Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sliding door closer set that pulls a sliding door in at least one direction of a door tip and a door butt, and particularly relates to a door pocket type sliding door closer set in which the sliding door is housed in a door pocket.
- the sliding door closer set includes a rail attached to the upper part of the frame of the building, a closer that can move the rail, and a trigger that is attached to a predetermined position of the rail (for example, see Patent Document 1).
- a sliding door is suspended from the closer.
- the closer When the sliding door is moved to a predetermined position on the door end side and / or the door bottom side, the closer is engaged with the trigger and the closer is activated.
- the closer pulls the sliding door in at least one direction of the door tip and the door butt.
- the power with which the closer pulls the sliding door is the elastic force of a spring such as a coil spring provided inside the closer.
- the closer incorporates a damper so that the sliding door opens and closes slowly and quietly.
- the sliding door closer set is used in various situations. For example, in hotels, hospitals, houses, and the like, there is a door-sliding type sliding door that stores the sliding door in a door pocket when the sliding door is opened, and a sliding door closer set may be used for the door-sliding type sliding door. In this case, the trigger is placed in the door pocket to retract the sliding door into the door pocket.
- the trigger since the trigger is placed in the door pocket, if the trigger mounting position is wrong due to a construction error or the trigger mounting is oblique, the trigger position or tilt cannot be corrected without breaking the door pocket. There is. If the door pocket is embedded in a wall, the wall must be broken. In an actual construction site, in order to avoid construction mistakes, an example in which no trigger is arranged in the door pocket can be seen. Of course, if the trigger is not arranged in the door pocket, the sliding door cannot be pulled into the door pocket.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a sliding door closer set in which the position of a trigger arranged in the door pocket can be adjusted from the outside of the door pocket.
- a rail partially disposed in a door pocket, a closer capable of suspending a sliding door, and a mover capable of moving the rail, and a trigger disposed in the door pocket. And when the closer moved to a predetermined position on the rail engages with the trigger, the sliding door closer set draws the sliding door into the door pocket, and the sliding door closer set is further outside the door pocket.
- a sliding door closer set comprising a trigger integrated plate attached to a rail and integrally connected to the trigger disposed in a door pocket.
- the rail is formed with a guide portion for guiding the trigger integrated plate so that the trigger integrated plate can be inserted into and extracted from the inner rail.
- the rail includes an outer rail outside the door pocket, and an inner rail inside the door pocket, and the trigger integrated plate includes the outer rail and the inner rail. Cross the border.
- the position of the trigger arranged in the door pocket can be adjusted from the outside of the door pocket.
- the trigger integrated plate it is possible to prevent the trigger integrated plate from hanging down on the rail in the door pocket.
- the trigger since the trigger can be extracted outside the door pocket, the trigger can be maintained and inspected.
- the centering operation for aligning the center line of the outer rail and the center line of the inner rail is facilitated.

- the closer 6 of the present embodiment is a dual type closer 6 that pulls the sliding door 1 in both directions, the door tip and the door bottom. That is, when the sliding door 1 is moved manually to a predetermined position in the direction of the door, the closer 6 automatically pulls the sliding door 1 to the closed position (position where the sliding door 1 hits the vertical frame). Further, when the sliding door 1 is moved manually to a predetermined position in the door bottom direction, the closer 6 automatically pulls the sliding door 1 to the open position (position accommodated in the door pocket 2).
- the closer 6 incorporates a damper for opening and closing the sliding door 1 slowly and quietly.
- a door-side trigger 7 and a door-side trigger 8 are provided.

- the trigger catcher 42 rotates and the first slider assembly 31 and the base 30 are locked. Come off.
- the first slider assembly 31 slides with respect to the base 30 by the tensile force of the tension coil spring 47. Since the trigger catcher 42 has captured the door-side trigger 8, the first slider assembly 31 does not change its position, and the base 30 slides in the door-side direction. Thereby, the sliding door 1 suspended by the base 30 is drawn in the door butt direction.
- the malfunction prevention cam 44 is provided to return the first slider assembly 31 to the lock position. If the first slider assembly 31 is out of the locked position due to a malfunction, the trigger catcher 42 cannot capture the door-side trigger 8. - the first linear damper 33 a is bridged between the first slider assembly 31 and the damper base 35.
- the second linear damper 33 b is bridged between the second slider assembly 32 and the damper base 35.
- the damper base 35 is provided with a damper lock 36a for the first slider and a damper lock 36b for the second slider so as to be rotatable in a vertical plane.
- the first slider assembly 31 slides with respect to the base 30, the distance between the damper base 35 and the first slider assembly 31 is reduced, and the first linear damper 33a generates a braking force.
- the engagement between the first slider damper lock 36a and the base 30 is released.
- the damper base 35 slides together with the first slider assembly 31, the distance between the second slider assembly 32 and the damper base 35 is reduced, and the second linear damper 33b generates a braking force. That is, when the first slider assembly 31 slides with respect to the base 30, the first linear damper 33a is activated first, and then the second linear damper 33b is activated.
- the second linear damper 33b is operated first, and then the second linear damper 33a is operated contrary to the above.
- the boundary between the inner rail and the outer rail is made to coincide with the end portion of the door pocket in the door tip direction, but it can be shifted from the end portion of the door pocket in the door tip direction.
- the trigger integrated plate is attached to the outer rail, but the inner rail can be extended to the outside of the door pocket, and the trigger integrated plate can be attached to the portion of the inner rail extended to the outside of the door pocket.
- the inner rail and the outer rail are separated from each other, but the inner rail and the outer rail may be integrated.
