Definitions
- the present invention relates to a synthetic leather and a method for manufacturing the synthetic leather, and more particularly to a method for manufacturing synthetic leather and synthetic leather having a variety of shapes and colors on the surface.
- leather is divided into natural leather and artificial leather (synthetic leather), the raw material of artificial leather is largely used polyurethane, silicone, PVC, etc. Here, it is typically referred to as polyurethane.
- Natural leather can be commercialized as it is dyed and dyed, but it is more expensive than artificial leather. Therefore, the development of leather goods using artificial leather has been actively made.
- Polyurethane is mainly used when manufacturing such artificial leather, and generally, a solvent and a toner are mixed in a polyurethane resin, and the blended polyurethane resin is applied to a release paper, and then bonded to a fabric, and then aged and peeled. Next, artificial leather is manufactured by post-treatment such as printing on the surface of artificial leather.
- Sublimation transfer is used to print various shapes and colors on the polyurethane surface.
- the sublimation transfer is a digital printing method combining a printing technique and a dyeing technique.
- the sublimation transfer is performed by bonding a transfer paper printed with a transfer ink without a plate making process to a transfer object and thermally compressing it at a specific temperature and pressure of 160 to 220 degrees.
- the ink on the transfer paper is then vaporized without undergoing a liquid process at a high temperature, and at the same time, when the vaporized dye flows into the through hole on the surface of the transfer object and the temperature drops again, the gaseous dye becomes the surface of the transfer object. It remains as a third polymer material in the infiltrated state and is integrated in a state where no protrusions or layers are formed.
- the transfer paper and the polyurethane do not withstand high heat, the transfer paper does not peel off, and the surface made of the polymer layer of the polyurethane resin Not only does not form the pattern is not obvious, but the adhesion of the ink is inferior, and as time passes after the transfer, the pattern gradually fades with the evaporation of the sublimable dye, there is a problem of lowering the quality of the product.
- Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2002-0036983 discloses a method for sublimating and transferring a pattern on a polyurethane surface and a polyurethane product transferred by the method.
- the prior art is a one-component type to solve the conventional problem that when the sublimation transfer to the wet or dry polyurethane surface, the polyurethane surface does not endure high heat (glue) and adheres to the transfer paper so that the sublimation transfer is impossible.
- the silicone is added, mixed, and then dried to prepare a polyurethane product, so that the transfer paper and the polyurethane surface do not adhere to each other and are easily separated.
- the prior art still uses the sublimation transfer printing by attaching the transfer paper to the polyurethane layer and printing the dye into the polyurethane surface by using heat and pressure, the pattern formation on the polyurethane surface as well as the adhesion of the ink Falling, and as time passes after the transfer, the pattern gradually fades with the evaporation of the sublimable dye, which still has the problem of degrading the quality of the product.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a synthetic leather and a method for producing a synthetic leather that can produce a variety of shapes and colors on the surface of the synthetic leather.
- the present invention is to provide a method for producing a synthetic leather and synthetic leather that can improve the quality of the synthetic leather by the long lasting various shapes and colors formed on the synthetic leather without evaporation or bleeding of the dye.
- the method of manufacturing a synthetic leather of an embodiment of the present invention is a step of forming a printing layer on a release paper, forming a coating layer by applying a coating solution on a release paper on which the printing layer is formed, and curing, on the coating layer Adhering the fabric through an adhesive or hot lamination to form a fabric layer, and immediately or after aging and separating only the release, wherein the print layer and the coating layer form the surface of the synthetic leather.
- the forming of the printing layer on the release paper is characterized in that the printing layer has various shapes and colors through gravure printing or offset printing.
- the coating liquid is a polyurethane resin
- the step of applying a coating liquid on a release paper on which a printing layer is formed and then curing the coating layer to form a coating layer through a coater (coater) to a predetermined thickness is characterized in that the printing layer is applied on the release paper formed.
- the printing layer and the coating layer is the same material
- the step of forming a coating layer by applying a coating solution on a release paper on which the printing layer is formed to form a coating layer is cured polyurethane resin on the release paper in advance
- Polyurethane resin is applied on the print layer
- the print layer and the coating layer is characterized in that it is integrally formed by curing.
- synthetic leather which is another embodiment of the present invention is a polyurethane resin is cured on a release paper, the polyurethane resin is applied to the printed layer formed on the pre-formed print layer while the printing layer and the coating layer are bonded and integrally It is characterized in that the surface of the synthetic leather is formed.
- the gravure printing or offset printing in advance to form a printing layer having a variety of shapes and patterns on the release paper in advance and then the printing when forming a coating layer formed by applying a liquid polyurethane resin on the printing layer
- the layer and the coating layer are integrally combined so that the printed layer is embedded on the surface of the synthetic leather as it is (the printed layer embossed on the release paper appears intaglio on the surface of the synthetic leather), thereby creating a design aesthetics freely.
- the transfer paper and polyurethane generated when printing on the surface of the synthetic leather through the sublimation transfer on the manufactured synthetic leather does not withstand high heat (transfer paper) does not peel off and
- transfer paper On the surface of the polymer layer of polyurethane resin, the pattern formation by sublimation transfer does not occur clearly, and the adhesiveness of the ink is inferior, and as time passes after transfer, the pattern gradually fades with the evaporation of the sublimable dye to improve the quality of the product. The problem of deterioration can be prevented at the source.
