Description

果汁机刀座的刀轴组件 技术领域
本发明关于一种刀轴防漏装置, 尤指用于果汁机刀座的刀轴防漏装置。 背景技术
现代人因为工作压力及缺乏运动, 因此在日常生活中不易摄取足够的纤维 素及维生素, 而为了要补充最容易缺乏的纤维素及维生素, 通常就是将蔬菜水 果放入果汁机绞碎成果汁以便饮用, 从而快速摄取纤维素及维生素, 以达到健 康养生的目的。
一般果汁机设有以一马达为动力来源的基座, 及操作性设置于该基座顶部 的一容器, 设一操作性与该马达的传动部作连接的刀座, 且该刀座设于该容器 内且穿设于该容器的底部。 一般刀座包括一开口朝下的壳体, 其中该壳体内部 由下而上依序叠设一具有轴向穿孔的轴承及一具有轴向穿孔的油封, 且该壳体 的顶壁设一与该轴承及该油封的穿孔相通的穿孔, 更设一刀轴杆贯穿该些穿孔, 且该刀轴杆的上下两端段分别凸伸于该壳体的顶壁及该轴承的底面, 于该刀轴 杆的上端段由上而下依序贯穿叠设一上切刀及一下切刀, 而该刀轴杆的下端段 更穿设一齿轮,.凭借该齿轮操作性与该马达的传动部作连接, 进而连动该上切 刀及该下切刀从而产生旋转, 将蔬果切削成细小颗粒及汁液, 且利用该上、 下 切刀的角度设计使绞碎后的蔬果颗粒及汁液产生对流, 而将绞碎的蔬果颗粒与 汁液均勾混合成果汁。 由于该刀轴杆长期与油封接触而转动, 因此容易磨损, 而由于该刀轴杆与油封间往往设有防水环垫, 也由于该刀轴杆长期与油封接触 磨损下, 而使得该刀轴杆与防水环垫之间也产生间隙, 而使得该防水环垫的填 补与防水作用逐渐丧失。 因此当该刀轴杆高速旋转时, 会使果汁于该容器内产 生强大的流体压力, 造成果汁会沿着该间隙渗漏至该刀座内部, 从而导致该轴 承损坏, 甚至使该果汁机的马达烧坏, 因此本发明的发明人认为如何避免该刀 轴杆因过度摩擦而损坏, 应是改善的重点。
发明内容 '
为解决现有技术不足之处, 因此本发明的目的是提供一种果汁机刀座的刀 轴组件, 可避免刀轴杆的外环壁受到直接的磨擦, 且刀轴杆与防水环圈间则不 易产生间隙, 进而可达到防漏的目的。
为达上述目的, 本发明提供一种果汁机刀座的刀轴组件, 供贯穿该果汁机 刀座, 该果汁机刀座供设于一果汁机杯体内且穿设该果汁机杯体底部, 而与一 果汁机基座连接, 该刀轴组件包括:
一刀轴杆: ·于该刀轴杆上段部且于该刀轴杆环壁沿径向向外凸设一抵止环; 一耐磨轴套: 轴向套设于该刀轴杆外壁, 且该耐磨轴套的顶缘抵于该抵止 环的底缘。
所述的果汁机刀座的刀轴组件, 其中, 该耐磨轴套的侧壁厚度等于该抵止 环凸伸于该刀轴杆环壁的厚度。
所述的果汁机刀座的刀轴组件, 其中, 该耐磨轴套的顶壁朝向该刀轴杆由 上而下且由外侧壁朝内侧壁呈一斜面, 以该抵止环的底面及该刀轴杆的环壁及 该耐磨轴套顶壁的斜面而共围出一环状空间, 于该环状空间内设有一防水圈。 由于该刀轴杆于外环壁套设该轴套, 如此一来, 可利用该轴套与油封产生接触 与磨擦, 因此即使该刀轴杆在长时间旋转运作过后, 也能减少直接受到磨擦而 损坏, 降低间隙产生的可能, 进而可达到防漏的目的。 而当该刀轴杆与油封间 有防水环垫时, 也可以降低该刀轴杆与防水环垫之间产生间隙的可能, 而使得 该防水环垫的填补与防水作用得以确保。

但, 由于该刀轴杆 41于外环壁套设该耐磨轴套 42, 其中, 该耐磨轴套 42 的材质可以选用耐磨或高硬度的材料, 于实施例中, 该耐磨轴套 42的材质为 SUS440C不锈钢, 而该刀轴杆 41的材质为 SUS303不锈钢, 如此一来, 可避免 该刀轴杆 41的外环壁受到直接的磨擦, 因此即使在长时间旋转运作过后, 由于 该耐磨轴套 42耐磨且该刀轴杆 41也没因磨擦而损坏, 如此, 该刀轴杆 41与该 些防水环圏间更不易产生间隙, 进而达到防漏的目的; 再加上, 由于该耐磨轴 套 42的侧壁厚度等于该抵止环 41 1凸伸于该刀轴杆 41环壁的厚度, 因此当在 组装该果汁机刀座 3时, 该果汁机刀座 3的其他元件不需再额外制作以配合该 刀轴组件 4, 因此在生产制作上不会额外增加太多成本; 另外, 凭借该防水圈 44 , 可令当使用过程中, 若液体仍沿该刀轴杆 41渗入时, 可凭借该防水圏 44 而再次阻挡液体, 以改善防漏的问题。
综上所述, 本发明确实符合产业利用性, 且未于申请前见于刊物或公开使 用, 亦未为公众所知悉, 且具有非显而易知性, 符合可专利的要件, 故依法提 出专利申请。
然而上述所陈, 为本发明在产业上一较佳实施例, 举凡依本发明申请专利 范围所作的均等变化, 皆属本发明诉求标的的范畴。

1、 一种果汁机刀座的刀轴组件, 其特征在于, 供贯穿该果汁机刀座, 该果 汁机刀座供设于一果汁机杯体内且穿设该果汁机杯体底部, 而与一果汁机基座 连接, 该刀轴组件包括:
一刀轴杆:.于该刀轴杆上段部且于该刀轴杆环壁沿径向向外凸设一抵止环; 一耐磨轴套: 轴向套设于该刀轴杆外壁, 且该耐磨轴套的顶缘抵于该抵止 环的底缘。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的果汁机刀座的刀轴组件, 其特征在于, 该耐磨轴套 的侧壁厚度等于该抵止环凸伸于该刀轴杆环壁的厚度。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的果汁机刀座的刀轴组件, 其特征在于, 该耐磨轴套 的顶壁朝向该刀轴杆由上而下且由外侧壁朝内侧壁呈一斜面, 以该抵止环的底 面及该刀轴杆的环壁及该耐磨轴套顶壁的斜面而共围出一环状空间 , 于该环状 空间内设有一防水圈。
