Definitions
- the present invention relates to a spectacle lens supply system, a program thereof, a prism amount determination device, a prism amount determination method, and a spectacle lens manufacturing method.
- Fixation shift means that when one object is viewed (fixed) at the same time in both eyes, it cannot be imaged at the foveal position of the retina by one or both eyes, and is slightly shifted from the fovea. It means to form an image. Fixation shifts occur due to line of sight shifts. For this reason, when a person with fixation disparity views the same object with both eyes, the imaging position when viewing the object with the left eye and the imaging position when viewing the object with the right eye Are slightly offset from each other's fovea. However, since the displacement of the imaging position due to fixation disparity is as small as several minutes in terms of the line of sight, those images are perceived as one image by fusion in the brain.
- the measurement of the amount of aligning prism necessary for correcting fixation disparity is performed from the position of the eye of the subject undergoing optometry to an index for measurement.
- the distance may be far vision or near vision.
- the amount of aligning prism is measured at a spectacle store or an ophthalmologist.
- spectacle prescription glasses are measured by measuring the prism amount in either distance vision or near vision at a spectacle store, etc., and sending the prism amount obtained by the measurement to the lens manufacturer as a prescription prism amount. I'm ordering a lens.
- the amount of the aligning prism measured in far vision is not used as the prescription prism amount as it is, but the value of the prescription prism amount is corrected according to the purpose for the wearer to use the spectacle lens. Can be considered.
- how much the value of the prescription prism amount is corrected is determined by the sense and experience of the store clerk of the spectacle store. Therefore, it is not always possible to provide a spectacle lens having a prism prescription desired by the wearer.
- the aligning prism amount measured by far vision is applied to the distance portion of the spectacle lens
- the alignment alignment measured by near vision is applied to the near portion of the spectacle lens.
- a prism amount that is, to equip one spectacle lens with two prism amounts.
- a step is inevitably generated between the distance portion and the near portion. Then, when the line of sight shifts from the far vision to the near vision, an image jump occurs, and the appearance is significantly reduced.
- the inventor obtains the first prism amount and the second prism amount by separately measuring the aligning prism amount of the wearer at the optometry distance corresponding to the far vision and the optometry distance corresponding to the near vision.
- Information on the life scene of the wearer such as how the wearer uses the glasses within the prism prescription range between the first prism amount and the second prism amount.
- the amount of this prescription prism came up with the method of applying uniformly to a spectacle lens.
- the prescription prism amount is determined by the prism amount more suitable for the wearer than before, and the knowledge that the wearer's fixation disparity is corrected according to the prescription prism amount has been obtained.
- formed based on said knowledge is as follows.
- the first aspect of the present invention is: A spectacle lens supply system for supplying a spectacle lens for correcting fixation disparity of a spectacle lens wearer with fixation disparity, A first aligning prism amount obtained by measurement at an optometry distance corresponding to the first distance and a second optometry distance obtained by measurement at an optometry distance corresponding to a second distance shorter than the first distance. On the eyeglass lens to correct the fixation disparity based on the amount of the aligning prism and the information used to distribute the first aligning prism amount and the second aligning prism amount.

- the fourth aspect of the present invention is: The spectacle lens supply system according to the third aspect, further comprising a display unit that displays an input screen for inputting the first aligning prism amount and the second aligning prism amount. It is.
- the life scene information input means inputs information indicating an index of importance based on the lifestyle of the wearer for each of a plurality of life scenes prepared in advance.
- the determination unit obtains an allocation within the prism prescription range using the importance index for each of the plurality of life scenes input by the input unit, and corrects the fixation disparity according to the allocation.
- the eyeglass lens supply system according to the third or fourth aspect, wherein the amount of aligning prism is determined.
- the sixth aspect of the present invention is:
- the life scene information input means inputs a coefficient K (however, 0 ⁇ K ⁇ 1.0) according to the lifestyle of the wearer as information on the life scene,
- the determining means sets the horizontal prism amount of the aligning prism amount for correcting the fixation disparity as APLH, the vertical prism amount as APLV, and the horizontal prism amount as the first aligning prism amount.
- the seventh aspect of the present invention is The spectacle lens according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, wherein the first distance is an optometry distance corresponding to far vision, and the second distance is an optometry distance corresponding to near vision. Supply system.
- Aligning prism amount for correcting the fixation disparity based on the amount of aligning prism and information used for distribution of the first aligning prism amount and the second aligning prism amount, Determining within a prism prescription range between the first aligning prism amount and the second aligning prism amount; Producing a spectacle lens uniformly provided with an amount of aligning prism for correcting the determined fixation disparity; A method for manufacturing a spectacle lens.
- the tenth aspect of the present invention provides A prism amount determination device for determining a prism amount for correcting the fixation disparity of a spectacle lens wearer with fixation disparity, A first aligning prism amount obtained by measurement at an optometry distance corresponding to the first distance and a second optometry distance obtained by measurement at an optometry distance corresponding to a second distance shorter than the first distance.

- a first aligning prism amount obtained by measurement at an optometry distance corresponding to the first distance
- a second optometry distance obtained by measurement at an optometry distance corresponding to a second distance shorter than the first distance.
- This prism amount is a prism amount to be uniformly applied to the lens. By doing so, it is not necessary to form a step between the distance portion and the near portion of the spectacle lens.
- the fixation disparity described above may be a fixation disparity obtained by a known measurement.
- the output unit 12 outputs a spectacle lens type recommended for the wearer.
- Specific output forms include display output, print output, audio output, and the like.
- the display part 7 is mentioned as an example as a target (output destination) which the output part 12 outputs a recommended type.
- the recommended type of spectacle lens is displayed and output on the screen of the display unit 7 as text, an illustration, a photograph, an image, a video (video), or the like in accordance with an output instruction from the output unit 12. To do.
- the order processing unit 13 performs ordering processing for spectacle lenses. Specifically, the order processing unit 13 extracts information necessary for ordering spectacle lenses from the information input by the input unit 5, and transmits this information to the order receiving side device 3 via the communication network 4. Process. Further, the order processing unit 13 sends information (manufacturer, type, etc.) for identifying the recommended type of spectacle lens finally determined (confirmed) by the clerk of the spectacle store with the consent of the wearer via the communication network 4. The process of transmitting to the order receiving side device 3 is performed.
- the storage unit 14 is used to store various data handled by the ordering side device 2.
- the data stored in the storage unit 14 includes the first prism amount and the second prism amount input by the input unit 5, information related to the wearer's life scene, and the like. These pieces of information are referred to when the determining unit 11 determines an aligning prism amount for correcting fixation disparity.
- the appearance of the index changes depending on whether the wearer has fixation disparity. That is, when a person with no fixation disparity sees the index through a test lens that does not have a prism power, the index can be seen by the wearer at the position where it should be. In that case, the prism amount of the wearer is measured as substantially zero. In contrast, when a person with fixation disparity sees the index through a test lens that does not have prism power, the wearer has the index at the position where the index should be presented separately to the left and right eyes. It is not visible, and the indicator is visible at a position deviated from it.
- the values of the first prism amounts APF0H and APF0V and the second prism amounts APN0H and APN0V obtained by the above measurement are used as other information necessary for ordering spectacle lenses (for example, the addition degree of spectacle lenses).
- lens prescription information including astigmatic axis

- layout information used for alignment of eyeglass lens and eyeglass frame data is input from the input unit 5 of the ordering apparatus 2 (S2).
- the aligning prism for correcting fixation disparity is measured separately for a horizontal prism and a vertical prism, and the amount of each prism is divided into two for the left eye and the right eye.
- the far vision prism amount in the figure corresponds to the first prism amount APF0 obtained by measuring the prism amount of the wearer at the optometry distance corresponding to far vision
- the near vision prism amount in the figure is This corresponds to the second prism amount APN0 obtained by measuring the prism amount of the wearer at the optometry distance corresponding to square viewing.
- the importance index is input according to the following criteria. That is, if the wearer's hobby is reading and there are many occasions where he / she wears spectacle lenses on a daily basis, he / she inputs “2” as the importance index. If your hobby is reading, but you are a person who only reads from time to time, enter “1” as the importance index. If you are not (the person who rarely reads), enter the importance index. Enter “0”.
- the computer unit 6 When various data (information) is input from the input unit 5 as described above, the computer unit 6 performs the following processing using the input data.
- the order processing unit 13 confirms whether or not an operation for changing the recommended type of the spectacle lens displayed on the display unit 7 has been performed on the input unit 5 (S5). When this operation is performed, after the data input in step S2 is performed again, the prism amount is determined and the recommended type is output.

- the prescription prism amount APL is determined within the prism prescription range between the amount APN0H and the prism prescription range between the first prism amount APF0V in the vertical direction and the second prism amount APN0V in the vertical direction. Yes. Therefore, if the horizontal prism amount APF0H of the first prism amount is 4 ⁇ (prism diopter) and the horizontal prism amount APN0H of the second prism amount is 2 ⁇ , the prescription prism amount in the horizontal direction APLH is determined within a prescription range of 2 ⁇ or more and 4 ⁇ or less.
- the prescription prism amount APLV in the vertical direction is determined to be 0.75 ⁇ .
- This horizontal prescription prism amount APLH is an intermediate value within the prism prescription range between 3 ⁇ which is the first prism amount APF0H in the horizontal direction and 2 ⁇ which is the second prism amount APN0H in the horizontal direction.
- the vertical prescription prism amount APLV is exactly in the middle of the prism prescription range between 1 ⁇ which is the first prism amount APF0V in the vertical direction and 0.5 ⁇ which is the second prism amount APN0V in the vertical direction. It becomes the value of. For this reason, it becomes the prescription prism amount suitable for the lifestyle of the wearer whose importance of distance vision and near vision is equal.
- the value of KF in the above-described mathematical formula is 0.7 and the value of KN is 0.3.
- APF1H is 2.1 ⁇ when the horizontal alignment prism amount APF0H in far vision is 3 ⁇
- APN1H is 0.6 ⁇ when the horizontal alignment prism amount APN0H in near vision is 2 ⁇ .
- the prescription prism amount APLH in the horizontal direction is determined to be 2.7 ⁇ .
- the vertical alignment prism APF1V is 0.7 ⁇ when the vertical alignment prism amount APF0V in the far vision is 1 ⁇ , and the vertical alignment prism amount APN0V in the near vision is 0.5 ⁇ .
- the value of KF in the above-described equation is 0.2 and the value of KN is 0.8.

This value is closer to APN0H (the amount of prism measured in near vision).
- the vertical prescription prism amount APLV is within the prism prescription range between 1 ⁇ which is the first prism amount APF0V in the vertical direction and 0.5 ⁇ which is the second prism amount APN0V in the vertical direction. This is a value closer to the second prism amount (prism amount measured by near vision) APF0V. For this reason, it becomes the prescription prism amount suitable for the lifestyle of the wearer whose importance of near vision is relatively high.
- a coefficient K (however, 0 ⁇ K ⁇ 1.0) corresponding to the life style of the wearer is input from the input unit 5.
- the coefficient K is a weighting coefficient for determining the prescription prism amount according to the lifestyle of the wearer.
- the coefficient K is input from the input unit 5 by a clerk at the optician, more preferably by a qualified person such as an ophthalmologist or an optometrist, who confirms the use of the spectacle lens of the wearer and considers its contents. What should I do?
- the horizontal aligning prism amount for correcting fixation disparity is set to APHL

- the first horizontal prism amount is set to APF0H.
- the fixation disparity is expressed by the following equation (1).
- the prism amount for correction is determined.
- a prescription prism amount can be determined in accordance with the lifestyle of the wearer, and a spectacle lens prescription based on this can be provided. That is, when the importance of distance vision and near vision is equal from the lifestyle of the wearer, by inputting a coefficient K of 0.5 according to the lifestyle, the importance of distance vision and near vision It is possible to provide a prescription prism spectacle lens suitable for the lifestyle of the wearer having the same degree. In addition, when the importance of far vision is relatively high from the lifestyle of the wearer, the importance of far vision is relative by inputting the coefficient K with a value less than 0.5 according to the lifestyle. Therefore, it is possible to provide a prescription prism spectacle lens suitable for a high wearer's lifestyle.
- the aligning prism amount to be obtained in the above (Equation 1) is the first prism amount itself, or The value of K may be set (for example, 0 ⁇ K ⁇ 1.0) so that the second prism amount itself is not reached.
- the far vision fixation disparity amount in the figure is the first fixation disparity obtained by calculation based on the first prism amount APF0 obtained by measuring the prism amount of the wearer at the optometry distance corresponding to far vision.
- the near vision fixation disparity amount in the figure is obtained by calculation based on the second prism amount APN0 obtained by measuring the prism amount of the wearer at the optometry distance corresponding to near vision. This corresponds to the second fixation disparity amount.
- the recommended type of spectacle lens is output to the display unit 7 by the output unit 12 so that the recommended type is displayed on the screen of the display unit 7.
- the recommended type of the spectacle lens may be output to a printing apparatus such as a printer by the output unit 12 so that the recommended type is printed on a sheet or the like.
- the output unit 12 transmits a recommended type of spectacle lens to a portable information terminal different from the ordering device 2 by wireless communication or the like, and displays the recommended type on the display screen of the portable information terminal. It is good also as composition to do.
- the ordering side apparatus 2 calculates the amount of alignment prism for correcting fixation disparity
- the calculation may be performed by the order-receiving device 3 or may be performed by a server (such as a data server) (not shown) connected to the communication network 4.
- the order receiving side device 3 may calculate the amount of alignment prism for correcting fixation disparity, and may transmit the calculation result to the ordering side apparatus 2.
- the method for obtaining the prism amount by calculation from the fixation disparity amount described above the method may be executed by the order receiving side device 3 or other configurations.
- the optometry distance corresponding to the far vision and the optometry distance corresponding to the near vision are adopted, but the present invention is not limited to this.
- an optometry distance corresponding to intermediate vision for viewing the distance between far vision and near vision and an optometry distance corresponding to near vision may be employed.
- the spectacle lens in this case is referred to as a so-called “middle lens”.
- the two distances can be expressed as a “first distance” and a “second distance shorter than the first distance”.
- the first and second prism amounts are obtained at two distances, but a third distance may be set.
- the prism amount may be obtained according to three distances: an optometry distance corresponding to far vision, an optometry distance corresponding to intermediate vision, and an optometry distance corresponding to near vision.
- the optometry distance corresponding to far vision corresponds to the first distance
- the optometry distance corresponding to near vision corresponds to the second distance
- the optometry distance corresponding to intermediate vision corresponds to the third distance.
- the first, second, and third prism amounts are appropriately weighted, and the aligning prism amount that is uniformly provided in the spectacle lens to correct fixation disparity is set to the first prism amount and the first prism amount.
コンピュータ部6は、コンピュータのハードウェア資源の一つであるCPU(Central Processing Unit)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、RAM(Random Access Memory)、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)等を用いて構成されるものである。
