆防盗系统的应用范围大 大增加, 防盗效果得到了有效改善。 进一步的, 平台接收单元 20, 还设置为从所述预设移动终端接收操作指示消息; 平台发送单元 22, 还设置为根据所述操作指示消息, 向所述报警终端发送防盗操作指 令, 所述防盗操作指令包括取消车辆布防、 车辆定位、 图像抓取、 车辆监听中的至少 一种。 可选的, 当防盗操作指令包括车辆定位, 平台接收单元 20, 还设置为在平台发送 单元 22向所述报警终端发送防盗操作指令之后,从所述车辆报警终端接收所述车辆的 地理位置信息; 平台发送单元 22, 还设置为向所述预设移动终端发送车辆位置地图, 所述车辆位 置地图以所述车辆的地理位置为圆心, 以预设长度为半径。 尽管为示例目的, 已经公开了本发明的优选实施例, 本领域的技术人员将意识到 各种改进、 增加和取代也是可能的, 因此, 本发明的范围应当不限于上述实施例。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种车辆防盗方法, 包括:
车辆的报警终端确认所述车辆处于布防状态且所述车辆发生位置移动; 所述报警终端通过无线网络向报警处理平台发送报警信息; 所述报警终端从所述报警处理平台接收防盗操作指令; 所述报警终端根据所述防盗操作指令执行相应的防盗操作。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述防盗操作指令包括取消车辆布防、 车 辆定位、 图像抓取、 车辆监听中的至少一种。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述防盗操作指令包括车辆定位, 所述车 辆报警终端根据所述防盗操作指令执行相应的防盗操作包括: 所述报警终端获取所述车辆的地理位置信息;
所述报警终端将所述车辆的地理位置信息向所述报警处理平台发送。
4. 一种车辆防盗方法, 包括: 报警处理平台通过无线网络从车辆的报警终端接收报警信息; 所述报警处理平台将所述报警信息发送到预设移动终端。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述报警处理平台将所述报警信息发送到 预设移动终端之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述报警处理平台从所述预设移动终端接收操作指示消息; 所述报警处理平台根据所述操作指示消息, 向所述报警终端发送防盗操作 指令, 所述防盗操作指令包括取消车辆布防、 车辆定位、 图像抓取、 车辆监听 中的至少一种。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述防盗操作指令包括车辆定位, 所述报 警处理平台向所述报警终端发送防盗操作指令之后, 所述方法还包括: 所述报警处理平台从所述报警终端接收所述车辆的地理位置信息; 所述报警处理平台向所述预设移动终端发送车辆位置地图, 所述车辆位置 地图以所述车辆的地理位置为圆心, 以预设长度为半径。
7. 一种车辆防盗装置, 包括: 终端确认单元, 设置为确认车辆处于布防状态且所述车辆发生位置移动; 终端发送单元, 设置为通过无线网络向报警处理平台发送报警信息; 终端接收单元, 设置为从所述报警处理平台接收防盗操作指令; 执行单元, 设置为根据所述防盗操作指令执行相应的防盗操作。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述防盗操作指令包括取消车辆布防、 车 辆定位、 图像抓取、 车辆监听中的至少一种。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述防盗操作指令包括车辆定位, 所述执 行单元具体设置为: 将所述车辆的地理位置信息向所述报警处理平台发送。
10. 一种车辆防盗装置, 包括: 平台接收单元, 设置为通过无线网络从车辆的报警终端接收报警信息; 平台发送单元, 设置为将所述报警信息发送到预设移动终端。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其中, 所述平台接收单元, 还设置为从所述预设 移动终端接收操作指示消息; 所述平台发送单元, 还设置为根据所述操作指示 消息, 向所述报警终端发送防盗操作指令, 所述防盗操作指令包括取消车辆布 防、 车辆定位、 图像抓取、 车辆监听中的至少一种。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中, 所述防盗操作指令包括车辆定位, 所述平台接收单元, 还设置为在所述平 台发送单元向所述报警终端发送防盗操作指令之后, 从所述报警终端接收所述 车辆的地理位置信息; 所述平台发送单元, 还设置为向所述预设移动终端发送车辆位置地图, 所 述车辆位置地图以所述车辆的地理位置为圆心, 以预设长度为半径。
