Description

一种具有射频功能的冲裁式电子印章 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电子印章,更具体地说,涉及一种具有射频功能的冲裁式电子印章。
背景技术
l)传统的印章使用范围广泛,如字画上都盖有作者的印章,或收藏者印章,或见定者印章,或销售商印章。由于传统印章容易复制,一些仿造字画盖上仿造的名人印章以假乱真,为字画艺术品市场带耒混乱,侵害了作者和消费者的利益。
2)传统的字画艺术品目前只能以字画照片方式存储在网络上,因为没有可以快速识别的唯一代码,无法为市场上流通的字画艺术品建立数据库。
3)传统射频技术是在PET铝箔层上刻蚀出射频天线,然后在天线上帮定芯片,同时以170度高温固化,这种传统的射频工艺无法在字画上制做具有射频功能的印章。
4)传统的“电子标签”粘贴在字画上制做射频电子印章的缺陷:
1.因为PET膜厚度为0.05毫米,人们会感到厚度凸起,传统射频电子标签制做字画的电子印章破坏字画美感。
2.因为电子标签底层PET膜抗撕裂力高,整体稳定性好,很容易揭下来二次使用,没有安全性。
字画艺术品的市场发展与管理急需为件艺术品提供防伪技木和快速识别的唯一代码,急需建立艺术品物联网。
发明内容
本实用新型的针对上述不足,提供一种具有射频功能的冲裁式电子印章,既具有传统印章的特点,同时具有射频电子标签的功能,印章可以是文字、图形或商标,便于识别,使用范围广,且印章厚度薄,不影响字画艺术品的美感,具有防揭二次使用的特点。
2)具有射频电子标签的功能,使字画艺术品获得了射频芯片的功能:
l)通用型射频芯片的TlD码,不可改写的芯片代码,防伪查询的依据。
2)芯片EPC代码区内容:[公开信息区]
本实用新型的技术方案如下所述:一种具有射频功能的冲裁式电子印章,其特征在于:包括字画层、胶水层、射频天线印章层、芯片连接片总成,所述射频天线印章层通过胶水层粘接在字画层上,所述芯片连接片总成通过导电胶水粘结在射频天线印章上。
所述芯片连接片总成包括射频芯片、芯片连接片底膜和铝箔引线,所述射频芯片的柱脚经导电树脂固定在芯片连接片底膜的铝箔引线上,实现电气连接,所述芯片连接片底膜的铝箔引线同时与所述射频天线印章层上的谐振腔两边相接触,实现了射频芯片与射频天线印章层的电气连接。
所述射频天线印章的尺寸大于20*20mm,小于50*50mm。
所述射频天线印章中间镂空形成射频谐振腔,根据天线印章的文字或图形,设计射频谐振腔的尺寸和位置,并在射频实验室检测天线 印章的谐振腔性能:简易型手持射频读写器距射频电子印章3公分远读写功能正常。
上述射频天线印章为铝箔或银箔或金箔制作而成,厚度在0.01-0.03mm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型既具有传统印章的特点,同时具有射频电子标签的功能,印章可以是文字、图形或商标,便于识别,使用范围广,且印章厚度薄,不影响字画艺术品的美感,具有防揭二次使用的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示,一种具有射频功能的冲裁式电子印章,包括字画层1、胶水层2、射频天线印章层3、芯片连 接片总成8,所述射频天线印章层3通过胶水层2粘接在字画层1上,所述芯片连接片总成8通过导电胶水粘结在射频天线印章3上。
芯片连接片总成8包括射频芯片5、芯片连接片底膜6和铝箔引线),所述射频芯片5的柱脚经导电树脂固定在芯片连接片底膜6的铝箔引线7上,实现电气连接,所述芯片连接片底膜6的铝箔引线7同时与所述射频天线印章层3上的谐振腔两边相接触,实现了射频芯片5与射频天线印章层3的电气连接。
胶水层2为热固化式胶粘剂,具不可逆功能,即二次加温不再具备胶粘功能,不可二次使用。
铝箔引线7厚0.009mm,宽0.8-1.0mm,射频天线印章3的尺寸大于20*20mm,小于50*50mm,射频天线印章3为铝箔或银箔或金箔制作而成,厚度0.01-0.03mm,粘结在纸上极不容易揭开,揭开过程中一定会把铝箔(银箔、金箔)揭破,确保不可能完整揭下耒二次使用,射频天线印章的形状:制作成文字或图形的形状,或者是注册商标图形。
射频天线印章3中间镂空形成射频谐振腔,其图形与尺寸影响射频读写信号灵敏度,根据射频天线印章的文字或图形,设计射频谐振腔的尺寸和位置,并在射频实验室检测射频天线印章的谐振腔性能:简易型手持射频读写器距射频电子印章3公分远读写功能正常。
芯片连接片底膜:0.038毫米厚PET底膜,尺寸:3x3毫米或直径3毫米。
芯片连接片总成8芯片朝下方向,通过导电胶水粘结在射频天线印章3上,芯片连接片底膜6的铝箔引线7与射频天线印章3上的谐振腔两边相接触,实现了芯片5与射频天线印章3电气连接,射频天线印章3具备了射频读写功能。成为射频电子印章。
具有射频读写功能电子印章芯片的功能与内容:
1个性化信息区:字画作者信息,作者自定意代码密码,作品诞生曰期等。
2公共信息区:(通常由文化管理部门或协会制定)字画艺术品分类如油画、国画、水彩画、版画等的代码,艺术品的描述代码;
3艺术品流通信息区,艺术品销售商、收藏家的代码。
3)芯片用户区内容:[非公开信息,没有电子印章制作者的密码看不到]由电子印章的制做者写入的个性化信息。
制做射频功能电子印章的步骤如下:
1、在文字或图案或商标图案的基础上设计射频谐振腔,并经射频实验确认射频效果。确定射频印章天线图案。
2、设计制作电子印章天线冲裁模具。
3、确定电子印章的位置:在画纸画布的正面,人们可以观偿射频电子印章。在画纸画布的背面,人们看不到射频电子印章,只能用射频读写器识读芯片中的信息。如果画纸较薄如宣纸,人们可以看到电子印章图形的轮廓。
4、将射频天线印章冲模放在画纸(布)预定印章位置。
5、将预涂底胶铝箔(银、金箔)30插入射频天线印章冲模内。
6、接通印章冲模电源为冲头加温,当冲头温度指示灯亮起时用力下压冲模杆,冲头从铝箔30上冲裁出射频天线印章3,并将射频天线印章3压在画纸(布)1上,保持压力5至8秒钟,高温将射频天线印章铝箔底层胶2粘在画纸1上,射频天线印章铝箔3与画纸1固定在一起了。抬起冲模杆,冲压印章天线工序完成。
7、在谐振腔部位4确定射频芯片的位置后,在两边铝箔涂导电胶,胶的面积为直径2毫米(谐振腔区不要有导电胶)
8、将射频芯片连接片总成8芯片向下,其位置要确保射频芯片在谐振腔末涂胶位置。粘合在射频天线印章3上。
9、射频功能检测,将射频读写器靠近射频天线印章3,应能读取到射频芯片5的信息。如果没有读到,要检查芯片5下面是否有导电胶,检查芯片连接片底膜上铝箔引线7是否分别与谐振腔两边的铝箔相连
10、芯片定位固化,将直径10毫米的硅胶片放在芯片连接片总成8的上面,再将不锈钢小压板压在上面,用电烙铁头压住小压板,加温10至20秒钟后导电树脂胶固化。再次用射频读写器读取芯片5的信息,确认电子印章具有射频功能。
11、电子印章的保护层制做局部保护层:芯片连接片总成8的保护层,耐氧化的银箔、金箔射频天线印章3不加保护层,更显示出印章高档华贵。
全部保护层:芯片连接片总成8及射频天线印章3区都施加保护层,防止铝箔迂酸碱腐蚀。
保护层制做:
在芯片连接片总成8区点一滴“水晶滴胶”,用电吹风吹胶,使其流平并且固化,形成一个厚度0.1至0.15毫米的保护层。控制点胶的量十分重要,在正式制做之前可以在纸上多次练习,确定点胶量。
全涂保护层:
在射频天线印章3区及芯片连接片总成8上点“铝箔复合型光油”,用冷风吹使其流平,然后吹热风,使光油遍布印章天线,继续加温使其固化,成为保护层。保护层的厚度应在0.05至0.1毫米。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种具有射频功能的冲裁式电子印章,其特征在于:包括字画层(1)、胶水层(2)、射频天线印章层(3)、芯片连接片总成(8),所述射频天线印章层(3)通过胶水层(2)粘接在字画层(1)上,所述芯片连接片总成(8)通过导电胶水粘结在射频天线印章(3)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有射频功能的冲裁式电子印章,其特征还在于:所述芯片连接片总成(8)包括射频芯片(5)、芯片连接片底膜(6)和铝箔引线(7),所述射频芯片(5)的柱脚经导电树脂固定在芯片连接片底膜(6)的铝箔引线(7)上,实现电气连接,所述芯片连接片底膜(6)的铝箔引线(7)同时与所述射频天线印章层(3)上的谐振腔两边相接触,实现了射频芯片(5)与射频天线印章层(3)的电气连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有射频功能的冲裁式电子印章,其特征还在于:射频天线印章(3)的尺寸大于20*20mm,小于50*50mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有射频功能的冲裁式电子印章,其特征还在于:所述射频天线印章(3)中间镂空形成射频谐振腔。
  5. 根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的一种具有射频功能的冲裁式电子印章,其特征还在于:所述射频天线印章(3)为铝箔或银箔或金箔制作而成,厚度0.01-0.03mm。
