Definitions
- the present invention relates to a fixture of a dental implant, and more particularly, the upper end forms a thin ridge and the lower end is formed while maximizing the alveolar bone forming a relatively wide base bone.
- the present invention relates to a fixture of a dental implant that can secure structural stability as an artificial tooth root.
- Implants which are originally meant to be a replacement when a tissue is lost, are a series of procedures in which dentists implant artificial teeth.
- the implant is implanted in the alveolar bone where the tooth falls out, and then implants a fixture, which is a tooth root made of titanium, which is not rejected to the human body to replace the lost root (root).
- a fixture which is a tooth root made of titanium, which is not rejected to the human body to replace the lost root (root).
- the surrounding teeth and bones are damaged over time, but the implants do not damage the surrounding dental tissues, and they have the advantage that they can be used semi-permanently because they have the same function or shape as natural teeth and do not cause tooth decay.
- the artificial tooth procedure also called implant or implant procedure
- Fixtures implanted for the first time during implantation usually have a straight screw shape and are classified into small, standard and large sizes according to their size.
- the operator selects and uses the size of the fixture in consideration of the shape of the alveolar bone and the shape and space of the periphery of the position where the fixture is to be placed.
- fixtures that differ only in size but have a substantially straight screw shape are generally applied to patients with conventional oral structures, especially those with normal ridges at the upper end of the alveolar bone.
- the alveolar bone is not common, for example, when the upper end of the alveolar bone is narrow, i.e., a thin ridge is formed and the basal bone at the lower end is as wide as usual, it is difficult to secure structural stability using a general fixture. .
- the present invention can be implanted while maximizing the alveolar bone forming the upper ridge (thin ridge) and the lower end forming a relatively wide base bone than the dental ridge to ensure structural stability as an artificial tooth root Provides fixtures.
- the upper end forms a thin ridge and the lower end can be implanted while making the most of the alveolar bone forming a relatively wide base bone than the silage, thereby ensuring structural stability as an artificial tooth root.
