Description

一种LED灯泡 技术领域
本发明属于照明领域,尤其涉及一种LED灯泡。
背景技术
传统白炽灯的耗电量非常大、寿命短,性能远低于新一代的新型光源,为了节能环保,保护环境,白炽灯已被一些绿色光源所代替,被要求渐渐退出市场,一些国家已禁止生产和销售白炽灯。如图1至图2所示,为新一代的绿色光源的LED灯泡200,近年来发展得越来越快,但是大功率的LED灯珠201需要紧贴着散热体202来将热量迅速地向外传递,散热体202大多由铝合金制成,成本高,而且功率越大,所需要的散热体202的体积就越大,使得LED灯泡200笨重、占用空间大,同时,LED灯泡200的发光角度也因安装了散热体202而受到制约。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种LED灯泡,旨在解决现有技术中的LED灯泡体积较大、发光角度小的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的,一种LED灯泡,包括灯头、灯罩及将交流电转换为直流电的电源驱动模块,所述LED灯泡还包括设置于所述灯罩内部的LED灯丝,所述LED灯丝包括基板及设置于基板上的若干LED芯片,所述LED灯丝与所述电源驱动模块电连接。
进一步地,所述LED灯丝发光区域的长度为24~26mm。
进一步地,所述LED灯丝的整体长度为38~42mm。
进一步地,所述灯罩内部设置有一突起,所述突起上延伸出绝缘柱,所述绝缘柱的两端分别横向延伸出导电支杆,所述LED灯丝的两端分别与所述绝缘柱两端的导电支杆电连接。
进一步地,所述LED灯炮包括多根所述的LED灯丝,所述LED灯丝相互并联电连接。
进一步地,所述LED灯泡包括四条相互并联的LED灯丝,每一条所述的LED灯丝包含25~27颗LED芯片。
进一步地,所述驱动电源模块设置于所述灯头内部。
进一步地,所述绝缘柱为透光的玻璃。
进一步地,所述凸起为透光的玻璃。
进一步地,所述灯罩内填充有氩气。
有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的灯泡无需安装散热体,从而灯罩能以更宽的角度包裹LED灯丝,使LED灯泡的发光角度可以达到360°,此外,相较于白炽灯,本发明的LED灯泡采用LED灯丝为发光光源,更加节能、环保、寿命长。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图3所示,为本发明的一较佳实施例,一种LED灯泡100,包括灯头1、灯罩2、设置于灯罩2内部的LED灯丝3及将交流电转换为直流电的电源驱动模块(图中未示出),LED灯丝包括基板(图中未示出)及设置于基板上的若干LED芯片(图中未示出),LED灯丝3与电源驱动模块电连接,其中,基板可以将LED芯片散发出的热量向外导出,从而起到保护LED芯片的目的。
具体地,驱动电源模块设置于灯头1内部。灯罩2内部设置有一突起4,突起4上延伸出绝缘柱5,绝缘柱5的两端分别横向延伸出导电支杆6,LED灯丝3的两端分别与绝缘柱5两端的导电支杆6电连接,多根LED灯丝3相互并联电连接。上述的凸起4、绝缘柱5均为透光的玻璃。另外,为了使LED灯丝3与电源驱动模块更好地搭配,提高LED灯泡100的发光效能,本实施例中的LED灯泡100包括四条相互并联电连接的LED灯丝3,其电连接方式采用碰焊工艺,每一条LED灯丝3中设置25~27颗LED芯片,每一条LED灯丝3的额定电压是60-80V DC 。
为了使LED灯丝3发出的光的分布能达到最佳效果,从而进一步提高光的质量,上述LED灯丝3发光区域的长度为24~26mm,整体长度为38~42mm,此外,为了增加LED灯泡100的寿命,本实施例于灯罩2内充入有氩气或氩气和氮气的混合气体。
本发明的LED灯泡100无需安装散热体,从而灯罩2能以更宽的角度包裹LED灯丝3,使LED灯泡100的发光角度可以达到360°,此外,相较于白炽灯,本发明的LED灯泡100采用LED灯丝3为发光光源,更加节能、环保、寿命长。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LED灯泡,包括灯头、灯罩及将交流电转换为直流电的电源驱动模块,其特征在于,所述LED灯泡还包括设置于所述灯罩内部的LED灯丝,所述LED灯丝包括基板及设置于基板上的若干LED芯片,所述LED灯丝与所述电源驱动模块电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述LED灯丝发光区域的长度为24~26mm。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述LED灯丝的整体长度为38~42mm。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述灯罩内部设置有一突起,所述突起上延伸出绝缘柱,所述绝缘柱的两端分别横向延伸出导电支杆,所述LED灯丝的两端分别与所述绝缘柱两端的导电支杆电连接。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述LED灯炮包括多根所述的LED灯丝,所述LED灯丝相互并联电连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述LED灯泡包括四条相互并联的LED灯丝,每一条所述的LED灯丝包含25~27颗LED芯片。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述驱动电源模块设置于所述灯头内部。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述绝缘柱为透光的玻璃。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述凸起为透光的玻璃。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述灯罩内填充有氩气。
