Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a fixture of a dental implant, and more particularly, to a fixture of a dental implant that can increase the bonding area with the alveolar bone even more than conventionally.
  • Implant refers to a substitute that is originally restored when human tissue is lost, but in the dentist refers to the implantation of artificial teeth.
  • artificial roots made of titanium (Titanium) which are not rejected by the human body, are placed in the alveolar bone where the teeth fall out, and then the artificial teeth are fixed to restore the function of the teeth.
  • Implants also enhance the function of dentures and improve the esthetic aspects of dental prosthetic restorations, as well as in single missing restorations. Furthermore, it can disperse excessive stress on the surrounding supportive bone tissue, which can help stabilize the teeth.
  • Such implants generally include fixtures that are placed as artificial roots, abutments that are bonded onto the fixture, abutment screws that secure the abutments to the fixture, and artificials that are coupled to the abutments. Includes teeth.
  • the healing abutment (not shown) may be coupled to the fixture to maintain the binding state before the abutment is bonded to the fixture, that is, until the fixture is fused to the alveolar bone.

  • the male thread is formed on the outer surface of the fixture so as to be firmly coupled to the inner wall portion of the alveolar bone forming the drill hole.

  • the shape of the maxillary molar is increased by 3 roots and the surface area of the maxillary molars does not easily fall out due to the strong bonding force with the alveolar bone, but compared with the maxillary molar, the fixture shape of the conventional dental implant Is still lacking in cohesion. This fact can be confirmed that the coupling force between the fixture and the alveolar bone is lower than the mandible in the case of the maxilla during the implant procedure.
