Abstract

本发明公开了一种视频交互方法、终端、服务器及系统,属于互联网技术领域。包括:接收第一终端发送的视频连麦邀请,该视频连麦邀请中至少携带一个终端标识;将视频连麦邀请发送给终端标识对应的第二终端;在接收到第二终端返回的接受响应后,授予第二终端发布视频权限,为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接;接收第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,第一终端和第二终端分别在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据。本发明通过为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接,从而使第一终端和第二终端能分别在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,因而丰富了视频交互。

Description

视频交互方法、终端、服务器及系统
本申请要求于2014年02月24日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410062381.6、发明名称为“视频交互方法、终端、服务器及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及互联网技术领域,特别涉及一种视频交互方法、终端、服务器及系统。
背景技术
随着互联网的普及,流媒体类的互联网应用得到了广泛的发展。视频流媒体作为流媒体中重要组成部分,以其新颖的形式、丰富的内容吸引着越来越多的用户使用。为了提升用户体验,如何进行更为丰富的视频交互,成为本领域技术人员较为关注的问题。
相关技术在视频交互时,无论针对主播(视频发布者)、还是观众(视频接收者)来讲,通常仅在窗口界面上显示单人视频。若想进行多人视频,则需开启多个视频区域,在每一个视频区域中显示单人视频,该多个视频区域位于多个窗口界面上。
由于仅以单人视频形式或指定多个视频区域的多人视频形式进行交互,因此,交互形式较为单一。
发明内容
为了解决相关技术的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种视频交互方法、终端、 服务器及系统。所述技术方案如下:
第一方面,提供了一种视频交互方法,所述方法包括:
接收第一终端发送的视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请中携带至少一个终端标识;
将所述视频连麦邀请发送给所述终端标识对应的第二终端;
在接收到所述第二终端返回的接受响应后,授予所述第二终端发布视频权限,为所述第一终端和所述第二终端建立连麦会话连接;
接收所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
将所述第一终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第二终端,将所述第二终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第一终端,所述第一终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据,所述第二终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述为所述第一终端和所述第二终端建立连麦会话连接之后,还包括:
接收所述第一终端发送的取消连麦通知;
根据所述取消连麦通知,断开所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的连麦会话连接,向所述第二终端发送连麦停止通知,使所述第二终端停止发布视频。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式中,所述为所述第一终端和所述第二终端建立连麦会话连接之后,还包括:
接收所述第二终端发送的停止发布视频通知;

向至少一个第三终端发送订阅通知,接收所述第三终端返回的订阅请求,所述订阅通知用于通知订阅所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
根据所述订阅请求,将所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第三终端,由所述第三终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
结合第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式,在第一方面的第四种可能的实现方式中,所述断开所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的连麦会话连接之后,还包括:

校验所述第二终端是否具备发布视频的权限;

向服务器发送视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请中携带至少一个终端标识,由所述服务器将所述视频连麦邀请发送至所述终端标识对应的第二终端,并在接收到所述第二终端返回的接受响应后,建立与所述第二终端的连麦会话连接;
获取本地视频数据,并将获取到的本地视频数据上传至所述服务器;
获取所述第二终端发布的视频数据,并在同一窗口界面显示获取到的本地视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
第三方面,提供了一种视频交互方法,所述方法包括:
接收服务器发送的视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请由第一终端发送至所 述服务器;
向所述服务器返回接受响应,并在被授予发布视频权限后,获取本地视频数据;
将获取到的本地视频数据上传至所述服务器,并获取所述第一终端发布的视频数据,在同一窗口界面显示获取到的本地视频数据和所述第一终端发布的视频数据。
第四方面,提供了一种视频交互方法,所述方法包括:
接收服务器发送的订阅通知,向所述服务器返回订阅请求,所述订阅通知用于通知订阅所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
接收所述服务器根据所述订阅请求发送的视频数据,所述视频数据为所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据,在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
结合第四方面,在第四方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述向所述服务器返回订阅请求之后,还包括:
接收所述服务器发送的订阅停止通知,根据所述订阅停止通知,停止显示所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
第五方面,提供了一种服务器,所述服务器包括:
第一接收模块,用于接收第一终端发送的视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请携带至少一个终端标识;
第一发送模块,用于将所述视频连麦邀请发送给所述终端标识对应的第二终端;
授权模块,用于在接收到所述第二终端返回的接受响应后,授予所述第二终端发布视频权限;
建立模块,用于为所述第一终端和所述第二终端建立连麦会话连接;

第四发送模块,用于向至少一个第三终端发送订阅通知,所述订阅通知用于通知订阅所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
第五接收模块,用于接收所述第三终端返回的订阅请求;
第五发送模块,用于根据所述订阅请求将所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第三终端,由所述第三终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。

权限校验模块,用于校验所述第二终端是否具备发布视频的权限;

第一发送模块,用于向服务器发送视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请中携带至少一个终端标识,由所述服务器将所述视频连麦邀请发送至所述终端标识对应的第二终端,在接收到所述第二终端返回的接受响应后,建立与所述第二终端的连麦会话连接;
第一获取模块,用于获取本地视频数据;
第二获取模块,用于获取所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
显示模块,用于在同一窗口界面显示获取到的本地视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。

接收模块,用于接收服务器发送的视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请由第一终端发送至所述服务器;
返回模块,用于向所述服务器返回接受响应;
第一获取模块,用于在被授予发布视频权限后,获取本地视频数据;
第二获取模块,用于获取所述第一终端发布的视频数据;
显示模块,用于在同一窗口界面显示获取到的本地视频数据和所述第一终端发布的视频数据。
第八方面,提供一种终端,所述终端包括:
第一接收模块,用于接收服务器发送的订阅通知,所述订阅通知用于通知订阅所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
返回模块,用于向所述服务器返回订阅请求;
第二接收模块,用于接收所述服务器根据所述订阅请求发送的视频数据,所述视频数据为第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
显示模块,用于在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。

向至少一个第三终端发送订阅通知,接收所述第三终端返回的订阅请求,所述订阅通知用于通知订阅所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;根据所述订阅请求,将所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第三终端,由所述第三终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。

本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
通过将第一终端发送的携带至少一个终端标识的视频连麦邀请发送给终端标识对应的第二终端,并在接收到第二终端返回的接受响应后,授予第二终端发布视频权限,进而为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接,并使第一终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,第二终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,从而丰富了视频交互方式。

本发明实施例提供一种视频交互方法,以服务器侧执行该方法的角度为例,参见图1,本实施例提供的方法流程包括:
101:接收第一终端发送的视频连麦邀请,该视频连麦邀请中携带至少一个终端标识。
102:将视频连麦邀请发送给终端标识对应的第二终端。
103:在接收到第二终端返回的接受响应后,授予第二终端发布视频权限,为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接。
104:接收第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据。
105:将第一终端发布的视频数据发送至第二终端,将第二终端发布的视频数据发送至第一终端,第一终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,第二终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据。

随着互联网的普及,视频流媒体客户端的用户越来越多。由于传统的单人或指定区域内的多人视频已经不能满足用户的需求,因此,提供更为丰富的视频交互方式,成为了影响流媒体技术发展的关键。为此,本发明实施例提供了一种视频交互方法,为了便于理解,现结合上述实施例一的内容,对本发明实施例提供的视频交互方法进行详细地解释说明。参见图5,本实施例提供的方法流程包括:
501:第一终端向服务器发送携带至少一个终端标识的视频连麦邀请。
其中,第一终端为具有发送视频连麦邀请的终端,即主播所在终端。第一终端可以是电脑、智能手机等支持视频会话的终端,本实施例对第一终端不作具体限定。该视频连麦邀请中携带至少一个终端标识。终端标识可以是终端的设备类型、CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器)信息、MAC(Media Access Control,介质访问控制)地址、设备唯一信息等,本实施例对终端标识不作具 体限定。
具体地,视频连麦会话为第一终端作为发起端通过服务器与第二终端之间建立的多人视频会话。通过视频连麦会话可以丰富视频交互的内容。其中,第二终端为不具备发送视频连麦邀请的终端,第二终端可以是电脑、智能手机等支持视频会话的终端,本实施例同样对第二终端不作具体限定。
502:服务器在接收到该视频连麦邀请后,将视频连麦邀请发送给终端标识对应的第二终端。
服务器在接收到第一终端发送的视频连麦邀请后,可根据该视频连麦邀请携带的至少一个终终端标识确定第二终端,进而将视频连麦邀请发送给该终端标识对应的第二终端。
优选地,为了维护网络的安全,避免不法分子利用互联网发布不良视频,服务器在接收到第一终端发送的视频连麦邀请后,还将校验第二终端是否具有发布视频的权限。若第二终端不具有发布视频的权限,则服务器不会执行将视频连麦邀请发送给第二终端的操作;若第二终端具有发布视频的权限,则服务器将视频连麦邀请发送给第二终端。关于服务器校验第二终端是否具有发布视频权限的方式,本实施例不作具体限定。具体实施时,服务器可以维护一张不具备发布视频权限的终端标识列表。服务器在向第二终端发送视频连麦邀请之前,查询该终端标识列表中是否包含视频连麦邀请中携带的终端标识;如果该终端标识列表中包含视频连麦邀请中携带的终端标识,则确定第二终端不具备发布视频的权限,如果该终端标识列表中不包含视频连麦邀请中携带的终端标识,则确定第二终端具有发布视频的权限。
503:第二终端接收服务器发送的视频连麦邀请,向服务器返回接受响应。
为了提升用户的视频体验效果,第二终端在接收到服务器发送的视频连麦邀请后,将向服务器返回接受响应。以使后续步骤中服务器在接收到第二终端发送的接受响应后,在第一终端和第二终端之间建立连麦会话连接。
优选地,为了使第二终端侧的用户可自由选择是否与第一终端侧的用户进 行连麦会话,本实施例提供的方法还将提供回复响应选项。第二终端侧的用户可在第二终端接收到服务器发送的视频连麦邀请后,通过回复响应选项选择是否与第一终端侧的用户进行连麦会话。其中,回复选项包括但不限于“接受”、“拒绝”等。具体地,若第二终端侧的用户欲与第一终端侧的用户进行连麦会话,则第二终端侧的用户可通过鼠标点击等操作选中“接收”选项;若第二终端侧的用户不想与第一终端侧的用户进行连麦会话,则第二终端侧的用户可通过鼠标点击等操作选中“拒绝”选项。第二终端通过检测选项被选中的操作来确定是否向服务器返回接受响应。当第二终端确定检测选项中的“接收”选项被选中后,确定向服务器返回接受响应。
504:服务器在接收到第二终端返回的接受响应后,授予第二终端发布视频权限,为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接。
由于第二终端向服务器返回接收响应,说明第二终端侧的用户想与第一终端侧的用户进行连麦会话。因此,服务器在接收到第二终端返回的接受响应后,可为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接。第一终端侧的用户和第二终端侧的用户通过服务器建立的连麦会话连接就可连麦会话了。
进一步地,由于在单人视频模式下,仅第一终端具有发布视频的权限,第二终端不具有发布视频的权限,因此用户视频交互体验较差。为了提升用户的视频交互体验,在本发明实施例中服务器在为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接的同时,还将授予第二终端发布视频的权限,从而使第二终端在与第一终端进行连麦会话时可发布视频。因此,提供了一种新的交互方式,可提升用户的视频交互体验。
505:第一终端和第二终端分别获取本地视频数据,并将获取到的本地视频数据上传至服务器。
为了使第一终端侧的用户和第二终端侧的用户进行视频交互,在第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接后,第一终端和第二终端还将分别获取本地视频数据,并将获取到的本地视频数据上传至服务器。
关于第一终端和第二终端获取本地视频数据的方式,包括但不限于:通过内置摄像头获取图像信息,通过麦克风获取声音数据,将获取到的图像数据和声音数据进行整合,得到本地视频数据。关于第一终端和第二终端将获取到的本地视频数据上传至服务器的方式,包括但不限于:将获取到的本地视频数据进行打包,通过网络将打包后的数据上传至服务器。
506:服务器接收第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据。
第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据为视频交互中的重要信息,为了使除第一终端和第二终端以外的其他终端,可以获取第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,本实施例提供的方法包括第一终端和第二终端将发布的视频数据上传至服务器,以及服务器接收第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据的步骤。
优选的,为了便于在后续的信息交互过程中使用第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,服务器在接收到第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据之后,还将存储接收到的视频数据。关于服务器存储第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据的方式,包括但不限于:将接收到的第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据存储到对应的存储介质中等。其中,存储介质可为内存、闪存、硬盘等,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。
507:第一终端获取第二终端发布的视频数据,第二终端获取第一终端发布的视频数据,第一终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,第二终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据。
为了使第一终端侧的用户能在第一终端上感受多人视频的交互体验,第二终端侧的用户能在第二终端上感受多人视频的交互体验,当第一终端和第二终端各自将本地视频数据上传至服务器后,第一终端还将获取第二终端发布的视频数据,而第二终端将获取第一终端发布的视频数据。
由于第一终端和第二终端已各自将本地视频数据上传至服务器,因此,第一终端在获取第二终端发布的视频数据及第二终端在获取第一终端发布的视频数据时,可通过服务器获取。具体地,服务器会将第一终端发布的视频数据发送至第二终端,以使第二终端上不仅可以显示第二终端侧用户的视频数据,还可以显示第一终端侧用户的视频数据。当然,服务器也会将第二终端发布的视频数据发送至第一终端,以使第一终端上不仅可显示第一终端侧用户的视频数据,还可以显示第二终端侧用户的视频数据。即第一终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,第二终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据。
对于上述过程,为了便于理解,下面将以第一终端发布的视频数据为花朵,第二终端发布的视频数据为小草为例进行详细地解释说明。
图6为第一终端的窗口界面,此时该窗口界面显示的视频数据为“花朵”。为了提高视频交互体验,第一终端向服务器发送携带一个终端标识的视频连麦邀请。服务器在接收到该视频连麦邀请后,将该视频连麦邀请发送给终端标识对应的第二终端。在服务器接收到第二终端返回的接受响应后,为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接。
之后,为了使第一终端侧的用户和第二终端侧的用户进行视频交互,第一终端和第二终端还将获取本地视频数据,并将获取到的本地视频数据上传至服务器。服务器在接收第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据后,将第二终端发布的视频数据“小草”发送至第一终端,此时在第一终端的窗口界面上不仅会显示第一终端发布的视频数据“花朵”,还将显示第二终端发布的视频数据“小草”,具体显示如图7所示。当然,服务器也会将第一终端发布的视频数据“花朵”发送至第二终端,此时在第二终端的窗口界面上不仅会显示第二终端发布的视频数据“小草”,还将显示第一终端发布的视频数据“花朵”。
当然,除了采取上述方式外,第一终端和第二终端还可通过服务器为其建 立的连麦会话连接直接获取视频数据。具体地,第一终端可直接通过连麦会话连接获取第二终端发布的视频数据,同时第二终端也可直接通过连麦会话连接获取第一终端发布的视频数据。从而实现第一终端和第二终端分别在同一窗口界面上显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据。
508:服务器向至少一个第三终端发送订阅通知。
其中,第三终端为电脑、智能手机等支持播放视频的终端,本实施例对第三终端不作具体限定。为了进一步提升视频交互体验,使未被第一终端邀请进行连麦会话的第三终端侧用户观看到第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,服务器还将向至少一个第三终端发送订阅通知,该订阅通知用于通知至少一个第三终端订阅第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据的通知。
关于服务器向至少一个第三终端发送订阅通知的方式,包括但不限于:通过邮件、网络广告等形式将订阅通知发送给至少一个第三终端。本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。其中,服务器向至少一个第三终端发送订阅通知的内容包括但不限于:视频简介、发布时间、视频时长等,本实施例对此同样不进行具体限定。
509:第三终端接收服务器发送的订阅第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据的通知,向服务器返回订阅请求。
第三终端在接收到服务器发送的订阅第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据的通知后,将接收到的通知呈现给第三终端侧用户,为用户提供订阅选项。其中,第三终端提供的订阅选项包括但不限于:“订阅第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据”、“订阅第一终端发布的视频数据”等。若第三终端侧用户通过鼠标点击等操作选中“订阅第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据”选项,则第三终端在检测到“订阅第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据”选项被选中后,向服务器返回订阅第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据的订阅请求。
当然,除了订阅第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据外,第三终端还可订阅第一终端发布的视频数据、第二终端发布的视频数据,也可不订阅任何视频数据,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。
具体地,若第三终端侧用户通过鼠标点击等操作选中“订阅第一终端发布的视频数据”选项,则第三终端在检测到“订阅第一终端发布的视频数据”选项被选中后,向服务器返回订阅第一终端发布的视频数据的请求;若第三终端侧用户通过鼠标点击等操作选中“订阅第二终端发布的视频数据”选项,则第三终端在检测到“订阅第二终端发布的视频数据”选项被选中后,向服务器返回订阅第二终端发布的视频数据的请求;若第三终端未检测到订阅选项被选中,则无需向服务器返回订阅请求,可直接忽略该订阅通知。
本发明实施例仅以第三终端向服务器发送订阅第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据的订阅请求为例,进行说明。
510:服务器接收第三终端返回的订阅请求,并根据订阅请求将第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据发送至第三终端。
由于第三终端向服务器返回了订阅请求,则服务器可根据订阅请求将第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据发送至第三终端。此外,本实施例提供的方法还提供了第三终端对第一终端或第二终端发布的视频数据进行订阅的功能。具体实施时,若第三终端订阅了第一终端发布的视频数据,则服务器根据第三终端返回的订阅请求,将第一终端发布的视频数据发送至第三终端;若第三终端订阅了第二终端发布的视频数据,则服务器根据第三终端返回的订阅请求,将第二终端发布的视频数据发送至第三终端。

至此,通过上述步骤实现了由单人视频模式到多人视频模式的切换,在该过程中,本实施例提供的方法还支持由多人视频模式切换到单人视频模式,具体详见如下步骤。
512:第一终端向服务器发送取消连麦通知。
在多人视频模式下,为了使第一终端侧用户自由的选择是否继续与第二终端侧用户进行连麦会话,本实施提供的方法在多人视频模式下还提供了“取消连麦”选项。当第一终端侧用户通过鼠标点击等操作选中“取消连麦”选项后,第一终端可根据检测到的操作向服务器发送取消连麦通知。
513:服务器在接收到第一终端发送的取消连麦通知后,根据取消连麦通知断开第一终端与第二终端之间的连麦会话连接。
服务器在接收到第一终端发送的取消连麦通知后,将根据第一终端发送的取消连麦通知,断开第一终端和第二终端之间的连麦会话连接,此时,视频交互由多人视频模式切换到单人视频模式。也即,由同一窗口界面显示多个终端发布的视频数据切换为窗口界面上仅显示一个终端发布的视频数据。
514:服务器向第二终端发送连麦停止通知,向第三终端发送订阅停止通知。
在第一终端向服务器发送取消连麦通知后,为了使与第一终端建立连麦会话的第二终端能及时获知该取消连麦通知,服务器将根据第一终端发送的取消连麦通知断开第一终端与第二终端之间的连麦会话连接,向第二终端发送连麦停止通知。
进一步地,由于第三终端订阅了第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,当第一终端取消与第二终端的连麦会话后,服务器无法接收到第二终端发布的视频数据。因此,服务器需要向第三终端发送订阅停止通知。关于服务器向第三终端发送的停止订阅通知的内容,包括但不限于“由于第一终端发送取消连麦通知,因此,停止发布第二终端的视频数据,您现在无法订阅第二终端发布的视频数据”等。本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定。
515:第二终端在接收到服务器发送的连麦停止通知后,根据连麦停止通知停止发布视频,第三终端在接收到服务器发送的订阅停止通知后,根据订阅停止通知停止显示第二终端发布的视频数据。
由于第二终端在接收到第一终端发送的视频连麦邀请,并与第一终端进行连麦会话时,才被服务器授予发布视频的权限。因此,当服务器根据第一终端发送的取消连麦通知断开第一终端与第二终端之间的连麦会话连接后,将取消第二终端发布视频的权限,并通知给第二终端。第二终端在接收到连麦停止通知后,将根据连麦停止通知停止发布视频。同时,由于服务器取消了第二终端发布视频的权限,所以第三终端无法再接收到第二终端发布的视频数据。因此,第三终端停止显示第二终端发布的视频数据。由于第三终端用户同时订阅了第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,则在第一终端向服务器发送取消连麦通知后,第一终端的窗口界面、第二终端的窗口界面和第三终端的窗口界面均将恢复单人视频模式。也即,此时第一终端、第二终端和第三终端的窗口界面仅显示主播的单人视频。
当然,除了采用上述将多人视频模式切换到单人视频模式的方法外,还可采取接收第二终端发送的连麦停止通知,进而根据第二终端发送的连麦停止通知,断开第一终端与第二终端之间的连麦会话连接,从而实现将多人视频模式切换到单人视频模式。进一步地,在接收到第二终端发送的连麦停止通知后,服务器将向第一终端发送连麦停止通知,第一终端在接收到该连麦停止通知后,恢复单人视频模式。同时,服务器还会向第三终端发送订阅停止通知。第 三终端在接收到服务器发送的订阅停止通知后,根据订阅停止通知停止显示第二终端发布的视频数据。而此时第二终端由于发送了连麦停止通知,不再与第一终端进行连麦会话,因此,第二终端将停止发布视频。
本实施例提供的方法,通过将第一终端发送的携带至少一个终端标识的视频连麦邀请发送给终端标识对应的第二终端,并在接收到第二终端返回的接受响应后,授予第二终端发布视频权限,进而为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接,并使第一终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,第二终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,从而丰富了视频交互方式。此外,还可在单人视频模式和多人视频模式之间进行动态地灵活切换,增加了视频交互的多样性,用户体验度良好。

本实施例提供的系统,通过将第一终端发送的携带至少一个终端标识的视频连麦邀请发送给终端标识对应的第二终端,并在接收到第二终端返回的接受响应后,授予第二终端发布视频权限,进而为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接,并使第一终端和第二终端分别在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,从而丰富了视频交互方式。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的终端、服务器在视频交互时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分 配由不同的功能模块完成,即将终端、服务器的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的终端、服务器、视频交互系统与视频交互方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
实施例八
请参考图13,其示出了本发明的一个实施例中使用的终端1300的说明性终端体系结构。所述终端1300可为手机、平板电脑、膝上型便携计算机、台式计算机以及智能电视等等。所述终端1300包括中央处理单元(CPU)1301、包括随机存取存储器(RAM)1302和只读存储器(ROM)1303的系统存储器1304,以及连接系统存储器1304和中央处理单元1301的系统总线1305。所述终端1300还包括帮助终端内的各个器件之间传输信息的基本输入/输出系统(I/O系统)1306,和用于存储操作系统、应用程序和其他程序模块的大容量存储设备1307。
所述基本输入/输出系统1306包括有用于显示信息的显示器1308和用于用户输入信息的诸如鼠标、键盘之类的输入设备1309。其中所述显示器1308和输入设备1309都通过连接到系统总线1305的输入输出控制器1310连接到中央处理单元1301。所述基本输入/输出系统1306还可以包括输入输出控制器1310以用于接收和处理来自键盘、鼠标、或电子触控笔等多个其他设备的输入。类似地,输入输出控制器1310还提供输出到显示屏、打印机或其他类型的输出设备。
所述大容量存储设备1307通过连接到系统总线1305的大容量存储控制器(未示出)连接到中央处理单元1301。所述大容量存储设备1307及其相关联的终端可读介质为终端1300提供非易失性存储。也就是说,所述大容量存储设备1307可以包括诸如硬盘或者CD-ROM驱动器之类的终端可读介质(未示出)。
不失一般性,所述计算机可读介质可以包括计算机存储介质和通信介质。计算机存储介质包括以用于存储诸如计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序模块或其他数据等信息的任何方法或技术实现的易失性和非易失性、可移动和不可移动介质。计算机存储介质包括RAM、ROM、EPROM、EEPROM、闪存或其他固态存储其技术,CD-ROM、DVD或其他光学存储、磁带盒、磁带、磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备。当然,本领域技术人员可知所述计算机存储介质不局限于上述几种。
根据本发明的各种实施例,所述终端1300还可以通过诸如因特网等网络连接到网络上的远程计算机运行。也即终端1300可以通过连接在所述系统总线1305上的网络接口单元1311连接到网络1312,或者说,也可以使用网络接口单元1311来连接到其他类型的网络或远程计算机系统(未示出)。
实施例九
图14为本发明实施例所涉及的终端的结构示意图,该终端可以用于实施上述实施例中提供的视频交互方法。具体来讲:
终端1400可以包括RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路110、包括有一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器120、输入单元130、显示单元140、传感器150、音频电路160、WiFi(wireless fidelity,无线保真)模块170、包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器180、以及电源190等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图14中示出的电子设备设备结构并不构成对电子设备设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
RF电路110可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,交由一个或者一个以上处理器180处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,RF电路110包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、收发信机、 耦合器、LNA(Low Noise Amplifier,低噪声放大器)、双工器等。此外,RF电路110还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于GSM(Global System of Mobile communication,全球移动通讯系统)、GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)、LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(Short Messaging Service,短消息服务)等。
存储器120可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器180通过运行存储在存储器120的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器120可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据终端1400的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器120可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器120还可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器180和输入单元130对存储器120的访问。
输入单元130可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。具体地,输入单元130可包括触敏表面131以及其他输入设备132。触敏表面131,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面131上或在触敏表面131附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触敏表面131可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处 理器180,并能接收处理器180发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触敏表面131。除了触敏表面131,输入单元130还可以包括其他输入设备132。具体地,其他输入设备132可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元140可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及终端1400的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元140可包括显示面板141,可选的,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板141。进一步的,触敏表面131可覆盖显示面板141,当触敏表面131检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器180以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器180根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板141上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图14中,触敏表面131与显示面板141是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触敏表面131与显示面板141集成而实现输入和输出功能。
终端1400还可包括至少一种传感器150,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板141的亮度,接近传感器可在终端1400移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板141和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于终端1400还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路160、扬声器161,传声器162可提供用户与终端1400之间的音频接口。音频电路160可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器 161,由扬声器161转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器162将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路160接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器180处理后,经RF电路110以发送给比如另一电子设备设备,或者将音频数据输出至存储器120以便进一步处理。音频电路160还可能包括耳塞插孔,以提供外设耳机与终端1400的通信。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,终端1400通过WiFi模块170可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图14示出了WiFi模块170,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于终端1400的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器180是终端1400的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器120内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器120内的数据,执行终端1400的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器180可包括一个或多个处理核心;优选的,处理器180可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器180中。
终端1400还包括给各个部件供电的电源190(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器180逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源190还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管未示出,终端1400还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。具体在本实施例中,电子设备设备的显示单元是触摸屏显示器,电子设备设备还包括有存储器,以及一个或者一个以上的程序,其中一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,且经配置以由一个或者一个以上处理器执行,所述一个或者 一个以上程序包含用于进行实施例一、实施例二、实施例三中所述的操作的指令。
实施例十
请参考图15,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的服务器的结构示意图。参照图15,服务器1500包括处理组件1522,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器1532所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件1522的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器1532中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件1522被配置为执行指令,以执行上述图1至图5所对应的方法实施例中服务器所执行的指令。
服务器1500还可以包括一个电源组件1526被配置为执行服务器1500的电源管理,一个有线或无线网络接口1550被配置为将服务器1500连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口1558。服务器1500可以操作基于存储在存储器1532的操作系统,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。
作为另一方面,本发明再一实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质可以是上述实施例中的存储器中所包含的计算机可读存储介质;也可以是单独存在,未装配入服务器中的计算机可读存储介质。计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者一个以上程序,一个或者一个以上程序被一个或者一个以上的处理器用来执行一个视频交互方法,该方法包括:
接收第一终端发送的视频连麦邀请,视频连麦邀请中携带至少一个终端标识;
将视频连麦邀请发送给终端标识对应的第二终端;
在接收到第二终端返回的接受响应后,授予第二终端发布视频权限,为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接;
接收第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据;
将第一终端发布的视频数据发送至第二终端,将第二终端发布的视频数据发送至第一终端,第一终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,第二终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据。
优选地,为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接之后,还包括:
接收第一终端发送的取消连麦通知;
根据取消连麦通知,断开第一终端与第二终端之间的连麦会话连接,向第二终端发送连麦停止通知,使第二终端停止发布视频。
优选地,为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接之后,还包括:
接收第二终端发送的停止发布视频通知;
根据停止发布视频通知,断开第一终端与第二终端之间的连麦会话连接,向第一终端发送连麦停止通知,使第一终端在窗口界面上停止显示第二终端发布的视频数据。
优选地,接收第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据之后,还包括:
向至少一个第三终端发送订阅通知,接收第三终端返回的订阅请求,订阅通知用于通知订阅第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据;
根据订阅请求,将第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据发送至第三终端,由第三终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据。
优选地,断开第一终端与第二终端之间的连麦会话连接之后,还包括:
向第三终端发送订阅停止通知,使第三终端停止显示第二终端发布的视频数据。
优选地,将视频连麦邀请发送给终端标识对应的第二终端之前,还包括:
校验第二终端是否具备发布视频的权限;
当第二终端具备发布视频的权限时,将视频连麦邀请发送给第二终端。
本发明实施例提供的计算机可读存储介质,通过将第一终端发送的携带至少一个终端标识的视频连麦邀请发送给终端标识对应的第二终端,并在接收到第二终端返回的接受响应后,授予第二终端发布视频权限,进而为第一终端和第二终端建立连麦会话连接,并使第一终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,第二终端在同一窗口界面显示第一终端发布的视频数据和第二终端发布的视频数据,从而丰富了视频交互方式。

  1. 一种视频交互方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收第一终端发送的视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请中携带至少一个终端标识;
    将所述视频连麦邀请发送给所述终端标识对应的第二终端;
    在接收到所述第二终端返回的接受响应后,授予所述第二终端发布视频权限,为所述第一终端和所述第二终端建立连麦会话连接;
    接收所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
    将所述第一终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第二终端,将所述第二终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第一终端,所述第一终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据,所述第二终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述为所述第一终端和所述第二终端建立连麦会话连接之后,还包括:
    接收所述第一终端发送的取消连麦通知;
    根据所述取消连麦通知,断开所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的连麦会话连接,向所述第二终端发送连麦停止通知,使所述第二终端停止发布视频。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述为所述第一终端和所述第二终端建立连麦会话连接之后,还包括:
    接收所述第二终端发送的停止发布视频通知;
    根据所述停止发布视频通知,断开所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的连麦会话连接,向所述第一终端发送连麦停止通知,使所述第一终端在所述窗口界面上停止显示所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据之后,还包括:
    向至少一个第三终端发送订阅通知,接收所述第三终端返回的订阅请求,所述订阅通知用于通知订阅所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
    根据所述订阅请求,将所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第三终端,由所述第三终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述断开所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的连麦会话连接之后,还包括:
    向所述第三终端发送订阅停止通知,使所述第三终端停止显示所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述将所述视频连麦邀请发送给所述终端标识对应的第二终端之前,还包括:
    校验所述第二终端是否具备发布视频的权限;
    当所述第二终端具备发布视频的权限时,将所述视频连麦邀请发送给所述第二终端。
  7. 一种视频交互方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    向服务器发送视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请中携带至少一个终端标识,由所述服务器将所述视频连麦邀请发送至所述终端标识对应的第二终端,并在接收到所述第二终端返回的接受响应后,建立与所述第二终端的连麦会话连接;
    获取本地视频数据,并将获取到的本地视频数据上传至所述服务器;
    获取所述第二终端发布的视频数据,在同一窗口界面显示获取到的本地视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  8. 一种视频交互方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收服务器发送的视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请由第一终端发送至所述服务器;
    向所述服务器返回接受响应,并在被授予发布视频权限后,获取本地视频数据;
    将获取到的本地视频数据上传至所述服务器,并获取所述第一终端发布的视频数据,在同一窗口界面显示获取到的本地视频数据和所述第一终端发布的视频数据。
  9. 一种视频交互方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收服务器发送的订阅通知,向所述服务器返回订阅请求,所述订阅通知用于通知订阅所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
    接收所述服务器根据所述订阅请求发送的视频数据,所述视频数据为所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据,在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述服务器返回订阅请求之后,还包括:
    接收所述服务器发送的订阅停止通知,根据所述订阅停止通知,停止显示所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  11. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收第一终端发送的视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请携带至少一个终端标识;
    第一发送模块,用于将所述视频连麦邀请发送给所述终端标识对应的第二终端;
    授权模块,用于在接收到所述第二终端返回的接受响应后,授予所述第二终端发布视频权限;
    建立模块,用于为所述第一终端和所述第二终端建立连麦会话连接;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据,将所述第一终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第二终端,将所述第二终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第一终端,所述第一终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据,所述第二终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器,还包括:
    第三接收模块,用于接收所述第一终端发送的取消连麦通知;
    第一断开模块,用于根据所述取消连麦通知断开所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的连麦会话连接;
    第二发送模块,用于向所述第二终端发送连麦停止通知,使所述第二终端停止发布视频。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器,还包括:
    第四接收模块,用于接收所述第二终端发送的停止发布视频通知;
    第二断开模块,用于根据所述停止发布视频通知断开所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的连麦会话连接;
    第三发送模块,用于向所述第一终端发送连麦停止通知,使所述第一终端在所述窗口界面上停止显示所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  14. 根据权利要求11至13中任一项权利要求所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器,还包括:
    第四发送模块,用于向至少一个第三终端发送订阅通知,所述订阅通知用于通知订阅所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
    第五接收模块,用于接收所述第三终端返回的订阅请求;
    第五发送模块,用于根据所述订阅请求将所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第三终端,由所述第三终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器,还包括:
    第六发送模块,用于向所述第三终端发送订阅停止通知,使所述第三终端停止显示所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,还包括:
    权限校验模块,用于校验所述第二终端是否具备发布视频的权限;
    所述第一发送模块,用于当所述第二终端具备发布视频的权限时,将所述视频连麦邀请发送给所述第二终端。
  17. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    第一发送模块,用于向服务器发送视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请中携带至少一个终端标识,由所述服务器将所述视频连麦邀请发送至所述终端标识对应的第二终端,在接收到所述第二终端返回的接受响应后,建立与所述第二终端的连麦会话连接;
    第一获取模块,用于获取本地视频数据;
    第二获取模块,用于获取所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
    显示模块,用于在同一窗口界面显示获取到的本地视频数据和所述第二终 端发布的视频数据。
  18. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    接收模块,用于接收服务器发送的视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请由第一终端发送至所述服务器;
    返回模块,用于向所述服务器返回接受响应;
    第一获取模块,用于在被授予发布视频权限后,获取本地视频数据;
    第二获取模块,用于获取所述第一终端发布的视频数据;
    显示模块,用于在同一窗口界面显示获取到的本地视频数据和所述第一终端发布的视频数据。
  19. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收服务器发送的订阅通知,所述订阅通知用于通知订阅所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
    返回模块,用于向所述服务器返回订阅请求;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述服务器根据所述订阅请求发送的视频数据,所述视频数据为所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;
    显示模块,用于在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端,还包括:
    第三接收模块,用于接收所述服务器发送的订阅停止通知;
    停止模块,用于根据所述订阅停止通知停止显示所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  21. 一种视频交互系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:服务器、第一终端 和第二终端;
    所述服务器如所述权利要求11至16所述的服务器;
    所述第一终端如所述权利要求17所述的第一终端;
    所述第二终端如权利要求18所述的第二终端。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:第三终端,所述第三终端如权利要求19至20所述的第三终端。
  23. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:中央处理单元、网络接口单元和系统存储器,系统存储器中存储一组程序代码,且中央处理单元通过系统总线用于调用系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    接收第一终端发送的视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请中携带至少一个终端标识;将所述视频连麦邀请发送给所述终端标识对应的第二终端;在接收到所述第二终端返回的接受响应后,授予所述第二终端发布视频权限,为所述第一终端和所述第二终端建立连麦会话连接;接收所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;将所述第一终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第二终端,将所述第二终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第一终端,所述第一终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据,所述第二终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    接收所述第一终端发送的取消连麦通知;根据所述取消连麦通知,断开所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的连麦会话连接,向所述第二终端发送连麦停止通知,使所述第二终端停止发布视频。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    接收所述第二终端发送的停止发布视频通知;根据所述停止发布视频通知,断开所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间的连麦会话连接,向所述第一终端发送连麦停止通知,使所述第一终端在所述窗口界面上停止显示所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  26. 根据权利要求23至25中任一权利要求所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    向至少一个第三终端发送订阅通知,接收所述第三终端返回的订阅请求,所述订阅通知用于通知订阅所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;根据所述订阅请求,将所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据发送至所述第三终端,由所述第三终端在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    向所述第三终端发送订阅停止通知,使所述第三终端停止显示所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  28. 根据权利要求23所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    校验所述第二终端是否具备发布视频的权限;当所述第二终端具备发布视频的权限时,将所述视频连麦邀请发送给所述第二终端。
  29. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:中央处理单元、网络接口单元、传感器、麦克风、显示器和系统存储器,系统存储器中存储一组程序代码,且中央处理单元通过系统总线用于调用系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    向服务器发送视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请中携带至少一个终端标识,由所述服务器将所述视频连麦邀请发送至所述终端标识对应的第二终端,并在接收到所述第二终端返回的接受响应后,建立与所述第二终端的连麦会话连接;获取本地视频数据,并将获取到的本地视频数据上传至所述服务器;获取所述第二终端发布的视频数据,在同一窗口界面显示获取到的本地视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  30. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:中央处理单元、网络接口单元、传感器、麦克风、显示器和系统存储器,系统存储器中存储一组程序代码,且中央处理单元通过系统总线用于调用系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    接收服务器发送的视频连麦邀请,所述视频连麦邀请由第一终端发送至所述服务器;向所述服务器返回接受响应,并在被授予发布视频权限后,获取本地视频数据;将获取到的本地视频数据上传至所述服务器,并获取所述第一终端发布的视频数据,在同一窗口界面显示获取到的本地视频数据和所述第一终端发布的视频数据。
  31. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:中央处理单元、网络接口单元、传感器、麦克风、显示器和系统存储器,系统存储器中存储一组程序代码,且中央处理单元通过系统总线用于调用系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    接收服务器发送的订阅通知,向所述服务器返回订阅请求,所述订阅通知 用于通知订阅所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据;接收所述服务器根据所述订阅请求发送的视频数据,所述视频数据为所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据,在同一窗口界面显示所述第一终端发布的视频数据和所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的终端,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    接收所述服务器发送的订阅停止通知,根据所述订阅停止通知,停止显示所述第二终端发布的视频数据。
