本发明再提供一种电子烟,包括带有出烟口的电子烟本体所述电子烟还包括多个用于吸烟的吸烟管以及用于使所述多个吸烟管与所述出烟口连通的分接头,所述分接头的一端与所述电子烟本体可拆卸地连接;所述分接头中开设有用于将每个所述吸烟管导入所述分接头中的导向槽,所述吸烟管的端部设有与所述导向槽部分配合的导向筋; 所述分接头还包括设置在每个所述吸烟管与所述通烟通道之间的气流球,所述气流球用于在气流作用下运动使所述通烟通道与所述吸烟管之间通过所述导向槽相连通。
实施本发明提供的电子烟的有益效果在于:本发明提供的电子烟中,在电子烟本体与吸烟管之间增加了分接头,该分接头同时与多根吸烟管连通,从而使得该电子烟可以同时供多人共同吸食烟雾,提高了用户体验,解决了现有的电子烟仅能单个用户吸烟而使戒烟效果差的问题;而且多人共同吸烟时,通常会因为肺活量的不同而使不同用户吸每口烟的持续时间不同,当某一用户吸完一口烟时,另一用户通常还在吸食,因而减少烟雾在电子烟内停留的时间,降低了因烟雾冷凝而使吸烟者吸食到烟油的概率;此外,共同吸食也可以实现烟雾分流,避免浪费。
进一步地,本发明中的分接头与电子烟本体之间为可拆卸地连接,吸烟管与分接头之间也可拆卸地连接,此类结构既有利于电子烟的生产,也便于用户携带。同时,由于电子烟在吸食过程中,烟雾可能会在分接头上发生冷凝,造成对分接头的污染及堵塞,这种可拆卸的结构也可以方便分接头的清理,从而提高分接头的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本发明提供的电子烟中,在电子烟本体与吸烟管之间增加了分接头,该分接头同时与多根吸烟管连通,从而使得该电子烟可以同时供多人共同吸食烟雾提高了用户体验,解决了现有的电子烟仅能单个用户吸烟而使戒烟效果差的问题;而且多人共同吸烟时,可减少烟雾在电子烟内停留的时间,降低了因烟雾冷凝而使吸烟者吸食到烟油的概率,而且可以最大限度的利用电子烟的烟雾,使烟雾不被浪费。本发明中的分接头与电子烟本体之间为可拆卸地连接,吸烟管与分接头之间也可拆卸地连接,此类结构有利于电子烟的生产,同时也便于用户携带。同时,由于电子烟在吸食过程中,烟雾可能会在分接头上发生冷凝,造成对分接头的污染及堵塞,这种可拆卸地结构也可以方便分接头的清理,从而提高分接头的使用寿命。
参考图2,本发明的第一实施例提供的电子烟包括带有出烟口的电子烟本体10、多个用于吸烟的吸烟管30、连接在吸烟管30的端部的吸嘴40,以及连接在多个吸烟管30与电子烟本体10之间并用于使多个吸烟管30与出烟口连通的分接头20。本实施例中,吸烟管30的数量为两个,但可以理解的是,吸烟管30的数量可以根据需要吸食烟雾的人数而确定,可以为两个或两个以上,不受图中所示的两个的限制。在本实施例中,通过增加一个分接头20可以使得多个吸烟管30同时与电子烟本体10连接,从而使得该电子烟可以同时供多人共同吸食烟雾,提高了用户体验。
分接头20中还设置有与每个吸烟管30对应的控制件,控制件用于吸气时连通吸烟管30的气路并在吹气时阻断吸烟管30的气路。此类结构可以使得同一个电子烟具有选择功能,可以同时供多人使用,也可以仅供一人使用,且一人使用时也不会出现气流从一个吸烟管30的出烟口进入而从另一吸烟管30的出烟口排出而影响吸烟的效果,从而使得此类结构电子烟的适用范围更广。此外,供多人吸食的电子烟的发热丝组件的发热量比较大,如果是多人使用时,控制发热量大一些,如果关闭其它通道,保留一个通道打开也可以控制发热量小一些,从而节省烟油,而具体如何控制不是本申请的重点,故不再赘述。
参考图3并参阅图2,在本实施例中,该分接头20大致呈圆柱状,包括与电子烟本体10可拆卸地连接的第一连接部203以及沿第一连接部203中远离电子烟本体10的一端扩径形成的第二连接部204。第一连接部203插入电子烟本体10的出烟口中,以过盈配合的方式实现可拆卸地连接。在本实施例中,可拆卸地连接方式还包括相互卡合的卡扣与卡槽的方式等等。第一连接部203中沿其轴向开设有与电子烟本体10的出烟口相连通的通烟通道202。在第二连接部204中沿其轴向开设有用于安装每个吸烟管30的多个安装孔208,吸烟管30的一端以过盈配合的方式插入安装孔208中,并与安装孔208可拆卸地连接。吸烟管30的插入端(即插入安装孔中的一端)与通烟通道202相连通,从而实现了将电子烟本体10中的烟雾传送至吸烟管30中,再经吸烟管30传送至吸嘴40从而供用户吸食。安装孔208的数量与吸烟管30的数量一一对应,且吸烟管30与安装孔208之间无间隙配合,从而防止烟雾泄露。本实施例中,电子烟的分接头20与电子烟本体10之间为可拆卸地连接,吸烟管30与分接头20之间也可拆卸地连接,此类结构既有利于电子烟的生产,也便于用户携带。同时,由于电子烟在吸食过程中,烟雾可能会在分接头上发生冷凝,造成对分接头的污染及堵塞,这种可拆卸地结构也可以方便分接头的清理,从而提高分接头的使用寿命。
为了防止电子烟漏气,同时还为了避免外界的污染物经吸烟管30落入电子烟本体10中,则在分接头20中设置单向阀201。在本实施例中,单向阀201即为控制件。单向阀201设置在通烟通道202与吸烟管30插入端的管口之间,用于 吸气时连通吸烟管30的气路并在吹气时阻断吸烟管30的气路 。具体地,在第二连接部204中靠近第一连接部203处开设用于安装单向阀201的容置空间,该单向阀201嵌合在容置空间内,并位于通烟通道202与吸烟管30插入端的管口之间。
参考图4,单向阀201包括与容置空间紧配合连接且两端贯通的阀座2011 以及安装于阀座2011内部的阀片2013,所述阀座2011的一端部形成上有导气孔2012,阀片2013贴于导气孔2012的一端孔口处并根据吸气或吹气操作而产生相应的弹性变形进而控制导气孔启闭状态。所述阀片2013包括呈薄片状且面积比所述导气孔2012的横截面大而能完全遮盖导气孔2012一端孔口的片体2015以及位于片体一侧缘处并弹性连接于所述阀座上的连接体2014。所述阀片2013设置于导气孔2012靠吸烟管30一端的孔口外侧。
当用户吸烟时,单向阀201在气流的作用下打开,阀片2013朝远离导气孔2012的方向运动,从而使得烟雾从电子烟本体10流入到吸烟管30中。单向阀201与吸烟管30之间一一对应设置,此类结构的优势在于:当电子烟上设置有多个吸烟管30时,当用户只使用其中一个吸烟管30时,该吸烟管30对应的单向阀201打开,烟雾流通,而其余未使用的吸烟管30的单向阀201均关闭,阀片2013覆盖在导气孔2012上,从而防止漏气。此外,当未使用电子烟时,单向阀201均关闭,从而防止了外界的污染物经吸烟管30进入到电子烟本体10的内部。
参考图5和图6,本发明第二实施例提供的分接头20及分接头20与吸烟管30的组装结构示意图。本实施例提供的分接头20、吸烟管30、吸嘴40均与第一实施例中提供的分接头20、吸烟管30、吸嘴40具有相同的连接关系和位置关系,与电子烟本体10之间也具有相同的连接关系及位置关系。第二实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,第二实施例提供的分接头20的结构不同。
在本实施例中,分接头20包括大致呈圆柱状,包括与电子烟本体10可拆卸地连接的第一连接部203以及沿第一连接部203中远离电子烟本体10的一端扩径形成的第二连接部204。第一连接部203插入电子烟本体10的出烟口中,以过盈配合的方式实现可拆卸地连接。在本实施例中,可拆卸地连接方式还包括相互卡合的卡扣与卡槽的方式等等。第一连接部203中沿其轴向开设有与电子烟本体10的出烟口相连通的通烟通道202。在第二连接部204中沿其轴向开设有用于安装每个吸烟管30的多个安装孔208。
在本实施例中,控制件为气流球205。分接头20中还设置有与每个吸烟管30对应的气流球205,每个气流球205位于通烟通道202与吸烟管30之间,用于在气流作用下运动使通烟通道202与吸烟管30相连通。由于气流球205需要根据气流运动,所以气流球205采用软质空心球以减轻其本身的重量。当用户吸烟时,气流球205在气流的作用下上升,从而使得烟雾从电子烟本体10流入到吸烟管30中;当用户不吸烟时,气流球205堵住通烟通道202中用于向吸烟管30提供烟雾的进烟口,防止漏气。气流球205与吸烟管30之间一一对应设置,此类结构的优势在于:当电子烟上设置有多个吸烟管30时,当用户只使用其中一个吸烟管30时,该吸烟管30对应的气流球205上升,烟雾流通,而其余未使用的吸烟管30的气流球205堵住通烟通道202中用于向吸烟管30提供烟雾的进烟口,从而防止漏气。
安装孔208包括用于容纳气流球205的第一容纳部206和用于容纳吸烟管30的第二容纳部,第二容纳部与第一容纳部206相连通。第一容纳部206的与气流球205的形状相适配。具体地,第一容纳部206中从远离第二容纳部的一端向靠近第二容纳部的一端,直径逐渐增大,以便于气流球205在气流作用下完成上升运动。第二容纳部的侧壁上沿第二连接部204的轴向开设有导向槽207。相应地,吸烟管30的插入端上沿其径向突出形成有与导向槽207相配合的导向筋301。采用此类结构,在吸烟管30与第二连接部204连接时,可以防止吸烟管30插入的位置偏斜,从而导致吸烟管30与第二连接部204之间的结合不紧密,进而造成漏气。导向槽207与第一容纳部206相连通,导向筋301沿第二连接部204的轴向上的长度小于导向槽207沿第二连接部204的轴向上的长度,因此在连接时,导向筋301与部分导向槽207相卡合。而导向槽207中未与导向筋301相卡合的部分用于在气流球205在上升时,引导烟雾进入吸烟管30中。导向槽207中靠近第一容纳部206的端部可用于限制气流球205的运动范围,从而避免气流球205运动至吸烟管30中,进而导致吸烟管30的堵塞。
参考图7至图9,本发明第三实施例提供的分接头20及分接头20与吸烟管30的组装结构示意图。本实施例提供的分接头20、吸烟管30、吸嘴40均与第一实施例中提供的分接头20、吸烟管30、吸嘴40具有相同的连接关系和位置关系,与电子烟本体10之间具有相同的连接关系及位置关系。第二实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,第二实施例提供的分接头的结构不同。
在本实施例中,分接头20包括大致呈圆柱状,包括与电子烟本体10可拆卸地连接的第一连接部203以及沿第一连接部203中远离电子烟本体10的一端扩径形成的第二连接部204。第一连接部203插入电子烟本体10的出烟口中,以过盈配合的方式实现可拆卸地连接。在本实施例中,可拆卸地连接方式还包括相互卡合的卡扣与卡槽的方式等等。分接头20的中心位置处沿其轴向开设有与电子烟本体10的出烟口相连通的通烟通道202。在第二连接部204中沿其外周面开设有用于安装每个吸烟管30的多个安装孔208。安装孔208与通烟通道202相连通。吸烟管30的一端以过盈配合的方式插入安装孔中,并与安装孔208可拆卸地连接。吸烟管30插入安装孔208中的一端通过安装孔208与通烟通道202相连通,从而实现了将电子烟本体10中的烟雾传送至吸烟管30中,再经吸烟管30传送至吸嘴40从而供用户吸食烟雾。安装孔208的数量与吸烟管30的数量一一对应,且吸烟管30与安装孔208之间无间隙配合,从而防止烟雾泄露。本实施例中,电子烟的分接头20与电子烟本体10之间为可拆卸地连接,吸烟管30与分接头20之间也可拆卸地连接,此类结构有利于电子烟的生产,同时也便于用户携带。同时,由于电子烟在吸食过程中,烟雾可能会在分接头上发生冷凝,造成对分接头的污染,这种可拆卸地结构也可以方便分接头的清理,从而提高分接头的使用寿命。
分接头20中还沿其轴向设置有与通烟通道202相贯通的插置通道209。在本实施例中,控制件为密封件210,密封件210可活动地插置在插置通道209中,并在端部密封住该插置通道209。具体地,参考图9,该密封件210大致呈圆柱状,包括密封盘212以及沿密封盘212的端面缩径形成的连接柱213。该密封盘212盖设在通烟通道202的出口处,该连接柱213可转动地插置在通烟通道202中。连接柱213中远离密封盘212的端部上沿连接柱213的轴向上开设有通气孔215,通气孔215与通烟通道202相连通,同时连接柱213的外周面上开设有与该通气孔215相连通的连通孔214。插置在安装孔208中的吸烟管30通过该连通孔214、通气孔215与通烟通道202相连通。在吸烟时,用户需转动该密封件210以使连通孔214与吸烟管30的安装孔208相对接连通,从而实现烟雾的流通。在不吸烟时,转动该密封件210以使连通孔214与吸烟管30的安装孔208相错开,从而防止烟雾流通。
在本实施例中,以两个吸烟管30为例,在密封件210上设置3个连通孔214,其中两个连通孔214关于轴对称设置。采用此类结构,用户可以选择性地同时使两个吸烟管30与连通孔214连通,从而实现两用户共同吸食烟雾的功能;也可以选择性地使一个吸烟管30与连通孔214连通,从而实现单个用户吸食烟雾的功能,且其他吸烟管30中不会有烟雾流出。当然,用户可以根据吸烟管30的实际数量为n时,而设置连通孔214的数量为n+1,从而实现电子烟的多功能操作。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括带有出烟口的电子烟本体(10),其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括多个用于吸烟的吸烟管(30)以及连接在所述多个吸烟管(30)与所述电子烟本体(10)之间并用于使所述多个吸烟管(30)与所述出烟口连通的分接头(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述分接头(20)与所述电子烟本体(10)可拆卸地连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述分接头(20)中还设置有与每个所述吸烟管(30)对应的控制件,每一所述控制件用于根据 气流方向导通或阻断对应所述 吸烟管(30)的 气路。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述分接头(20)包括与所述电子烟本体(10)连接的第一连接部(203)以及与沿所述第一连接部(203)中远离所述电子烟本体(10)的端部扩径形成的第二连接部(204),所述第二连接部(204)与所述多个吸烟管(30)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(203)中开设有用于使所述出烟口与所述多个吸烟管(30)相连通的通烟通道(202)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接部(204)中开设有与所述通烟通道(202)相连通的多个安装孔(208),每一所述安装孔(208)用于安装对应的所述吸烟管(30)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制件为单向阀(201),所述单向阀设置在分接头(20)的第二连接部(204)中并位于所述通烟通道(202)与所述吸烟管(30)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述单向阀(201)包括两端贯通的阀座(2011)以及安装于所述阀座(2011)内部的阀片(2013),所述阀座(2011)上开设有导气孔(2012),所述阀片(2013)贴于所述导气孔(2012)的一端孔口处并根据气流方向而产生相应的弹性变形进而控制导气孔(2012)启闭状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述阀片(2013)包括呈薄片状且面积大于所述导气孔(2012)横截面积的片体(2015),以及位于所述片体(2015)一侧缘处并弹性连接于所述阀座(2011)上的连接体(2014)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述阀片(2013)设置于所述导气孔(2012)靠吸烟管(30)一端的孔口外侧。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制件为气流球(205),所述气流球(205)设置在分接头(20)的第二连接部(204)中并位于所述通烟通道(202)与所述吸烟管(30)之间。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装孔(208)包括用于容纳所述气流球(205)的第一容纳部(206)和用于容纳所述吸烟管(30)的第二容纳部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二容纳部的侧壁上开设有与所述第一容纳部(206)相连通的导向槽(207),所述吸烟管(30)的端部上设置有与所述导向槽(207)相配合的导向筋(301),所述导向筋(301)用于引导所述吸烟管(30)容纳至所述第二容纳部中。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导向筋(301)与部分所述导向槽(207)相卡合。
  15. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制件为密封件(210),所述分接头(20)还设置有与所述通烟通道(202)相贯通的插置通道(209),所述密封件(210)可活动地插设在所述插置通道(209)中,所述密封件(210)上开设有用于使所述通烟通道(202)与所述吸烟管(30)连通的连通孔(214)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封件(210)呈圆柱状,所述密封件(210)中沿轴向开设有与所述通烟通道(202)相连通的通气孔(215),所述密封件(210)的外周面上开设有与所述通气孔(215)相连通的所述连通孔(214)。
  17. 一种电子烟,包括带有出烟口的电子烟本体(10),其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括多个用于吸烟的吸烟管(30)以及用于使所述多个吸烟管(30)与所述出烟口连通的分接头(20);所述分接头(20)的一端与所述电子烟本体(10)可拆卸地连接,所述分接头(20)的另一端与所述多个吸烟管(30)可拆卸地连接,所述分接头(20)中开设有供所述出烟口与所述多个吸烟管(30)相连通的通烟通道(202),所述通烟通道(202)与每个所述吸烟管(30)之间设有用于控制所述吸烟管(30)的气流通断的单向阀(201)。
  18. 一种电子烟,包括带有出烟口的电子烟本体(10),其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括多个用于吸烟的吸烟管(30)以及用于使所述多个吸烟管(30)与所述出烟口连通的分接头(20),所述分接头(20)的一端与所述电子烟本体(10)可拆卸地连接;所述分接头(20)中开设有用于将每个所述吸烟管(30)导入所述分接头(20)中的导向槽(207),所述吸烟管(30)的端部设有与所述导向槽(207)部分配合的导向筋(301);所述分接头还包括设置在每个所述吸烟管(30)与所述通烟通道(202)之间的气流球(205),所述气流球(205)用于在气流作用下运动使所述通烟通道(202)与所述吸烟管(30)之间通过所述导向槽(207)相连通。
