Description

自助终端业务应急方法以及网点服务器
本申请要求于2014年03月14日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410097961.9、发明名称为“自助终端业务应急方法以及网点服务器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及金融自助设备领域,尤其涉及自助终端业务应急方法以及网点服务器。
背景技术
随着社会经济的迅猛发展,商家与客户之间交易越来越频繁,自助终端(如ATM,即自动柜员机)以其方便快捷、24小时自助服务和分布广泛等优点备受客户的喜爱。
目前市面上自助终端主要有只取机、只存机、存取一体机、循环一体机四种,只取机可以提供有卡取款、无卡取款、改密、查询、缴费和转账业务;只存机可以提供有卡存款、无卡存款、改密、查询、缴费和转账业务;存取一体机可以提供有卡取款、无卡取款、有卡存款、无卡存款、改密、查询、缴费和转账业务;循环一体机可以提供有卡取款、无卡取款、有卡存款、无卡存款、改密、查询、缴费和转账业务。这些自助终端可以为客户提供有卡取款、无卡取款、有卡存款、无卡存款、改密、查询、缴费和转账业务等自助业务。
然而,当自助终端的核心部件,如机芯、读卡器、键盘、凭条打印机等,发生异常时,该自助终端上与出现异常的部件相关的自助业务将无法进行。如某一存取一体机的键盘坏了,则该存取一体机不能为客户提供任何需要密码或者数字输入的自助服务了;又如某一取款机的读卡器坏了,则卡类业务就不能进行了,而目前取款机上进行的大部分业务都是有卡取款,机器中的钞票就无法使用,从而造成资源浪费。再如由三台取款机构成的某自助网点,如果其中一台取款机的读卡器发生故障,另一台取款机的键盘发生异常,这两台取款机的钞箱几乎还是满的,当第三台取款机的钞票取完后,前两台取款机的钞票都无法利用,从而导致整个自助网点不能为客户提供取款业务。 这种情况对于一些偏远地区的自助网点来说尤其值得重视,这时维护人员难以及时维修自助终端,导致该自助网点长期无法为客户提供取款业务,大大降低了自助网点的服务质量。
因此,亟需一种将自助网点的资源整合起来的方法,来解决由于自助网点上自助终端的部件出现异常导致自助业务缺失的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了自助终端业务应急方法以及网点服务器,能够解决由于自助网点上自助终端的部件出现异常导致自助业务缺失的问题,提升了自助网点的服务质量和资源利用率。
本发明实施例提供的一种自助终端业务应急方法,包括:
网点服务器获取自助网点下自助终端对应的自助业务;
网点服务器检查所述自助业务中是否存在缺失业务,若是,则网点服务器获取到所述缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件;
网点服务器检查所述自助网点是否拥有所述缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件,若是,则网点服务器根据预设的组合规则将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来;
网点服务器根据预设的优化规则将整合后的所述资源和/或部件协同操作,使得所述自助网点能提供所述缺失业务对应的自助业务。
可选地,网点服务器根据预设的组合规则将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来具体包括:
网点服务器根据预设的组合规则在所述自助网点中获取至少两台自助终端,所述自助终端包含了所述缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件;
网点服务器在所述至少两台自助终端之间建立通信连接。
可选地,网点服务器根据预设的组合规则将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来具体包括:
网点服务器根据第一组合规则、第二组合规则和第三组合规则将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来;
所述第一组合规则优先级大于第二组合规则;
所述第二组合规则优先级大于第三组合规则;
所述第一组合规则规定网点服务器在将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来时,优先选择自助终端数量较少的整合方案,所述整合方案的自助终端数量最少为2;
所述第二组合规则规定网点服务器在将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来时,优先选择处于空闲状态的自助终端下资源和/或部件;
所述第三组合规则规定网点服务器在将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来时,优先选择地理位置相距较近的自助终端下资源和/或部件。
可选地,网点服务器根据预设的优化规则将整合后的所述资源和/或部件协同操作具体包括:
网点服务器确定整合后的所述资源和/或部件所在的若干自助终端;
网点服务器根据预设的优化规则对确定后的所述若干自助终端进行身份验证;
网点服务器根据预设的优化规则按照所述缺失业务的业务流程在所述若干自助终端之间进行业务操作。
可选地,
所述优化规则规定所述若干自助终端中提供资源和/或部件最多的自助终端为主终端,其余所述若干自助终端为从终端,网点服务器将所述缺失业务的业务流程优先考虑分配给所述主终端执行操作,再将其余的所述业务流程分配给对应的所述从终端执行操作。
本发明实施例提供的一种网点服务器,包括:
业务获取模块,用于获取自助网点下自助终端对应的自助业务;
业务检查模块,用于检查所述自助业务中是否存在缺失业务,若是,则发送第一触发信号给资源获取模块;
所述资源获取模块,用于接收到来自所述业务检查模块的第一触发信号后,获取到所述缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件;
资源检查模块,用于检查所述自助网点是否拥有所述缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件,若是,则发送第二触发信号给资源整合模块;
资源整合模块,用于接收到来自所述资源检查模块的第二触发信号后,根据预设的组合规则将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来;
协同操作模块,用于根据预设的优化规则将整合后的所述资源和/或部件协同操作,使得所述自助网点能提供所述缺失业务对应的自助业务。
可选地,资源整合模块具体包括:
终端获取单元,用于根据预设的组合规则在所述自助网点中获取至少两台自助终端,所述自助终端包含了所述缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件;

本实施例中,前面所说的自助终端业务应急方法步骤为:网点服务器获取自助网点下自助终端对应的自助业务;网点服务器检查该自助业务中是否存在缺失业务,若是,则网点服务器获取到该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件;网点服务器检查该自助网点是否拥有该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件,若是,则网点服务器根据预设的组合规则将该自助网点下的该资源和/或部件整合起来;网点服务器根据预设的优化规则将整合后的该资源和/或部件协同操作,使得该自助网点能提供该缺失业务对应的自助业务。在本实施例中,当自助网点出现缺失业务时,网点服务器可以将自助网点上的资源和/或部件整合并协调操作,使得自助网点能再次提供该缺失业务对应的自助业务,解决由于自助网点上自助终端的部件出现异常导致自助业务缺失的问题,提升了自助网点的服务质量和资源利用率。
为便于理解,下面对本发明实施例中的自助终端业务应急方法进行详细描述,请参阅图2,本发明实施例中自助终端业务应急方法另一个实施例包括:
201、网点服务器获取自助网点下自助终端对应的自助业务;
网点服务器可以获取自助网点下自助终端对应的自助业务。可以理解的是,该网点服务器可以在自助网点开始运营使用时,也可以在自助网点下自 助终端的全部业务均能正常提供时获取自助网点下自助终端对应的自助业务,因此网点服务器可以得知该自助网点在所有自助终端都正常的情况下所能提供的全部自助业务。
需要说明的是,该网点服务器可以是银行前置机,也可以是该自助网点的一台自助终端,或者该自助网点独立的服务器。该自助终端都正常指的是自助终端中的资源均充足,也可以是指该自助终端所用的钞票、凭条纸、流水纸数量足,满足各自助业务的需要,同时,也说明该自助终端各部件,如自助终端机芯、键盘、流水打印机、凭条打印机、读卡器、后台终端、传感器,以及其他协助自助终端正常运行的部件等都状态正常。
202、网点服务器检查该自助业务中是否存在缺失业务,若是,则执行步骤203,若否,则按照正常的业务流程处理;
网点服务器在获取自助网点下自助终端对应的自助业务之后,网点服务器可以检查该自助业务中是否存在缺失业务,若是,则执行步骤203,若否,则按照正常的业务流程处理。该缺失业务可以是指自助网点的自助终端由于某些资源或者部件出现异常使得该自助网点原本可以提供但现在却无法提供的业务。可以理解的是,当该自助业务中存在缺失业务时,则表明自助网点下的自助终端必定存在资源不足或者部件异常的情况,此时可以认为需要对该自助网点下的资源和/或部件进行整合才能恢复该缺失业务。
需要说明的是,该网点服务器可以即时获取该自助网点每一台自助终端所能提供的自助业务,可以主动查询每一台自助终端当前的服务类型。同时,当在某一时间某自助终端的某部件发生故障或某一资源短缺导致某一自助业务停止服务时,即时向服务器报告,该停止的自助业务即为缺失业务。举个例子,假如循环一体机的读卡器发生故障,则网点服务器可以获取到该时刻整个自助网点所能提供的所有自助业务类型为:有卡取款、无卡取款、无卡存款、改密、查询、缴费和转账业务,有卡存款业务则因为循环一体机的读卡器坏了不能再提供了,因此该自助网点的缺失业务为有卡存款业务。
203、网点服务器获取到该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件;
当网点服务器检查发现该自助业务中存在缺失业务后,网点服务器可以获取到该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件。可以理解的是,该缺失业务可以认为属于该自助业务,自助业务的正常执行需要自助网点的自助终 端提供资源和/或部件,因此该缺失业务也有其需要的资源和/或部件。
204、网点服务器检查该自助网点是否拥有该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件,若是,则执行步骤205,若否,则该自助网点无法应急提供该缺失业务;
网点服务器获取到该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件之后,网点服务器可以检查该自助网点是否拥有该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件,若是,则执行步骤205,若否,则该自助网点无法应急提供该缺失业务。可以理解的是,网点服务器需要得知该自助网点是否拥有该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件,才能进行相关的应急处理步骤来恢复该缺失业务。
205、网点服务器根据预设的组合规则在该自助网点中获取至少两台自助终端;
在网点服务器确定该自助网点拥有该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件之后,网点服务器可以根据预设的组合规则在该自助网点中获取至少两台自助终端,该自助终端包含了该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件。
需要说明的是,该预设的组合规则可以分为第一组合规则、第二组着规则和第三组合规则;
该第一组合规则优先级大于第二组合规则;
该第二组合规则优先级大于第三组合规则;
该第一组合规则规定网点服务器在将该自助网点下的该资源和/或部件整合起来时,优先选择自助终端数量较少的整合方案,该整合方案的自助终端数量最少为2;
该第二组合规则规定网点服务器在将该自助网点下的该资源和/或部件整合起来时,优先选择处于空闲状态的自助终端下资源和/或部件;
该第三组合规则规定网点服务器在将该自助网点下的该资源和/或部件整合起来时,优先选择地理位置相距较近的自助终端下资源和/或部件。
206、网点服务器在该至少两台自助终端之间建立通信连接;
当网点服务器根据预设的组合规则在该自助网点中获取至少两台自助终端之后,网点服务器可以在该至少两台自助终端之间建立通信连接。可以理 解的是,网点服务器可以作为该至少两台自助终端的通信桥梁,承担通信信息和信令的转接工作,也可以在该至少两台自助终端之间的通信连接建立以后,不再参与该至少两台自助终端的直接通信,具体此处不作限定。
207、网点服务器确定整合后的该资源和/或部件所在的若干自助终端;
网点服务器可以确定整合后的该资源和/或部件所在的若干自助终端,以便于网点服务器根据该资源和/或部件对其所在的若干自助终端进行业务流程的分配或处理。
208、网点服务器根据预设的优化规则对确定后的该若干自助终端进行身份验证;
网点服务器可以根据预设的优化规则对确定后的该若干自助终端进行身份验证,可以用以确保当前在该若干自助终端上的客户的身份合法,避免出现不同客户之间的误操作,同时也可以保证客户的自助业务的安全性。
209、网点服务器根据预设的优化规则按照该缺失业务的业务流程在该若干自助终端之间进行业务操作。
在网点服务器根据预设的优化规则对确定后的该若干自助终端进行身份验证之后,网点服务器可以根据预设的优化规则按照该缺失业务的业务流程在该若干自助终端之间进行业务操作,使得该自助网点能提供该缺失业务对应的自助业务。
需要说明的是,该优化规则规定该若干自助终端中提供资源和/或部件最多的自助终端为主终端,其余该若干自助终端为从终端,网点服务器将该缺失业务的业务流程优先考虑分配给该主终端执行操作,再将其余的该业务流程分配给对应的该从终端执行操作。根据该优化规则举例说明,假如在一个自助网点中,由一台读卡器故障而出钞和输入正常的自助终端,和一台读卡器正常而不能出钞的自助终端构成的应急方案,可以将读卡器故障而出钞和输入正常的自助终端作为主终端,把读卡器正常而不能出钞的机器作为从终端,主终端可以负责业务流程的执行,而从终端仅负责某一个步骤的执行。
本实施例中,前面所说的自助终端业务应急方法步骤为:网点服务器获取自助网点下自助终端对应的自助业务;网点服务器检查该自助业务中是否存在缺失业务,若是,则网点服务器获取到该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件;网点服务器检查该自助网点是否拥有该缺失业务所需的自助终 端的资源和/或部件,若是,则网点服务器根据预设的组合规则将该自助网点下的该资源和/或部件整合起来;网点服务器根据预设的优化规则将整合后的该资源和/或部件协同操作,使得该自助网点能提供该缺失业务对应的自助业务。在本实施例中,当自助网点出现缺失业务时,网点服务器可以将自助网点上的资源和/或部件整合并协调操作,使得自助网点能再次提供该缺失业务对应的自助业务,解决由于自助网点上自助终端的部件出现异常导致自助业务缺失的问题,提升了自助网点的服务质量和资源利用率。进一步地,网点服务器可以根据预设的优化规则对确定后的该若干自助终端进行身份验证,可以用以确保当前在该若干自助终端上的客户的身份合法,避免出现不同客户之间的误操作,同时也可以保证客户的自助业务的安全性。
为便于理解,根据图2所描述的实施例,下面以一个实际应用场景对本发明实施例中的自助终端业务应急方法进行描述:
假设某个自助网点拥有只取机、只存机、存取一体机各一台,只取机可以提供有卡取款、无卡取款、改密、查询、缴费和转账业务;只存机可以提供有卡存款、无卡存款、改密、查询、缴费和转账业务;存取一体机可以提供有卡取款、无卡取款、有卡存款、无卡存款、改密、查询、缴费和转账业务,那么该自助网点可以为客户提供有卡取款、无卡取款、有卡存款、无卡存款、改密、查询、缴费和转账业务。
假设该自助网点在运营了一段时间以后,只存机的键盘出现异常无法使用了,因此只存机无法提供任何自助业务,但是该自助网点的自助业务不受影响,仍能提供有卡取款、无卡取款、有卡存款、无卡存款、改密、查询、缴费和转账业务。
假设之后存取一体机的读卡器坏了,则存取一体机的有卡取款和有卡存款无法提供,但只取机正常,因此该自助网点仍可以为客户提供有卡取款、无卡取款、无卡存款、改密、查询、缴费和转账业务,无法提供有卡存款业务。
此时,该自助网点的网点服务器采用自助终端业务应急方法,该网点服务器检查得知该自助网点的缺失业务为有卡存款。
该网点服务器获取到有卡存款所需的自助终端的资源和部件为:自助终端机芯、键盘、凭条打印机、读卡器、凭条纸等。
该网点服务器对该自助网点的所拥有的资源和部件进行检查,可以知道存取一体机上有自助终端机芯、键盘、凭条打印机、凭条纸,而只取机和只存机上均有可以正常使用的读卡器。
该网点服务器根据预设的组合规则,选择了存取一体机和只存机作为整合资源的自助终端,并使得该存取一体机与只存机之间建立通信连接。
此时,该网点服务器在存取一体机和只存机上向客户要求身份验证,客户需要在只存机上插入银行卡,然后再存取一体机上输入银行卡的密码,只有当客户通过身份验证后有卡存款的业务流程才是执行。
网点服务器验证了再存取一体机和只存机前的客户身份后,根据预设的优化规则将有卡存款的业务流程分配给存取一体机和只存机。可以知道,由于存取一体机只是读卡器坏了,其他部件和资源均正常,因此网点服务器将除了插卡相关的流程分配给只存机,其余流程均分配给存取一体机来执行。客户在该自助网点上具体的操作步骤可以如下:
A:在只存机上插入银行卡,只存机屏幕显示提示:“请移步至存取一体机,并输入银行卡密码”;
B:客户在存取一体机上输入银行卡密码,通过身份验证;
C:在存取一体机上选择语言“中文”;
D:在存取一体机上选择业务类型“存款”;
E:在存取一体机上放入钞票,并确认,存取一体机开始点钞,并在屏幕上显示数额;
F:客户确认数额无误后,确认提交存款;
G:存取一体机提示客户是否打印凭条,客户确认后,存取一体机打印当前业务的凭条,客户获得凭条;
H:客户在存取一体机上选择退卡,存取一体机的屏幕上显示提示:“请 移步至只存机,并收好您的银行卡”
I:客户移步至只存机取回银行卡,本次自助业务结束。
上面主要对自助终端业务应急方法进行了详细的描述,下面将对一种网点服务器进行详细描述,请参阅图3,本发明实施例中一种网点服务器一个实施例包括:
业务获取模块301,用于获取自助网点下自助终端对应的自助业务;
业务检查模块302,用于检查该自助业务中是否存在缺失业务,若是,则发送第一触发信号给资源获取模块303;
该资源获取模块303,用于接收到来自该业务检查模块302的第一触发信号后,获取到该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件;
资源检查模块304,用于检查该自助网点是否拥有该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件,若是,则发送第二触发信号给资源整合模块305;
资源整合模块305,用于接收到来自该资源检查模块304的第二触发信号后,根据预设的组合规则将该自助网点下的该资源和/或部件整合起来;
协同操作模块306,用于根据预设的优化规则将整合后的该资源和/或部件协同操作,使得该自助网点能提供该缺失业务对应的自助业务。
本实施例中,业务获取模块301获取自助网点下自助终端对应的自助业务;业务检查模块302检查该自助业务中是否存在缺失业务,若是,则资源获取模块303获取到该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件;资源检查模块304检查该自助网点是否拥有该缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件,若是,则资源整合模块305根据预设的组合规则将该自助网点下的该资源和/或部件整合起来;协同操作模块306根据预设的优化规则将整合后的该资源和/或部件协同操作,使得该自助网点能提供该缺失业务对应的自助业务。在本实施例中,当自助网点出现缺失业务时,网点服务器可以将自助网点上的资源和/或部件整合并协调操作,使得自助网点能再次提供该缺失业务对应的自助业务,解决由于自助网点上自助终端的部件出现异常导致自助业务缺失的问题,提升了自助网点的服务质量和资源利用率。
为便于理解,下面对本发明实施例中的一种网点服务器进行详细描述, 请参阅图4,本发明实施例中一种网点服务器另一个实施例包括:

需要说明的是,该第一组合规则子单元优先级大于第二组合规则子单元, 该第二组合规则子单元优先级大于第三组合规则子单元。
本实施例中协同操作模块406具体包括:
终端确定单元4061,用于确定整合后的该资源和/或部件所在的若干自助终端;
身份验证单元4062,用于根据预设的优化规则对确定后的该若干自助终端进行身份验证;
业务操作单元4063,用于根据预设的优化规则按照该缺失业务的业务流程在该若干自助终端之间进行业务操作,使得该自助网点能提供该缺失业务对应的自助业务。
本实施例中协同操作模块406还包括:
优化规则单元4064,用于承载预设的该优化规则;

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自助终端业务应急方法,其特征在于,包括:
    网点服务器获取自助网点下自助终端对应的自助业务;
    网点服务器检查所述自助业务中是否存在缺失业务,若是,则网点服务器获取到所述缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件;
    网点服务器检查所述自助网点是否拥有所述缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件,若是,则网点服务器根据预设的组合规则将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来;
    网点服务器根据预设的优化规则将整合后的所述资源和/或部件协同操作,使得所述自助网点能提供所述缺失业务对应的自助业务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,网点服务器根据预设的组合规则将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来具体包括:
    网点服务器根据预设的组合规则在所述自助网点中获取至少两台自助终端,所述自助终端包含了所述缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件;
    网点服务器在所述至少两台自助终端之间建立通信连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,网点服务器根据预设的组合规则将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来具体包括:
    网点服务器根据第一组合规则、第二组合规则和第三组合规则将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来;
    所述第一组合规则优先级大于第二组合规则;
    所述第二组合规则优先级大于第三组合规则;
    所述第一组合规则规定网点服务器在将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来时,优先选择自助终端数量较少的整合方案,所述整合方案的自助终端数量最少为2;
    所述第二组合规则规定网点服务器在将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来时,优先选择处于空闲状态的自助终端下资源和/或部件;
    所述第三组合规则规定网点服务器在将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来时,优先选择地理位置相距较近的自助终端下资源和/或部件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,网点服务器根据预设的优 化规则将整合后的所述资源和/或部件协同操作具体包括:
    网点服务器确定整合后的所述资源和/或部件所在的若干自助终端;
    网点服务器根据预设的优化规则对确定后的所述若干自助终端进行身份验证;
    网点服务器根据预设的优化规则按照所述缺失业务的业务流程在所述若干自助终端之间进行业务操作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述优化规则规定所述若干自助终端中提供资源和/或部件最多的自助终端为主终端,其余所述若干自助终端为从终端,网点服务器将所述缺失业务的业务流程优先考虑分配给所述主终端执行操作,再将其余的所述业务流程分配给对应的所述从终端执行操作。
  6. 一种网点服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    业务获取模块,用于获取自助网点下自助终端对应的自助业务;
    业务检查模块,用于检查所述自助业务中是否存在缺失业务,若是,则发送第一触发信号给资源获取模块;
    所述资源获取模块,用于接收到来自所述业务检查模块的第一触发信号后,获取到所述缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件;
    资源检查模块,用于检查所述自助网点是否拥有所述缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件,若是,则发送第二触发信号给资源整合模块;
    资源整合模块,用于接收到来自所述资源检查模块的第二触发信号后,根据预设的组合规则将所述自助网点下的所述资源和/或部件整合起来;
    协同操作模块,用于根据预设的优化规则将整合后的所述资源和/或部件协同操作,使得所述自助网点能提供所述缺失业务对应的自助业务。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的网点服务器,其特征在于,资源整合模块具体包括:
    终端获取单元,用于根据预设的组合规则在所述自助网点中获取至少两台自助终端,所述自助终端包含了所述缺失业务所需的自助终端的资源和/或部件;
    通信连接单元,用于在所述至少两台自助终端之间建立通信连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的网点服务器,其特征在于,资源整合模块还包 括:
    组合规则单元,用于承载预设的所述组合规则;
    所述组合规则单元具体包括第一组合规则子单元、第二组合规则子单元、第三组合规则子单元;
    所述第一组合规则子单元优先级大于第二组合规则子单元;
    所述第二组合规则子单元优先级大于第三组合规则子单元;

    业务操作单元,用于根据预设的优化规则按照所述缺失业务的业务流程在所述若干自助终端之间进行业务操作,使得所述自助网点能提供所述缺失业务对应的自助业务。
