一种提示终端掉落的方法、装置及终端 技术领域

背景技术
在日常生活中,人们通常会把手机放在兜里,所以会存在一定的掉落风险。如果物主未感知到手机掉落,一是可能会被他人拿走,造成财产损失;二是,手机偶然掉落在某个角落时,物主寻找起来不方便。
为此,现有的解决方案是通过手机的扬声器进行语音报警,以提示物主终端的位置。
但是上述方案存在有以下缺点:
1)一旦物主没有注意到手机掉落,则语音报警可能会提醒附近人拿走手机,起到了相反的效果;
2)通过语音报警只能在手机的掉落地点附近提示物主,物主若离开后,无法准确获知手机掉落位置。
因此,当前亟需一种能够弥补上述缺点的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种提示终端掉落的方法、装置及终端,能够帮助物主找到掉落的终端。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种提示终端掉落的方法,包括:
利用终端的传感器检测该终端是否发生掉落;
若检测到所述终端发生掉落,则控制该终端的摄像头进行拍照,并将拍照结果发送至指定平台。
其中,在检测到所述终端发生掉落时,所述方法还包括:
控制所述终端的扬声器进行语音报警。
其中,在利用终端的传感器检测该终端是否发生掉落之前,所述方法还包括:
判断所述终端是否处于待机状态;
若是,则执行所述利用终端的传感器检测该终端是否发生掉落的步骤。

为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
如图1所示,本发明的实施例提供一种终端掉落位置的确定方法,包括:
步骤11,利用终端的传感器检测该终端是否发生掉落;
步骤12,若检测到所述终端发生掉落,则控制该终端的摄像头进行拍照,并将拍照结果发送至指定平台。
通过上述描述可以知道:本发明的方法在终端掉落后启动摄像头进行拍照,并将拍照结果发送给物主指定的平台,无论终端是掉落在某个未知角落,还是被他人捡走,物主均可以根据拍照结果确定出终端周围的环境,对于寻找起到了一定的帮助。
作为优选方案,在确定所述终端发生掉落时,本发明的方法还包括:

为了进一步提高本方案的保密性,所述拍照结果默认保存在所述终端的加密存储空间内;用户需要完成终端中指定APP的解密步骤,才能够访问保存拍照结果的存储空间。并在所述拍照结果被成功发送至所述指定平台后,将其从所述加密存储空间中删除,即不占用终端的存储空间,也避免照片被他人发现。同理,扬声器播放语音报警的音频文件也可以保存在该加密存储空间内,防止被删除。

示例性地,假设终端运行的是android系统,则通过getSystemService对Sensor Manager Service进行引用,从而获得三轴加速传感器管理服务权限,根据google提供的SensorEventListerer接口实现对三轴加速传感器的监视,并使用onSensorChanged方法获取三轴加速传感器确定X轴、Y轴以及Z轴的加速度的取值。由于终端掉落的方式有很多种,在X轴、Y轴以及Z轴上都有可能存在运动,故分别取三个轴对应的加速度的矢量值之和,当矢量和大于某个阈值时,则确定终端掉落。
当然上述实施例只是提供一种效果较好的确定终端掉落的方法,本领域人员完全还可以在此基础上进行适当的改动,如:使用其它终端的传感器以及相应的数学模型判断出是否发生掉落。
下面以手机为例,结合一实现方式对本发明的方法的应用进行详细介绍。
在本实现方式中,方法的执行主体为一终端的服务应用,该服务应用在系统开机时注册,并内置于后台,同时在服务应用的配置文件中赋予较高的调用终端软硬件的权限。此外,进入此服务应用需要输入密码,并只能通过该服务应用访问手机指定的加密存储空间。
本实现方式的相关流程如图2所示:
当手机进入待机状态时,服务应用启动三轴加速传感器进行采样,获取X、Y、Z三轴的加速度取值,并计算矢量和。若矢量和大于第一阈值时,则确定手机掉落。
在服务应用确定手机掉落后,通过音频接口调用加密存储空间中预先设置的警报音频文件,并以最大音量报警。除此之外,服务应用还可以控制终端的振动马达进行振动,以提高效果。其中,报警的方式可灵活进行设置。例如可设置一短暂的报警时 间,用于只在手机掉落时提醒物主,即便物主未察觉到手机掉落,也可以避免报警声音引起他人的注意;或者可以设置一个时间段,每达到该时间段后,都会进行一次报警,直到物主进入服务应用进行解除操作。
同时,服务应用在后台关闭手机拍照功能的快门音,并根据手机的可用的存储空间的大小来确定拍照的分辨率。之后分别调用前置摄像头以及后置摄像头按照该分辨率进行拍照,并将照片保存在加密存储空间中。若物主未进入服务管理程序进行解除操作,则根据设定的时间段,再次调用前置摄像头和后置摄像头拍照。在绝大场景下,第一次拍照得到的环境信息往往最为重要,因此,作为另一种可行的方法,为节约手机的存储空间,除第一次拍照时采用较高的分辨率外,后续拍照则均使用较低的分辨率。
每隔一段时间,服务应用都会在后台调用手机的网络模块,将照片发送至物主指定的平台(如QQ、邮箱等)。如果发送成功,则将已发送的照片删除、如果发送失败,则照片保留,等待下一发送周期进行发送。
如果在照片发送成功前,用户听到警报音并拿到手机,则可以进入服务应用进行相关的解除,并删除先前拍照的存储在加密存储空间内的照片。
如果物主未能及时发现手机掉落,则通过平台调取手机拍照的照片,根据照片分析位置。若照片中恰好还拍摄到了拾取者,物主甚至还能够将其认出,并讨回手机,或者将照片作为证据交给警方处理。
综上所述,通过此实现方式,无论手机是掉落在某个未知的地方,还是被他人捡走,物主均可以获取手机四周的环境信息,帮助进行寻找。
此外,本发明的实施例还提供一种提示终端掉落的装置,如图3所示,包括:
检测模块,设置为利用终端的传感器检测该终端是否发生掉落;
拍照提示模块,设置为若所述确定模块检测到所述终端发生掉落,则控制该终端的摄像头进行拍照,并将拍照结果发送至指定平台。
通过上述描述可以知道:本发明的装置在终端掉落后启动摄像头进行拍照,并将拍照结果发送给物主指定的平台,无论终端是掉落在某个未知角落,还是被他人捡走,物主均可以根据拍照结果确定出终端周围的环境,对于寻找起到了一定的帮助。
其中,在上述基础之上,所示装置还进一步包括:
语音报警模块,设置为在所述检测模块检测出所述终端发生掉落时,控制所述终端的扬声器进行语音报警。
可见,本实施例的装置可以在终端掉落时通过语音报警向物主进行及时的提示,在物主没有察觉时,则可进一步利用拍照结果,帮助物主事后找回终端。
此外,考虑到用户只有在不使用终端时才会不知道掉落发生,因此在本发明的实施例中,所示装置,还包括:
判断模块,设置为判断所述终端是否处于待机状态;
其中,所述确定模块在所述判断模块判断出所述终端处于待机状态后,再利用终端的传感器确定该终端是否掉落。
此外,当终端可用的存储空间过小时,会不支持摄像头进行拍照,为避免该问题发生,需要根据可用的存储空间的大小来合理使用拍照的分辨率。因此,所述拍照提示模块具体包括:
空间确定子模块,设置为确定所述终端可用的存储空间的大小;
分辨率确定子模块,设置为根据所述终端可用的存储空间的大小确定出拍照的分辨率;
控制子模块,设置为控制所述终端的前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头按照确定后的分辨率进行拍照。
此外,为避免他人在捡到终端后,发现终端拍照周围环境,向物主报信,在所示控制单元,上述步骤123执行前,关闭所述终端的拍照功能的快门音。
此外,为避免拍照结果被他人发现,所述拍照结果默认保存在所述终端的加密存储空间内;为了使拍照结果不占用终端的存储空间,所述装置还包括:
删除模块,设置为在所述拍照结果被成功发送至所述指定平台后,将其从所述加密存储空间中删除。
具体地,所述传感器具体为三轴加速传感器;
所述检测模块具体包括:
加速度获取子模块,利用所述三轴加速传感器获取所述终端在X轴、Y轴以及Z轴的加速度;
计算子模块,设置为计算该X轴、Y轴以及Z轴的加速度的矢量和;
判断子模块,设置为判断所述矢量和是否大于或等于预设阈值;
确定子模块,设置为若所述矢量和大于预设阈值,则确定所述终端掉落。
显然,本实施例的装置与本发明另一实施例提供的提示终端掉落的方法相对应,均能够达到相同的技术效果。
此外,本发明还一种终端,包括摄像头以及上述的提示终端掉落的装置。终端可以是PAD、手机等设备。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种提示终端掉落的方法、装置及终端具有以下有益效果:在终端掉落后启动摄像头进行拍照,并将拍照结果发送给物主指定的平台,无论终端是掉落在某个未知角落,还是被他人捡走,物主均可以根据拍照结果确定出终端周围的环境,对于寻找起到了一定的帮助。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种提示终端掉落的方法,包括:
    利用终端的传感器检测该终端是否发生掉落;
    若检测到所述终端发生掉落,则控制该终端的摄像头进行拍照,并将拍照结果发送至指定平台。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    在检测到所述终端发生掉落时,所述方法还包括:
    控制所述终端的扬声器进行语音报警。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在利用终端的传感器检测该终端是否发生掉落之前,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述终端是否处于待机状态;
    若是,则执行所述利用终端的传感器检测该终端是否发生掉落的步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述控制该终端的摄像头进行拍照,包括:
    确定所述终端可用的存储空间的大小;
    根据所述终端可用的存储空间的大小确定出拍照的分辨率;
    控制所述终端的前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头按照确定后的分辨率进行拍照。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,
    在所述控制所述终端的前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头按照确定后的分辨率进行拍照前,还包括:
    关闭所述终端的拍照功能的快门音。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述拍照结果默认保存在所述终端的加密存储空间内;所述方法还包括:
    在所述拍照结果被成功发送至所述指定平台后,将其从所述加密存储空间中删除。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述传感器具体为三轴加速传感器;
    所述利用终端的传感器检测该终端是否发生掉落,包括:
    利用所述三轴加速传感器获取所述终端在X轴、Y轴以及Z轴的加速度;
    计算该X轴、Y轴以及Z轴的加速度的矢量和;
    判断所述矢量和是否大于预设阈值;
    若是,则确定所述终端发生掉落。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在控制所述终端的摄像头完成拍照后,若在一预设时间段内未接收到来自用户的解除操作,则重新控制所述终端的摄像头进行拍照,并将新的拍照结果发送至指定平台。
  9. 一种提示终端掉落的装置,包括:
    检测模块,设置为利用终端的传感器检测该终端是否发生掉落;
    拍照提示模块,设置为若所述确定模块检测到所述终端发生掉落,则控制该终端的摄像头进行拍照,并将拍照结果发送至指定平台。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    语音报警模块,设置为在所述检测模块检测出所述终端发生掉落时,控制所述终端的扬声器进行语音报警。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    判断模块,设置为判断所述终端是否处于待机状态;
    其中,所述确定模块在所述判断模块判断出所述终端处于待机状态后,再利用终端的传感器确定该终端是否掉落。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述拍照提示模块具体包括:
    空间确定子模块,设置为确定所述终端可用的存储空间的大小;
    分辨率确定子模块,设置为根据所述终端可用的存储空间的大小确定出拍照的分辨率;
    控制子模块,设置为控制所述终端的前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头按照确定后的分辨率进行拍照。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述传感器具体为三轴加速传感器;
    所述检测模块包括:
    加速度获取子模块,利用所述三轴加速传感器获取所述终端在X轴、Y轴以及Z轴的加速度;
    计算子模块,设置为计算该X轴、Y轴以及Z轴的加速度的矢量和;
    判断子模块,设置为判断所述矢量和是否大于或等于预设阈值;
    确定子模块,设置为若所述矢量和大于预设阈值,则确定所述终端发生掉落。
  14. 一种终端,包括摄像头,所述终端还包括有如权利要求9至13中任一项所述的提示终端掉落的装置。
