该多个验证信息包含至少一中奖信息, 优选地, 该多个验证信息包含有多 个供抽奖的信息及多个中奖信息, 且各该中奖信息对应其中一中奖商品信息, 更仔细地说, 该多个供抽奖的信息可以但不限为一自由序号, 且该多个供抽奖 的信息彼此不相互重复, 该多个供抽奖的信息中包含有对应该多个中奖信息的 信息, 当然于其他可能实施例中该多个供抽奖的信息中包含有对应该多个中奖 信息的信息及多个个未中奖的信息。 各该验证信息可被制作于一物品以形成一 待验证的验证信息, 优选地, 该待验证的验证信息被遮蔽而可选择性地被显露 且一旦显露则无法被回复至原遮蔽的状态, 例如该待验证的验证信息以一可选 择性刮除的银漆层覆盖, 各该消费者端 4可将该银漆层刮除以取得该待验证的 验证信息, 更仔细地说, 各该消费者端 4 可通过一销售端购买其中一厂商端 2 所发售的一商品, 该商品印制有该待验证的验证信息, 由于该待验证的验证信 息以一可选择性刮除的银漆层覆盖, 当该消费者端 4取得已印制有该待验证的 验证信息的商品时, 各该消费者端 4可将该银漆层刮除以取得该待验证的验证 信息。 或者各该消费者端 4于购买其中一厂商端 2所发售的商品时, 该销售端 给予该消费者端 4一已印制有该待验证的验证信息的卷标纸张, 该消费者端 4 可将该标签纸张的银漆层刮除以取得该待验证的验证信息。 当各该消费者端 4 传送其中一待验证的验证信息至该终端服务平台 3时, 该处理单元 32可比对该 待验证的验证信息与储存单元 31中的验证信息并储存一对应的验证结果至该储 存单元 31, 较佳地, 于本实施例中该终端服务平台 3另具有一前台接口 35, 另 包含一通讯模块, 该通讯模块供显示前台接口 35, 该前台接口 35显示有各该厂 商端 2所举办的抽奖活动的名称, 各该消费者端 4可通过该通讯模块观看该前 台接口 35进一歩选取其所购买的商品所属的厂商端 2举办的抽奖活动的名称。
承上述, 要说明的是, 当各该消费者端 4选取其中一厂商端 2的抽奖活动 的名称时可链接至一输入接口 5,各该消费者端 4可于该输入接口 5传送该待验 证的验证信息, 当各该消费者端 4于该输入接口 5传送所取得的该待验证的验 证信息至该终端服务平台 3时, 该处理单元 32可比对该待验证的验证信息与储 存单元 31中的该验证信息的中奖信息, 若该待验证的验证信息与该中奖信息一 致时, 该处理单元 32 并纪录该验证结果为 "已中奖", 较佳地, 该输入接口 5 并显示一通知使该消费者端 4得知其对应的中奖商品信息, 例如一显示 "已中 奖, 中奖商品为计算机一台"等相关中奖消息的窗口画面, 此时, 该消费者端 4 可再进一歩通过该输入接口 5传送一消费者信息至该终端服务平台 3,该消费者 信息指该消费者端 4 的姓名、 电话号码、 地址或电子邮件或其他类似的联络方 式, 该处理单元 32并将该消费者信息储存至该储存单元 31, 该执行端 33并依 据该验证结果凭借该消费者信息执行一回馈手段至该消费者端 4,该回馈手段可 以但不限为寄送中奖商品等手段, 具体而言, 当各该消费者的验证结果为 "已 中奖" 时, 该执行端 33并凭借该消费者端 4所传送的消费者信息将该消费者端 4所对应的中奖额商品寄送至该消费者端 4。 如此一来, 各该消费者无须再外出 至所购买商品的商家或者店家兌换奖品, 相当便利, 而各该厂商端 2也无须再 加派人手至商家或是商店等协助兌换奖品的活动。
优选地, 各该厂商端 2可通过该终端服务平台 3取得储存于该储存单元 31 中与其对应的该多个验证信息并将各该验证信息印制于该物品的表面, 更具体 而言说, 各该厂商端 2可借由该后台接口 34下载并取得该多个验证信息, 例如 当各该厂商端 2输入其专属的账号及密码而登入该后台接口 34后可自行下载对 应该厂商端 2 的该多个验证信息, 并将各该验证信息通过一印制设备打印至任 一商品上或标签纸张上。 但不以此为限, 于其他可能实施例中, 该执行端 33并 依据该储存单元 31中的验证信息将各该验证信息印制于该物品的表面, 例如各 该厂商端 2可授权给予该终端服务平台 3, 该执行端 33并依据各该厂商端 2的 服务要求而将各该验证信息通过该印制设备打印至任一商品上或标签纸张上, 如此一来, 各该厂商端 2便无须自行寻找印制的厂商进行打印等程序, 可直接 通过该执行端 33执行此程序, 各该厂商端 2不仅可节省人力成本且能有效地降 低欲举办抽奖活动时的支出成本。
值得一提的是, 于本发明的其他实施例中可另包含一信息传送模块 36, 该 信息传送模块 36与该储存单元 31相连接, 可理解的是, 该信息传送模块 36可 为该终端服务平台 3的一部分, 或者也可为另一独立而与该储存单元 31相连接 的模块。该信息传送模块 36可依据储存单元 31的消费者信息传送一营销信息至 该消费者端 4, 该信息传送模块 36可依据储存单元 31中的消费者信息传送一营 销信息至该消费者端 4, 具体而言, 该营销信息可为优惠活动或促销折扣的广告 消息, 由于当该消费者端 4兌奖时输入该消费者信息至该终端服务平台 3时, 该储存单元 31储存有该消费者端 4的消费者信息 (手机号码、 电子邮件或地址 等),该信息传送模块 36可依据该消费者信息将该营销信息传送至该消费者端 4, 例如商家若欲进行特价或打折的优惠活动时, 借由该信息传送模块 36可传送一 活动简讯至该消费者端 4 的手机, 使使用者得知店家欲进行的优惠活动以吸引 使用者前往店家消费, 当然也可传送一电子邮件至该消费者端 4 的电子信箱或 利用邮寄方式寄送广告宣传单给予该消费者端 4, 借此达到广告宣传的目的。较 佳地, 当该处理单元 32储存该消费者信息至该储存单元 31时, 该储存单元 31 中的消费者信息与该验证信息相对应, 也即该储存单元 31储存有该消费者端 4 购买过某商品的记录, 若该项商品或同类商品欲进行优惠活动时, 该信息传送 模块 36便依据该消费者信息传送该营销信息至该消费者端 4, 如此一来, 该信 息传送模块 36可针对不同的消费者端 4的喜好或需求传送特定的营销信息, 增 进该消费者端 4消费的几率, 使营销效果进一歩提升。
于另一实施例中, 各该厂商端 2也可与该终端服务平台 3联合举行抽奖活 动, 各该厂商端 2提供资金, 依据各该出资比例并定义一出资信息, 由该终端 服务平台 3依据各该厂商端 2的出资信息 (出资比例) 分配与该出资比例相对 应的中奖信息, 该消费者端 4除参予各该厂商端 2的抽奖活动外, 也可参予该 终端服务平台 3所提供的联合抽奖。 具体的说, 该终端服务平台 3可于一特定 期间与各该厂商端 2举行联合抽奖, 各该厂商端 2提供资金, 由该终端服务平 台 3依各该厂商端 2所提供的资金总额, 提供更高价值而可吸引该消费者端 4 的奖项, 并依据各该厂商端 2所提供的资金比例分配相对应的验证信息与中奖 信息 (例如出资较多的厂商端 2所占整体中奖率的百分比大于出资较低者) 存 于该储存单元 31, 当该消费者端 4于联合抽奖活动期间至销售端购买产品, 可 额外获得该联合抽奖的待验证信息, 该消费者端 4可依据该待验证信息至该终 端服务平台 3参与抽奖活动, 该消费者端 4将该待验证信息输入于该终端服务 平台 3, 该处理单元 32可比对该待验证信息与该验证信息的中奖信息, 若该待 验证的验证信息与该中奖信息的验证结果一致时, 该消费者端 4可传送该消费 者信息至该终端服务平台 3, 该处理单元 32并将该消费者信息储存至该储存单 元 31, 该执行端 33并依据该验证结果凭借该消费者信息执行一回馈手段至该消 费者端 4。 相对地, 出资比率与中奖几率成正相关, 因而吸引该消费者端 4选择 中奖几率较高的厂商, 以获得较高的中奖几率, 近一歩提升该厂商端 2 的销售 -。
借此, 该终端服务平台不仅提供各该厂商端一个便利的抽奖平台, 更提供 多样的抽奖方式及有效的营销手段, 该厂商端可借以节省举办抽奖活动所需耗 费的人力、 物力、 时间、 金钱等, 达成更有效且便民的抽奖方式。
综上所述, 本发明的整体结构设计、 实用性及效果上, 确实是完全符合产 业上发展所需, 且所揭露的结构发明也是具有前所未有的创新构造, 所以其具 有新颖性, 另外本发明较的现有结构更具有功能增进, 因此也具有创造性。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种供举办奖励活动的网络服务系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
多个厂商端, 各该厂商端具有一身份辨识资料;
一终端服务平台, 包含一储存单元、 一处理单元及一执行端, 该储存单元、 该处理单元及该执行端彼此连接, 该储存单元储存有各该厂商端的身份辨识数 据, 当各该厂商端传送其身份辨识数据及一服务要求至该终端服务平台时, 该 处理单元依据该身份辨识数据将该服务要求及多个验证信息储存至该储存单 元, 该服务要求、 该多个验证信息与该身份辨识数据相对应, 该多个验证信息 包含至少一中奖信息, 各该验证信息可被制作于一物品以形成一待验证的验证 信息; 及
多个消费者端, 当各该消费者端传送其中一待验证的验证信息至该终端服 务平台时, 该处理单元可比对该待验证的验证信息与储存单元中的验证信息并 储存一对应的验证结果至该储存单元, 该执行端并依据该验证结果执行一回馈 手段至该消费者端。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的供举办奖励活动的网络服务系统, 其特征在于, 其中该厂商端可通过该终端服务平台取得储存于该储存单元中与其对应的该多 个验证信息并将各该验证信息印制于该物品的表面。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的供举办奖励活动的网络服务系统, 其特征在于, 其中该执行端并依据该储存单元中的验证信息将各该验证信息印制于该物品的 表面。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的供举办奖励活动的网络服务系统, 其特征在于, 其中当各该消费者端传送该待验证的验证信息至该终端服务平台时, 该处理单 元可比对该待验证的验证信息与该验证信息的中奖信息, 若该待验证的验证信 息与该中奖信息一致时, 该消费者端可传送一消费者信息至该终端服务平台, 该处理单元并将该消费者信息储存至该储存单元, 该执行端并依据该验证结果 凭借该消费者信息执行该回馈手段至该消费者端。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的供举办奖励活动的网络服务系统, 其特征在于, 还包含一信息传送模块, 该信息传送模块与该储存单元相连接, 该信息传送模 块可依据储存单元的消费者信息传送一营销信息至该消费者端。
6. 一种供举办奖励活动的网络服务系统, 其特征在于, 包含: 多个厂商端, 各该厂商端具有一身份辨识资料及一对应该身份辨识数据的 出资信息;
一终端服务平台, 包含一储存单元、 一处理单元及一执行端, 该储存单元、 该处理单元及该执行端彼此连接, 该储存单元储存有各该厂商端的身份辨识数 据、 该出资信息及多个验证信息, 该多个验证信息包含多个中奖信息, 该处理 单元可依据各该厂商端的出资信息分配该验证信息中的中奖信息的比例予各该 厂商端, 各该验证信息可被制作于一物品以形成一待验证的验证信息; 及
多个消费者端, 当各该消费者端传送其中一待验证的验证信息至该终端服 务平台时, 该处理单元可比对该待验证的验证信息与储存单元中的验证信息并 储存一对应的验证结果至该储存单元, 该执行端并依据该验证结果执行一回馈 手段至该消费者端。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的供举办奖励活动的网络服务系统, 其特征在于, 其中各该厂商端可通过该终端服务平台取得储存于该储存单元中与其对应的该 多个验证信息并将各该验证信息印制于该物品的表面。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的供举办奖励活动的网络服务系统, 其特征在于, 其中该执行端并依据该储存单元中的验证信息将各该验证信息印制于该物品的 表面。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的供举办奖励活动的网络服务系统, 其特征在于, 其中当各该消费者端传送该待验证的验证信息至该终端服务平台时, 该处理单 元可比对该待验证的验证信息与该验证信息的中奖信息及未中奖信息, 若该待 验证的验证信息与该中奖信息一致时, 该消费者端可传送一消费者信息至该终 端服务平台, 该处理单元并将该消费者信息储存至该储存单元, 该执行端并依 据该验证结果凭借该消费者信息执行该回馈手段至该消费者端。
