Description

一种四刀滚切装置 技术领域
本发明属于包装机械技术领域,具体地说是一种四刀滚切装置。
背景技术
在包装行业中,高效节能始终是永恒的话题,能否提高切纸速度,将对整机性能起到决定性作用;另外,切纸长度范围也非常重要。
现有技术中,每分钟超过200刀的切刀,在不定尺的要求下,还不能够较好地实现按照要求切出符合规定长度的纸张,即200刀/分钟以上的切纸速度无法实现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、巧妙、合理的四刀滚切装置,该滚切装置不但能够提高切纸速度,还能够根据要求切出符合规定的纸张。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:一种四刀滚切装置,其特征在于:包括筒体,所述筒体上均布开设有四个切刀滑槽,每个所述切刀滑槽中均设置有一把切刀,所述切刀沿长度方向两端分别连接一根丝杆,每根所述丝杆均螺纹连接于一个涡轮的内螺纹孔中,所述涡轮与沿筒体轴向布置的蜗杆相配合;沿筒体径向同一直线上的两把切刀上的四根丝杆相互平行、交错布置;每一把切刀上与丝杆连接涡轮一端相对应处均开设有丝杆容纳腔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述丝杆完全收缩于丝杆容纳腔中时,与所述丝杆相连接的切刀收缩于筒体内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述涡轮转动限位固定于筒体内。
本发明与现有技术相比,优点在于:本发明产品结构简单、设计合理,使用本发明产品加工纸张,不但能够有效提高切纸速度,还能够根据要求切出符合规定长度的纸张,大大拓宽了该产品的适用范围。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,包括筒体1、切刀2、丝杆3、蜗杆4、涡轮5、丝杆容纳腔6等。
如图1、图2所示,本发明一种四刀滚切装置,包括筒体1,所述筒体1上均布开设有四个切刀滑槽,每个所述切刀滑槽中均设置有一把切刀2,切刀2均可在各自对应的切刀滑槽中相对移动,即根据所要切纸的长度调节切刀2伸出筒体1的长度;所述切刀2沿长度方向两端分别连接一根丝杆3,丝杆3与切刀2之间的连接可以通过焊接方式连接或者其他可以将丝杆3与切刀2相互固定在一起的方式,以实现丝杆3可以带动切刀2作伸出或收缩运动;每根所述丝杆3均螺纹连接于一个涡轮5的内螺纹孔中,所述涡轮5与沿筒体1轴向布置的蜗杆4相配合,且涡轮5转动限位固定于筒体1内,即涡轮5在筒体1内只能够进行转动,而不能产生位置的移动,由于涡轮5内孔设有与丝杆3相配合的螺纹,故涡轮5的转动将自然带动丝杆3作伸出或收缩运动;沿筒体1径向同一直线上的两把切刀上的四根丝杆3相互平行、交错布置;每一把切刀2上与丝杆3连接涡轮5一端相对应处均开设有丝杆容纳腔6,当丝杆3完全收缩于丝杆容纳腔6中时,与所述丝杆3相连接的切刀2收缩于筒体1内,这就可以保证在切最小长度纸张或不需要切纸时,可以将切刀完全或不完全收拢于筒体1内。
本发明的工作原理如下:本发明产品能够切出的最短纸张的长度为筒体1周长的四分之一,要切出上述尺寸规格的纸张,只需将四把切刀2缩至最小位,即,切刀2的切削刃刚刚伸出筒体1即可。当需要切出的纸张的长度大于筒体1周长的四分之一时,可以调节四把切刀2以同等长度伸出筒体1;当需要切纸的长度超过四把切刀2全部伸出最大长度时,所能够切出的纸张的长度时,可以通过减少伸出筒体1的切刀2的数量来实现切纸长度相应扩大的目的,通常的做法是缩掉沿筒体1直径方向相对应的两把切刀2,使得切纸装置中只有两把切刀进行切纸作业。本发明产品能够切出的纸张的最大长度为,只用一把切刀进行切纸时实现的,即,将其中三把切刀全部或部分收缩于筒体1内,而只保留一把切刀伸出筒体1,且将该切刀全部伸出筒体1即可。
在工作时,配合本发明四刀滚切装置还相对应配合设置有一个下辊,该下辊圆周面上均布设置有四个滑块,四个滑块起到刀垫的作用,该滑块与四刀滚切装置相配合进行工作;工作过程中,相应不工作的滑块可略低于工作刀口,也就是说,不工作的切刀(滑块)不必全部缩到底。

  1. 一种四刀滚切装置,其特征在于:包括筒体(1),所述筒体(1)上均布开设有四个切刀滑槽,每个所述切刀滑槽中均设置有一把切刀(2),所述切刀(2)沿长度方向两端分别连接一根丝杆(3),每根所述丝杆(3)均螺纹连接于一个涡轮(5)的内螺纹孔中,所述涡轮(5)与沿筒体(1)轴向布置的蜗杆(4)相配合;沿筒体(1)径向同一直线上的两把切刀上的四根丝杆(3)相互平行、交错布置;每一把切刀(2)上与丝杆(3)连接涡轮(5)一端相对应处均开设有丝杆容纳腔(6)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种四刀滚切装置,其特征在于:所述丝杆(3)完全收缩于丝杆容纳腔(6)中时,与所述丝杆(3)相连接的切刀(2)收缩于筒体(1)内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种四刀滚切装置,其特征在于:所述涡轮(5)转动限位固定于筒体(1)内。
