Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité d'encollage haute vitesse pour des bouchons de récipients, à utiliser avec un robot polaire (2) pour pulvériser un adhésif liquide ou d'autres fluides en suivant un contour prédéfini. L'unité comprend un élément rotatif central (3) pour l'alimentation en fluide et un élément rotatif extérieur (4) pour l'alimentation d'un signal, reliés à un axe rotatif principal (5) et à la commande (8) du robot (2) ; un bloc rotatif inférieur (9) avec une sortie (10) de fluide et de signal électrique vers les pistolets (13) applicateurs de produit fixés à l'aide de moyens permettant de faire varier leur rayon de rotation ainsi que leur inclinaison. L'invention concerne également une station de nettoyage (15) configurable qui est incorporée aux alentours des pistolets applicateurs (13).
