在本发明的一种实施例中,所述判断模块包括标识判断子模块和 /或任务 运行判断子模块;
所述标识判断子模块设置为判断所述通信终端本地的通信转移处理标识 是否开启;
所述任务运行判断子模块设置为判断通信终端本地当前是否有预设的任 务正在运行。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述判断模块包括任务运行判断子模块时, 所述任务运行判断子模块包括前台任务判断子单元, 设置为判断所述通信终 端本地前台当前运行的任务中是否有预设的任务。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述第一通信终端还包括第二通信模块, 设 置为在所述转移模块将所述通信信息转移至所述第二通信终端之前, 通过无 线通信的方式与所述第二通信终端建立连接。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述第一通信终端还包括信息发送模块, 设 置为将与所述通信信息的关联信息发给所述第二通信终端。
本发明实施例的有益效果是: 本发明实施例提供的通信转移方法、 通信方法、 通信终端及通信系统, 在第一通信终端接收到通信信息后, 第一通信终端判断当前是否满足通信转 移处理条件, 如果满足, 则将该通信信息转移至第二通信终端, 由第二通信 终端对该通信信息进行处理。 因此, 本发明实施例中的第一通信终端和第二 通信终端之间的通信并非完全相互独立, 第一通信终端上的通信在设定的条 件下可转移至第二通信终端进行处理, 并非必须在第一通信终端上使用, 从 而更便于用户管理和使用其携带的多个通信终端, 提高用户体验的满意度。

本发明的较佳实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
参照图 1 , 本实施例提供的通信方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 S101 : 第一通信终端接收通信信息;
步骤 S102: 第一通信终端判断当前是否满足通信转移处理条件, 如果满 足, 则转至步骤 S103 , 将所述通信信息转移至第二通信终端; 如果不满足, 则转至步骤 S104;
步骤 S103: 第二通信终端对所述通信信息进行相应的处理。 步骤 S104: 仍由第一通信终端处理所述通信信息。
根据上述步骤可知, 本实施例中的第一通信终端在满足通信转移处理条 件时, 可以将其接收到的通信信息转移至第二通信终端处理。 并不像相关多 终端之间的通信必须在各终端本地处理。 因此, 用户可以根据自己的需求以 及所携带的各终端自身的特征等因素, 灵活的设置和管理各终端, 可进一步 提高用户体验的满意度。 例如, 当用户携带的第一通信终端为大屏手机, 用 户携带的第二通信终端为主要用户通话和阅读信息的普通手机, 则用户可以 设置将第一通信终端上的通信信息转移至第二通信终端进行处理, 而第一通 信终端则主要用户看视频、 玩游戏等; 这种设置可避免用户在第一通信终端 上玩游戏或看视频时, 由于接收到相关通信信息需暂停或退出当前的游戏或 视频而切换至其他界面处理当前的通信, 因此可提高用户体验的满意度。
本实施例中的通信信息可以包括呼叫信息、 短信信息、 彩信信息、 邮件 信息等中的至少一种。选择结果可由用户根据自己的需求和使用习惯等确定。 本实施例中的第一通信终端和第二通信终端是相对的, 既可设置将第一通信 终端上的通信信息转移至第二通信终端, 也可设置将第二通信终端上的通信 信息转移至第一通信终端, 二者甚至还可同时交叉设置。 例如, 可设置将第 一通信终端的呼叫信息设置为转移至第二通信终端进行处理, 将第二通信终 端上的短信信息转移至第一通信终端上处理。 第一通信终端和第二通信终端 上的通信信息转移的设置也可由用户根据自己的需求和习惯等因素灵活设 置。
在本实施例中, 通信转移条件的设置可结合实际需求和应用场景进行设 置, 下面以第一通信终端为例, 仅以几种示例性的设置方式为例进行说明。 并不仅局限于以下几种设置方式:
方式一: 设置第一通信终端上的通信转移处理标识
这种方式为在第一通信终端上设置一个通信转移处理标识, 所述标识至 少具有开启和关闭标识。 当为开启时, 表明此时第一通信终端上的通信信息 可转移至其他终端上进行处理; 当为关闭时, 则表明第一通信终端上的通信 信息釆用默认的处理方式, 即仍在第一通信终端上进行处理。 此处的通信转 移处理标识的状态可由用户手动设置, 当然也可结合终端当前自身的运行环 境自动在各状态之间切换, 例如自动在开启和关闭状态下进行切换。
方式二: 设置在某些任务正在运行时进行转移
这种设置方式需要预先选定每个任务, 然后设置第一通信终端上当前有 这些任务中的任意一项任务在运行时, 则将接收到的通信信息转移至其他终 端处理。 本实施例中, 可以设定如果前台运行的任务中有预选任务中的至少 一个时, 则判定为满足通信转移处理条件。 因为一般只有前台运行的任务才 会占用终端的屏幕; 而后台运行的任务则不会。 当然, 也可设置不管是在前 台运行还是在后台运行, 只要在运行的任务中有预选任务中的至少一个时, 就满足通信转移条件。 本实施例中任务的选择可根据用户的需求和每个任务 的特征进行确认, 例如这些任务可以是视频播放任务、 游戏任务、 上网任务、 导航任务等中的至少一种。
方式三: 结合上述方式一和上述方式二
即在第一通信终端上设置一个通信转移处理标识; 同时还需满足当前运 行的任务中至少有一个是预设任务。 这种设置方式需满足第一通信终端上的 通信转移处理标识的状态为开启、 且第一通信终端上当前运行的任务中至少 有一个是预设任务时, 才判定为满足通信转移条件。 通信转移标识和任务的 选择请参见上述方式一和方式二, 在此不再赘述。
在本实施中, 第一通信终端将通信信息转移至第二通信终端之前, 还包 括第一通信终端与第二通信终端建立通信连接的步骤。 优选地, 二者之间通 过无线通信的方式建立连接。 例如优选地可通过蓝牙、 WIFI、 或 NFC等无线 通信方式建立连接。 第一通信终端在转移通信信息时, 可通过二者之间建立 的所述通信链路进行转移。 本实施例中的第一通信终端和第二通信终端之间 的所述通信连接可以是一开始就建立, 并一直保持, 也可以是在需要进行上 述通信信息转移时才建立, 通信处理结束后断开, 或通信处理结束后保持连 接等。
在本实施例中, 为了便于用户在第二通信终端上更好的处理由第一通信 终端转移过来的通信信息, 第一通信终端还可将将要转移的通信信息的关联 信息发送给第二通信终端。 关联信息的发送可以是在第一通信终端发送通信 信息的同时进行, 也可在通信信息发送之前或发送完毕后发送。 本实施例中 的关联信息可以是各种通讯录信息。 这样第二通信终端上也可将相应的通信 人(例如呼叫人或发件人姓名等)进行显示。
本实施例中, 第二通信终端对由第一通信终端发送过来的通信信息的处 理包括接受处理和拒绝处理。 当为接受处理时, 用户可在第二通信终端上对 所述通信信息进行正常处理, 例如当为呼叫信息时, 则第二通信终端显示正 常的通话界面, 用户则可在第二通信终端上完整电话正常的接听或拒接等。 当为短信信息或邮件信息时, 第二通信终端则可将相应的消息进行显示; 同 时, 第二通信终端还可向第一通信终端反馈拒绝处理的信息。 当为拒绝处理 时, 则用户不能在第二通信终端上正常处理通信信息, 第二通信终端向第一 通信终端反馈拒绝处理的信息。 这样, 第一终端就可以知道所述通信信息是 否被正常处理, 这样可以使用户不漏掉通信信息并且不影响第一终端的相关 程序的运行或操作。
本实施例中对通信信息的处理都为相关的常规处理, 应理解为相关的一 种或多种通信信息的处理方法均为本发明实施例所适用。 实施例二:
请参见图 2所示, 本实施例提供了一种通信系统, 包括第一通信终端和 第二通信终端。 请分别参见图 3和图 4所示, 第一通信终端包括第一通信模 块、 判断模块和转移模块; 第二通信终端包括处理模块, 其中:
第一通信模块设置为接收通信信息;
判断模块设置为判断当前是否满足通信转移处理条件;
转移模块设置为在判断模块的判断结果为满足时, 将通信信息转移至第 二通信终端;
第二通信终端的处理模块设置为对所述通信信息进行处理。
本实施例中的判断模块包括标识判断子模块和 /或任务运行判断子模块; 标识判断子模块设置为判断第一通信终端本地的通信转移处理标识是否 开启;
任务运行判断子模块设置为判断第一通信终端本地当前是否有预设的任 务正在运行。 任务运行判断子模块还可进一步包括前台任务判断子单元, 设 置为判断第一通信终端本地前台运行的任务中是否有预设的任务。
其中, 通信转移处理标识的设置以及预设任务的设置请参见实施例一中 的介绍。
请参见图 5 , 本实施例中的第一通信终端还包括第二通信模块, 设置为 在转移模块将通信信息转移至所述第二通信终端之前, 通过无线通信的方式 与所述第二通信终端建立连接。 优选地, 此处的无线通信可以是蓝牙、 WIFI 或 NFC等方式中的至少一种。 本实施例中的第二通信模块可以在一开始就和 第二通信终端建立连接, 并一直保持, 也可以是在需要进行上述通信信息转 移时才建立, 通信处理结束后断开, 或通信处理结束后保持连接等。
请参见图 6 , 本实施例中的第一通信终端还包括信息发送模块, 设置为 将与通信信息的关联信息发给第二通信终端。 关联信息的发送可以是在第一 通信终端发送通信信息的同时进行, 也可在通信信息发送之前或发送完毕后 发送。 本实施例中的关联信息可以是各种通讯录信息。 这样第二通信终端上 也可将相应的通信人(例如呼叫人或发件人姓名等)进行显示。
本实施例中, 第二通信终端的处理模块还设置为对由第一通信终端发送 过来的通信信息的处理包括接受处理和拒绝处理。 当为接受处理时, 则用户 可在第二通信终端上对所述通信信息进行正常处理, 例如当为呼叫信息时, 则第二通信终端显示正常的通话界面, 用户可在第二通信终端上完整电话正 常的接听或拒接等。 当为短信信息或邮件信息时, 则第二通信终端可将相应 的消息进行显示; 同时, 第二通信终端还可向第一通信终端反馈拒绝处理的 信息。 当为拒绝处理时, 则用户不能在第二通信终端上正常处理通信信息, 第二通信终端向第一通信终端反馈拒绝处理的信息。 实施例三:
本实施例中的终端以手机为例, 通信信息以呼叫信息 (即来电信息) , 通信转移条件釆用实施例一中的方式一为例进行详细说明。 如图 7所示, 包 括:
步骤 S701: 第一手机终端接收来电信息, 可以为: 第一手机终端接收到 来电, 例如来电号码为中国移动号码 136********;
步骤 S702: 第一手机终端判断 "通信转移处理标识" 是否为打开, 如果 是, 则转至步骤 S703 , 如果不是, 则转至步骤 S706;
步骤 S703: 第一终手机端发起和第二手机终端的蓝牙无线连接; 两手机终端需通过蓝牙或 WIFI等无线连接,手机终端之间的连接可以是 之前一直存在的, 也可以是判断需要来电转移后再打开蓝牙功能;
步骤 S704:第一手机终端将来电信息通过蓝牙连接传递给第二手机终端; 步骤 S705: 用户通过第二手机终端进行接听或拒绝。
步骤 S706: 按照默认方式在第一手机终端上处理, 例如手动接听。
下面在上述图 7的基础上,以通信转移条件为实施例一中的方式二为例, 对本发明进行说明, 请参见图 8所示, 包括:
步骤 S801: 第一手机终端接收来电信息, 可以为: 第一手机终端接收到 来电, 例如来电号码为中国移动号码 136********;
步骤 S802: 第一手机终端判断本地当前运行的任务中是否有至少一项为 预设的任务, 如果是, 则转至步骤 S803 , 如果不是, 则转至步骤 S806;
本实施例中的预设任务可以为一种或多种不适宜终端的任务, 例如视频 播放任务、 导航任务、 上网任务等等;
步骤 S803: 第一终手机端发起和第二手机终端的蓝牙无线连接; 两手机终端需通过蓝牙或 WIFI等无线连接,手机终端之间的连接可以是 之前一直存在的, 也可以是判断需要来电转移后再打开蓝牙功能; 步骤 S804:第一手机终端将来电信息通过蓝牙连接传递给第二手机终端; 步骤 S805: 用户通过第二手机终端进行接听或拒绝。
步骤 S806: 按照默认方式在第一手机终端上处理, 例如手动接听。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 上述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地, 上述实施例中的每个模块 /单元可以釆 用硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明实施例不 限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
实施例对本发明实施例进行了详细说明。 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 可以对本发明实施例的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而不脱离本发明实 施例技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明实施例的权利要求范围当中。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的通信转移方法、 通信方法、 通信终端及通信系统, 在第一通信终端接收到通信信息后, 第一通信终端判断当前是否满足通信转 移处理条件, 如果满足, 则将该通信信息转移至第二通信终端, 由第二通信 终端对该通信信息进行处理。 因此, 本发明实施例中的第一通信终端和第二 通信终端之间的通信并非完全相互独立, 第一通信终端上的通信在设定的条 件下可转移至第二通信终端进行处理, 并非必须在第一通信终端上使用, 从 而更便于用户管理和使用其携带的多个通信终端, 提高用户体验的满意度。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种通信转移方法, 包括:
第一通信终端接收通信信息;
所述第一通信终端判断当前是否满足通信转移处理条件, 如果满足, 则 将所述通信信息转移至第二通信终端。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的通信转移方法,其中, 所述第一通信终端判 断当前是否满足通信转移处理条件包括:
判断本地的通信转移处理标识是否开启;
或,
判断本地当前是否有预设的任务正在运行;
或,
判断本地的通信转移处理标识是否开启且本地当前是否有预设的任务正 在运行。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的通信转移方法,其中, 所述第一通信终端判 断当前是否满足通信转移处理条件包括判断本地当前是否有预设的任务正在 运行时, 所述判断本地当前是否有预设的任务正在运行包括判断本地前台当 前运行的任务中是否有预设的任务。
4. 如权利要求 1-3任一项所述的通信转移方法,所述方法还包括所 述第一通信终端将所述通信信息转移至所述第二通信终端之前, 所述第一通 信终端通过无线通信方式与所述第二通信终端建立连接。
5. 如权利要求 1-3任一项所述的通信转移方法,所述方法还包括所 述第一通信终端将与所述通信信息的关联信息发给所述第二通信终端。
6. 如权利要求 1-3任一项所述的通信转移方法,其中, 所述通信信 息包括呼叫信息、 短信信息、 彩信信息、 邮件信息中的至少一种。
7. 一种通信方法, 包括: 第一通信终端接收通信信息;
所述第一通信终端判断当前是否满足通信转移处理条件, 如果满足, 则 将所述通信信息转移至第二通信终端;
所述第二通信终端对所述通信信息处理。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的通信方法,其中, 所述第一通信终端判断当 前是否满足通信转移处理条件包括:
判断本地的通信转移处理标识是否开启;
或,
判断本地当前是否有预设的任务正在运行;
或,
判断本地的通信转移处理标识是否开启且本地当前是否有预设的任务正 在运行。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的通信方法,其中, 所述第一通信终端判断当 前是否满足通信转移处理条件包括判断本地当前是否有预设的任务正在运行 时, 所述判断本地当前是否有预设的任务正在运行包括判断本地前台当前运 行的任务中是否有预设的任务。
10. 如权利要求 7-9任一项所述的通信方法,所述方法还包括所述第 一通信终端将所述通信信息转移至所述第二通信终端之前, 所述第一通信终 端通过无线通信方式与所述第二通信终端建立连接。
11. 如权利要求 7-9任一项所述的通信方法,所述方法还包括所述第 一通信终端将与所述通信信息的关联信息发给所述第二通信终端。
12. 如权利要求 7-9任一项所述的通信方法,其中, 所述通信信息包 括呼叫信息、 短信信息、 彩信信息、 邮件信息中的至少一种。
13. 一种通信终端, 包括第一通信模块、 判断模块和转移模块; 所述第一通信模块设置为接收通信信息; 所述判断模块设置为判断当前是否满足通信转移处理条件; 所述转移模块设置为在所述判断模块的判断结果为满足时, 将所述通信 信息转移至第二通信终端。
14. 如权利要求 13所述的通信终端, 其中, 所述判断模块包括标识 判断子模块和 /或任务运行判断子模块;
所述标识判断子模块设置为判断所述通信终端本地的通信转移处理标识 是否开启;
所述任务运行判断子模块设置为判断通信终端本地当前是否有预设的任 务正在运行。
15. 如权利要求 14所述的通信终端, 其中, 所述判断模块包括任务 运行判断子模块时, 所述任务运行判断子模块包括前台任务判断子单元, 设 置为判断所述通信终端本地前台当前运行的任务中是否有预设的任务。
16. 如权利要求 13-15任一项所述的通信终端,所述通信终端还包括 第二通信模块, 设置为在所述转移模块将所述通信信息转移至所述第二通信 终端之前, 通过无线通信的方式与所述第二通信终端建立连接。
17. 如权利要求 13-15任一项所述的通信终端,所述通信终端还包括 信息发送模块,设置为将与所述通信信息的关联信息发给所述第二通信终端。
18. 一种通信系统, 包括第一通信终端和第二通信终端, 其中, 所述 第一通信终端包括第一通信模块、 判断模块和转移模块; 所述第二通信终端 包括处理模块;
所述第一通信模块设置为接收通信信息;
所述判断模块设置为判断当前是否满足通信转移处理条件; 所述转移模块设置为在所述判断模块的判断结果为满足时, 将所述通信 信息转移至所述第二通信终端;
所述第二通信终端的处理模块设置为对所述通信信息进行处理。
19. 如权利要求 18所述的通信系统, 其中,
所述判断模块包括标识判断子模块和 /或任务运行判断子模块; 所述标识判断子模块设置为判断所述通信终端本地的通信转移处理标识 是否开启;
所述任务运行判断子模块设置为判断通信终端本地当前是否有预设的任 务正在运行。
20. 如权利要求 19所述的通信系统, 其中, 所述判断模块包括任务 运行判断子模块时, 所述任务运行判断子模块包括前台任务判断子单元, 设 置为判断所述通信终端本地前台当前运行的任务中是否有预设的任务。
21. 如权利要求 18-20任一项所述的通信系统,其中, 所述第一通信 终端还包括第二通信模块, 设置为在所述转移模块将所述通信信息转移至所 述第二通信终端之前, 通过无线通信的方式与所述第二通信终端建立连接。
22. 如权利要求 18-20任一项所述的通信系统,其中, 所述第一通信 终端还包括信息发送模块, 设置为将与所述通信信息的关联信息发给所述第 二通信终端。
