现有技术中,电子烟中的电子烟雾化器只设置一个雾化组件,所述雾化组件通常包括雾化套管、收容在所述雾化套管内的 发热丝及导油绳,所述发热丝缠绕在所述导油绳上,所述导油绳用于将烟油输送至所述发热丝处供所述发热丝进行雾化,所述 雾化套管内设置有用于将烟油雾化后的烟雾送出的烟雾通道 。该电子烟雾化器工作时,其产生的烟雾量小;其次,该电子烟雾化器产生的烟雾量不能调节;再者,当雾化组件损坏时,该电子烟雾化器即不能正常工作。
如图1所示,现有技术中,电子烟包括雾化组件100、电池组件200以及烟弹300。烟弹300内部储存有烟液,雾化组件100工作时雾化该烟液以产生供使用者吸食的烟雾。电池组件200为雾化组件100供电,以控制雾化组件100工作。烟弹300安装在雾化组件100远离电池组件200的一端,且烟弹300用作烟嘴,吸烟时口腔夹持在所述烟弹300上,雾化组件100将烟弹300内的烟油雾化后送入使用者口腔。
上述电子烟存在以下缺陷:
(1)烟弹300离用户的口腔较近,使用电子烟时,用户容易吸食到储存在烟弹300内的烟液,从而给用户带来不好的体验。
(2)烟弹300中只有一个储油空间,而该储油空间只能存储一种口味的烟液,无法满足用户的个性化需求。
(3)用户使用电子烟时,口腔夹持在烟弹300上,因而烟弹300受到口腔的夹持力大小的不同而向雾化组件100输出流量不同的烟液,因而电子烟工作时产生的烟雾量不稳定。
(4)由于雾化组件100的烟雾需流经烟弹300后进入吸烟者口腔,因而电子烟工作时产生的烟雾容易因受到烟弹300内的烟液吸收热量而产生冷凝,因而用户容易吸食到烟雾通道内的烟液,且所述冷凝的烟液容易堵塞烟雾流通的通道。
(5)为了模仿真实的香烟的结构,电子烟的长度与真实的香烟的长度大致相同,而为了减少电子烟的充电频率以及增加电池组件200的使用寿命,电池组件200的长度往往占电子烟长度的一半以上。当使用者吸食电子烟时,用户的手通常夹持在电子烟的中上部区域,也即夹持在雾化组件100所在的位置,电子烟工作时,雾化组件100产生的热量容易烫伤用户的手部,给用户带来不好的体验。
(6)由于雾化组件100位于电子烟的中上部区域,使用电子烟时,雾化组件100距离用户的口腔较近,因而烟雾温度较高,甚至会烫嘴,不利于模仿真实的香烟的温度,用户体验差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟在使用时容易吸食到烟液,而且电子烟中只有一个储油空间,其无法满足用户的个性化需求的缺陷,提供一种用户体验好且能够满足用户的个性化需求的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体;所述电子烟本体一端为吸烟端,所述电子烟本体另一端设置有多个相互隔离并分别用于容纳烟液的储油空间;所述吸烟端与所述储油空间之间设置有用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件以及为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件与所述电池组件同轴设置;所述雾化组件位于所述电池组件与所述储油空间之间。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件远离所述电池组件的一端设置有储油器;所述储油空间设置在所述储油器内。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述储油器为一个;多个所述储油空间均设置在所述储油器内。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述储油器为多个;每个所述储油器内均设置有所述储油空间。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述储油器可拆卸地连接在所述雾化组件上。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件包括连接在所述电池组件上的雾化支架;所述储油器可拆卸地连接在所述雾化支架远离所述电池组件的一端。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件还包括安装在所述雾化支架远离所述电池组件的一端的密封盖;所述储油器螺纹连接在所述密封盖上。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件还包括凸设在所述雾化支架远离所述电池组件一端的储油件;所述储油件与所述储油空间的数量相等,且所述储油件一一对应地放置在所述储油空间内。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件还包括安装在所述雾化支架内的导油绳,以及缠绕在所述导油绳上的发热丝;每个所述储油件分别与所述导油绳相互抵持;所述发热丝与所述电池组件电连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件还包括与所述储油件的数量相等并安装在所述雾化支架内的导油绳;所述导油绳一一对应地与所述储油件相互抵持;每个所述导油绳均缠绕有发热丝;每个所述发热丝分别与所述电池组件电连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件可拆卸地连接在所述电池组件上。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电池组件包括螺纹连接在所述雾化组件远离所述储油空间的一端的电池套管,以及安装在所述电池套管内并为所述雾化组件供电的电池。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电子烟本体还包括用于控制所述电池组件为所述雾化组件供电的控制模块。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述吸烟端可拆卸地连接有吸嘴。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述储油器为透明容器。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述储油器为玻璃瓶。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化支架的外壁开设有第一通气孔;所述电池组件内设置有第二通气孔;所述第一通气孔、所述第二通气孔以及所述吸烟端依次连通。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:所述电子烟采用一端为吸烟端,另一端设置有容纳烟液的储油空间的结构,由于储油空间距离吸烟端较远,用户使用电子烟时,能够有效地避免用户吸食到烟液而带来不好的体验;再者,所述电子烟设置有多个相互隔离的储油空间,每个储油空间中可以存储不同口味的烟液,从而使得电子烟产生不同口味的烟雾,以满足使用者的个性化需求。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图2、图3以及图4所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电子烟,其包括电子烟本体1、储油器2以及吸嘴3。电子烟本体1的一端为吸烟端,该吸烟端安装有吸嘴3。电子烟本体1的另一端设置有储油器2,储油器2内设置有多个相互隔离并分别用于容纳烟液的储油空间。本实施例中,多个即为两个或两个以上。吸烟端与储油空间之间设置有用于雾化烟液的雾化组件11以及为雾化组件11供电的电池组件12。
由于电子烟本体1的一端为吸烟端,另一端设置有容纳烟液的储油空间,使得储油空间距离吸烟端较远,用户使用电子烟时,能够有效地避免用户吸食到烟液而带来不好的体验。其次,本实施例中,为了模仿香烟,所述电子烟的长度与真实的香烟的长度相当,且为了减少充电频率以及增加电池组件12的使用寿命,电池组件12的长度至少可占电子烟整体长度的一半以上。用户使用本实施例提供的电子烟进行吸烟时,会自然地夹持在所述电子烟本体的中上部靠近吸烟端的位置,也即夹持在电池组件12所在的位置,由于储油器2设置在电子烟本体1远离吸嘴3的一端,因此储油器2通常不受到外力的夹持,使得储油器2向雾化组件11输出均衡的烟液量,从而有效的保障了产生的烟雾的稳定性。再者,所述电子烟设置有多个相互隔离的储油空间,每个储油空间中可以存储不同口味的烟液,从而使得电子烟产生不同口味的烟雾,以满足使用者的个性化需求。
如图2、图3以及图4所示,具体地,电子烟本体1包括雾化组件11、电池组件12以及控制模块13。
雾化组件11用于雾化储存在储油器2中的烟液。该雾化组件11的一端可拆卸地连接在储油器2上,其另一端可拆卸地连接在电池组件12上。雾化组件11与电池组件12同轴设置,且雾化组件11位于电池组件12与储油器2之间,也即雾化组件11离吸烟端的位置较远,而用户采用本实施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时,雾化组件11的位置距离用户口腔的位置较远,即可使得雾化组件11雾化烟液时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效地提升了所述电子烟的使用安全。而且,用户吸烟过程中会自然地夹持电池组件12进行吸烟,而无需夹持发热的雾化组件11,使得用户在使用本实施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效地模拟了真实的香烟的温度,提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
本实施例中,雾化组件11包括雾化支架111、储油件112、导油绳113、发热丝114、第一电极结构115、密封盖116以及第一通气孔117。其中,雾化支架111大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其两端开口,电池组件12连接在雾化支架111的一端,储油器2连接在雾化支架111远离电池组件12的一端。较佳地,雾化支架111分别与电池组件12以及储油器2采用可拆卸连接。储油件112凸设在该雾化支架111远离电池组件12的一端,导油绳113、发热丝114以及第一电极结构115均安装在该雾化支架111内,密封盖116安装在该雾化支架111远离电池组件12的一端,第一通气孔117开设在该雾化支架111的侧壁上。
储油件112用于吸附储存在储油器2内的烟液,该储油件112与储油器2内的储油空间的数量相等,且储油件112一一对应地放置在储油空间内。储油件112为圆柱状的储油棉结构,其远离雾化支架111的一端伸入储油器2内,其靠近雾化支架111的一端与导油绳113相互抵持。导油绳113分别与每个储油件112相互抵持,用于导出储存在不同储油空间中的烟液。发热丝114缠绕在导油绳113上,其与电池组件12电连接。该发热丝114工作时,使得储存在储油件112中的烟液由导油绳113导出供发热丝114雾化以产生烟雾。本实施例中电子烟内部的气流方向如图3中的箭头所示的方向,由该图可知,由于发热丝114位于吸嘴端与储油器2之间,发热丝114工作时产生的烟雾不经过储油器2,使得经过雾化组件12雾化的烟雾无需经过储油器2即可流向吸烟端,从而使得烟雾不会在储油器2的作用下冷凝,进而不会阻塞所述电子烟内的烟雾流通的通道。本实施例中,储油件112为两个,相应地,储油空间也为两个。在本发明的其它实施例中,储油件112的数量亦可以为三个或其它数量,储油件112的形状亦可以有其它选择,例如方形等结构。
第一电极结构115安装在雾化支架111靠近电池组件12的一端,其分别与发热丝114的两端连接。当雾化组件11与电池组件12连接时,该第一电极结构115分别与电池组件12连接,以实现电池组件12为雾化组件11供电。本实施例中,第一电极结构115为现有技术中常见的电连接结构。
密封盖116用于实现雾化组件11与储油器2之间的密封。该密封盖116密封安装在雾化支架111远离电池组件12的一端,储油件112从该密封盖116中穿出并伸入储油器2内。储油器2可拆卸地连接在密封盖116远离雾化支架111的一端。本实施例中,储油器2与密封盖116采用螺纹连接以实现储油器2与雾化组件11之间的可拆卸连接。在本发明的其它实施例中,储油器2与密封盖116亦可以采用卡扣或磁性连接等可拆卸连接方式进行连接。
第一通气孔117用于将雾化组件11与外界连通,以提供雾化组件11工作时所需的空气。该第一通气孔117开设在雾化支架111的侧壁上。本实施例中,第一通气孔117设置有两个,两个第一通气孔117相对设置,且第一通气孔117开设在雾化支架111的中部位置。
如图2、图3以及图4所示,电池组件12用于为雾化组件11供电,以使得雾化组件11工作时产生供用户吸食的烟雾。该电池组件12包括电池套管121、电池122、安装架123、第二电极结构124以及第二通气孔125。电池套管121大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其与雾化支架111的外径相同,雾化支架111连接在该电池套管121上时,两者形成一平整表面,以增强所述电子烟的整体效果。本实施例中,该电池套管121与雾化支架111两者实现螺纹连接,也即电池套管121中设置有内螺纹,雾化支架111中设置有与该内螺纹旋合连接的外螺纹。在本发明的其它实施例中,电池套管121与雾化支架111亦可以采用卡扣或磁性连接的方式以实现可拆卸连接。
电池122用于为雾化组件11供电,其安装在电池套管121的内部。安装架123固定安装在电池套管121的内壁上,其沿电池套管121的轴向设置。电池122安装在该安装架123上,以实现电池122固定安装在电池套管121内部。第二电极结构124安装在电池套管121靠近雾化组件11的一端,其与电池122的两个电极分别连接,当电池组件12与雾化组件11连接时,第二电极结构124中的两个电极分别与第一电极结构115中的两个电极对应连接,从而实现电池组件12与雾化组件11之间的电连接。本实施例中,第二电极结构124为现有技术中常见的电连接结构。
第二通气孔125开设在安装架123上,其沿电池套管121的轴向设置,该第二通气孔125用于形成供烟雾流通的通道。 当电池组件12与雾化组件11连接时,吸嘴端、第二通气孔125以及第一通气孔117依次相连通,以形成供气流流通的气流通道,该气流通道不经过储油器2,从而能够防止烟液渗透至气流通道中,有效地避免所述电子烟产生漏液现象。
如图2、图3以及图4所示,控制模块13用于控制电池组件12为雾化组件11供电。该控制模块13具有气流传感器(未标号)。当用户使用电子烟时,气流传感器能够感应电子烟中气流的变化,以控制电池组件12与雾化组件11通电,从而驱动雾化组件11工作。
如图2、图3以及图4所示,储油器2用于储存烟液。本实施例中,储油器2为一个,其大致为瓶状结构,也即该储油器2一端开口,以供储油件112插入。该储油器2内部设置有隔挡件(示标号),该隔挡件使得储油件112内部形成有多个储油空间。本实施例中,该储油空间为两个。优选地,该储油器2为透明容器,便于观察储油器2内的烟液的使用情况。较佳地,该储油器2为玻璃瓶,且该由玻璃制成的储油器2的外周壁上设置有刻度,从而使得用户估计出剩余烟液量可供吸食的时长,方便用户使用。本实施例中,储油器2靠近雾化组件11的一端的外周壁上设置有外螺纹,其与密封盖116螺纹连接,其密封性能较好,进而有效地避免该储油器2中的烟液漏出。再者,由于储油器2与雾化组件11采用可拆卸连接的结构,从而方便用户添加烟液或者更换储油器2。为了提高储油器2与密封盖116之间的密封性能,储油器2与密封盖116之间还安装有密封垫圈(未图示)。
如图2、图3以及图4所示,吸嘴3可拆卸地连接在电子烟本体1的吸烟端,也即吸嘴3可拆卸地连接在电池套管121上,采用此结构方便用户拆卸吸嘴3进行清洗。在本发明的其它实施例中,该吸嘴3与电池套管121亦可以采用一体成型的结构。
组装上述电子烟时,首先将雾化组件11、电池组件12以及控制模块13分别进行组装,再将组装好的吸嘴3、雾化组件11、电池组件12以及储油器2依次组装。
综上所述,使用如上实施例提供的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
(1)所述电子烟采用电子烟本体1的一端为吸烟端,另一端设置有容纳烟液的储油空间的结构,由于储油空间距离吸烟端较远,用户使用电子烟时,能够有效地避免用户吸食到烟液而带来不好的体验。
(2)所述电子烟设置有多个相互隔离的储油空间,每个储油空间中可以存储不同口味的烟液,从而使得电子烟产生不同口味的烟雾,以满足使用者的个性化需求。
(3)由于储油器2设置在电子烟本体1远离吸嘴3的一端,因此储油器2通常不受到外力的夹持,使得储油器2向雾化组件11输出均衡的烟液量,从而有效的保障了产生的烟雾的稳定性。
(4)由于发热丝114位于吸嘴端与储油器2之间,发热丝114工作时产生的烟雾不经过储油器2,使得经过雾化组件12雾化的烟雾无需经过储油器2即可流向吸烟端,从而使得烟雾不会在储油器2的作用下冷凝,进而不会阻塞所述电子烟内的烟雾流通的通道。
(5)所述电子烟采用雾化组件11位于电池组件12与储油器2之间的结构,使得雾化组件11离吸烟端的位置较远,使用电子烟时,雾化组件11的位置距离用户口腔的位置较远,即可使得雾化组件11雾化烟液时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效地提升了所述电子烟的使用安全。而且,使用电子烟时,用户而无需夹持发热的雾化组件11,使得用户在使用所述电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效地模拟了真实的香烟的温度,提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
(6)所述电子烟中的气流通道不经过储油器2,从而能够防止烟液渗透至气流通道中,有效地避免所述电子烟产生漏液现象。
(7)所述电子烟中的雾化组件11可拆卸在连接在电池组件12上,当雾化组件11损坏时,方便用户对该雾化组件11进行更换。
(8)所述电子烟中的储油器2可拆卸在连接在雾化组件11上,从而方便用户添加烟液或者更换该储油器2。
(9)所述电子烟中的吸嘴3可拆卸地连接在电子烟本体1的吸烟端,从而方便用户拆卸该吸嘴3进行清洗。
如图5、图6以及图7所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子烟,其与实施例之一所不同之于雾化组件11与储油器2的结构。具体地,雾化组件11与实施例之一所不同之处在于,本实施例中,每个储油件112均抵持有一个导油绳113,每个导油绳113均缠绕有发热丝114,每个发热丝114分别与第一电极结构115电连接并通过一个按键控制开关(图中未示出)电连接至所述电池组件12,也即每个发热丝114雾化相应的储油空间中的烟液。采用此结构,由于每个储油件112均设置有一个导油绳113,使得不同储油件112中的烟液不会产生混合,有效地防止不同储油空间中的烟液之间的扩散,以提高所述电子烟产生烟雾口感的一致性。
储油器2与实施例之一所不同之处在于,本实施例中,储油器2为多个。每个储油器2内均设置有一个储油空间。多个储油件112分别对应放置在多个储油器2内。该实施例中,储油器2为两个。组装时,分别将储油器2安装在密封盖116上。使用本实施例提供的电子烟,同样能实现如实施例之一中电子烟所述的有益效果。
在本发明的其它实施例中,储油器2并不局限于上述结构。该储油器2亦可以为多个,且每个储油器2内设置有多个储油空间。储油器2亦可以和雾化组件11呈L形或T形等外形。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体(1);其特征在于:所述电子烟本体(1)一端为吸烟端,所述电子烟本体(1)另一端设置有多个相互隔离并分别用于容纳烟液的储油空间;所述吸烟端与所述储油空间之间设置有用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件(11)以及为所述雾化组件(11)供电的电池组件(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(11)与所述电池组件(12)同轴设置;所述雾化组件(11)位于所述电池组件(12)与所述储油空间之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(11)远离所述电池组件(12)的一端设置有储油器(2);所述储油空间设置在所述储油器(2)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储油器(2)为一个;多个所述储油空间均设置在所述储油器(2)内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储油器(2)为多个;每个所述储油器(2)内均设置有所述储油空间。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储油器(2)可拆卸地连接在所述雾化组件(11)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(11)包括连接在所述电池组件(12)上的雾化支架(111);所述储油器(2)可拆卸地连接在所述雾化支架(111)远离所述电池组件(12)的一端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(11)还包括安装在所述雾化支架(111)远离所述电池组件(12)的一端的密封盖(116);所述储油器(2)螺纹连接在所述密封盖(116)上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(11)还包括凸设在所述雾化支架(111)远离所述电池组件(12)一端的储油件(112);所述储油件(112)与所述储油空间的数量相等,且所述储油件(112)一一对应地放置在所述储油空间内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(11)还包括安装在所述雾化支架(111)内的导油绳(113),以及缠绕在所述导油绳(113)上的发热丝(114);每个所述储油件(112)分别与所述导油绳(113)相互抵持;所述发热丝(114)与所述电池组件(12)电连接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(11)还包括与所述储油件(112)的数量相等并安装在所述雾化支架(111)内的导油绳(113);所述导油绳(113)一一对应地与所述储油件(112)相互抵持;每个所述导油绳(113)均缠绕有发热丝(114);每个所述发热丝(114)分别与所述电池组件(12)电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(11)可拆卸地连接在所述电池组件(12)上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件(12)包括螺纹连接在所述雾化组件(11)远离所述储油空间的一端的电池套管(121),以及安装在所述电池套管(121)内并为所述雾化组件(11)供电的电池(122)。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟本体(1)还包括用于控制所述电池组件(12)为所述雾化组件(11)供电的控制模块(13)。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述吸烟端可拆卸地连接有吸嘴(3)。
  16. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储油器(2)为透明容器。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储油器(2)为玻璃瓶。
  18. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化支架(111)的外壁开设有第一通气孔(117);所述电池组件(12)内设置有第二通气孔(125);所述第一通气孔(117)、所述第二通气孔(125)以及所述吸烟端依次连通。
