上述 "杠杆触拨式无声扳手结构" 即为市面上常见的扳手之一, 其提供使 ]¾者在施工操作的 过程中, 减少跳齿的声响达到静音的目的, 此外更可提供较佳的组装、 扳手扭力的增加等特 性。 但是, 当扳手在跳齿无具声响时, 会造成使 ¾者无法辨识出当下扳手内的棘齿旋转方 向, 导致使 者必须 猜测的方式来确定所需操作的转向。
另夕卜再请参阅中国台湾专利公告号 M241168 "套口部的结构改良二", 其主要将套设螺帽的 套口部 ή缘的圆弧凸面与圆弧凸面间的宽度缩小, 而令两圆弧凸面的宽度小于容置缺口宽 度, 而形成一向内凹的内八状设计, 通过呈内八状设计的圆弧凸面, 以增加与螺帽切面的顶 抵面积, 达其扳动螺帽时不会产生不必要的空转缺失, 以利于狭窄空间使用之, 同时亦可藉 由圆弧凸面与螺帽顶抵面的面积, 而达其扳动力道增加及防止螺帽产生打滑现象的缺点, 其 确实是一项相当具有产业利用价值的创作。
上述 "套口部的结构改良二" 的主要目的在干降低扳手本体产生空转, 以维持良好的啮合力 道, 而达其防止螺帽于扳动 过程中发生打滑现象的功效。 但是此种扳手在卡刺块与齿部之 间的咬合, 仅仅通过卡制块上些微的齿距来承受操诈上的扭力, 长期使用下则会造成卡制块 的齿产生磨耗, 旦当磨耗的一定长度后卡制块则无法再与齿部稳固的啮合, 最后整支扳手则 无法继续使 ffi。
综合上述两种扳手所描述的缺失, 在无跳齿声响的产生会导致使 ]¾者无法清楚辨识当下 旋转的方向, 而通过一般控制棘轮转向的卡制块的设置并无法确实稳圏啮合, 而易产生空转 等问题, 因此本领域技术人员必须再次的思考该如何改善才能使现今市面上的扳手不具有上 述的缺失。 有鉴于上述所列举的技术所具有的缺失, 本发明人利 ffi许多时间投入研究相关知 识, 并加以比较各项优劣, 且进行相关产品的研究与开发, 并历经多次实验与测试, 而终于 推出一种 "棘轮工具的棘齿啮合装置", 即为改善上述所说明的缺失, 以符合大众所需的使 用。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种棘轮工具的棘齿啮合装置, 使用者能 够透过跳齿的声响轻易辨识出当下棘轮的旋转方向, 且大幅减少结构的组成以减轻整支扳手 的重量, 此外更能达到组装简单、 操诈方便、 啮合稳固确实等特性。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的: 一种棘轮工具的棘齿啮合装 置, 其包括: 一棘扳体, 其一端贯设有一组孔; 及一掣动组件, 其装设于棘扳体的组孔内, 该掣动组件进一歩包括有一棘轮座、 至少 ·齿环盘、 至少一弹性件及至少一封盖, 其中该棘 轮座设有一驱动孔由顶面贯穿至底面, 且于棘轮座外周侧凸伸有一环圈部, 而在该环圈部的 顶、 底两侧中任一侧进一步环绕凸设有一齿排, 而该至少一齿环盘套设于棘轮座, 且对应环 圈部设有齿排的一侧, 该至少一齿环盘对应齿排的一侧进一歩环设有一排齿, 该排齿与相对 应的齿排相互啮合, 又该至少一封盖套设于棘轮座, 且对应该至少一齿环盘, 该至少一封盖 遮闭组孔的孔口, 而该至少一弹性件套组装于棘轮座且设有齿环盘的一端, 该至少一弹性件 的两端分别弹抵于封盖以及齿环盘, 并弹性推抵齿环盘的排齿与环圈部的齿排相啮合。
进 ·步, 该棘轮座的环圈部的齿排由复数齿块相互并排所组成, 各齿块沿着环圈部的设 置圈绕, 且各齿块呈直角三角形, 又各齿块的并排连接则形成有复数峰顶及复数峰谷, 各峰 顶与峰谷呈间插排列。
进一歩, 该至少一齿环盘对应弹性件弹抵的一侧进一步延伸有一定位环圈, 而该至少 - - 弹性件的一端剣圈固于定位环圈的外周侧而抵于齿环盘。
进一歩, 该组孔的孔壁凹设有复数弧槽, 而该至少一齿环盘的周侧则对应组孔孔壁的 各弧槽凸设有复数弧凸块, 该至少一齿环盘的各弧凸块卡抵于各弧槽, 并以限制固定该至少 一齿环盘的转向。
另一种方案在于: 一种棘轮工具的棘齿啮合装置, 其包括: 一棘扳体, 其一端贯设 有一组孔; 及一掣动组件, 其装设于棘扳体的组孔内, 该掣动组件进一步包括有一棘轮座、 二齿环盘、 二弹性件及二封盖, 其中该棘轮座设有一驱动孔由顶面贯穿至底面, 且于棘轮座 外周侧凸伸有一环圈部, 而在该环圈部的顶、 底两侧进一歩分别环绕凸设有一齿排, 而各齿 环盘分别套设于棘轮座的两端, 且各齿环盘对应各齿排的一侧进一步环设有一排齿, 各排齿 与相对应的齿排相互啮合, 又各封盖套设于棘轮座的两端并遮闭组孔的两端的孔口; 而各弹 性件分别套组装于棘轮座的两端, 且各弹性件的两端各别弹抵于同侧的封盖以及齿环盘, 并 弹性推抵齿环盘的排齿与环圈部的齿排相啮合。
进一歩, 该棘轮座的环圈部的各齿棑由复数齿块相互并排所组成, 各齿块沿着环圈部的 设置围绕, 且各齿块呈直角 角形, 又各齿块的并排连接则形成有复数峰顶及复数峰谷, 各 峰顶与峰谷呈间插排列, 而环圈部顶、 底两侧的齿排的各齿块相互对齐设置。
进一步, 该棘轮座的环圈部的各齿排由复数齿块相互并棑所组成, 各齿块沿着环圈部的 设置围绕, 且各齿块呈直角:三角形, 又各齿块的并排连接则形成有复数峰顶及复数峰谷, 各 峰顶与峰谷呈间插排列, 而环圈部顶、 底两侧的齿排的各齿块为错位相对设置。
进一歩, 各齿环盘对应弹性件弹抵的一侧进一步延伸有一定位环圈, 而各弹性件的一端 则圈固于定位环圈的外周侧而抵于齿环盘。
进一步, 该棘扳体的组孔内壁且靠近于两端的孔口处进一步各环设有一凹槽, 而各封盖 的外周侧对应凹槽则环绕凹设有一嵌槽, 另设有二环扣分别装设于嵌槽内, 且局部外露于嵌 槽, 并以各环扣外露的部分卡设于凹槽内。
进一步, 该组孔的孔壁凹设有复数弧槽, 而各齿环盘的周侧则对应组孔孔壁的各弧槽凸 设有复数弧凸块, 各齿环盘的各弧凸块卡抵于各弧槽, 并以限制固定各齿环盘的转向。
本发明达到的技术效果如下: 本发明棘轮工具的棘齿啮合装置主要都是通过棘轮座夕卜侧 设置有环圈部, 并在环圈部的任一侧或是两侧环设有齿排, 再利用套设于棘轮座的齿环盘所 设置的排齿相互啮合, 而啮合的力量通过弹性件的设置提供弹抵的力量, 以维持排齿与齿排 间的常态 ¾合, 最后通过封盖的组装防止内部零件的掉落, 因此通过棘轮座配合弹性件、 齿 环盘及封盖的组配, 让操作中棘轮座的齿排与各齿环盘的排齿能够稳固啮合, 且能产生跳齿 声提供使用者知晓换 ^的情况, 并进一步达到减轻整体的重量、 组装方便及操作筒易。 附图说明

具体实施方式
为了清楚说明本发明所能达成上述目的与功效, 有关一种棘轮工具的棘齿啮合装置, 关 于其所采用的技术、 手段及所能达成的功效, 兹举一较佳实施例并配合图式详细说明于后。 下述以较佳实施型态说明, 且并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制, 而本发明具有两种不同的 实施例, 现干下分别说明, 首先参阅图 1至图 4所示第一种实施倒, 本发明 ·种棘轮工具的 棘齿啮合装置, 其包括: 一棘扳体 】, 其一端贯设有一组孔】】; 及一掣动组件 2, 其装设于 棘扳体 1的组孔 11内, 该掣动组件 2进一歩包括有一棘轮座 21、 至少一齿环盘 22、 至少一 弹性件 23及至少一封盖 24, 其中该棘轮座 21 设有一驱动孔 211 由顶面贯穿至底面, ϋ于 棘轮座 2i 夕卜周侧凸伸有 ·环圈部 212, 而在该环圈部 212 的顶、 底两侧中任一侧进 ·步环 绕凸设有一齿排 3 , 而该至少一齿环盘 22套设于棘轮座 21 , 且对应环圈部 212设有齿排 3 的一侧, 该至少一齿环盘 22对应齿排 3 的一侧进一步环设有一排齿 4, 该排齿 4与相对应 的齿排 3相互啮合, 又该至少一封盖 24套设于棘轮座 21, 且对应该至少一齿环盘 22, 该至 少一封盖 24遮闭组孔 】1 的孔口, 而该至少一弹性件 23套组装于棘轮座 21 旦设有齿环盘 22的一端, 该至少一弹性件 23的两端分别弹抵于封盖 24以及齿环盘 22, 并弹性推抵齿环 盘 22的排齿 4与环圈部 212的齿排 3相啮合; 其中, 通过棘轮座 21配合弹性件 23、 齿环 盘 22及封盖 24的组配, 让操作中棘轮座 21 的齿排 3与各齿环盘 22的排齿 4能够稳固¾ 合, 且能产生跳齿声提供使用者知晓换向的情况, 并进一步达到减轻整体的重量、 组装方便 及操作简易。
另外再请参阅图 5至图 7所示第二种实施例, 其与第一种实施例所差之处在于各组件的 数量棘扳体 1为相同结钩, 在此套用说明不另以区别, 因此各组件的数量进一歩为一棘轮座 5、 二呈环圈状的齿环盘 6、 二弹性件 7及二呈环圈状的封盖 8 , 其中该棘轮座 5设有一驱动 孔 51 由顶面贯穿至底面, 并于该驱动孔 51内壁呈星芒状如图 2所示, 其主要是配合不同角 数的螺丝、 螺帽及套筒, 但并不局限驱动孔 51 内壁的形状, 该棘轮座 5外周侧凸伸有一环 圈部 52, 而在该环圈部 52的顶、 底两侧面进一步分别环绕凸设有一齿排 9, 各齿排 9的的 齿向与棘轮座 5的外壁面呈垂直面向设计, 而各齿环盘 6分别套设于棘轮座 5的两端, 且各 齿环盘 6对应各齿排 9的一侧进一步环设有一排齿 10, 各排齿 10的设置方向同于齿排 9方 向, 而各排齿 )与相对应的齿排 9相互啮合, 又各封盖 8套设于棘轮座 5的两端并遮闭棘 扳体 1的组孔 i i两端的孔口, 避免棘轮座 5与齿环盘 6的脱离; 而各弹性件 7分别套组装 于棘轮座 5的两端, 旦各弹性件 7的两端各别弹抵于同侧的封盖 8以及齿环盘 6, 并弹性推 抵齿环盘 6的排齿 10与环圈部 52的齿排 9相啮合; 其中, 通过棘轮座 5配合上下弹性件 7、 齿环盘 6及封盖 8的组配, 让操作中棘轮座 5的齿排 9与各齿环盘 6的排齿 10能够稳圏 啮合, 且能产生跳齿声提供使用者知晓换向的情況, 并进一歩达到减轻整体的重量、 组装方 便及操作简易。
使用者在进行手工件螺丝、 螺帽、 套筒的装设, 并进一歩达到拆卸、 旋紧的作动时, 以 第二种实施例来说, 通过套设干棘轮座 5的弹性件 Ί的弹性来推抵齿环盘 6朝环圈部 52受 力' 让齿环盘 6上的排齿 10能够完全与环圈部 52的齿排 9稳固啮合, 除此之外在环圈部 52的顶底两侧均设有齿排 9, 再搭配所设置的齿环盘 6, 提供使用者不论棘扳体 1翻转至任 合侧时都可套设手工件, 并达到拆卸、 旋紧的目的, 另外由图 7所示中, 通过棘轮座 5的齿 排 9与齿环盘 6的排齿 10的啮合方式, 即可大幅减少结构上的组成, 借此让整支扳手的重 量降低, 并达到简易组装、 操作方便等优点, 请参阅图 5至图 7所示。
而现于下以本发明第二种实施例予以说明进一步的细部特征, 请参阅图 5至图 7所示为 辅助, 本发明第二种实施例在棘轮座 5环圈部 52的齿排 9的设 if上主要具有两种型态, 其 一, 请参阅图 7所示: 该环圈部 52的各齿排 9 ffl复数齿块 91相互并排所组成, 各齿块 9】 呈直角三角形并沿着环圈部 52的设计而围绕于棘轮座 5的外周侧, 又各齿块 9】的并排连接 则形成有复数峰顶 911及复数峰谷 912, 各峰顶 9i i及各峰谷 912呈间插排列即峰谷 912、 峰顶 911、 峰谷 912、 峰顶 911的顺序排列, 又顶、 底的各齿排 9的各齿块 9i呈相互对齐而 设置, 顶、 底的齿排 9的齿块 9】为上下对齐, 每一个位于环圈部 52顶侧的峰顶 91】对应每 一个位于环圈部 52底侧的峰顶 911, 反之位于环圈部 52顶侧的每一峰谷 912则对应环圈部 52底侧的每一峰谷 912, 借由此设计让棘轮座 5两端的齿环盘 6能同歩旋转。
其二: 请参阅图 8所示, 第 实施例不同于第二实施例的位置在于, 环圈部 52 的顶、 底齿排 9并不相互对齐, 而是呈交错对应, 为环圈部 52顶侧的各齿块 91所形成的每一峰 顶 9i i对应底侧各齿块 91所形成的每一峰谷 9i2, 反的环圈部 52顶侧的各齿块 91所形成 的每一峰谷 912 对应底侧各齿块 91 所形的每一峰顶 911 , 通过顶、 底错位的方式设计以增 加操作^跳齿的声响, 进一步提供使用者辨识棘轮座 5当下的旋动方向。
上述第二种实施例所列举不同的型态上, 其环圈部 52的顶、 底两侧的各齿块 91可朝向 相同方向, 即为各齿块 91所具有的斜面均朝向同一方向, 或者可为环圈部 52的顶、 底两侧 的各齿块 9】朝向不同方向, 即为各齿块 91所具有的斜面朝向相反方向设置, 请参阅图 9所 示, 各齿块 91面向的改变仅改变了棘轮座 5两端的齿环盘 6的旋转方向, 并不影响操诈上 的顺畅及方向性。 另外, 为了让使用者在进行棘扳体 1驱动手工件的过程中, 位于棘轮座 5 两侧的弹性件 7能够稳固维持跳齿后的复位, 避免弹性件 7自行脱离而影响齿环盘 6与棘轮 座 5 间的 ¾合作动, 因此在各齿环盘 6对应弹性件 7的弹抵进一步凸设有一定位环圈 61, 各齿环盘 6上的定位环圈 61呈环圈状, 且其夕卜周侧与齿环盘 6呈直角设置, 故弹性件 7的 一端可圈套于相对应的定位环圈 61 予以圏定, 避免弹性件 7受到棘扳体〗 在驱动手工件时 脱离与齿环盘 6的弹抵, 并持续稳固弹抵齿环盘 6与环圈部 52的齿排 9间的啮合作动, 请 参阅图 5所示。
一般市面上的扳手皆是具有一片盖将内部源较为细小易脱离、 遗失的零件予以遮闭, 并 进一歩通过螺丝穿过片盖而锁固于扳手上, 虽然此方式的组装能够确保内部零件不会轻易脱 离, 但是因螺丝的锁设却增加整支扳手的重量, 因此本发明为了能够圏定内部的零件且不会 增加扳手的重量, 以第二种实施例为说明, 在棘扳体 : 的组孔 i i 内壁且靠近两端的孔口处 进一步各环绕凹设有一凹槽 12, 而各封盖 8的外周侧对应凹槽 12劑环绕凹设有一嵌槽 81 , 另外在各封盖 8盖合于棘扳体 1的组孔 11时进一步设有二环扣 100分别嵌卡于组孔 11的凹 槽 12以及封盖 8的嵌槽 81 , 而各环扣 100的设置以一侧插入于组孔 11的凹槽 12内, 并以 局部外露于凹槽】 2, 而封盖 8的组装则以各环扣〗 00外露的部分嵌卡于嵌槽 81 内, 借此让 封盖 8 能够确实定位组装于棘扳体 1 的组孔 11 , 并防止内部零件的脱离, 此外各环扣 100 的设 if呈 C字状本发明在环扣 100的设 上其主要是用于固定封盖 8于组孔 11, 并非用来 限制其形状, 其具有适当的弹性压縮, 比起通过螺丝的锁设更具有一定的韧度以及轻量的效 果, 如此一来可大幅度减轻整支扳手的重量, 请参阅图 5所示第一种实施例则以图 2所示, 封盖 24周侧凹设有嵌槽 241为实施型态。
另夕卜值得 ·提的是, 本发明在上述针对第二种实施倒所描述的两种不同的型态下, 为了 能够提供使用者在操控棘轮座 5的过程中, 不会发生齿环盘 6 自转而让排齿 10与齿排 9的 啮合不完全迸而造成空转的问题, 因此, 该棘扳体 1 的组孔 11 内壁进一步凹设有复数弧槽 13 , 各弧槽 13沿着组孔 11孔壁相互连接并形成梅花状, 而齿环盘 6的设计则于外周侧对应 各弧槽 13凸设有相对应的弧凸块 62, 该齿环盘 6通过各弧凸块 62与各弧槽 13间的卡抵设 置, 以防止齿环盘 6相对组孔 1 1发生自转而影响排齿 10与齿排 9间的啮合关系, 进而达到 确实啮合转动手工件的旋紧与卸除, 请参阅图 5所示而第一种实施例则以第二种实施例为套 用, 请参阅图 2所示齿环盘 22对应各弧槽 13劑凸设有相对应的弧凸块 221为实施型态。
通过上述对本发明所描述的说明, 使用者通过棘轮座 21、 5来卸除与旋紧手工件时, 利 用各弹性件 23、 7的弹力将齿环盘 22、 6朝棘轮座 21、 5压抵, 使位于齿环盘 22、 6的排齿 4、 10 能够完全啮合环圈部 2i2、 52 的齿排 3、 9, 通过啮合的方式来平均分散操控时的扭 力, 以维持齿排 3、 9、 排齿 4、 10 的使用时间, 并降低汰换的成本; 除此之外, 通过齿排 3、 9 与排齿 4、 10 间在啮合后跳齿作动所产生的声响产生, 以提供使用者知晓当下棘轮座 2i、 5 的转向, 减少施工上要辨识的时间, 经由上述的说明, 本发明与公知技术相比之下更 具有一定的进步性, 且更符合社会大众所使用。
由上所述者仅为用以解释本发明的较佳实施例, 并非企图据以对本发明做任何形式上的 限制, 是以, 凡有在相同的发明精神下所做有关本发明的任何修饰或变更者, 为其它可据以 实施的型态且具有相同效果者, 皆仍应包括在本发明意图保护的范畴内。

L 一种棘轮工具的棘齿啮合装置, 其特征在于, 其包括:
一棘扳体, 其一端贯设有一组孔;
及一掣动组件, 其装设于棘扳体的组孔內, 该掣动组件迸一步包括有一棘轮座、 至少一齿环 盘、 至少一弹性件及至少一封盖, 其中该棘轮座设有一驱动孔由顶面贯穿至底面, 且于棘轮 座外周侧凸伸有一环圈部, 而在该环圈部的顶、 底两侧中任一侧进一步环绕凸设有一齿排, 而该至少一齿环盘套设于棘轮座, 且对应环圈部设有齿排的一侧, 该至少一齿环盘对应齿排 的一侧进一步环设有一排齿, 该排齿与相对应的齿排相互啮合, 又该至少一封盖套设于棘轮 座, 且对应该至少一齿环盘, 该至少一封盖遮闭组孔的孔口, 而该至少一弹性件套组装于棘 轮座且设有齿环盘的一端, 该至少一弹性件的两端分别弹抵于封盖以及齿环盘, 并弹性推抵 齿环盘的排齿与环圈部的齿排相啮合。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的棘轮工具的棘齿¾合装置, 其特征在于, 该棘轮座的环圈部的齿排 由复数齿块相互并排所组成, 各齿块沿着环圈部的设置围绕, 且各齿块呈直角三角形, 又各 齿块的并排连接则形成有复数峰顶及复数峰谷, 各峰顶与峰谷呈间插排列。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的棘轮工具的棘齿啮合装置, 其特征在于, 该至少一齿环盘对应弹性 件弹抵的一侧进一步延伸有一定位环圈, 而该至少一弹性件的一端剣圈固于定位环圈的外周 侧而抵于齿环盘。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的棘轮工具的棘齿¾合装置, 其特征在于, 该组孔的孔壁凹设有复数 弧槽, 而该至少一齿环盘的周侧则对应组孔孔壁的各弧槽凸设有复数弧凸块, 该至少一齿环 盘的各弧凸块卡抵于各弧槽, 并以限制固定该至少一齿环盘的转向。
5. 一种棘轮工具的棘齿 ¾合装置, 其特征在于, 其包括:
棘扳体, 其一端贯设有一组孔;
及一掣动组件, 其装设于棘扳体的组孔内, 该掣动组件进一歩包括有一棘轮座、 二齿环 盘、 二弹性件及二封盖, 其中该棘轮座设有一驱动孔由顶面贯穿至底面, 且于棘轮座外周侧 凸伸有一环圈部, 而在该环圈部的顶、 底两侧进一步分别环绕凸设有一齿排, 而各齿环盘分 别套设于棘轮座的两端, 且各齿环盘对应各齿排的一侧迸一歩环设有一排齿, 各排齿与相对 应的齿排相互啮合, 又各封盖套设于棘轮座的两端并遮闭组孔的两端的孔口; 而各弹性件分 别套组装于棘轮座的两端, 且各弹性件的两端各别弹抵于同侧的封盖以及齿环盘, 并弹性推 抵齿环盘的排齿与环圈部的齿排相啮合。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的棘轮工具的棘齿啮合装置, 其特征在于, 该棘轮座的环圈部的各 齿排由复数齿块相互并排所组成, 各齿块沿着环圈部的设置围绕, ϋ各齿块呈直角三角形, 又各齿块的并排连接则形成有复数峰顶及复数峰谷, 各峰顶与峰谷呈间插排列, 而环圈部 顶、 底两侧 i的齿排的各齿块相互对齐设置。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的棘轮工具的棘齿啮合装置, 其特征在于, 该棘轮座的环圈部的各 齿排由复数齿块相互并排所组成, 各齿块沿着环圈部的设置围绕, ϋ各齿块呈直角三角形, 又各齿块的并排连接劑形成有复数峰顶及复数峰谷, 各峰顶与峰谷呈间插排列, 而环圈部 顶、 底两侧的齿排的各齿块为错位相对设置。
8。根据权利要求 5所述的棘轮工具的棘齿 ¾合装置, 其特征在于, 各齿环盘对应弹性件弹抵 的一侧进一步延伸有一定位环圈, 而各弹性件的一端则圈固于定位环圈的外周侧而抵于齿环

9.根据权利要求 5所述的棘轮工具的棘齿啮合装置, 其特征在于, 该棘扳体的组孔内壁且靠 近于两端的孔口处进一步各环设有一凹槽, 而各封盖的外周侧对应凹槽则环绕凹设有一嵌 槽, 另设有二环扣分别装设于嵌槽内, 且局部外露于嵌槽, 并以各环扣外露的部分卡设于凹 槽內。
10。根据权利要求 5所述的棘轮工具的棘齿啮合装置, 其特征在干, 该组孔的孔壁凹设有复 数弧槽, 而各齿环盘的周侧则对应组孔孔壁的各弧槽凸设有复数弧凸块, 各齿环盘的各弧凸 块卡抵于各弧槽, 并以限制固定各齿环盘的转向。
