Definitions
- the invention relates to the technical field of false ceilings and false wall tension.
- the invention relates more particularly to a fastening device of at least one fabric for producing a false-wall fabric tension (s).
- the false walls are made from profiles, commonly called smooth, able to be fixed on a wall or a ceiling of a room, on which flexible fabrics are hung.
- the webs have peripheral edges provided with hanging means conventionally in the form of a harpoon.
- the associated slats have a form adapted to retain the means for hanging said webs.
- they comprise a U-shaped groove comprising a hooked shoulder on which the hooking means is intended to bear.
- the cloths provided with hanging means are generally PVC fabrics.
- the disadvantage of the smooth described above is that they are configured to suit a single type of fabric.
- type of fabric is meant canvases provided with hanging means and canvases without means of hanging. So, the choice of a canvas depends on the type of smooth used and vice versa, which has several disadvantages. In particular, when replacing a fabric of an existing false wall, the choice of the fabric will depend on the heddles initially implemented. Similarly, the slats, when configured to receive several fabrics, do not allow to offer a mix in the paintings implemented.
- the invention aims to remedy these problems by providing a modular attachment device for hanging indifferently a canvas provided with hanging means and a canvas without hook means.
- the invention aims to also provide a hooked device for adapting in a simple and quick way, temporarily or not, an existing rail section configured for hanging a canvas provided with means for hanging in a section of smooth configured for the attachment of a canvas devoid of hanging means.
- the invention also aims to provide a hooked device for ensuring the grip of several fabrics, whether or not provided with hooking means.
- the invention provides a fastening device of at least one fabric for the production of a false fabric wall (s) tension (s) comprising two interlocking profiles one in the other reversibly, one of the section forming a smooth section arranged to allow the attachment of a canvas provided with hooking means, the other section comprising means for pinching a canvas without means of hooked when in place in the rail section, said sections comprising reciprocal retention means.
- the invention provides a fastening device for at least one fabric for producing a false fabric wall (s) tension (s) comprising a first section forming a smooth section configured to allow the hooking of a fabric provided with hanging means and comprising at least one receiving groove, advantageously able to retain a peripheral edge of a fabric equipped with a means hooked, said groove being delimited by at least two side walls, and at least one second section, adapted to be detachably fitted into the receiving groove of the first profile, having a U-shaped or V-shaped section, one of the arms of the U-shape or V-shape comprising at least one deformable longitudinal projection arranged to abut against a wall disposed facing the arm carrying the deformable projection and thus hold by pinching on said wall a fabric devoid of means for hooked when the second section is in place in the receiving groove of the first section (so as to maintain the web by pinching against the wall portion of the receiving groove, one of the arms of the U-shape or V comprising a first section
- the shoulder which allows the maintenance of the second profile in the first is also the means for retaining means hooked (harpoon type) equipping the peripheral edge of the fabric. Therefore, the implementation of the second section does not require any modification of the groove or even to provide in the groove an additional means for the attachment of the second profile.
- the hooking means of the accessory profile on the smooth profile implemented formed of the longitudinal groove and the shoulder, ensures the retention of the accessory profile in the smooth section, despite the tension force exerted by the fabric when it is fixed on the accessory profile.
- the second section has a shape complementary to that of the receiving groove of the first section.
- the shoulder is arranged to allow the grip of the canvas provided with hanging means.
- the projection extends substantially to a plane passing through the inner face of the other arm of the U-shape or V opposite the arm carrying the deformable projection. This thus ensures the jamming of the fabric between the deformable projection and the side wall concerned.
- the arm opposite to that bearing the projection constitutes the wall against which the projection bears.
- the deformable projection extends beyond a plane corresponding to the outer face of the arm opposite the arm bearing the deformable projection.
- the other arm has a wall portion forming an inlet ramp.
- the deformable projection has a wing profile.
- the deformable projection comprises two lips arranged relative to each other to define a seam having a V-section.
- the second section is arranged to fully fit into the receiving groove. This thus makes it possible not to impact the visual of the rail section.
- the second section is made of rigid or semi-rigid PVC. This thus facilitates the insertion of the second profile into the first profile and its removal using a suitable instrument while providing sufficient strength and rigidity to remain "embedded" in the first section when the canvas is hooked in the second profile and then subjected to tension for the purpose of achieving the stretched ceiling.
- the deformable projection is made of semi-rigid or flexible polymer.
- the invention also relates to an accessory section intended to be removably mounted in a receiving groove of a profile constituting a smooth section, said groove being delimited by at least two side walls, at least one of walls laterally being advantageously adapted to retain a peripheral edge of a web equipped with a harpoon, said accessory section having a U-shaped or V-shaped section dimensioned to be fitted into the receiving groove of the rail section in which it is intended to be inserted, one of the arms of the U-shape or V-shape comprising at least one deformable longitudinal projection arranged to bear against a side wall disposed facing the arm carrying the deformable projection when the accessory profile is in place in the receiving groove of the rail section, one of the arms comprising a longitudinal groove arranged to receive a shoulder formed on one of the side walls of the receiving groove of the rail section in which it is intended to be fitted.
- the accessory profile includes all the characteristics of the second section mentioned above.
- the other arm has a wall portion forming an inlet ramp.
- the deformable projection has a wing profile. It may also be provided another configuration in which the deformable projection of the second profile advantageously comprises two lips arranged with respect to one another to define a seam having a V-shaped section.
- one of the lips extends perpendicular to a plane corresponding to the arm comprising the deformable projection.
- the deformable projection is formed at the free end of the arm.
- the deformable projection extends beyond a plane corresponding to the outer face of the arm opposite the arm carrying the deformable projection. This thus improves the jamming of the fabric between the deformable projection and the relevant side wall of the receiving groove.
- the second section is made of rigid or semi-rigid PVC.
- the deformable projection is made of semi-rigid or flexible polymer.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic sectional view of a fastening device of a textile fabric according to the invention
- FIG. 2 shows a view of the smooth section of Figure 1 before the introduction of the accessory profile
- a fastening device 1 of a fabric for the realization of a false ceiling stretched fabrics comprising a first section 2 and a second section 4 adapted to be recessed in the first profile 2.
- the first section 2 and the second section 4 are subsequently called respectively smooth section or main section 2 and accessory section 4.
- the main section 2 preferably made of aluminum, consists of a rectangle-shaped section of smooth, intended to be fixed on a support for the purpose of hanging a canvas by its peripheral edges provided, for this purpose, a means of hanging in the form of harpoon.
- a profile is known and the general shape of such a profile is described in the applications FR2952087 and FR2970013 in the name of the Applicant. Any other form of the main section can of course be provided without departing from the scope of the invention.
- Such a profile is intended in particular for the attachment of a PVC fabric.
- the main section 2 comprises a receiving groove 20 for receiving the hooked means.
- the receiving groove 20 has a U-shaped section and is delimited by two side walls 21, 23 and a bottom wall 22.
- the face internal of one of the side walls has a shoulder hook 24 longitudinal.
- the hooking shoulder 24 is formed on the inner face 230 of the outer side wall 23.
- outer wall is meant the wall farthest from the space delimited by the ceiling and the fabric when it is in place (velum).
- the term "internal face” means a face disposed on the side of the groove.
- the term “outer face” means a face disposed on the opposite side to the groove.
- the shoulder 24 is dimensioned to receive a groove 44 provided on the accessory section 4.
- the establishment of the shoulder 24 in the groove ensures the retention of the accessory section 4 in the throat for reception of the main section 2.
- the shoulder 24 has a hooked surface 240 plane. This configuration has the advantage of improving the retaining of the accessory profile 4 in the receiving groove 20 and thus avoiding inadvertent removal of the accessory section 4 of the main section 2.
- the accessory section 4 advantageously made of PVC, has a shape substantially complementary to that of the receiving groove 20 of the main section 2.
- the accessory section 4 is, in the illustrated embodiment, in the form of an elongated blade, preferably of the same length as that of the main section 2, of substantially U-shaped cross section.
- the arms 41, 43 of the blade are dimensioned to extend over the entire width of the side walls 21, 23 of the groove 20 of the main section 2.
- the width of the arms denotes the distance separating the bottom wall 42 from the U and the free end of said arms.
- the width of the side walls of the receiving groove denotes the distance separating the bottom wall 22 from the groove and the end of said side walls opposite the bottom wall 22.
- the arm 41 of the accessory section 4 is provided on its inner face 410 with longitudinal projections 40 semi-rigid or flexible. Subsequently, we speak of support arm 41.
- the projections 40 are arranged on the arm 41 and dimensioned to bear against the inner face 430 of the arm 43 of the accessory section 4 when the latter is in place in the receiving groove 20.
- the arm 43 opposite that bearing the projections 40 (arm 41) has a groove 44 sized to receive the shoulder 24 of the side wall 23 of the receiving groove 20.
- the groove 44 has been formed by stamping the arm 43. It is formed on the arm 43 so that that the width of the portion downstream of the groove 44 (portion of the arm 43A) is substantially equal to the distance separating the bottom wall 22 of the receiving groove 20 and the shoulder 24.
- the establishment of the accessory section 4 is effected by elastic casing of the accessory section 4 in the groove 20 of the main section 2. To do this, the accessory section 4 is positioned until the groove 44 comes s snap on the shoulder 24 of the groove 20 of the main section 2. Any movement between the accessory section 4 and the main section 2 is then prevented, the accessory section 4 being retained in the main section 2 by the shoulder 24.
- the arm 43 thus forms a retaining arm.
- the portion of the arm 43 upstream of the groove 44 (arm portion 43C) has an inner face arranged to form a ramp 46 from the end from the arm 43 to the stamped portion 43B of the arm 43 A.
- upstream and downstream are defined relative to the insertion movement of the fabric in the accessory section 4.
- the area between the pressed portion 43B of the arm and the opening 45 allowing the entry of the fabric is defined as being an area upstream of the stamped portion, while the area between the stamped portion 43B and the bottom wall 42 is defined as being an area downstream of the stamped portion 43B .
- the receiving groove 20 has a U-section. It is of course obvious that the invention is not limited to this type of groove, and that the invention can be implemented. implemented with a main section 2 having a V-shaped groove or trough form provided with any bottom wall, the accessory section 4 having in any case a section of complementary shape.
- the accessory section 4 has four projections, of different lengths, distributed over the arm 41 between the end of said arm and an area opposite the stamped portion of the arms 43.
- the protrusions deformable further have a wing profile. It is of course obvious that the projections are not limited to this form and that any other form can be provided without departing from the scope of the invention. Similarly, the number of projections may vary depending on the dimensions of the accessory profile and the desired degree of nip.
- the accessory section 4 allows the attachment of a canvas devoid of means for hanging on a main section initially for the attachment of cloths provided with hooking means.
- the hooked device allows to implement paintings of any type.
- the attachment device also allows to combine mixed frames. Indeed, when the main section has several reception grooves adapted to retain a hanging means of a fabric, this method may allow the attachment of several paintings, some being equipped with hooking means, the others being lacking. In the latter case, an accessory profile will be integrated in the corresponding receiving groove.
- FIG. 1 illustrates the implementation of such a frame, the web 5 devoid of hanging means being fixed in the receiving groove 20 by pinching the projections against the inner face 430 of the holding arm 43 while the cloth 6 provided with hooking means 60 is fixed in conventional manner in the groove 25.
- the attachment device 1 comprises a single accessory profile. It is of course obvious that it may be provided to integrate in the main section several accessory profiles, the shape and dimensions of said accessory profiles being adapted to the shape and dimensions of the receiving groove for which they are intended.
