本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图,详细介绍本发明的一种实施例。
如图 1 和图 2 所示,省力多头螺旋拖把杆,由上拖把管 1 、螺旋管 2 和内管 3 构成。上拖把管 1 的上端设有吊头 11 ,此吊头 11 可以方便使用者手握拖把杆。上拖把管 1 的下端与螺旋管 2 的上端通过连接装置 9 固接。螺旋管 2 套设于内管 3 ,螺旋管 2 顶部安装有螺旋限位件 6 ,在螺旋限位件 6 的下方设有缓冲弹簧 7 ,螺旋管 2 底部安装有衬套限位件 8 。螺旋管 2 内壁设置有螺旋凹槽 21 (注:图中 21 所指位置是螺旋凹槽 21 相对应的外壁位置),螺旋凹槽 21 的数量为 3 个。内管 3 的上方设有棘轮件组 4 。棘轮件组 4 由活动棘轮 41 和固定棘轮 42 构成,活动棘轮 41 通过自攻螺丝 43 ,以及垫片 44 ,连接于固定棘轮 42 的轴向。如图 3 和图 4 所示,活动棘轮 41 外壁设置有螺旋凸起 411 ,所述螺旋凸起 411 与螺旋管 2 的螺旋凹槽 21 相啮合,所述螺旋凸起 411 的数量为 3 。该活动棘轮 41 下端部设置有推动面 412 ,在各个推动面 412 之间设置有上斜面 413 ,活动棘轮 41 设置有连接通孔 414 。如图 5 所示,固定棘轮 42 的上部设置有受力面 421 ,在各个受力面 421 之间设置有下斜面 422 。该固定棘轮 42 的上端设置有导向轴 423 ,在固定棘轮 42 与活动棘轮 41 接触配合时,该导向轴 423 插接于活动棘轮 41 的连接通孔 414 。固定棘轮 42 上部设置有螺纹孔 424 ,用以与自攻螺丝 43 配合。在导向轴 423 的顶部设置有矩形的传动块 425 ,固定棘轮 42 下端设有圆柱体 426 ,圆柱体 426 用于与内管 3 固接。如图 6 所示,垫片 44 中部设有方孔 441 ,该方孔 441 的形状与传动块 425 外部轮廓相同,该垫片 44 卡接于传动块 425 外侧,以能随传动块 425 同步旋转。在螺旋管 2 的螺旋凹槽 21 ,与活动棘轮 41 的螺旋凸起 411 的相互作用下,使活动棘轮 41 ,在相对螺旋管 2 上下移动时,会产生自转。同时,又在活动棘轮 41 的推力面 412 ,与固定棘轮 42 的受力面 421 的相互作用下,当活动棘轮 41 自转时,又会带动固定棘轮 42 ,以及内管 3 一起转动。设置在螺旋管 2 上方的螺旋限位件 6 ,和其下方的衬套限位件 8 ,可以限制棘轮件组 4 以及内管 3 ,相对于螺旋管 2 的上下移动的范围。缓冲弹簧 7 ,在螺旋限位件 6 与棘轮件组 4 接触过程中,起到缓冲作用。
如图 1 所示,螺旋管 2 下端设有锁紧装置 5 ,锁紧装置 5 用以限制内管 3 相对于螺旋管 2 的运动状态。如图 7 所示,锁紧装置 5 包括扳杆锁紧件 51 、锁紧止滑橡胶块 52 、橡胶护盖 53 、锁紧扳杆 54 和扳杆锁紧衬套 55 ,扳杆锁紧件 51 上端套接于螺旋管 2 的下端,锁紧止滑橡胶块 52 卡接于橡胶护盖 53 ,锁紧扳杆 54 通过扳杆销 56 ,活动连接于扳杆锁紧件 51 的定位耳 512 ,扳杆锁紧衬套 55 嵌入扳杆锁紧件 51 下部。如图 8 ~图 10 所示,扳杆锁紧件 51 的侧边设置有缺口 511 ,扳杆锁紧件 51 内壁下部设置有定位凸台 513 ,扳杆锁紧件 51 内壁位于定位凸台 513 上方设有连接凸台 514 。所图 11 所示,锁紧扳杆 54 邻近端部位置设有连接孔 541 ,以连接孔 541 为中心设有一段圆弧面 542 ,与圆弧面 542 平滑过渡设置有一段锁紧凸台面 543 ,锁紧凸台面 543 与连接孔 541 中心的距离大于圆弧面 542 与连接孔 541 中心的距离。如图 12 所示,扳杆锁紧衬套 55 侧壁设有内衬缺口 551 ,在内衬缺口 551 内设有阻挡齿 552 ,扳杆锁紧衬套 55 侧壁上方设置有连接缺口 553 ,以能嵌入扳杆锁紧件 51 的定位凸台 513 。手动控制锁紧扳杆 54 围绕扳杆销 56 的轴线转动,并在锁紧凸台面 543 与橡胶护盖 53 接触时,将会推动橡胶护盖 53 ,以及锁紧止滑橡胶块 52 ,向内管 3 方向移动。在摩擦力的作用下,锁紧止滑橡胶块 52 将紧紧卡住内管 3 ,从而限制内管 3 相对于螺旋管 2 上下移动。在橡胶护盖 53 ,以及锁紧止滑橡胶块 52 ,向内管 3 方向移动过程中,将会使扳杆锁紧衬套 55 的阻挡齿 552 产生形变。当转动锁紧扳杆 54 ,并使锁紧凸台面 543 脱离与橡胶护盖 53 接触时,在阻挡齿 552 形变作用力下,将推动橡胶护盖 53 ,以及锁紧止滑橡胶块 52 ,向锁紧扳杆 54 方向移动,从而使锁紧止滑橡胶块 52 脱离与内管 3 的接触,此时内管 3 可相对螺旋管 2 上下自由移动。
如图 13 所示,衬套限位件 8 底端侧壁设有衬套定位块 81 ,在衬套定位块 81 的上方设衬套通孔 82 ,该衬套通孔 82 与扳杆锁紧件 51 的连接凸台 514 配合。如图 14 所示,螺旋管 2 下端设有螺旋管缺口 22 ,该螺旋管缺口 22 与衬套限位件 8 的衬套定位块 81 配合,起到定位作用,螺旋管 2 在邻近螺旋管缺口 22 上方设有螺旋管下孔 23 ,以能嵌入扳杆锁紧件 51 的连接凸台 514 ,螺旋管 2 上端设有螺旋管上孔 24 。如图 15 所示,上拖把管 1 的下端设上拖把管孔 12 。如图 2 所示,连接装置 9 包括连接弹片 91 和管对接套 92 ,如图 16 所示,连接弹片 91 呈 V 形设计,其一端设有弹片凸台 911 ,弹片凸台 911 嵌入螺旋管 2 的螺旋管上孔 24 。管对接套 92 套接于上拖把管 1 和螺旋管 2 ,如图 17 所示,管对接套 92 侧壁设有对接套孔 921 。
为了保证内管 3 在螺旋管 2 内伸缩时,螺旋管 2 内的气压保持平衡,如图 18 和图 19 所示,本发明在在螺旋限位件 6 中部设有限位件通孔 61 ,同时在吊头 11 中部设有通气孔 111 。
以上结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入本发明要求的保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明通过在螺旋管的内壁设置螺旋凹槽,并在活动棘轮外壁设置有螺旋凸起,利用螺旋凹槽与螺旋凸起的相互作用,从而使固接于固定棘轮下端的内管,在相对螺旋管上下移动时,产生自转。此时,本发明结构更为简单,工作稳定性更好,生产成本更低。同时,在手动下压螺旋管时,所需的力更小。

Claims (1)

  1. 1 、省力多头螺旋拖把杆,由上拖把管( 1 )、螺旋管( 2 )和内管( 3 )构成,所述上拖把管( 1 )的上端设有吊头( 11 ),其下端与螺旋管( 2 )的上端通过连接装置( 9 )固接,所述螺旋管( 2 )套设于内管( 3 ),其特征在于:所述螺旋管( 2 )内壁设置有螺旋凹槽( 21 ),所述内管( 3 )的上方设有棘轮件组( 4 ),所述棘轮件组( 4 )可沿螺旋管( 2 )的螺旋凹槽( 21 )旋转,并带动内管( 3 )一起旋转,所述螺旋管( 2 )下端设有锁紧装置( 5 ),所述锁紧装置( 5 )用以锁紧 / 放松内管( 3 )和螺旋管( 2 ),使两者之间相对静止或者旋转。
    2 、根据权利要求 1 所述省力多头螺旋拖把杆,其特征在于:所述棘轮件组( 4 )由活动棘轮( 41 )和固定棘轮( 42 )构成,所述活动棘轮( 41 )通过自攻螺丝( 43 )以及垫片( 44 )连接于固定棘轮( 42 )的导向轴( 423 ),使之相互啮合,所述固定棘轮( 42 )下部与内管( 3 )顶端固接。
    3 、根据权利要求 2 所述省力多头螺旋拖把杆,其特征在于:所述活动棘轮( 41 )外壁设置有与螺旋管( 2 )的螺旋凹槽( 21 )相啮合的螺旋凸起( 411 ),所述螺旋凸起( 411 )的数量与螺旋凹槽( 21 )的数量相同,该活动棘轮( 41 )下端部设置有推动面( 412 ),在各个推动面( 412 )之间设置有上斜面( 413 ),所述活动棘轮( 41 )设置有连接通孔( 414 )。
    4 、根据权利要求 2 所述省力多头螺旋拖把杆,其特征在于:所述固定棘轮( 42 )的上部设置有受力面( 421 ),在各个受力面( 421 )之间设置有下斜面( 422 ),该固定棘轮( 42 )的上端设置有导向轴( 423 ),在固定棘轮( 42 )与活动棘轮( 41 )接触配合时,该导向轴( 423 )插接于活动棘轮( 41 )的连接通孔( 414 ),所述固定棘轮( 42 )上部设置有螺纹孔( 424 ),用以与自攻螺丝( 43 )配合,在导向轴( 423 )的顶部设置有矩形的传动块( 425 ),所述垫片( 44 )中部设有方孔( 441 ),所述固定棘轮( 42 )下端设有圆柱体( 426 ),所述圆柱体( 426 )固定于内管( 3 )顶端。
    5 、根据权利要求 1 所述省力多头螺旋拖把杆,其特征在于:所述锁紧装置( 5 )包括扳杆锁紧件( 51 )、锁紧止滑橡胶块( 52 )、橡胶护盖( 53 )、锁紧扳杆( 54 )和扳杆锁紧衬套( 55 ),所述扳杆锁紧件( 51 )上端套接于螺旋管( 2 )的下端,所述锁紧止滑橡胶块( 52 )卡接于橡胶护盖( 53 ),所述锁紧扳杆( 54 )通过扳杆销( 56 )活动连接于扳杆锁紧件( 51 ),所述扳杆锁紧衬套( 55 )嵌入扳杆锁紧件( 51 )下部。
    6 、根据权利要求 5 所述省力多头螺旋拖把杆,其特征在于:所述扳杆锁紧件( 51 )的侧边设置有缺口( 511 ),在所述缺口( 511 )的外围设置有定位耳( 512 ),所述扳杆锁紧件( 51 )内壁下部设置有定位凸台( 513 ),所述扳杆锁紧件( 51 )内壁位于定位凸台( 513 )上方设有连接凸台( 514 )。
    7 、根据权利要求 5 所述省力多头螺旋拖把杆,其特征在于:所述锁紧扳杆( 54 )邻近端部位置设有连接孔( 541 ),以连接孔( 541 )为中心设有一段圆弧面( 542 ),与圆弧面( 542 )平滑过渡设置有一段锁紧凸台面( 543 ),所述锁紧凸台面( 543 )与连接孔( 541 )中心的距离大于所述圆弧面( 542 )与连接孔( 541 )中心的距离。
    8 、根据权利要求 5 所述省力多头螺旋拖把杆,其特征在于:所述扳杆锁紧衬套( 55 )侧壁设有内衬缺口( 551 ),在内衬缺口( 551 )内设有阻挡齿( 552 ),所述扳杆锁紧衬套( 55 )侧壁上方设置有连接缺口( 553 ),以能嵌入扳杆锁紧件( 51 )的定位凸台( 513 )。
    9 、根据权利要求 1 所述省力多头螺旋拖把杆,其特征在于:所述螺旋管( 2 )顶部安装有螺旋限位件( 6 ),在螺旋限位件( 6 )的下方设有缓冲弹簧( 7 ),所述螺旋限位件( 6 )中部设有限位件通孔( 61 ),所述螺旋管( 2 )底部安装有衬套限位件( 8 ),所述衬套限位件( 8 )底端侧壁设有衬套定位块( 81 ),在衬套定位块( 81 )的上方设衬套通孔( 82 ),所述螺旋管( 2 )下端设有螺旋管缺口( 22 ),该螺旋管缺口( 22 )与衬套限位件( 8 )的衬套定位块( 81 )配合,起到定位作用,所述螺旋管( 2 )在邻近螺旋管缺口( 22 )上方设有螺旋管下孔( 23 ),以能嵌入扳杆锁紧件( 51 )的连接凸台( 514 ),所述螺旋管( 2 )上端设有螺旋管上孔( 24 ),所述螺旋凹槽( 21 )的数量为 3 个。
    10 、根据权利要求 1 所述省力多头螺旋拖把杆,其特征在于:所述连接装置( 9 )包括连接弹片( 91 )和管对接套( 92 ),所述连接弹片( 91 )呈 V 形设计,其一端设有弹片凸台( 911 ),所述弹片凸台( 911 )嵌入螺旋管( 2 )的螺旋管上孔( 24 ),所述管对接套( 92 )套接于上拖把管( 1 )和螺旋管( 2 ),该管对接套( 92 )侧壁设有对接套孔( 921 ),所述上拖把管( 1 )的下端设上拖把管孔( 12 ),所述吊头( 11 )中部设有通气孔( 111 )。
