Description

多功能床垫 技术领域
本发明涉及一种可与现有床垫配合平铺使用的筒易性的床垫, 特别是一种 既可医用又可日常使用的多用途多功能的柔性床垫。
背景技术
床垫是人们十分熟悉的用品, 根据其使用场合不同, 有不同的分类, 如日 常生活使用的普通床垫, 医院使用的医用床垫等, 但现有的床垫用途单一, 不 能满足特殊情况的需要。 例如, 躺在现有的医用床垫上的患者因在担架、 病床、 病号车之间的转移和清理床铺等护理工作需要经常被移动, 目前患者如从担架 移动到病床、 从病床移动到推车、 从推车移动到治疗、 检查仪器以及床单的更 换等环节基本是人工搬动完成, 这样会增加患者在此过程中再度触伤, 从而增 加患者疼痛感或人为操作不当对病情的加剧, 给患者带来不利, 况且频繁移动 病人是医护人员最费劲的工作, 需要多名护工才能完成, 在移动过程中可能增 加护工人员对患者的交替感染, 也增加了病人家属在这些过程中不必要的人 工、 经济负担, 又如, 在家里或敬老院里的现有床垫上移动、 护理卧床的行动 不便的人是十分困难的。
专利号为 02113702. 1 的中国发明专利申请公开了一种充气式多功能理疗 床垫, 由于不能使病人抬起离开床垫, 所以仍存在转移病人和清理床铺等护理 工作极为困难的问题, 此外, 该已有床垫结构复杂、 体积大且笨重, 作为担架 使用十分牽强、 不便。 专利号为 201120053549. 9 的中国实用新型专利公开了 一种长期卧床病人护理床, 虽然能使病人翻身, 但还是不能实现不推拉患者就 能使病人抬起离开床垫的功能, 此外, 它也存在结构复杂、 体积大且笨重的问 题, 而且不能作为担架灵活使用。
有鉴于此, 需要一种能方便、 安全、 省力地移动卧床患者的床垫。 另外, 随着旅游安全、 抗击自然灾害等要求的提高, 需要一种既能在野外宿营用、 又 能在紧急情况下用作担架的便携床垫用品。 而现有的床垫都不能同时满足上述 使用要求。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能床垫, 其结构筒单合理、 轻巧耐用、 制造 成本低, 而且可与现有的病床床垫配合平铺使用, 使用方便、 安全可靠, 还可 兼作担架、 野外宿营用的床垫和吊床和救援床, 操作快捷、 安全省力、 便携环 保。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用了以下技术方案。
一种多功能床垫, 包括床垫本体, 所述的多功能床垫还配有多个人体支撑 件; 在所述床垫本体上沿长边 L方向分别设有左、 右两条担架杆穿接区, 这两 条担架杆穿接区优选位于床垫本体的长边 L方向上, 在每条担架杆穿接区内分 别设有一条穿担架杆的担架孔, 左、 右两条担架孔均沿平行于床垫本体的长边 L方向伸展; 所述床垫本体上设有多个气嚢区, 每个气嚢区可以是由单个气嚢 构成的, 也可以是由多段相连的气嚢集合而成的条型状结构, 在气嚢区之间设 有供人体支撑件穿插的条状间隙,所述条状间隙相互平行地设置在与床垫本体 的长边 L相互垂直的方向上;所述条状间隙的宽度 H大于人体支撑件的宽度 h, 所述气嚢区充气后的厚度大于人体支撑件的厚度。 本发明通过气嚢区、 间隙的 配合可给病人通风, 而人体支撑件与气嚢区、 条状间隙可实现多种工作模式的 配合, 在不推拉卧床患者的情况下就能轻松平稳地将其升起, 可便捷、 安全、 轻松地完成带床垫挪动病患、 不带床垫挪动病患、 更换床单等各类工作需要, 并且在抬起病患的过程中病患受力均匀, 避免患者在各治疗环节中的再度受到 触伤, 还可大大减少现有医院护工的人数、 降低人员对患者的交替感染。
每个气嚢区可以是由单个气嚢构成的, 也可以是由多段相连的结构气嚢集 合而成的。 作为优选方式, 所述床垫本体的各气嚢区均呈条状, 这些条状的气 嚢区相互平行地设置在与床垫本体的长边 L垂直的方向上, 在气嚢区以外的床 垫本体均为非气嚢基底。 当病人平躺于病床时, 对气嚢充气, 利用这种条状、 横向布置的气嚢区可对人体支撑件进行有效定位, 保证各人体支撑件处于相互 并行的位置, 使病人受力平衡, 进一步减少了病人在各治疗移动、 护理环节中 再度受伤的情况。
床垫本体 1上还设有若干充气导管, 所述充气导管贯通所有气嚢区, 优选 充气嘴连接为气嚢区充气、 放气。 当需要转移病人、 给病人通风、 清洁护理或 更换床单时, 可通过充气导管、 充气嘴给气嚢区充气, 上述护理、 转移工作完 毕后可给气嚢区放气使其恢复常态。 另外, 通过充气嘴、 充气导管还可进一步 调节、控制气嚢区的充气量, 以适应不同病患、 不同环境下对气嚢厚度的需求。
此外,所述的多功能床垫还可选配左、右两个担架杆和若干个人体支撑件, 这些担架杆与多功能床垫可拆卸式插装, 每个担架杆上均设有至少多个供人体 支撑件插入的插接孔; 左、 右两个担架杆上的插接孔呈对称分布。 例如, 多功 能床垫留有 N个人体支撑件的空间,则每个担架杆上均设有至少 N个供人体支 撑件插入的插接孔。 本专利所述的 N表示多个, 即 N为大于 1的自然数。
进一步的, 所述多功能床垫的每个担架串接区均包括多个上下穿透担架杆 穿接区的插接操作空间和担架杆穿接区多个子担架杆穿接区, 每个插接操作空 间均穿透担架杆穿接区内的担架孔, 左侧担架杆穿接区上的插接操作空间与右 侧担架杆穿接区上的插接操作空间呈对称分布。 这些位于担架杆穿接区的插接 操作空间是为了人体升降预留的, 它可方便对患者随同床单、 床垫一起用手工 或升降器升起、 移动, 可灵活适用于人体升降、 移动的多种工作模式。 并且, 所述的床垫本体是可折叠的结构。
更进一步的, 所述条状间隙的延展方向均指向担架杆穿接区的插接操作空 间。 同一插接操作空间可对应多个条状间隙。 更优选的, 条状间隙与插接操作 空间相对应, 所述担架杆穿接区的插接操作空间的位置与担架杆上部分或全部 插接孔的位置相对应, 以便将担架杆上的插接孔部分或全部地暴露出来供人体 支撑件插装。
所述的人体支撑件优选为一个由弹性材料制作的多功能床垫的附件, 人体 支撑件两端均设有一个安全扣, 所述安全扣可插入所述担架杆上的插接孔形成 可拆卸式扣装, 从而与担架杆配合完成对患者的平稳支撑。 此外, 每个担架杆可以是 1个杆件, 更好的是 2个或以上的杆件连接组装 构成一个担架杆, 即所述的每个担架杆包括可以采用 2个或 2个以上的子杆件 连接而成, 所述 1个或以上的杆件之间通过可拆卸联接结构固定连接成一个担 架杆。 更优选的是, 担架杆可拆卸联接结构为轴孔插接联接结构和 /或螺纹联 接结构。
所述多功能床垫放置在病床床垫之上, 两边担架杆穿接区之间的所述床垫 本体为床垫承载区,所述床垫承载区的尺寸 (宽度和长度) 与位于多功能床垫 下面的病床床垫的尺寸 (宽度和长度)基本一致, 所述担架杆穿接区伸出到病 床床垫之外。 但更优选的实施方式是, 左、 右两条担架杆穿接区分别位于床垫 本体的两个长边 L上, 含有担架杆穿接区的多功能床垫的尺寸等同于病床床垫 的尺寸。 例如也两条担架杆穿接区最外沿之间的距离与多功能床垫之下的病床 床垫的宽度基本一致。
采用上述技术方案, 本发明的多功能床垫容易与现有医院、 敬老院、 家庭 中使用的床垫配合使用, 以实现不推拉卧床患者就能轻松平稳地将其升起、 移 动离开床垫的效果, 其具有多种工作模式, 使得后续移动至其它治疗、 检查仪 器上或者更换床单以及增加背部空气流通等护理工作十分便捷、 安全、 轻松, 可避免患者在各治疗环节中的再度受到触伤, 还可大大减少现有医院护工的人 数、 降低人员对患者的交替感染, 减少病人家属在这些过程中不必要的人工、 经济负担。 同时, 本发明的多功能床垫也可兼作担架、 野外宿营用的床垫和吊 床, 便于携带, 且使用省力方便。 附图说明

以下结合图 1至图 9给出的实施例, 进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。 本发明的多功能床垫不限于以下实施例的描述。
参见图 1、 图 2、 图 3 , 本发明的多功能床垫包括床垫本体 1和可选配的附 件两个担架杆 2及多个人体支撑件 3。 如图 1所示, 多功能床垫为具有长度 宽度 S、 厚度 d的长方体, 其长度 L和宽度 S的大小尺寸与一般的普通标准病 床床垫尺寸接近。 实践中如果多功能床垫的担架穿接区伸到病床床垫之外, 则 要想将多功能床垫随病人一起送入检查仪器时就会产生问题。 在床垫本体 1的 两边沿其长度 L的方向, 即长边 L的方向, 分别设有一条担架杆穿接区 9 , 每 个担架杆穿接区 9 上分别开有一条允许左担架杆或右担架杆 2 插入的担架孔 10 , 优选将两条担架孔 1 0设置在床垫本体 1 的左侧边缘和右侧边缘, 并且, 它们分别沿长度 L方向伸展,即两条担架孔 10设置在左侧长边 L和右侧长边 L 上,可用于两侧担架杆的穿透。床垫本体 1 由一定强度和柔性的多种材料制作。 如图 1所示, 床垫本体 1可以包括一个非气嚢基底, 在非气嚢基底上设有多个 气嚢区 12 , 每个气嚢区 12采用一个条状气嚢构成。 另外, 所述多功能床垫还 可包括贯通各气嚢区 12的两条充气导管 1 3和充气嘴 14 , 充气嘴 14与各充气 导管 1 3连接, 通过充气嘴 14 , 可方便地向各充气导管 1 3和各气嚢 12充气或 放气。 多个气嚢区 12沿床垫本体 1宽度 S方向相互平行地设置在所述床垫本 体 1的长边 L垂直的方向, 每相邻的两个气嚢区 12之间形成有条状间隙 H , 每 相邻的两个气嚢区 12之间的条状间隙 H实际上是床垫本体 1的实体基底部分, 实体部分的间隙 H 自然沿床垫本体 1的宽度 S方向伸展。
担架杆 2作为本多功能床垫的选配附件, 所述左、 右担架杆 2上优选设置 有多个供人体支撑件 3插入的插接孔 21 , 左、 右担架杆 1上的插接孔呈对称分 布, 如图 3所示当人体支撑件的数量为 6时, 每个担架杆 2上的插接孔 21的 数量至少为 6个, 用户可根据需要选择适合病人的人体支撑件的插入位置。
如图 3所示, 每条担架杆穿接区 9可以是一条不间断担架串接区, 但更优 选的是每条担架杆穿接区 9由多个间断的子担架杆穿接区 8形成, 在两个子担 架杆穿接区 8之间设有上下穿透担架杆穿接区 9的插接操作空间 1 1。
在图 3实施例中,左侧担架杆穿接区 9上的插接操作空间 1 1与右侧担架杆 穿接区 9上的插接操作空间 1 1呈对称分布。 另一种实施方式如图 2所示, 条 状间隙 7与插接操作空间 1 1相对应, 所述条状间隙 7的延展方向均指向担架 杆穿接区 9的插接操作空间 1 1。 更优选的方案是, 所述担架杆穿接区 9的插接 操作空间 11的位置与担架杆 2上部分或全部插接孔 21的位置相对应, 以便将 担架杆 2上的插接孔 21部分或全部地暴露出来供安全扣扣装。
如图 3所示实施例中, 多功能床垫配有 6条人体支撑件 3 , 两条担架杆穿 接区 9对称地分列左右。 每条担架杆穿接区 9被 5个插接操作空间 1 1分成 6 段子担架杆穿接区 8 ,气嚢区 12之间的条状间隙 7均指向其对应的插接操作空 间 11 , 从而保证人体支撑件 3能横向平行插入, 起到均衡支撑、 固定的作用。 另外, 如图 2、 图 3所示, 在床垫本体上还设用折叠线, 使床垫具有可折叠功 能以方便携带和收纳。
图 1、 图 2、 图 3的区别在于: 图 1的担架穿接区是将床垫边沿翻折而形 成间断的筒状结构, 图 2、 3是床垫本体 1 的插接操作空间上下穿透担架杆穿 接区。 这两类实施方式功能方面是基本一样, 重点在制造时的不同结构变化。 图 3则是使用本发明多功能床垫时的一种状态, 具体为在清理床位、 床单等服 务时只移动人体而不移动床单、 床垫的状态俯视平面示意图。
图 4、 图 5是床垫的侧视图, 其中图 4中的床垫本体 1处于一般的平铺休 息使用状态, 气嚢区 12未充气。 图 5 中的床垫本体 1处于未充气状态且穿上 担架杆 2的侧视示意图, 而两个担架杆 2分别与床垫本体 1上的担架孔 1 0进 行可卸式插装。气嚢区 12在未充气状态下的床垫本体 1的厚度等于床垫本体 1 的实体基底部分的厚度 d , 适用于一般可以带床垫本体 1和床单一起移动患者 诊疗的场合。
图 6中的床垫本体 1处于充气状态, 其中人体支撑件 3插入在床垫本体 1 的气嚢区 12之间的间隙 H内, 所述人体支撑件优选为安全扣带, 两个担架杆 2 以扣带组装方式分别与安全扣带 3的安全扣 31形成可卸式扣装。 当给多功能 床垫充气, 气嚢区 12膨胀, 各气嚢区 12之间形成了条状间隙 7 , 而床垫本体 1的非气嚢基底并不膨胀,膨胀后的气嚢 12的厚度 D远大于床垫本体 1的非气 嚢基底的厚度 d , 于是通过条状气嚢 12中的气体作用将患者向上支撑住, 在每 相邻的两个气嚢 12之间形成柔性凹槽状的条状间隙 H ,使卧躺在床垫本体 1上 的人体与凹槽状的条状间隙 H之间必然形成柔性空隙。 其中, 条状间隙 H的宽 度尺寸大于各人体支撑件 3的宽度尺寸 h , 人体支撑件 3的厚度远远小于气嚢 区 12的厚度 D ,以使人体支撑件 3能顺利地从人体与柔性的条状间隙 H之间穿 过。
所述人体支撑件 3可以有多种实施方式, 例如所述的人体支撑件 3为一个 由弹性材料制作的多功能床垫的附件。 更优选的方案是在人体支撑件 3两端均 设有一个安全扣 31, 所述安全扣 31可插入所述担架杆 2上的插接孔 21形成可 拆卸式扣装, 从而与担架杆配合完成对患者的平稳支撑。
例如图 8、 图 9所示人体支撑件 3为安全扣带, 将每个安全扣带的两端上 安全扣 31穿过两个担架杆 2上的插接孔 21 , 实现卡接配合下的牢固锁紧。
本发明所述的安全扣 31也可以采用多种实施方式,例如 T形结构的安全扣 , 或者是卡齿结构的卡扣。 如图 8所示为一种具体卡齿卡接结构的安全扣, 所述 安全扣 31 由两个钩状齿组成的结构, 两个钩状齿之间间隔一定的距离。 这些 安全扣 31可拆卸的扣装在担架杆或其他装置的的插接孔 21内, 并自动咬合锁 紧, 且当需要打开时转动 T形结构的安全扣或对卡齿卡扣结构的安全扣施加压 力即可解锁拔出。 人体支撑件的安全扣和担架杆的连接不限于是如上所述的结 构,它们也可以是任何能够方便锁住打开的锁扣连接方式,在此不再——列举。
为方便该床垫的使用便捷, 床垫的尺寸与其一般普通的医疗床尺寸大小有 标准余量的相匹配。 例如, 将图 1-图 3所述多功能床垫放置在普通病床床垫之 上, 左、 右两条担架杆穿接区 9分别位于床垫本体 1的两个长边 L上, 多功能 床垫的宽度 S等同于病床床垫的尺寸, 该多功能床垫的宽度中包括了担架杆穿 接区的宽度。
在重症患者需要的特殊情况下, 床垫在如图 1状态放置至普通床单的下面 作为备用附件, 当需对患者移动至其他场合进行治疗、 检查以及更换床单等场 合时,按照如上所述和其它附件的配合使用的方法,就能实现卧床患者在医疗、 康复、 护理的移动过程中, 从担架移动到病床、 从病床移动到推车、 从推车移 动到治疗、 检查仪器以及床单的更换等各环节减少振动、 防止这些过程给患者 增加痛苦、 加重病情, 提高了对患者医疗期间的优质管理和人性化服务。
所述的每根担架杆 2可以是 1个杆件,但为了增加多功能床垫的便携功能, 除了尽可能减小多功能床垫的体积和重量外, 优选采用 2个或 2个以上的杆件 连接构成一个担架杆。 担架杆 2的杆件可以是用粗螺纹连接的两段或多段, 先 通过床垫两端插入再螺纹连接。 这些杆件之间可拆卸的固定联接, 其联接结构 可采用多种方案, 优选的方案是: 所述的可拆卸联接结构为轴孔插接联接结构 和 /或螺纹联接结构。 轴孔插接联接结构和螺纹联接结构均是装卸方便、 联接 强度好、 联接可靠性高的固定联接结构。
本发明的多功能床垫的工作模式可以多种多样, 下面通过几个具体使用实 例, 进一步说明本发明的多功能床垫的工作原理。
工作模式 1 : 带床垫、 床单一起移动患者的工作模式: 对于可以带床垫 1 和床单一起移动患者诊疗的场合,只需穿上担架杆 2,通过向左右担架杆 1均匀 地施加向上作用力, 就能实现不触碰患者平稳将患者升起, 轻松、 安全地将伤 病员从病床移动到推车、 从推车移动到治疗、 检查仪器。
工作模式 2 : 不能带床垫、 床单一起移动患者诊疗或更换床单的工作模式: 当患者不能带床单、 床垫诊疗需要移动或更换床单时, 只要向床垫 1充气, 经 充气导管 1 3充气给气嚢区 12的气嚢, 将患者升高, 利用气嚢区间的条状间隙 7使床单下陷,将人体支撑件 3从下陷的床单与人体形成的凹槽状空隙中穿过。 并将人体支撑件 3插入左右担架杆 2的插接孔 21 中, 通过向左右担架杆 2均 匀地施加向上作用力, 人体支撑件 3将对人体起到支撑作用, 患者自然被抬起 离开床垫本体 1和床单, 从而实现在不翻动人体的情况下能方便、 安全、 省力 地将患者升起、 移动至其它治疗、 检查仪器上或更换床单。
工作模式 3 : 用作担架的工作模式: 将左、 右担架杆 2分别插入床垫本体 1 的担架孔 10 内形成担架, 可直接将载有伤病员的担架放在普通的病床上, 再 拔出左右担架杆 2 , 给床垫 1充气, 插入人体支撑件 3 , 将安全扣 31分别插入 左右担架杆 2的插接孔 21 , 再给左右担架杆 2均勾地施加向上作用力, 将患者 升起放进床单后降下患者, 再给床垫放气, 床垫本体 1便成了普通的休息待令 床垫。
工作模式 4 : 为病人通风换气的工作模式: 给气嚢区 12充气, 利用气嚢将 患者抬高, 气嚢区 12之间的条状间隙 7可为患者背部通风换气。
工作模式 5 : 用作宿营床垫的工作模式: 将床垫本体 1铺在地面、 平台或 其他卧宿平面上, 给气嚢 12充气, 在床垫本体 1铺上床上用品即可, 气嚢区 12成为了能隔潮气、 保暖的气垫。 特别是在救灾救险病床紧缺时, 可充当临时 病床。
工作模式 6 : 用作吊床的工作模式: 通过床垫本体 1上的所述担架孔或穿 上担架杆 2与牢固支撑物连接可靠即可。
以上所述仅为本发明的推荐实施例, 尤其是多功能床垫本体不限于和上述 附件人体支撑件和担架杆的配合使用, 更有利的是: 配合专用的具有若干个能 够伸进上述条状间隙并能平衡升降、 移动患者的设备。 凡依本发明权利要求做 出的技术等效变化与修改, 皆应视为本发明的涵盖范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种多功能床垫, 包括床垫本体(1) , 其特征在于:
所述的多功能床垫还配有 N个人体支撑件(3);
在所述床垫本体(1)上沿长边 L 方向分别设有左、 右两条担架杆穿接区 (9) , 在每条担架杆穿接区(9)内分别设有一条穿担架杆(2)的担架孔(1 0) , 左、 右两条担架孔(1 0)均沿平行于床垫本体(1)的长边 L方向伸展;
所述床垫本体(1)上设有多个气嚢区(12) ,在气嚢区(12)之间设有供人体 支撑件(3)穿插的条状间隙(7) ,所述条状间隙(7)相互平行地设置在与床垫 本体(1)的长边 L相互垂直的方向上;
所述条状间隙(7)的宽度 H大于人体支撑件(3)的宽度 h ,所述气嚢区(12) 充气后的厚度大于人体支撑件(3)的厚度。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能床垫, 其特征在于:
所述床垫本体(1)的各气嚢区(12)均呈条状, 这些条状的气嚢区(12)并 相互平行地设置在与床垫本体(1)的长边 L相互垂直的方向上, 在气嚢区以 外的床垫本体均为非气嚢基底。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能床垫, 其特征在于:
床垫本体(1)上还设有至少两条充气导管(1 3) ,所述充气导管(1 3)贯通所 有气嚢区(12) , 所述充气导管(1 3)与充气嘴(14)连接为气嚢区(12)充气、 放
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能床垫, 其特征在于:
所述的多功能床垫还配有左、 右两个担架杆(2) , 每个担架杆(2)上均设 有至少 N个供人体支撑件(3)插入的插接孔(21) ; 左、 右两个担架杆(2)上的 插接孔(21)呈对称分布。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的多功能床垫, 其特征在于:
所述多功能床垫的每条担架杆穿接区(9)包括多个上下穿透担架杆穿接 区(9)的插接操作空间(1 1)和多个子担架杆穿接区(8) , 每个插接操作空间 (1 1)均穿透担架杆穿接区(9)内的担架孔(1 0) , 左侧担架杆穿接区(9)上的插 接操作空间(1 1)与右侧担架杆穿接区(9)上的插接操作空间(11)呈对称分 布。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的多功能床垫, 其特征在于:
所述人体支撑件(3)两端均设有一个安全扣(31) ,人体支撑件(3)的安全 扣(31)插入所述担架杆(2)上的插接孔(21)形成可拆卸式扣装。
7. 根据权利要求 4所述的多功能床垫, 其特征在于:
所述的每个担架杆(2)包括可以采用 2个或 2个以上的子杆件连接而成, 所述 2个或以上的杆件之间通过可拆卸联接结构固定连接成一个担架杆(2) 。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能床垫, 其特征在于:
所述多功能床垫放置在病床床垫之上,左、右两条担架杆穿接区(9)分别 位于床垫本体(1)的两个长边 L 上, 含有担架杆穿接区的多功能床垫的尺寸 等同于病床床垫的尺寸。 9. 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能床垫,其特征在于:所述的床垫本体(1) 是可折叠结构。
