Description

网络会议中进行数据共享的方法、装置及系统
本申请要求于2014年3月26日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410117455.1、发明名称为“网络会议中进行数据共享的方法、装置及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及一种网络会议中进行数据共享的方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
网络会议系统是一种通过网络实时通信来实现远程会议的系统,在网络会议系统中,电子白板是重要的同步交流工具。电子白板是一种由软件提供的显示窗口,在网络会议中模拟白板(或黑板)的功能。
在进行网络会议时,用户通过其终端登录到网络会议的服务器,在该终端上开启电子白板,并将该终端加入到网络会议中,然后,如果该用户登录的账号具有数据共享的权限,可以通过终端上安装的输入设备在电子白板中输入数据,如图形、文字等,通过服务器的数据转发,其它参会终端可以在各自的电子白板上同步显示该输入数据。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题:
在实际使用中,终端安装的输入设备的种类一般较为有限,如鼠标、键盘,这样,终端所能提供的数据输入形式也较为有限,这导致在电子白板中输入数据的灵活性较差。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种网络会议中进行数据共享的方法、装置及系统。所述技术方案如下:
第一方面,提供了一种网络会议中进行数据共享的方法,所述方法包括:
第一终端接收服务器发送的所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端的终端信息,所述终端信息用于表示所述从属终端的能力;
所述第一终端根据所述从属终端的终端信息,在所述从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,所述第二终端的能力支持所述目标类型的数据共享;
所述第一终端通知所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享,或者,通知所述服务器将所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享。

本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
第一终端接收服务器发送的第一终端对应的已登录服务器的从属终端的终端信息,在从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,并通知第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享,或者,通知服务器将第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享。这样,使第一终端的从属终端也可以加入网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享,可以提供第一终端的输入形式之外的其它输入形式,从而,可以提高在电子白板中输入数据的灵活性。

实施例二
本公开实施例提供了一种网络会议中进行数据共享的方法,该方法可以由终端和服务器共同实现。其中,终端可以为能够进行网络会议的任意终端,例如,计算机、手机、平板电脑等终端,服务器可以是网络会议的服务器。
下面将结合具体实施方式,对图3所示的处理流程进行详细的说明,内容可以如下:
步骤301,服务器确定作为主控终端的第一终端,并确定第一终端对应的已登录服务器的从属终端。
其中,主控终端是能够控制其对应的从属终端加入网络会议的终端。从属终端是可以被其对应的主控终端控制加入网络会议的终端。每个主控终端可以对应有一个或多个从属终端,主控终端和对应的从属终端可以由用户主动设置,也可以由服务器根据登录终端的特点进行设置。本发明实施例中,以PC(Personal Computer,个人计算机)作为主控终端,平板电脑或手机作为从属终端为例进行详细说明。
具体的,服务器确定主控终端和对应的从属终端的方式多种多样,以下给出了一种优选的处理方式,相应的,该步骤301的处理过程可以如下:
步骤一,服务器获取使用相同登陆帐号登陆服务器的多个终端的终端信息。
其中,终端信息可以包括终端能力信息和/或终端类型信息等。终端能力信息和/或终端类型信息用于表示终端所具有的能力,此能力可以包括白板共享能力,还可以包括摄像能力。终端能力信息是终端所支持的功能的信息,可以包括桌面共享、文件共享、白板共享、摄像头等。桌面共享是终端向其它终端实时发送自身当前屏幕图像的功能。终端类型信息可以包括计算机、手机、平板电脑等。
在实施中,多个终端可以通过对应的登录帐号登陆到服务器,服务器在本地记录各终端和其对应的登录帐号,针对任意一个登陆帐号,当检测到有多个终端使用该登陆帐号登录服务器时,服务器可以获取此多个终端的终端信息(如终端能力信息),服务器还可以获取各终端的地址信息,如MAC(Media Access Control,媒体接入控制)地址等,终端的信息可以由终端在登录的过程中发送给服务器,或者服务器也可以预先存储各终端的登录信息。
需要说明的是,当终端登陆服务器时,该服务器可以为终端分配一个终端标识,例如,其具体表示形式可以为:Sip:A_PC@domain,其中,“A”为用户标识,该用户标识可以是登陆帐号或用户名等,“PC”为终端类型标识,表示为该终端为台式机。其中,该终端类型标识也可以是“PAD”,表示该终端为平板电脑,该终端类型标识还可以是“MOBILE”,表示该终端为手机。当然,该 终端标识的形式可以任意设定,本发明实施例对会议标识的表示形式不做限定。
服务器可以表格的形式存储每个登录终端的相关信息,参见表1。

步骤二,服务器根据获取的终端信息,在多个终端中确定作为主控终端的第一终端,并将多个终端中除第一终端外的其它终端确定为第一终端对应的从属终端。
在实施中,服务器中可以预先存储有各种终端能力信息对应的权值,当服务器获取到上述多个终端的终端能力信息时,对于每一个终端,服务器可以获取该终端的各终端能力信息的权值和,将权值和最大的终端作为主控终端,并将多个终端中除该主控终端外的其它终端确定为该主控终端对应的从属终端。例如,服务器可以预先设置桌面共享的权值为8,文件共享的权值为6,摄像头的权值为2,若M终端的终端能力信息为桌面共享、文件共享和摄像头,N终端的终端能力信息为摄像头,则M终端的权值和为16,N终端的权值和为2,M终端的权值和较高,因此,服务器将M终端确定为主控终端,并将N终端作为该M终端对应的从属终端。
可选地,服务器还可以在登录帐号相同的多个终端中,将终端能力信息中包含有某预设的终端能力信息的终端确定为主控终端,将其它终端确定为从属终端。例如,服务器可以预先设置将具有桌面共享和文件共享功能的终端作为主控终端,由上述示例,M终端的终端能力信息为:桌面共享和文件共享,而N终端的终端能力信息中并不包含桌面共享和文件共享,因此,服务器将该M终端作为主控终端,N终端作为M终端的从属终端。需要说明是,如果有两个或两个以上的终端的终端能力信息中都包含桌面共享和文件共享,服务器可以根据终端的其它功能进一步确定主控终端,如根据终端是否还具有摄像头等功 能来确定主控终端。或者,服务器可以在此两个或两个以上的终端中随机选择一个终端作为主控终端。
可选地,服务器中还可以对各终端类型信息设置优先级(如,PC具有第一优先级,PAD具有第二优先级,手机具有第三优先级),这样,服务器可以根据各终端的终端类型信息对应的优先级,将优先级最高的终端确定为主控终端(即第一终端),将除第一终端外的其它终端确定为第一终端对应的从属终端。
优选地,第一终端登陆服务器后,第一终端还可以向服务器请求加入网络会议。
步骤302,服务器向第一终端发送第一终端对应的已登录服务器的从属终端的终端信息,此终端信息可以用于表示从属终端的能力。
在实施中,在确定主控终端和对应的从属终端后,服务器可以生成从属终端信息通知,从属终端信息通知可以携带有所有从属终端的终端信息,还可以携带有从属终端的登录帐号,还可以携带有从属终端的终端标识等。然后服务器将生成的从属终端信息通知发送给第一终端,即上述主控终端。
步骤303,第一终端接收服务器发送的第一终端对应的已登录服务器的从属终端的终端信息。
步骤304,第一终端根据此从属终端的终端信息,在从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,第二终端的能力支持此目标类型的数据共享。
其中,第二终端是确定出的准备加入到网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享的终端。其中,目标类型是用户需要进行的数据共享的类型,目标类型的数据共享可以包括白板共享和/或视频共享等。白板共享是终端在电子白板中输入数据并将输入的数据共享给其它终端的处理,视频共享是终端向其他终端实时发送本地获取的视频数据的处理,此视频数据可以是终端通过自身的摄像头拍摄的视频数据,也可以是其他来源的视频数据,如在网络中下载的视频数据。
在实施中,第一终端在从属终端中确定第二终端的方法有很多种,例如,可以由用户根据当前的需要在各从属终端中选择第二终端,也可以由第一终端根据当前网络会议的属性自动在各从属终端中选择第二终端。对于用户选择的方式,步骤304的处理过程可以如下:
步骤一,第一终端显示从属终端的终端信息;以使用户能够根据从属终端的终端信息选择用于进行此目标类型的数据共享的从属终端。
在实施中,准备参加网络会议的各终端(包括第一终端),可以安装并运行网络会议的应用程序,该应用程序具有显示电子白板的功能。用户可以通过第一终端运行的该应用程序登录服务器。在接收到上述从属终端信息通知后,第一终端可以读取从属终端信息通知中携带的各从属终端的终端信息,在网络会议的应用程序的界面中,显示从属终端信息窗口,并在该窗口中显示各从属终端的终端信息,具体可以将每个从属终端的终端能力信息和终端类型信息进行显示,还可以对应的显示每个从属终端的登录帐号和终端标识,如表1所示。
需要说明的是,第一终端可以将从属终端的终端标识和终端信息显示在第一终端的显示界面内,该终端信息可以只包括终端类型信息或终端能力信息,或者可以同时包括终端类型信息和终端能力信息。
步骤二,当接收到选择指令时,第一终端将该选择指令对应的从属终端确定为第二终端。
在实施中,用户浏览第一终端显示的从属终端的终端信息之后,用户可以根据自身的需求,在显示的从属终端中选择一个适合的从属终端,例如,用户可以用鼠标在上述从属终端信息窗口中点击某个从属终端的条目,这时将触发生成选择指令,该选择指令可以是用户点击选择具有某种能力的终端时触发产生的信号。第一终端确定该选择指令对应的从属终端,并将该从属终端确定为第二终端。
步骤305,第一终端通知第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享,或者,通知服务器将第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享。
在实施中,第一终端在各从属终端中确定第二终端之后,第一终端可以通过以下两种方式中的任一种方式使第二终端加入网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享,具体如下:
方式一,第一终端通知第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享。
可选地,第一终端还可以接收服务器发送的从属终端的媒体接入控制MAC地址,则上述方式一具体可以为:
第一终端根据服务器发送的第二终端的MAC地址,通知第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享。
在实施中,服务器还可以向第一终端发送终端的MAC地址,第一终端可以根据第二终端的MAC地址向第二终端发送通知,其中携带会议标识(如果此时第一终端已经加入网络会议,该会议标识则为第一终端所在网络会议的会议标识,如果此时第一终端没有加入网络会议,该会议标识可以是用户指定的网络会议的会议标识)。如果第一终端和第二终端预先没有建立通信连接,可以先通过握手过程建立通信连接。第二终端根据此通知,向服务器发送会议加入请求,其中可以携带上述会议标识,还可以携带第二终端的终端标识。
相应的,服务器侧的处理可以是:服务器接收第二终端根据第一终端的通知发送的用于请求加入网络会议的会议加入请求,将第二终端加入网络会议中,并开启第二终端的用于进行此目标类型的数据共享的权限。
在实施中,创建网络会议的管理员预先设置主讲人帐号,在网络会议中,主讲人帐号对应的终端具有进行此目标类型的数据共享的权限。当服务器接收到第二终端的会议加入请求后,获取其中携带的会议标识,并将第二终端加入到该会议标识对应的网络会议中,同时服务器可以判定第二终端的登录帐号是否为主讲人帐号,当服务器确定第二终端的登录帐号为管理员设置的主讲人帐号时,则可以将第二终端设置为进行此目标类型的数据共享的终端,此时,服务器可以根据此主讲人帐号,开启第二终端的用于进行此目标类型的数据共享的权限,或者,服务器也可以判断第二终端对应的主控终端(即第一终端)是否具有进行此目标类型的数据共享的权限,当第二终端对应的主控终端具有此数据共享的权限时,服务器开启第二终端的用于进行此目标类型的数据共享的权限,这样,服务器将允许第二终端在网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享。
方式二,第一终端通知服务器将第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享。
在实施中,第一终端可以向服务器发送用于指示将第二终端加入网络会议的通知消息,其中可以携带第二终端的终端标识和会议标识,以使服务器根据上述通知消息,向第二终端发送会议邀请消息,邀请第二终端加入网络会议进行此目标类型的数据共享。
相应的,服务器侧的处理可以是:服务器接收第一终端发送的用于指示将第二终端加入网络会议的通知消息,根据此通知消息向第二终端发送会议邀请消息以邀请第二终端加入网络会议,并开启第二终端的用于进行此目标类型的 数据共享的权限。
在实施中,当服务器接收到第一终端发送的通知消息时,获取其中携带的终端标识和会议标识,并向此终端标识对应的第二终端发送会议邀请消息,以使第二终端加入到此会议标识对应的网络会议中。当服务器确定第一终端为具有进行此目标类型的数据共享的权限的终端时,则可以将第二终端设置为进行此目标类型的数据共享的终端,并开启第二终端的用于进行此目标类型的数据共享的权限。
可选地,服务器还可以向第二终端反馈加入成功通知。而且,服务器还可以判定第二终端是第一终端的从属终端,则服务器可以向第一终端发送第二终端加入网络会议的通知,可以不向该网络会议中的其它终端发送第二终端加入网络会议的通知。
另外,可选的,第一终端在接收到第二终端加入网络会议的通知后,可以设置电子白板在本地为只读状态,即关闭自身向电子白板输入数据的功能。或者,服务器开启第二终端的用于进行此目标类型的数据共享的权限后,可以关闭第一终端的数据共享的权限,即服务器不会将第一终端的电子白板中输入的数据发送给网络会议中的其它用户的终端。
在第二终端加入到网络会议并获得进行此目标类型的数据共享的权限之后,本发明实施例中,还提供了一种在第二终端中输入数据时的数据交互过程,可以包括如下的步骤:当用户在第二终端上输入数据时,第二终端可以将该数据作为会议共享数据发送给服务器,服务器将此会议共享数据进行转发,其具体实施过程可以为:
步骤一,服务器接收第二终端发送的会议共享数据。
其中,会议共享数据是终端向服务器实时发送的需要共享给其它终端的数据,可以包括:白板数据、视频数据、文件数据等。白板数据可以是屏幕触碰轨迹数据,屏幕触碰轨迹数据可以是反映终端屏幕上的触碰信号的位置变化的数据。
在实施中,对于会议共享数据为屏幕触碰轨迹数据的情况,例如,第二终端为平板电脑,用户在屏幕上绘制图形,用户的手指在平板电脑的屏幕上移动的过程中,随着感应到的触碰位置的变化,平板电脑可以实时将触碰位置的信 息作为屏幕触碰轨迹数据发送给服务器。对于会议共享数据为视频数据的情况,例如,第二终端为手机,用户想要将移动拍摄的视频与网络会议中的其他用户共享时,用户可以持手机拍摄相应的事物,手机将获取的视频数据实时发送给服务器。
步骤二,服务器以登陆帐号的身份将此会议共享数据发送给网络会议中的其它用户的终端。
在实施中,服务器接收到第二终端发送的会议共享数据后,可以生成会议数据消息,可以在其中携带此会议共享数据以及第二终端的终端标识,向网络会议中的其它用户的终端(可以包括第一终端)发送此会议数据消息。其它用户的终端接收到此会议数据消息后,可以在终端标识中获取登录帐号(即主讲人帐号),并根据此会议共享数据,对此登录帐号对应的电子白板(即当前网络会议的电子白板,在该电子白板的窗口上可以显示有主讲人帐号)的内容进行更新或进行视频的实时显示。
在第二终端加入到网络会议并获得进行此目标类型的数据共享的权限之后,本发明实施例中,还提供了另一种在第二终端中输入数据时的数据交互过程,具体可以如下:第一终端接收第二终端发送的会议共享数据,将该会议共享数据作为第一终端的会议共享数据发送给服务器。
在实施中,第二终端可以按上面内容中介绍的各种方式获取会议共享数据,并将此会议共享数据发送给其主控终端(即第一终端),第一终端将此会议共享数据作为自身的会议共享数据发送给服务器,服务器将此会议共享数据发送给网络会议中除第一终端和第二终端外的其它终端。
本发明实施例提供的方法,第一终端接收服务器发送的第一终端对应的已登录服务器的从属终端的终端信息,在从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,并通知第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享,或者,通知服务器将第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享。这样,使第一终端的从属终端也可以加入网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享,可以提供第一终端的输入形式之外的其它输入形式,从而,可以提高在电子白板中输入数据的灵活性。
实施例三
本公开实施例提供了一种网络会议中进行数据共享的方法,该方法可以由终端和服务器共同实现。其中,终端可以为能够进行网络会议的任意终端,例如,计算机、手机、平板电脑等终端,服务器可以是网络会议的服务器。
如图4所示,该方法的处理过程可以包括如下步骤:
步骤401,第一终端接收服务器发送的第一终端对应的已登录服务器的从属终端的终端信息。
步骤402,第一终端根据此从属终端的终端信息,在从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,第二终端的能力支持此目标类型的数据共享。

步骤403,第一终端将第二终端设置为第一终端的数据输入设备,在网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享。
在实施中,第二终端可以不加入网络会议中,此时,加入网络会议的第一终端将第二终端设置为第一终端附属的输入设备,用于向第一终端输入数据。当第一终端为具有进行此目标类型的数据共享的权限的终端时,用户通过第二终端输入会议共享数据时,第二终端可以将会议共享数据发送给第一终端,然后,第一终端的处理可以是:
第一终端接收第二终端发送的会议共享数据,并将此会议共享数据作为第一终端的会议共享数据发送给服务器。

基于相同的技术构思,本发明实施例还提供的一种网络会议中进行数据共享的系统,该系统包括:服务器和登录服务器的多个终端,其中:
服务器,用于在多个终端中确定作为主控终端的第一终端,并确定第一终端对应的已登录服务器的从属终端,向第一终端发送第一终端对应的已登录服务器的从属终端的终端信息;
第一终端,用于接收服务器发送的第一终端对应的已登录服务器的从属终端的终端信息,终端信息用于表示从属终端的能力;根据从属终端的终端信息,在从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,第二终端的能力支持此目标类型的数据共享;通知第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行目标类型的数据共享,或者,通知服务器将第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行目标类型的数据共享。
综上所述,本发明实施例中,第一终端接收服务器发送的第一终端对应的 已登录服务器的从属终端的终端信息,在从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,并通知第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享,或者,通知服务器将第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享。这样,使第一终端的从属终端也可以加入网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享,可以提供第一终端的输入形式之外的其它输入形式,从而,可以提高在电子白板中输入数据的灵活性。
实施例九
请参考图10,其示出了本发明实施例所涉及的第一终端结构示意图,该第一终端可以用于实施上述实施例中提供的网络会议中进行数据共享的方法。具体来讲:
第一终端1000可以包括通信单元110、包括有一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器120、输入单元130、显示单元140、传感器150、音频电路160、WIFI(Wireless Fidelity,无线保真)模块170、包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器180、以及电源190等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图中示出的第一终端结构并不构成对第一终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
通信单元110可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,该通信单元110可以为RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路、路由器、调制解调器、等网络通信设备。特别地,当通信单元110为RF电路时,将基站的下行信息接收后,交由一个或者一个以上处理器180处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,作为通信单元的RF电路包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、收发信机、耦合器、LNA(Low Noise Amplifier,低噪声放大器)、双工器等。此外,通信单元110还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于GSM(Global System of Mobile communication,全球移动通讯系统)、GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)、LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(Short Messaging Service,短消息服务)等。存储器120可用于存 储软件程序以及模块,处理器180通过运行存储在存储器120的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器120可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据第一终端1000的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器120可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器120还可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器180和输入单元130对存储器120的访问。
输入单元130可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。优选地,输入单元130可包括触敏表面131以及其他输入设备132。触敏表面131,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面131上或在触敏表面131附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触敏表面131可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器180,并能接收处理器180发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触敏表面131。除了触敏表面131,输入单元130还可以包括其他输入设备132。优选地,其他输入设备132可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元140可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及第一终端1000的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元140可包括显示面板141,可选的,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板141。进一步的,触敏表面131可覆盖显示面板141,当触敏表面131检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器180以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器180根据触摸事件的类型在 显示面板141上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图10中,触敏表面131与显示面板141是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触敏表面131与显示面板141集成而实现输入和输出功能。
第一终端1000还可包括至少一种传感器150,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板141的亮度,接近传感器可在第一终端1000移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板141和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于第一终端1000还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路160、扬声器161,传声器162可提供用户与第一终端1000之间的音频接口。音频电路160可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器161,由扬声器161转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器162将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路160接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器180处理后,经RF电路110以发送给比如另一终端,或者将音频数据输出至存储器120以便进一步处理。音频电路160还可能包括耳塞插孔,以提供外设耳机与第一终端1000的通信。
为了实现无线通信,该第一终端上可以配置有无线通信单元170,该无线通信单元170可以为WIFI模块。WIFI属于短距离无线传输技术,第一终端1000通过无线通信单元170可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图中示出了无线通信单元170,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于第一终端1000的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变公开的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器180是第一终端1000的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器120内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器120内的数据,执行第一终端1000的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器180可包括一个或多个处理核心;优选的,处理器180可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器 主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器180中。
第一终端1000还包括给各个部件供电的电源190(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器180逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源190还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管未示出,第一终端1000还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。在本实施例中,第一终端还包括有存储器,以及一个或者一个以上的程序,其中一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,且经配置以由一个或者一个以上处理器执行所述一个或者一个以上程序包含用于进行本公开实施例提供的方法的指令:
接收服务器发送的第一终端对应的已登录服务器的从属终端的终端信息,终端信息用于表示从属终端的能力;
根据从属终端的终端信息,在从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,第二终端的能力支持此目标类型的数据共享;
通知第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享,或者,通知服务器将第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享。
可选地,根据从属终端的终端信息,在从属终端中确定第二终端,包括:
显示从属终端的终端信息,以使用户能够根据从属终端的终端信息选择用于进行此目标类型的数据共享的从属终端;
当接收到选择指令时,将此选择指令对应的从属终端确定为第二终端。
可选地,第二终端的终端信息所表示的第二终端的能力包括白板共享能力;此目标类型的数据共享具体为白板共享。

本发明实施例中,第一终端接收服务器发送的第一终端对应的已登录服务器的从属终端的终端信息,在从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,并通知第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享,或者,通知服务器将第二终端加入第一终端所在的网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享。这样,使第一终端的从属终端也可以加入网络会议中进行此目标类型的数据共享,可以提供第一终端的输入形式之外的其它输入形式,从而,可以提高在电子白板中输入数据的灵活性。

请参考图11,其示出了本发明实施例所涉及的服务器结构示意图,该服务器可以用于实施上述实施例中提供的网络会议中进行数据共享的方法。具体来讲:

可选地,该方法还包括:
接收第二终端根据第一终端的通知发送的用于请求加入网络会议的会议加 入请求,将第二终端加入网络会议中,并开启第二终端的用于进行此目标类型的数据共享的权限;或者,
接收第一终端发送的用于指示将第二终端加入网络会议的通知消息,根据通知消息向第二终端发送会议邀请消息以邀请第二终端加入网络会议,并开启第二终端的用于进行此目标类型的数据共享的权限。
可选地,确定作为主控终端的第一终端,并确定第一终端对应的已登录服务器的从属终端,包括:
获取使用相同登陆帐号登陆服务器的多个终端的终端信息;
根据获取的终端信息,在多个终端中确定作为主控终端的第一终端,并将多个终端中除第一终端外的其它终端确定为第一终端对应的从属终端。
可选地,第一终端登陆服务器的登陆帐号与从属终端登录服务器的登陆帐号相同;
向第一终端发送第一终端对应的已登录服务器的从属终端的终端信息之后,该方法还包括:
接收第二终端发送的会议共享数据;
以登陆帐号的身份将此会议共享数据发送给网络会议中的其它用户的终端。
可选地,第二终端的终端信息所表示的第二终端的能力包括白板共享能力;此目标类型的数据共享具体为白板共享。

    第一终端接收服务器发送的所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端的终端信息,所述终端信息用于表示所述从属终端的能力;
    所述第一终端根据所述从属终端的终端信息,在所述从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,所述第二终端的能力支持所述目标类型的数据共享;
    所述第一终端通知所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享,或者,通知所述服务器将所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端根据所述从属终端的终端信息,在所述从属终端中确定所述第二终端,包括:
    所述第一终端显示所述从属终端的终端信息,以使用户能够根据所述从属终端的终端信息选择用于进行所述目标类型的数据共享的从属终端;
    当接收到选择指令时,所述第一终端将所述选择指令对应的从属终端确定为所述第二终端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端的终端信息所表示的所述第二终端的能力包括白板共享能力;所述目标类型的数据共享具体为白板共享。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端的终端信息所表示的所述第二终端的能力包括摄像能力;所述目标类型的数据共享具体为视频共享。

    所述第一终端接收所述第二终端发送的会议共享数据,将所述会议共享数据作为所述第一终端的会议共享数据发送给所述服务器。

    所述第一终端接收所述服务器发送的所述从属终端的媒体接入控制MAC地址;
    所述第一终端通知所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享,包括:
    所述第一终端根据服务器发送的所述第二终端的MAC地址,通知所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享。
  7. 一种网络会议中进行数据共享的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    服务器确定作为主控终端的第一终端,并确定所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端;
    所述服务器向所述第一终端发送所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端的终端信息,以使所述第一终端根据所述从属终端的终端信息,在所述从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,所述第二终端的能力支持所述目标类型的数据共享,并通知所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享,或者,通知所述服务器将所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享;其中,所述终端信息用于表示所述从属终端的能力。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述服务器接收所述第二终端根据所述第一终端的通知发送的用于请求加入所述网络会议的会议加入请求,将所述第二终端加入所述网络会议中,并开启所述第二终端的用于进行所述目标类型的数据共享的权限;或者,
    所述服务器接收所述第一终端发送的用于指示将所述第二终端加入所述网络会议的通知消息,根据所述通知消息向所述第二终端发送会议邀请消息以邀请所述第二终端加入所述网络会议,并开启所述第二终端的用于进行所述目标类型的数据共享的权限。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器确定作为主控终端的第一终端,并确定所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端,包括:
    所述服务器获取使用相同登陆帐号登陆所述服务器的多个终端的终端信息;
    所述服务器根据获取的终端信息,在所述多个终端中确定作为主控终端的第一终端,并将所述多个终端中除所述第一终端外的其它终端确定为所述第一终端对应的从属终端。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端登陆所述服务器的登陆帐号与所述从属终端登录所述服务器的登陆帐号相同;
    所述服务器向所述第一终端发送所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端的终端信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述服务器接收所述第二终端发送的会议共享数据;
    所述服务器以所述登陆帐号的身份将所述会议共享数据发送给所述网络会议中的其它用户的终端。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端的终端信息所表示的所述第二终端的能力包括白板共享能力;所述目标类型的数据共享具体为白板共享。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端的终端信息所表示的所述第二终端的能力包括摄像能力;所述目标类型的数据共享具体为视频共享。
  13. 一种网络会议中进行数据共享的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一终端接收服务器发送的所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端的终端信息,所述终端信息用于表示所述从属终端的能力;
    所述第一终端根据所述从属终端的终端信息,在所述从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,所述第二终端的能力支持所述目标类型的数据共享;
    所述第一终端将所述第二终端设置为所述第一终端的数据输入设备,在网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端将所述第二终端设置为所述第一终端的数据输入设备,在网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端接收所述第二终端发送的会议共享数据,将所述会议共享数据作为所述第一终端的会议共享数据发送给所述服务器。
  15. 一种第一终端,其特征在于,所述第一终端包括:
    接收模块,用于接收服务器发送的所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端的终端信息,所述终端信息用于表示所述从属终端的能力;
    确定模块,用于根据所述从属终端的终端信息,在所述从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,所述第二终端的能力支持所述目标类型的数据共享;
    通知模块,用于通知所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享,或者,通知所述服务器将所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的第一终端,其特征在于,所述确定模块,用于:
    显示所述从属终端的终端信息;以使用户能够根据所述从属终端的终端信息选择用于进行所述目标类型的数据共享的从属终端;
    当接收到选择指令时,将所述选择指令对应的从属终端确定为所述第二终端。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的第一终端,其特征在于,所述第二终端的终端信息所表示的所述第二终端的能力包括白板共享能力;所述目标类型的数据共享具体为白板共享。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的第一终端,其特征在于,第二终端的终端信息所表示的所述第二终端的能力包括摄像能力;所述目标类型的数据共享具体为视频共享。

    接收所述第二终端发送的会议共享数据,将所述会议共享数据作为所述第一终端的会议共享数据发送给所述服务器。

    接收所述服务器发送的所述从属终端的媒体接入控制MAC地址;
    所述通知模块,用于:
    根据服务器发送的所述第二终端的MAC地址,通知所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享。
  21. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    确定模块,用于确定作为主控终端的第一终端,并确定所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端;
    发送模块,用于向所述第一终端发送所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端的终端信息,以使所述第一终端根据所述从属终端的终端信息,在所述从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,所述第二终端的能力支持所述目标类型的数据共享,并通知所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享,或者,通知所述服务器将所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享;其中,所述终端信息用于表示所述从属终端的能力。

    接收模块,用于接收所述第二终端根据所述第一终端的通知发送的用于请求加入所述网络会议的会议加入请求,将所述第二终端加入所述网络会议中,并开启所述第二终端的用于进行所述目标类型的数据共享的权限;或者,接收所述第一终端发送的用于指示将所述第二终端加入所述网络会议的通知消息,根据所述通知消息向所述第二终端发送会议邀请消息以邀请所述第二终端加入所述网络会议,并开启所述第二终端的用于进行所述目标类型的数据共享的权限。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述确定模块,用于:
    获取使用相同登陆帐号登陆所述服务器的多个终端的终端信息;
    根据获取的终端信息,在所述多个终端中确定作为主控终端的第一终端,并将所述多个终端中除所述第一终端外的其它终端确定为所述第一终端对应的从属终端。
  24. 根据权利要求21所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述第一终端登陆所述服务器的登陆帐号与所述从属终端登录所述服务器的登陆帐号相同;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述第二终端发送的会议共享数据;
    所述发送模块,还用于以所述登陆帐号的身份将所述会议共享数据发送给所述网络会议中的其它用户的终端。
  25. 根据权利要求21所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述第二终端的终端信 息所表示的所述第二终端的能力包括白板共享能力;所述目标类型的数据共享具体为白板共享。
  26. 根据权利要求21所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述第二终端的终端信息所表示的所述第二终端的能力包括摄像能力;所述目标类型的数据共享具体为视频共享。
  27. 一种第一终端,其特征在于,所述第一终端包括:
    接收模块,用于接收服务器发送的所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端的终端信息,所述终端信息用于表示所述从属终端的能力;
    确定模块,用于根据所述从属终端的终端信息,在所述从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,所述第二终端的能力支持所述目标类型的数据共享;
    设置模块,用于将所述第二终端设置为所述第一终端的数据输入设备,在网络会议中进行所述目标类型的数据共享。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的第一终端,其特征在于,所述接收模块还用于:
    接收所述第二终端发送的会议共享数据,将所述会议共享数据作为所述第一终端的会议共享数据发送给所述服务器。
  29. 一种网络会议中进行数据共享的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:服务器和登录所述服务器的多个终端,其中:
    所述服务器,用于在所述多个终端中确定作为主控终端的第一终端,并确定所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端,向所述第一终端发送所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端的终端信息;
    所述第一终端,用于接收所述服务器发送的所述第一终端对应的已登录所述服务器的从属终端的终端信息,所述终端信息用于表示所述从属终端的能力;根据所述从属终端的终端信息,在所述从属终端中确定进行目标类型的数据共享的第二终端,所述第二终端的能力支持所述目标类型的数据共享;通知所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行目标类型的数据共享,或者,通知所述服务器将所述第二终端加入所述第一终端所在的网络会议中进行目标类型的数据共享。
