技术领域
本发明总体上涉及气动式旋转工具,并且更具体来说,涉及具有被定位成用于清除切屑和碎屑的排气装置的改进气动式旋转工具。
背景技术
气动式旋转工具用于切割材料。例如,气动式磨斜边工具或气动式磨斜边机用以将材料沿着转角成形(例如,斜边或圆边)。如此的切割工具包括切掉材料的部分的切割机。在磨斜边工具的情况中,切割机(例如,陶瓷切割机)以一角度固定到头部且绕着头部的中心轴旋转。所述工具使切割机围绕轴旋转,所以当切割机接近材料时,所述切割机刮掉少许材料。所述工具包括在切割机上的中间轴承,所述中间轴承接合材料的一个表面,并且切割机工具的凸缘接合材料的另一表面,所述另一表面定位在正被切割的转角的相对侧上。从材料切割的切屑可能累积且干扰轴承或凸缘沿着材料的各自表面的行进。此干扰可能因为切屑而引起不均匀切割或刮擦材料。因此,需要在工具切割材料时从切割机附近除去这些切屑。
发明内容

具体实施方式
参考图1,由参考编号20整体地指示并入有本发明的一个实施方案的气动式磨斜边工具或磨斜边机。工具20通常包括L字形外壳22、马达(大体上由24指示)和切割机组件(大体上由26指示)。安装在外壳22的上游端处的配合件30适合于连接到传统的空气软管(未示出),从传统的空气源(未示出)为所述传统的空气软管供应空气。配合件30附接到外壳22(例如,具有螺纹),从而形成外壳的进口32。进口通道34在进口32和马达24之间延伸,以用于将来自空气源的空气递送到马达。进口通道34包括用于接收环状密封件38之肩部36。具有中心阀杆42之阀主体40通过圈状弹簧44抵靠密封件38偏压,所述线圈弹簧44通过配合件30保持在进口通道34中。当阀主体40抵靠密封件38时,阻断进口通道34,防止空气自进口32传递至马达24。当阀主体40在通道34中倾斜所以阀杆42相对于进口通道偏移(即,成角度)时,空气自由地通过阀主体且进入马达24。提供延伸穿过外壳22之棒杆46以使阀杆42倾斜且打开阀40。传统触发器48枢转地安装在外壳22上,以用于选择性地推进棒杆46以打开阀40。在所示的实施方案中,安装在触发器48上的弹簧偏置安全件50接合外壳22以防止触发器无意中压低和打开阀40。安全件50可抵靠触发器48枢转(如所示出地逆时针方向旋转),从而允许触发器压低以使阀杆42倾斜并打开阀40。

切割机组件26紧固到下部短轴72。切割机组件26包括大体上锥形切割机头部80,所述切割机头部80具有安装在其尖端的小轴承82。如本领域技术人员将了解,轴承82在将切割机头部80相对于正被切割的材料进行定位中是有用的。切割机头部80包括三个等距间隔的切割机座架或夹具84,切割机86(例如,陶器磨斜边机或圆边切割机)可如用螺钉紧固件88安装在所述切割机座架或夹具84上。如本领域技术人员将了解,可拆卸式切割机88在切割机变钝或受损坏时容许切割机重新定位(即,旋转)。螺纹凸缘90紧固到盖子76。当凸缘90在盖子76上旋转时,凸缘相对于切割机组件26上下移动,以用于调整由切割机组件做出的切割深度。提供止动螺钉(未示出)以防止凸缘90旋转,从而固定所调整的最大切割深度。

图3示出保持球轴承70和转子62的下端短轴72的下端板68。板68的内径和面适合于保持球轴承70。隔离件112(图4)提供于端板68中以用于将转子短轴72定在中心处。下端板68的外表面114包括四个等距间隔的平坦台面(land)116,所述平坦台面116容许空气在离开汽缸时在板与外壳22中的孔径118之间传递。共同来说,盖子76中的凹槽110和端板68上的台116形成将空气从汽缸60递送到出口120的出口通道的部分。

当安全件50脱离且触发器48压低时,阀40打开,从而容许空气通过进口通道34,朝向马达24传递。当空气进入马达24时,跨越转子叶片74的压力差增大直到转子62在汽缸60中转动。切割机头部80随转子62转动以旋转切割机86。用户推进切割机组件球轴承82和凸缘面120抵靠材料,以定位并稳定工具20。另外,用户沿着材料的转角移动工具20。切割机86刮削材料,在切割机头部80周围留下小切屑。通过马达24的空气沿着出口通道行进到出口。通过出口的空气从切割机头部80吹走切屑,防止不均匀切割和材料损坏。

Claims (20)

1.一种气动式旋转工具,其包括:
外壳,其具有从可操作地连接到空气源的进口延伸的进口通道,所述空气源用于提供空气以为所述工具提供动力,所述进口通道延伸到所述外壳内部的马达汽缸,所述外壳具有从所述马达汽缸延伸到出口的出口通道;
转子,其可旋转地安装在所述马达汽缸中以用于在气动动力下相对于所述汽缸旋转;
阀,其沿着所述进口通道定位,所述阀是可操作的以选择性地容许空气通过所述进口通道到达所述马达汽缸,以用于使所述转子相对于所述汽缸旋转,空气在所述转子旋转时流过所述马达汽缸并流过所述出口通道到达所述外壳的所述出口;以及
切割机头部,其可操作地连接到所述转子以用于响应于所述转子的旋转而相对于所述外壳旋转,所述切割机头部包括用于选择性地保持切割机的夹具,所以在所述切割机头部相对于所述外壳旋转时,所述切割机移动以切割材料,所述切割机头部定位在所述外壳出口中,所以通过所述出口的空气经过所述头部以在所述切割机切割所述材料时从所述头部吹走材料。
