本发明公开了一种超薄覆盖塑料薄膜,含有以下组分:尼龙6、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯、聚酰胺改性剂、相容剂、助剂,按其重量百分比计算,所述尼龙6占据50%~60%、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯占据30%~40%、聚酰胺改性剂1%~10%、相容剂3%~5%、助剂3%~10%。通过上述方式,本发明提供了一种超薄的覆盖塑料薄膜,能够大面积的制作与使用,不仅成本低、而且具有较强的耐热性、耐寒性,耐磨性。

Description

一种超薄覆盖塑料薄膜 技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物降解材料制成的化合物,特别是涉及一种超薄覆盖塑料薄膜。
背景技术
我国的农业发展一直很受重视,尤其是近年来人们随着生活质量的不断提神,对蔬菜等的要求也是越来越高。为了能够在冬季种植出夏季的蔬菜,我们需要借助塑料大棚。但是以往的塑料大棚因为外表面的塑料薄膜不好,并常常因此影响蔬菜的质量。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供了一种超薄的覆盖塑料薄膜,能够大面积的制作与使用,不仅成本低、而且具有较强的耐热性、耐寒性,耐磨性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:含有以下组分:尼龙6、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯、聚酰胺改性剂、相容剂、助剂,按其重量百分比计算,所述尼龙6占据50%~60%、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯占据30%~40%、聚酰胺改性剂1%~10%、相容剂3%~5%、助剂3%~10%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,按其重量百分比计算,所述尼龙6占据55%~60%、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯占据30%~40%、聚酰胺改性剂1%~5%、相容剂1%~5%、助剂5%~10%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,按其重量百分比计算,所述尼龙6占据60%、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯占据35%、聚酰胺改性剂3%~5%、相容剂3%~10%、助剂 1%~10%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝相容剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述薄膜的厚度为15~30μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种超薄的覆盖塑料薄膜,能够大面积的制作与使用,不仅成本低、而且具有较强的耐热性、耐寒性,耐磨性。

本发明实施例提供如下技术方案。
在一个实施例中,一种超薄覆盖塑料薄膜,含有以下组分:尼龙6、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯、聚酰胺改性剂、相容剂、助剂,按其重量百分比计算,所述尼龙6占据50%~60%、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯占据30%~40%、聚酰胺改性剂1%~10%、相容剂3%~5%、助剂3%~10%。
在一个实施例中,优选地,按其重量百分比计算,所述尼龙6占据55%~60%、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯占据30%~40%、聚酰胺改性剂1%~5%、相容剂1%~5%、助剂5%~10%。
优选地,按其重量百分比计算,所述尼龙6占据60%、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯占据35%、聚酰胺改性剂3%~5%、相容剂3%~10%、助剂1%~10%。
优选地,所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝相容剂。
优选地,所述薄膜的厚度为15~30μm,能够提升薄膜的质量和实用性。
本发明提供了一种超薄的覆盖塑料薄膜,能够大面积的制作与使用,不仅成本低、而且具有较强的耐热性、耐寒性,耐磨性。

  1. 一种超薄覆盖塑料薄膜,其特征在于,含有以下组分:尼龙6、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯、聚酰胺改性剂、相容剂、助剂,按其重量百分比计算,所述尼龙6占据50%~60%、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯占据30%~40%、聚酰胺改性剂1%~10%、相容剂3%~5%、助剂3%~10%。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的超薄覆盖塑料薄膜,其特征在于,按其重量百分比计算,所述尼龙6占据55%~60%、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯占据30%~40%、聚酰胺改性剂1%~5%、相容剂1%~5%、助剂5%~10%。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的超薄覆盖塑料薄膜,其特征在于,按其重量百分比计算,所述尼龙6占据60%、聚丙烯或是聚乙烯占据35%、聚酰胺改性剂3%~5%、相容剂3%~10%、助剂1%~10%。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的超薄覆盖塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述薄膜的厚度为15~30μm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的超薄覆盖塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝相容剂。
