Description

DOMAINE TECHNIQUE DE L'INVENTIONTECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the technical field of stretched false ceilings and false walls.

The invention relates more particularly to a device for attaching at least one canvas for producing a false wall with stretched canvas(es).

ETAT DE LA TECHNIQUESTATE OF THE ART

Conventionally, the false walls are made from profiles, commonly called smooth, suitable for being fixed to a wall or a ceiling of a room, on which flexible fabrics are hung. EP 2690231 A presents an example, which is considered the closest state of the art.

Les toiles pourvues de moyens d'accroche sont en général des toiles en PVC.To allow them to be hooked onto the rails, the fabrics have peripheral edges provided with hooking means which are conventionally in the form of a harpoon. The associated heddles have for their part a shape adapted to retain the means for attaching said fabrics. In particular, they comprise a U-shaped groove comprising an attachment shoulder on which the attachment means is intended to rest. The fabrics provided with means of attachment are generally PVC fabrics.

Believing that in the context of certain achievements or the material in which the canvas is made, hanging it using means of attachment such as a harpoon is not appropriate, it is proposed smooths presenting under the form of flexible clips, said clips being arranged to retain the canvas by pinching between two wings or wedging between a wing and a wall. The fabrics concerned are then devoid of any means of attachment. Such heddles are frequently implemented with textile fabrics.

By type of fabric, we mean the fabrics provided with means of attachment and the fabrics without means of attachment. Thus, the choice of a canvas depends on the type of rail used and vice versa, which has several disadvantages. In particular, when replacing a fabric of an existing false wall, the choice of fabric will depend on the rails initially implemented. Similarly, the rails, when configured to receive several fabrics, do not allow to offer a mix in the fabrics implemented

The invention aims to remedy these problems by proposing a modular attachment device making it possible to attach either a canvas provided with attachment means and a canvas without attachment means.

The invention also aims to propose a hooking device making it possible to adapt in a simple and rapid manner, temporarily or not, an existing rail profile configured for the hooking of a canvas provided with hooking means into a profile of smooth configured for the attachment of a canvas devoid of means of attachment.

L'invention vise également à proposer un dispositif d'accroche permettant d'assurer l'accroche de plusieurs toiles, qu'elles soient pourvues ou non de moyens d'accroche. The invention also aims to propose a fastening device making it possible to ensure the fastening of several fabrics, whether or not they are provided with fastening means.

OBJET DE L'INVENTIONOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

To this end, and according to a first aspect, the invention proposes a device for attaching at least one canvas for producing a false wall with stretched canvas(es) comprising a first profile forming a profile heddle comprising at least one receiving groove delimited by at least two side walls, and at least one second section, capable of being removably fitted into the receiving groove of the first section according to the characteristics of claim 1.

Ce dispositif permet donc de rendre certains profilés existants utilisables soit en plafonds tendus PVC, soit en toile textile Artolis®.Thus, when an existing false ceiling has been made using a canvas equipped with hooking means and rails adapted to retain the hooking means of the canvas (Heddles corresponding to the aforementioned first profile), it is possible to adapt said healds by inserting a profile of the type of that of the second profile so as to allow the retention of a canvas devoid of attachment means. This device therefore makes it possible to make certain existing profiles usable either in PVC stretch ceilings or in Artolis ® textile fabric.

In addition, the shoulder which allows the retention of the second section in the first also constitutes the retaining means of the hooking means (harpoon type) fitted to the peripheral edge of the fabric. Therefore, the implementation of the second profile does not require any modification of the groove or even to provide in the groove an additional means for the attachment of the second profile.

Advantageously, the projection extends at least to a plane passing through the outer face of the other arm of the U-shape. When the peripheral edge of the fabric is placed in the second section, the fabric is retained by pinching between the projection and the inner face of the receiving groove.

According to a particular embodiment, the other arm of the U-shape opposite to the arm carrying the deformable projection, is sized to have one end bearing on a longitudinal shoulder formed on one of the side walls of the receiving groove when the second profile is in place in the receiving groove of the first profile. This has the advantage of preventing any movement of the second profile when the latter is placed in the receiving groove of the first profile. In this embodiment, the projection bears against the wall of the receiving groove carrying the shoulder. Furthermore, and advantageously, the shoulder enabling the second section to be held in the first also constitutes the retaining means for the hooking means (harpoon type) fitted to the peripheral edge of the canvas.

Advantageously, the deformable projection extends beyond a plane corresponding to the outer face of the arm opposite the arm carrying the deformable projection. This thus makes it possible to improve the wedging of the fabric between the deformable projection and the relevant side wall of the receiving groove.

Advantageously, the deformable projection has a wing profile.

Advantageously, one of the lips extends perpendicular to a plane corresponding to the arm comprising the deformable projection.

Advantageously, the second profile is arranged to fit entirely into the receiving groove. This allows not to impact the visual of the rail profile.

Advantageously, the second section is made of rigid or semi-rigid PVC. This thus facilitates the insertion of the second profile into the first profile as well as its removal using a suitable instrument while providing sufficient strength and rigidity to remain "embedded" in the first profile when the canvas is hung. in the second section and then subjected to tension for the purposes of creating the stretch ceiling.

Advantageously, the deformable projection is made of semi-rigid or flexible polymer.

Described, but not claimed separately, is also an accessory profile intended to be removably mounted in a groove for receiving a profile constituting a rail profile, said groove being delimited by at least two side walls, one at the least of the side walls being capable of retaining a peripheral edge of a canvas equipped with a harpoon, said accessory profile having a U-shaped or V-shaped section sized to be fitted into the receiving groove of the heald profile in which it is intended to be inserted, one of the arms of the U or V shape comprising at least one deformable longitudinal projection arranged to bear against a side wall arranged opposite the arm bearing the deformable projection when the accessory profile is in place in the receiving groove of the rail profile.

The advantage of such a profile is that it can be implemented with existing rail profiles that can be used either in PVC stretch ceilings or in Artolis ® textile fabric.

The accessory profile takes up all the characteristics of the second profile mentioned above.

According to the invention, the second arm of the second profile has a width less than that of the first arm carrying the deformable projection, the width being determined so that, when the second profile is in place in the receiving groove of the smooth profile, that -it has one end resting on a shoulder formed on one of the side walls of the groove for receiving the smooth profile. Advantageously, the deformable projection has a wing profile. Another configuration may also be provided in which the deformable projection of the second section advantageously comprises two lips arranged relative to each other to define a projection having a V-section. Advantageously, one of the lips extends perpendicular to a plane corresponding to the arm comprising the deformable projection. According to an advantageous configuration, the deformable projection is provided at the free end of the first arm. Advantageously, the second arm, opposite the arm carrying the deformable projection, is dimensioned so as to come to rest on a shoulder provided on the side wall of the receiving groove arranged opposite the arm carrying the deformable projection when the second profile is in position. place in the receiving groove of the first section. Advantageously, the deformable projection extends beyond a plane corresponding to the outer face of the arm opposite the arm carrying the deformable projection. This thus makes it possible to improve the wedging of the fabric between the deformable projection and the relevant side wall of the receiving groove. Advantageously, the second section is made of rigid or semi-rigid PVC. Advantageously, the deformable projection is made of semi-rigid or flexible polymer.

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DES FIGURESDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES

Le premier profilé 2 et le deuxième profilé 3 sont par la suite appelés respectivement profilé de lisse ou profilé principal 2 et profilé accessoire 3.In relation to the figures 1 and 2 , there is described a hanging device 1 for a fabric for the production of a suspended ceiling of stretched fabrics comprising a first profile 2 and a second profile 3 capable of being integrated into the first profile 2. The first profile 2 and the second profile 3 are subsequently called the heald profile or main profile 2 and accessory profile 3 respectively.

. Un tel profilé est destiné notamment à l'accroche d'une toile PVC.In the illustrated embodiment, the main profile 2, preferably aluminum, consists of a smooth profile in the shape of a right-angled triangle, intended to be fixed on a support for the purposes of hanging a canvas by its peripheral edges. provided, to do this, with a means of attachment in the form of a harpoon. Such a profile is known and the general shape of such a profile is described in the applications FR2952087 and FR2970013 on behalf of the Applicant. Any other shape of the main profile can of course be provided without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the claims. . Such a profile is intended in particular for the attachment of a PVC canvas.

Like any rail profile implemented to allow the laying of a canvas comprising hooking means, the main profile 2 comprises a receiving groove 20 intended to receive the hooking means. In the illustrated embodiment, the receiving groove 20 has a U-shaped section and is delimited by two side walls 21, 23 and a bottom wall 22. The ends of the U-shaped side walls, opposite the bottom wall 22, define an opening 4 for the passage of the canvas attachment means in the receiving groove 20. In order to ensure the attachment of the canvas attachment means, the internal face of one of the side walls comprises a longitudinal attachment shoulder 24. In the example shown, the attachment shoulder 24 is formed on the inner face 230 of the side wall 23 outside. By outer wall, we mean the wall furthest from the space delimited by the ceiling and the canvas when the latter is in place (awning). Furthermore, the term “internal face” denotes a face arranged on the side of the groove. Conversely, the term “external face” denotes a face arranged on the side opposite the groove.

The accessory profile 3, advantageously made of PVC, has a shape substantially complementary to that of the receiving groove 20 of the main profile 2. More particularly, the accessory profile 3 is, in the illustrated embodiment, in the form of an elongated blade, preferably of the same length as that of the main profile 2, of U-shaped cross-section. One of the arms 31 of the blade is dimensioned to extend over the entire width of the side wall 21 opposite the side wall 23 bearing the gripping shoulder 24. The other arm 33 is itself dimensioned to have a width less than or equal to the width between the inner face 220 of the bottom wall 22 and the grip surface 240 of the grip shoulder 24. The width of the arms denotes the distance separating the bottom wall 32 from the U-shape and the end free of said arms. Similarly, the width of the side walls denotes the distance separating the bottom wall 22 and the end of said side walls opposite the bottom wall 22. The hooking surface 240 is dimensioned to ensure the maintenance in place of the profile accessory 3 in the receiving groove 20 of the main profile 2. It will thus preferably extend over a height at least equal to the thickness of the retaining arm 33 in order to ensure sufficient and satisfactory retention of the second profile 3 in the main profile 2. The surface 240 is also configured to prevent any slipping of the holding arm when the accessory profile 3 is in place in the main profile 2 and thus avoid any inadvertent removal of the accessory profile 3 from the main profile 2. Advantageously, the surface 240 is flat.

In the example illustrated, the arm 33 has a width equal to the distance from the attachment surface 240 of the attachment shoulder 24 and the internal face 220 of the bottom wall 22. Thus, when the second profile 3 is placed in the receiving groove 20, it is snapped into the latter. Any movement between the second profile 3 and the main profile 2 is then prevented, the second profile 3 being retained in the main profile 2 by bearing on the shoulder 24. The arm 33 thus forms a retaining arm.

The positioning of the second profile 3 is carried out by elastic fitting in the groove 20 of the main profile 2. insertion of the second section 3 into the receiving groove 20, the retaining arm 33 undergoes a slight bending in

On parlera par la suite de bras support 31.The arm 31 of the second profile 3, opposite the retaining arm 33, is provided, on its inner face 310, with longitudinal projections 30 that are semi-rigid or flexible. We will speak later of the support arm 31.

The projections 30 are arranged on the arm 31 and sized to bear against the inner face 230 of the side wall 23 of the receiving groove 20 carrying the gripping shoulder 24 when the second profile 3 is in place in the groove reception 20. The presence of these projections 30 thus makes it possible to maintain a canvas 5 devoid of any attachment means (for example a textile canvas) by simply pinching the projections 30 against the wall portion of the reception groove 20 located between the gripping shoulder 24 and the opening 4 of the receiving groove 20.

Advantageously, each projection 30 comprises two lips 300, 301 of V-section. In the illustrated embodiment, the lip 300 of each projection closest to the free end of the support arm 31 extends perpendicularly to a plane corresponding to the inner face of said arm (arm carrying the longitudinal projection). The other lip 301, for its part, extends at an angle of approximately 45 degrees with respect to the perpendicular lip.

In order to prevent the canvas 5 from rubbing against the free end of the support arm 31 when it is stretched between two main sections, a projection 30 is made at the free end of the support arm 31 so as to close off the opening 4 of the receiving groove 20 when the second profile 3 is in place in the main profile 2.

Advantageously, the projections 30 are made of semi-rigid or flexible polymer. This thus makes it possible to pinch the fabric 5 against one of the side walls of the receiving groove 20 so as to ensure its retention at its peripheral edge while avoiding damaging the latter.

In the illustrated embodiment, the support arm 31 comprises two projections 30. It is of course obvious that other embodiments may be provided in which the arm comprises a single projection or even more than two projections 30, depending on the degree pinch desired. In order to further increase the degree of pinching of the fabric 5 against the side wall 23 of the receiving groove 20, provision may also be made for the projections 30 to extend beyond a plane corresponding to the external face of the retaining arm 33. Furthermore, the shape of the projections is not limited to that illustrated on the figures 1 and 2 , any other form can be envisaged without departing from the scope of the invention. Similarly, the number of projections may vary depending on the dimensions of the second profile and the desired degree of pinching.

From the above description, it is understood that the second profile 3 allows the attachment of a canvas without attachment means on a main profile initially intended for the attachment of canvases provided with attachment means. Thus, the attachment device makes it possible to implement fabrics of any type.

The attachment device also makes it possible to combine mixed frames. Indeed, when the main profile has several receiving grooves adapted to retain a means of hanging a fabric, this process can allow the attachment of several fabrics, some being equipped with means of attachment, the others being lacking. In the latter case, an accessory profile will be integrated into the corresponding receiving groove. The figure 1 illustrates the implementation of such a frame, the fabric 5 devoid of attachment means being fixed in the receiving groove 20 by pinching the projections against the side wall 23 of the groove while the fabric 6 provided with means of hook 60 is fixed in the conventional manner in the groove 25.

In the embodiment described above, the attachment device 1 comprises a single second section. It is of course obvious that it can be provided to integrate several accessory profiles in the main profile, the shape and dimensions of said accessory profiles being adapted to the shapes and dimensions of the receiving groove for which they are intended.

The invention is described in the foregoing by way of example. It is understood that the person skilled in the art is able to produce different variant embodiments of the invention without departing from the scope of the invention.
