随着生活节奏的加快和厨房革命的兴起,自动化的烹饪装置成为厨房烹饪的主角已势不可挡。作为常见的一种自动化烹饪装置——微波炉的应用越来越广。但是微波炉是一种舶来品,其特点符合外国人的生活习惯。进入中国后,也基本上在沿袭国外的技术,中国的消费者一般只是拿它简单热些饭菜。虽然近些年有一些新品出现,但都无法冲破简单加热的功能束缚。
针对上述情况,出现了一些更加符合中国人生活习惯的自动烹饪设备,又称作“自动炒菜机”,它是一种采用专业模拟人工烹饪的机器,无需人工看管,将准备好的主料、配料、佐料全部一次性投入,设定程序后,自动热油、自动翻炒,自动控制火候,无需经验即可自动烹饪的一台智能化设备。自动炒菜机轻松实现了炒菜过程的自动化和趣味化,真正做到了烹饪过程无油烟、省时、省力、不粘、不糊,既保持了中国菜肴的传统工艺及色泽、又使炒制的菜肴鲜嫩味美,营养丰富。
然而,发明人通过对这些自动烹饪设备进行研究,发现它们存在一些普遍的问题:结构复杂,容易产生卫生死角;结构不合理,正常使用时菜汁不正常渗出锅,弄脏设备部件及外部环境;清洗件太隐蔽及拆装复杂,使得清洗不方便甚至难以清洗。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种能够有效防止汁液渗出,无卫生死角,便于拆装及清洁的自动烹饪设备。
  本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种能够自动完成废水收集的自动烹饪设备,以保持设备上表面干净,减少清洗工作量。
技术解决方案
为实现上述第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:设计一种自动烹饪设备,包括主机、锅体、锅铲、锅铲驱动装置和位于锅体上方的挡框,所述挡框内具有上下开口的进料通道,该进料通道的下开口与所述锅体的顶部开口对接,所述锅铲位于所述挡框和锅体围成的腔体内,并且设置为可通过所述锅铲驱动装置的带动而在第一极限位置与第二极限位置之间往复摆动,所述锅铲具有与所述锅体的烹饪面相对且形状互补的工作面;其中,所述主机包括控制箱和框架,沿所述锅体的顶部开口边缘设置有锅口围边,所述锅口围边的至少一部分与所述挡框的下边沿形成可相对滑动的接触配合;所述锅口围边在所述挡框的外围形成有凸起的阻挡部,所述阻挡部的顶面高于所述锅口围边与所述挡框下边沿的交接缝。
  由上述方案可见,本发明的自动烹饪设备由于在挡框的下边沿与锅口围边之间形成了可相对滑动的接触配合,使得该设备在炒菜过程中产生的汁液不容易从挡框与锅体之间的交接缝渗出。同时,由于锅口围边在挡框的外围形成有凸起的阻挡部,该阻挡部的顶面高于锅口围边与挡框下边沿的交接缝,即使偶有少量汁液从交接缝处渗出,该阻挡部也可以有效地将渗出的少量汁液阻挡,防止汁液流到挡框和锅体外部而弄脏设备,从而减少了清洗工作。同时也防止了汁液粘挂在锅体外表面,在锅体移出主机外时,掉在台面及地板上。
  优选地,所述挡框可分离地放置在所述框架内,放置好后,挡框的下边沿与锅口围边形成可相对滑动的接触配合。
  进一步的技术方案为,所述框架的上表面设有废水槽,该废水槽内设有漏水孔,所述漏水孔与废水箱连通。采用此设计,使得聚集到废水槽内的蒸馏水及其它脏物可通过漏水孔流入废水箱,自动完成废水收集,保持框架上表面干净,减少清洗工作量。
  进一步的技术方案为,所述框架上还设有锅盖,所述锅盖具有横放于所述框架顶部的合盖状态和竖放于所述框架顶部的开盖状态。正常烹饪时,锅盖的内表面有蒸馏水,锅盖若放置在台面上,蒸馏水会流到台面上,弄脏台面;提供将锅盖竖放在框架顶部的放置方式,锅盖就不需要随意放在台面上,避免弄脏台面。
  进一步的技术方案为,在所述挡框的上边沿设有挡框翻边;当所述锅盖处于竖放于所述框架顶部的开盖状态时,该锅盖的内边沿与所述挡框翻边的下边沿接触,该锅盖的外表面与所述废水槽的外边沿接触。采用此设计,不仅使得锅盖能够稳定地竖放于所述框架顶部,而且锅盖从横放的合盖状态翻转到竖放的开盖状态的过程中,锅盖内表面的蒸馏水就会流到框架上表面的废水槽内,防止了蒸馏水的随意流动。
  进一步的技术方案为,所述框架的下部设有用于支承所述锅体的挂架,所述锅口围边的下表面与所述挂架的支承面形成滑动配合。这种结构除用于用户将锅体沿水平方向方便抽出或推入主机内,同时减少了挂架自身碰到脏水,并使挂架最大限度地避免遮挡锅铲及挡框的清洗。
  优选地,所述进料通道的上开口大于或等于所述下开口。由所述进料通道的上开口往所述下开口,该进料通道的截面积为恒定值或者变小。
  优选地,所述挡框的内表面包括垂直平面、向外倾斜的平面、外翻的弧面或者向外翻折的组合平面。
  由上述方案可见,当用户从挡框的上开口上方往下观察时,能够看到其整个内表面,并且清洗工具也容易触及到整个内表面,方便清洗,不容易留下卫生死角。
  进一步的技术方案为,本发明的自动烹饪设备还包括可分离地连接至所述主机的废水箱,该废水箱布置在所述锅体的下方。该废水箱主要用于设备直接放在任意台面上清洗时,接存废水。
  进一步的技术方案为,所述主机的下部连接有用于使该主机在使用或清洗时稳定放置和/或用于支承废水箱的支架。通过设置该支架,既能够保证设备整体的平稳及强度,又方便设备在水槽上进行清洗;当设置废水箱时,该支架还可以用于支承废水箱。
  进一步的技术方案为,所述阻挡部沿所述锅口围边的外侧横向边及两条纵向边设置。这种设计可使锅体推拉顺畅,避免锅体在推拉过程中被挡框所阻挡。
  进一步的技术方案为,当所述锅铲摆动至所述第一极限位置和/或所述第二极限位置时,锅铲位于锅体的顶部开口的上方,这时,锅体可滑动拉出机体外,用于倒菜及锅体单独到主机外清洗,同时锅铲上下无遮挡,方便清洗。
  为实现上述第二个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:设计一种自动烹饪设备,包括主机、锅体、锅铲、锅铲驱动装置和位于锅体上方的挡框,所述挡框内具有上下开口的进料通道,该进料通道的下开口与所述锅体的顶部开口对接,所述锅铲位于所述挡框和锅体围成的腔体内,并且设置为可通过所述锅铲驱动装置的带动而在第一极限位置与第二极限位置之间往复摆动,所述锅铲具有与所述锅体的烹饪面相对且形状互补的工作面,其中,所述主机包括控制箱和框架,所述框架的上表面设有废水槽,所述废水槽内设有漏水孔,所述漏水孔与废水箱连通。
  由上述方案可见,框架的上表面设有废水槽,因此可自动完成废水收集,聚集到废水槽内的蒸馏水及其它脏物可通过漏水孔流入废水箱,从而保持框架上表面干净,减少清洗工作量。
  进一步的技术方案为,所述框架上还设有锅盖,所述锅盖具有横放于所述框架顶部的合盖状态和竖放于所述框架顶部的开盖状态。正常烹饪时,锅盖的内表面有蒸馏水,锅盖若放置在台面上,蒸馏水会流到台面上,弄脏台面;提供将锅盖竖放在框架顶部的放置方式,锅盖就不需要随意放在台面上,避免弄脏台面。

  由上述方案可见,由于在挡框的下边沿与锅口围边之间形成了可相对滑动的接触配合,使得该设备在炒菜过程中产生的汁液不容易从挡框与锅体之间的交接缝渗出。同时,由于锅口围边在挡框的外围形成有凸起的阻挡部,该阻挡部的顶面高于锅口围边与挡框下边沿的交接缝,即使偶有少量汁液从交接缝处渗出,该阻挡部也可以有效地将渗出的少量汁液阻挡,防止汁液流到挡框和锅体外部而弄脏设备,从而减少了清洗工作。同时也防止了汁液粘挂在锅体外表面,在锅体移出主机外时,掉在台面及地板上。

本发明的实施方式
下面将详细描述本发明的各种实施方式,其中的实施例结合附图进行说明并在下文中描述。尽管本发明将结合示例性实施方式进行说明,应当理解本发明不限于这些示例性实施方式。相反,本发明不仅包括这些实施方式,而且还包括各种变形、改进。
  如图1至图3,本发明的一种实施例的自动烹饪设备10,包括主机1、锅体2、锅铲3、锅铲驱动装置4、挡框5、废水箱6、支架7、锅盖15、微电脑控制单元等,废水箱6可分离地连接至所述主机1并组成一个大致呈长方体状的箱体。当废水箱6连接至主机1时,该废水箱6正好位于锅体2的下方,并且支承在其下方的支架7上,该支架7水平地连接固定于主机1。在本实施例中,支架7为U形的线框。通过设置该支架7,既能够保证设备整体的平稳及强度,又方便设备在水槽上进行清洗。废水箱6主要用于机器直接放在台面上清洗时,接存废水。
  所述主机1由控制箱11和由控制箱11的上部水平向外延伸的框架12组成,锅盖15设于框架12的顶部,控制箱11的顶面设有控制面板13,该控制面板13可以采用显示、控制一体的液晶触控面板,也可以采用按键、旋钮、指示灯等进行功能设置及工作状态的显示。
  所述锅铲3可枢转地支撑在框架12上,并且锅铲3整体位于挡框5和锅体2所围成的腔体内。锅铲驱动装置4与锅铲3形成可驱动的连接。锅铲驱动装置4和微电脑控制单元(未示出)设置在控制箱11内,锅铲驱动装置4可接收微电脑控制单元的指令,以带动锅铲3在图6所示的第一极限位置与图7所示的第二极限位置之间往复摆动。锅铲驱动装置4可采用驱动电机,并通过曲柄摇杆机构及齿轮变速机构与锅铲3连接。当然,锅铲驱动装置4还可以采用其它的驱动方式,只要能够实现使锅铲3在两个极限位置之间往复摆动即可。所述锅铲3的内部设有由所述微电脑控制单元控制的电加热元件32,以根据烹饪的具体需要,将锅铲3加热到合适的温度。
  所述框架12的两侧各向下延伸设置有两个用于支承所述锅体2的挂架14,锅体2支承在挂架14的支承面141上。所述挡框5可分离地放置在主机1的框架12内,以方便将其取出清洗。当其放置在框架12内时,挡框5的下边沿与下文将要提到的锅口围边22形成可相对滑动的接触配合。
  所述锅体2为大致呈半圆柱形的金属壳体,该锅体2的外端设有手柄23,锅体2的顶部具有开口21,沿顶部开口21的边缘设有锅口围边22,该锅体2的内表面为其烹饪面24。用户可通过手柄23将锅体2沿水平方向抽出或推入,在锅体2沿水平方向移动的过程中,所述锅口围边22的下表面222与挂架14的支承面141形成滑动配合。
  在本实施例中,所述挡框5为矩形框,其内具有上下开口的进料通道51,且进料通道51的上开口与下开口基本相等。该进料通道51的下开口与锅体2的顶部开口21对接。所述锅铲3具有与锅体2的烹饪面24相对且形状互补的工作面31。挡框5的下边沿52与锅口围边22的内侧顶面221形成可相对滑动的接触配合。锅口围边22在挡框5的外围形成有凸起的阻挡部223,该阻挡部223的顶面高于锅口围边22与挡框下边沿52的交接缝,即,高于挡框5的下端面。该阻挡部223沿锅口围边22的外侧横向边及两条纵向边设置,也就是说,锅口围边22的内侧横向边没有设置该阻挡部223,在这种设计可使锅体2推拉顺畅,避免锅体2在推拉过程中被挡框5所阻挡。
  由于挡框5的下边沿52与锅口围边22的内侧顶面221形成可相对滑动的接触配合,使得该设备在炒菜过程中产生的汁液不容易从挡框5与锅体2之间的交接缝渗出。由于锅口围边22在挡框5的外围形成有凸起的阻挡部223,该阻挡部223的顶面高于锅口围边22与挡框下边沿52的交接缝,即使偶有少量汁液从交接缝处渗出,该阻挡部223也可以有效地将渗出的少量汁液阻挡,防止汁液流到挡框5和锅体2外部而弄脏设备,从而减少了清洗工作。从而也防止了汁液粘挂在锅体2外表面,在锅体移出主机1外时,掉在台面及地板上。
  在本实施例中,由于该挡框5为上、下开口基本相等的矩形框,因此其内表面包括四个垂直平面,由其上开口往下开口,该进料通道51的截面积为恒定值。当然,该挡框5还可以采用其它形状,例如,其内表面可以包括向外倾斜的平面、外翻的弧面或者向外翻折的组合平面等。相应地,其进料通道的截面积可以由上开口往下开口呈变小的趋势。采用上述结构的挡框5,当用户从挡框5的上开口上方往下观察时,能够看到其整个内表面,并且清洗工具也容易触及到整个内表面,方便清洗,不容易留下卫生死角。
  当锅铲3摆动至图6所示的第一极限位置和/或图7所示的第二极限位置时,锅铲3位于锅体2的顶部开口21的上方, 其工作面31在高度方向上位于顶部开口21与进料通道51的上开口之间,这时,锅体2可滑动拉出机体外,用于倒菜及锅体2单独到主机1外清洗,同时锅铲3上下无遮挡,方便清洗。
  图10和图11示出了本发明另一种实施方式的自动烹饪设备,该设备具有与图1所示的自动烹饪设备10基本类似的构造,然而,在本实施方式当中,锅口围边上的凸起阻挡部仅是优选方案,而不是必须的。如图10和图11所示,框架12的上表面设有一圈废水槽121,该废水槽121内设有漏水孔122,漏水孔122与废水箱6连通。另外,在挡框5的上边沿设有挡框翻边53。当锅盖15翻开后,可竖放在框架12的顶部,这里所说的“竖放”是指锅盖15所在平面与水平面的夹角明显大于其与竖直面的夹角的情况,并不限于严格意义上的“竖直”。这时,锅盖15的内边沿151与挡框翻边53的下边沿接触,锅盖15的外表面152与框架12的废水槽外边沿123接触,从而使锅盖15可以稳定的放置。这样设计的有益效果在于:1)正常烹饪时,锅盖15的内表面有蒸馏水,锅盖15若放置在台面上,蒸馏水会流到台面上,弄脏台面;提供将锅盖15竖放在框架12顶部的放置方式,锅盖15就不需要随意放在台面上,避免弄脏台面。2)锅盖15从盖着的横放状态翻转到竖放状态的过程中,锅盖15内表面的蒸馏水就会流到框架12上表面的废水槽121内,防止了蒸馏水的随意流动。3)聚集到废水槽121内的蒸馏水及其它脏物可通过漏水孔122流入废水箱6,自动完成废水收集,保持框架12上表面干净,减少清洗工作量。
  在对本发明的自动烹饪设备10进行清洗时,可以如图12所示,首先将挡框5、锅体2和废水箱6分别从主机1上拆下,然后将主机1的控制箱11底部平放在灶台面9上,支架7悬置于水槽91上方,整台自动烹饪设备10水平放置,此时即可拧开水龙头直接对框架12和锅铲3等进行冲洗,或用蘸水工具清洗,废水直接掉进水槽排出。除此之外,还可以如图13所示,将控制箱11底部搭在水槽91的上边沿,并将支架7搭在水槽91的底部,整台自动烹饪设备10倾斜放置,此时即可拧开水龙头直接对框架12和锅铲3等进行冲洗,或用蘸水工具清洗,废水直接掉进水槽排出。更多的时候是如图14,整台自动烹饪设备10水平放置在任意台面上,锅体2取出时,用蘸水的清洗工具对挡框5和锅铲3等进行冲洗,或在烹饪间隙中用工具将挡框5和锅铲3上粘的少量菜渣推掉到废水箱6内临时存放,继续进行下一个烹饪;锅体2不取出时,可在锅体2内加水,让锅铲3浸泡后,用清洗工具清洗。
  当然,上述实施方式仅是本发明优选的实施方式,而且不同实施方式的技术特征可以相互组合和共享。实际应用时,本发明还可以有更多的变化,而不限于上述实施方式,例如,锅体2也可以是半球形或其它适合的形状,材质方面也可以采用陶瓷或其它合适的材料;支架7也可以采用平板状或网状支架等其它形式的支架。这样的改变也能实现本发明的目的,同样包括在本发明权利要求的保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明的自动烹饪设备可以在工业上制造和使用,具备工业实用性。

  1. 自动烹饪设备,包括主机、锅体、锅铲、锅铲驱动装置和位于锅体上方的挡框,所述挡框内具有上下开口的进料通道,该进料通道的下开口与所述锅体的顶部开口对接,所述锅铲位于所述挡框和锅体围成的腔体内,并且设置为可通过所述锅铲驱动装置的带动而在第一极限位置与第二极限位置之间往复摆动,所述锅铲具有与所述锅体的烹饪面相对且形状互补的工作面,其中,所述主机包括控制箱和框架,沿所述锅体的顶部开口边缘设置有锅口围边,所述锅口围边的至少一部分与所述挡框的下边沿形成可相对滑动的接触配合;所述锅口围边在所述挡框的外围形成有凸起的阻挡部,所述阻挡部的顶面高于所述锅口围边与所述挡框下边沿的交接缝。
