Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de commande d'assistance à distance. Le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à: faire établir, par un terminal mobile de commande, une connexion à un terminal mobile commandé; recevoir des informations d'affichage à l'écran envoyées par le terminal mobile commandé et transportant un contenu d'assistance, et afficher les informations d'affichage à l'écran sur un écran du terminal mobile de commande; et en fonction du contenu d'assistance, envoyer une instruction d'opération qui fait agir les informations d'affichage à l'écran affichées sur l'écran du terminal mobile de commande au terminal mobile commandé, et procéder à une assistance à distance sur le terminal mobile commandé en utilisant l'instruction d'opération. Au moyen de la présente invention, le problème, rencontré dans la technique apparentée, de l'impossibilité de procéder à une assistance à distance entre terminaux mobiles est résolu, ce qui a pour effets de réaliser une assistance à distance entre terminaux mobiles et d'améliorer l'agrément d'utilisation.
