Abstract
Description
このコピー管理システムでは、例えば以下のシーケンスで処理を行なう。
ユーザがコンテンツ格納ディスクなどのメディアをPCや記録再生装置等のユーザ装置に装着して、ユーザ装置がネットワークを介して管理サーバに接続する。
その後ユーザ装置は、ディスク識別子(ID)等、予め規定された情報をサーバに送信する。
サーバは受信情報の正当性などを確認した後、コピー許可情報をユーザ装置に送信する。ユーザ装置はサーバからのコピー許可情報の受領を条件としてコピー処理を開始することができるというものである。
このようなコピー管理構成は、マネージドコピー(MC:Managed Copy)と呼ばれ、例えば特許文献1(特開2008-98765号公報)や、特許文献2(特開2011-222078号公報)にその詳細が記載されている。
コンテンツの区分単位であるユニットはCPSユニットとよばれ、各CPSユニットの暗号化処理や復号処理に適用する暗号鍵はCPSユニットキーやユニットキー、あるいはタイトルキーと呼ばれる。
このような携帯端末には、BDの記録フォーマットであるBDMVフォーマット対応の再生アプリケーションが搭載されているとは限らない。従って、BDの記録データを携帯端末にコピーする場合、BDMVフォーマットではない携帯端末の再生アプリケーションが再生可能なフォーマットに従ってコンテンツを記録する必要がある。

画像に適用するコーデックの差異の具体例について説明する。BDの記録画像は、例えばMPEG2符号化がなされ、再生処理においてはMPEG2符号化データを復号して再生を行なう。しかし、上述したように、コピー先のコンテンツの再生装置、例えばスマホ(スマートホン)や、タブレット端末等の携帯端末の再生アプリケーションがMPEG2の復号機能を持たない場合、復号処理が不可能となりコピーされたコンテンツを再生できなくなってしまう。
タブレット端末等の携帯端末の再生アプリケーションは、その再生アプリが再生可能な特定のフォーマットに従って記録されたデータを順次、読み出して再生処理を実行する。この再生処理シーケンスに、例えばチャプタ情報を利用した再生処理、あるいはジャケット写真の表示シーケンスが組み込まれているとする。
しかし、コピー元であるBDにBDMVフォーマットで記録されたデータにチャプタ情報やジャケット写真が含まれない場合、BD記録データを携帯端末のメディアにコピーしても、携帯端末の再生アプリケーションは再生処理に必要となるチャプタ情報やジャケット写真を読み込むことかできない。結果として再生エラーを発生させる。

本構成により、第1メディアのデータ記録フォーマットと異なるフォーマットで第2メディアにデータを記録する場合に不足データの発生を防止する構成が実現される。

まず、マネージドコピー(MC:Managed Copy)の概要、すなわち、サーバ管理に基づくコンテンツのコピー制御処理の概要について説明する。
なお、この[項目A]において説明するマネージドコピー(MC:Managed Copy)は、コピー元メディアとコピー先メディアでの記録データのフォーマットが共通する場合に一般的に行われる処理であり、本出願人が先に出願した特開2011-222078号公報に開示された処理である。
図1以下を参照してサーバ管理に基づくコンテンツのコピー制御処理の概要について説明する。
例えばBD(Blu-ray Disc(登録商標))等に記録された映画等のコンテンツの多くは、所定の著作権管理の下で利用が許容される。従って、コンテンツを記録したディスクを購入したユーザであっても、ディスク記録コンテンツの利用には一定の制限がなされる。例えばディスク記録コンテンツを他のディスク等のメディアに無制限にコピーを行うといったことは許容されない。
情報処理装置20は、この第1メディア10に記録されたコンテンツを他のメディアである第2メディア30にコピーする処理が可能となる。第2メディア30は、情報処理装置20において記録可能なメディアであり、例えばハードディスク(HDD)やフラッシュメモリ、あるいはデータ記録可能なディスク(BD,DVDなど)等のメディアである。
次に、上記のマネージドコピー(MC:Managed Copy)の対象となる著作権の管理されたコンテンツを記録したメディア(図1の第1メディア10)に記録されたデータの構成例について説明する。
図3に示す記録データは、BDMV(Blu-ray Disc Movie)フォーマットに従った記録データのディレクトリ構成を示している。

(2-3)コピーユニット識別子:管理コピー(MC:Managed Copy)のコピー単位を示すコピーユニット(MCユニット)のユニット識別情報である。
(3)コンテンツID:コピー対象となるコンテンツの識別子である。例えばコンテンツコード情報としてのISAN(International Standard Audiovisual Number)ナンバーが用いられる。
この際、コピー処理対象となるコンテンツに対応するコンテンツID等が管理サーバ140に送信される。

上記情報中(a)~(c)の各情報は、第1メディア110から読み取られる。(d)乱数は、情報処理装置120において生成する。(e)言語コードは、情報処理装置120のメモリに予め記録された言語コードを取得して送信する。
なお、言語コードは、管理サーバ140の提供する応答に含まれるオファー詳細情報の言語等を決定するために用いられる。
(1)オファー詳細情報
(1a)タイトル/要約/説明(title/abstract/description):コピー許容コンテンツに対応するタイトル、要約、説明の情報である。
(1b)コピーユニット識別子(MCU):コピー単位としてのコピーユニットを識別する識別子である。例えば1つのプレイリストによって再生されるコンテンツに対応する。
(1c)価格情報(price):コピーの価格情報である。
(1d)価格補助情報(priceInfo):価格の補助情報である。
(1e)決済サーバURL(financialHTMLURL):コピー料金の決済処理を行うサーバのアクセス情報である。
(1f)コピー先情報(mcotInfo):コピー先機器として許容されるメディアの種類等を示す情報である。例えばHDD/フラッシュメモリなどのメディア種類が記録される。
(3)コピーデータ情報(File name to be copied)(=dealManifest)
(3a)プレイリストファイル名(PlayList file name):コピー対象となるプレイリストのファイル名である。なおプレイリストの特定によりクリップ情報ファイルやクリップAVストリームファイルも特定可能となる。
(3b)CPSユニットキー情報(Index to identify the CPS Unit Key):コピーコンテンツの復号用の鍵(CPSユニットキー)の識別情報である。
(3c)コピーユニット識別子(MCUi):コピー単位を示すコピーユニット(MCU)の識別情報である。
(4)サーバ公開鍵証明書(MCScert):暗号通信、署名確認等に利用するサーバの公開鍵を格納した証明書である。
(5)署名(signature):データ全体に対する改ざん確認のための署名データである。
なお、コピーユニット(MCU)は、例えば1つのプレイリストとそのプレイリストによって再生されるコンテンツおよび再生制御情報等によって構成される。
(1)第1メディア110(コピー元メディア)からの暗号化コンテンツの読み出し、
(2)第1メディア110(コピー元メディア)対応の第1管理システムに従った暗号化コンテンツの復号処理、
(3)第2メディア150(コピー先メディア)対応の第2管理システムに従ったコンテンツの暗号化処理、
(4)暗号化コンテンツの第2メディア150(コピー先メディア)に対する記録処理、
このようなシーケンスで処理を行う。
なお、コピー先メディア(第2メディア150)対応の第2管理システムとは、AACSである場合もあるし、その他、CPRM、MagicGate、VCPSなど、メディアに応じた様々な規定に対応する管理システムが想定される。
次に、コピー元と異なるフォーマットでコピー先メディアにデータ記録を行う処理について説明する。
上述したマネージドコピー(MC:Managed Copy)は、BD(Blu-ray Disc(登録商標))において利用されるデータフォーマットであるBDMV(Blu-ray Disc Movie)フォーマットを変更することなく、他のメディアにコピーする場合には、問題が発生しない。しかし、前述したように、BDの記録データをBDMVフォーマットと異なる他のフォーマットデータで他メディアに記録すると、様々な問題が発生する可能性がある。

コピー元とコピー先のフォーマットが異なる場合、コピー元データとコピー先の画像データ間に存在し得る相違点には、例えば以下の各項目がある。

(a3)ビデオフレームレート
(a4)ビデオ最大ビットレート
例えば、上記(a1)~(a4)はデータフォーマットに応じて許容内容(コーデックの種類や許容値)が異なる。
コピー元メディアのデータフォーマット(例えばBDMV)と、コピー先メディアのデータフォーマットが異なる場合、コピー元メディアのデータをそのまま、コピー先メディアに記録しても再生エラーを発生させてしまう。これを防止するためには、上記(a1)~(a4)の要素をコピー先メディアの記録フォーマットに適合させて記録しなければならない。
コピー元とコピー先のフォーマットが異なる場合、コピー元データとコピー先の音声データ間に存在し得る相違点には、例えば以下の各項目がある。
(b1)コーデック(符号化フォーマット)
(b2)チャンネル数(2ch(ステレオ)、4~5ch(サラウンド)等)
(b3)サンプリング態様(サンプリング周波数、サンプリングサイズ)
(b4)最大ビットレート
(b5)言語(英語、日本語等)
例えば、上記(b1)~(b5)はデータフォーマットに応じて許容内容(コーデックの種類や許容値)が異なる。
例えば、コピー元メディアのデータフォーマット(例えばBDMV)と、コピー先メディアの記録データフォーマットが異なる場合、上記(b1)~(b5)の各要素をコピー先メディアのデータフォーマットが許容する構成に設定することが必要となる。
コピー元とコピー先のフォーマットが異なる場合、コピー元データとコピー先の字幕データ間に存在し得る相違点には、例えば以下の各項目がある。
(c1)字幕サイズ(水平方向と垂直方向のサイズ(画素数))
(c2)字幕用コーデック(Namespace)
(c3)字幕スキーム(字幕構成情報(XMLデータ))
(c4)字幕タイプ(contenttype)
(c5)言語(英語、日本語等)
例えば、上記(c1)~(c5)はデータフォーマットに応じて許容内容(コーデックの種類や許容値)が異なる。
例えば、コピー元メディアの記録データのデータフォーマット(例えばBDMV)と、コピー先メディアの記録データフォーマットが異なる場合、上記(c1)~(c5)の各要素をコピー先メディアのデータフォーマットが許容する構成に設定することが必要となる。
メタデータには、例えば各フォーマットの記録データの再生処理を実行する再生アプリケーションが必要とする再生制御情報や、再生コンテンツ情報などが含まれる。
具体的には、再生制御情報として利用されるチャプタ情報や、再生対象データとして利用されるジャケット写真などがある。これらは、ある特定フォーマット、例えばフォーマットAでは規定されたメタデータであり、フォーマットAのデータを再生する再生アプリケーションXは、これらのチャプタ情報や、ジャケット写真を利用した再生処理を実行する。
しかし、フォーマットAのデータを再生せず、フォーマットBのデータの再生を行なう再生アプリケーションYは、これらのチャプタ情報や、ジャケット写真を利用せずに再生処理を実行するといった場合がある。
以下、この問題を解決する本開示の構成について説明する。
以下、コピー元のデータ記録フォーマットと、コピー先のデータ記録フォーマットが異なる場合、コピー先メディアに、正常にコンテンツ再生を可能とするためのデータを不足なく記録可能とした構成について説明する。
図8に示す構成と先に説明した図1の構成との差異は、データ提供サーバ270が追加された点である。
図8に示すデータ提供サーバ270以外の構成要素は、図1に示す各構成要素とほぼ同様の処理を実行する。
情報処理装置220は、この第1メディア210に記録されたコンテンツを他のメディアである第2メディア230にコピーする処理を実行する。
一方、コピー先となる第2メディア230に対するコピーコンテンツは、第1フォーマットと異なる第2フォーマットで記録される。
例えば、第1メディア210は、BDであり、第1フォーマットはBDMVである。
一方、第2メディア230は、フラッシュメモリやHDD等のメディアであり、第2フォーマットはBDMVと異なるフォーマットである。具体的には、例えばCFF(Commom File Format)等のフォーマットである。
すなわち、コピー処理には、第1メディア210から読み出した記録データを第2メディア230に記録する処理のみならず、第1メディア210から得られないデータをデータ提供サーバ270から取得して第2メディア230に記録する処理も含む。
第1メディア210は、第1フォーマット(例えばBDMV)に従って記録されたコンテンツを格納している。
情報処理装置220は、この第1メディア10の記録データを他のメディアである第2メディア230から再生む可能とするために、コピー処理を実行する。
ただし、第2メディア230には、第1メディア210のデータ記録フォーマットと異なる第2フォーマットでコンテンツを記録する。
第2メディア230は、情報処理装置220の内部に構成された内部メディア、あるいは情報処理装置220に対して着脱可能なメディア、あるいは外部装置、例えばスマートホンやタブレット端末等の携帯端末等の外部装置に備えられた外部メディアのいずれでもよい。第2メディア230は、例えばハードディスク(HDD)やフラッシュメモリ、あるいはデータ記録可能なディスク(BD,DVDなど)等のメディアである。
このような事態を防止するため、ユーザ装置である情報処理装置220がコンテンツのコピーを実行する場合、管理サーバ250と接続し、管理サーバ50からコピー許可情報を受け取る。このコピー許可情報の受領には、例えばユーザの持つ第1メディアの正当性の確認や、所定の料金の支払い等の手続が必要となる。
第1メディア210は、例えば、ROM型のBlu-ray Disc(登録商標)、DVDディスクなどである。
第1メディア210には、先に図4を参照して説明したと同様、利用制御コンテンツであるコンテンツが記録されている。コンテンツは、例えば高精細動画像データであるHD(High Definition)映画コンテンツなどの動画コンテンツのAV(Audio Visual)ストリーム、あるいは音楽データ、ゲームプログラム、画像ファイル、音声データ、テキストデータなどからなるコンテンツである。
管理データは、先に図4を参照して説明したと同様、例えばコンテンツの著作権保護技術に関する規格管理システムであるAACS(Advanced Access Content System)の規定する管理データである。具体的には、暗号化コンテンツの復号に適用する鍵(ユニットキー)を格納したCPSユニットキーファイル、使用許諾情報、コンテンツの正当性を示すコンテンツ証明書(CC:Content Certificate)、さらに、CPSユニットキーを取得するためのメディアキーを格納した暗号鍵ブロック(MKB(Media Key Block))等が含まれる。
ただし、図8に示す第1メディア210には、先に図5を参照して説明したコピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)とは異なるデータが含まれる。
図8に示すシステムで利用されるコピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)について、図9を参照して説明する。
(2)コピーデータ情報(dealManifest)
(2-1)プレイリストファイル名:コピー対象となるプレイリストのファイル名である。
(2-2)CPSユニットキー情報:コピー対象コンテンツの復号処理に適用するCPSユニットキーの識別情報である。
(2-3)コピーユニット識別子:管理コピー(MC:Managed Copy)のコピー単位を示すコピーユニット(MCユニット)のユニット識別情報である。
(2-4)追加データ情報:第1メディアの記録コンテンツをそのまま利用して第2メディアに記録できない不足データや、その不足データを取得するためのデータアクセス情報(例えばURI)を記録している。
(3)コンテンツID:コピー対象となるコンテンツの識別子である。例えばコンテンツコード情報としてのISAN(International Standard Audiovisual Number)ナンバーが用いられる。
データアクセス情報は、図8に示すデータ提供サーバ270に格納されたデータのアクセス情報であり、例えばURI(Uniform Resource Identifier)が記録される。

図8に示す構成において、第1メディア210の記録画像データは、例えばBDMVフォーマットの許容するMPEG符号化画像データである。
しかし、このMPEG符号化画像データをそのまま、第2メディア230に記録しても、第2メディア230の記録データの再生機器において再生できない場合がある。
例えば、コピー先となる第2メディア230を装着した再生装置の再生アプリケーションが、AVC符号化データの再生が可能であるが、BDMVフォーマットのデータ再生機能を有しない場合である。
上記の(a6)に示すURIは、このような場合に第2メディア230に記録すべきAVC符号化データを取得するアクセス情報である。
上記(a6)に示すURIは、この符号化画像データ、本例ではAVC符号化画像データを取得するためのアクセス情報である。
これらの属性情報は、(a6)に示すURIによって取得される画像データを第2メディア230に記録する処理に併せて、この記録コンテンツ対応の属性情報として第2メディア230に記録される。
このように、URIによってアクセス可能な画像データとその属性情報を含むデータが、第2メディアに記録される。

図8に示す構成において、第1メディア210には、例えばBDMVフォーマットの許容する符号化音声データが記録されている。
しかし、この符号化音声データをそのまま、第2メディア230に記録しても、第2メディア230の記録データの再生機器において再生できない場合がある。
例えば、コピー先となる第2メディア230を装着した再生装置の再生アプリケーションが、BDMVフォーマット対応の符号化音声データの再生機能を有しない場合である。
上記の(b7)に示すURIは、このような場合に第2メディア230に記録すべき符号化音声データを取得するアクセス情報である。
上記(b7)に示すURIは、この符号化音声データ、本例ではAAC符号化音声データを取得するためのアクセス情報である。
これらの属性情報は、(b7)に示すURIによって取得される音声データを第2メディア230に記録する処理に併せて、この記録コンテンツ対応の属性情報として第2メディア230に記録される。
このように、URIによってアクセス可能な音声データとその属性情報を含むデータが、第2メディアに記録される。

図8に示す構成において、第1メディア210に記録されたコンテンツには、字幕データが含まれていない場合、あるいは字幕データが格納されていても、そのフォーマットでは第2メディア230に記録できない場合がある。すなわち、字幕データのフォーマットが、コピー先となる第2メディア230を装着した再生装置の再生アプリケーションが許容しないフォーマットである場合などである。
この字幕データをデータ提供サーバ270から取得して、第2メディア230に記録する。上記(c7)に示すURIは、この字幕データを取得するための字幕データ所在を示すアクセス情報である。
上記の(c1)~(c6)に記録された属性情報、およびURIによって取得される属性情報は、(c7)に示すURIによって取得される字幕データを第2メディア230に記録する処理に併せて、この記録コンテンツ対応の属性情報として第2メディア230に記録される。
このように、URIによってアクセス可能な字幕データとその属性情報を含むデータが、第2メディアに記録される。

情報処理装置220は、このようなメタデータをデータ提供サーバ270から取得して、第2メディア230に記録する。上記(d2),(d3)に示すURIは、これらのメタデータを取得するためのアクセス情報としてのURIである。
上記の(d1)に記録された属性情報は、(d2),(d3)に示すURIによって取得されるメタデータを第2メディア230に記録する処理に併せて、この記録コンテンツ対応の属性情報として第2メディア230に記録される。
このように、URIによってアクセス可能なメタデータとその属性情報を含むデータが、第2メディアに記録される。

次に、図11以下を参照して、図8に示す構成に基づいて実行されるデータコピー処理のシーケンスについて説明する。
図11、図12は、図8に示す構成に基づいて実行するデータコピー処理シーケンスを説明するシーケンス図である。
図11には、左から、コピー元となるコンテンツを格納した第1メディア210、コピー処理を実行する情報処理装置220、コピー管理を行う管理サーバ250、コピー処理に際して不足するデータ等を提供するデータ提供サーバ270を示している。
図12にも、図11と同様の構成を示している。さらに、図12には、コピー先メディアである第2メディア230を示している。
図11、図12に示す各ステップ(S31~S38)の各処理について順次、説明する。
情報処理装置220は、まず、ステップS31において、第1メディア210に記録されているコピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)を読み取る。
図9を参照して説明したコピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)であり、「追加データ情報」が記録されたコピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)である。
次に、情報処理装置220は、ステップS32において、コピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)に記録されたサーバアクセス情報(URI)を適用して、管理サーバ250にコピー実行要求(Offer Request)を送信する。
この際、コピー処理対象となるコンテンツに対応するコンテンツID等が管理サーバ250に送信される。
なお、コピー処理は、例えばコピー元コンテンツの記録メディアである第1メディア210に設定されているプレイリスト単位で実行され、コンテンツIDは、コピー対象としてのプレイリストの指定識別子に対応する。

なお、言語コードは、例えば管理サーバ250の提供する応答に含まれるオファー詳細情報の言語の指定情報等として用いられる。
管理サーバ250は、情報処理装置220から受信したコンテンツID等の受信情報の正当性等の検証処理を実行し、問題がないことが確認された場合、サーバ応答情報(Offer Response)を生成して情報処理装置120に送信する。

次に、サーバ応答情報(Offer Response)を受領した情報処理装置220は、管理サーバ250との間でコピー処理に伴う決済処理を実行する。具体的には、情報処理装置120と管理サーバ250との間で決済データ132の転送処理等が行われる。なお、決済処理を実行するサーバは管理サーバと異なる決済サーバとしてもよい。また、コピー処理が無料に設定されたコンテンツのコピーを実行する場合は、決済処理は省略される。
必要に応じて実行される決済処理の完了後、ステップS35において情報処理装置220は管理サーバ250にコピー許可情報の要求を送信し、管理サーバ250は、情報処理装置220からのコピー許可情報要求に応じて、決済がなされていることを確認してコピー許可情報を生成して情報処理装置220に送信する。
情報処理装置220は、管理サーバ250からのコピー許可情報の受領後、第1メディア210から取得したコピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)の「追加データ情報」記録領域に記録されたURIを読み取る。図9、図10を参照して説明した第2メディア230に記録する画像データ、音声データ、字幕データ、メタデータを取得するためのアクセス用URIである。
情報処理装置220は、コピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)の「追加データ情報」に記録されたURIを適用して、データ提供サーバ270にアクセスを行い、第2メディア230に記録する画像データ、音声データ、字幕データ、メタデータを取得する。
情報処理装置220は、ステップS38において、第2メディア230に対するデータ記録を実行する。
この記録データは、例えば以下のデータによって構成される。
第1メディア210から読み取ったデータ、
コピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)の「追加データ情報」記録領域に記録された情報、
さらに「追加データ情報」記録領域に記録されたURIを適用してデータ提供サーバ270から取得した情報、
情報処理装置220は、これらの情報を第2メディア230に記録する。
次に、上述した実施例の変形例について説明する。
上述した実施例では、コピー処理を実行する情報処理装置220が、コピー元コンテンツを記録した第1メディア210から取得できないデータをコンテンツ提供サーバ270から取得して、取得データを第2メディア230に記録する構成について説明した。
すなわちダウンロード処理は、第2メディア230を利用した再生処理を実行する再生装置側で実行する構成とする。
このような構成とすれば、コピー処理を行なう情報処理装置220は、コピー処理時のデータダウンロードを行う必要がなくなり、コピー処理における負荷が軽減される。
上述した実施例では、コピー処理における不足情報とその取得先(URI)を第1メディア210に記録したコピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)の「追加データ情報」として記録した構成を説明した。
例えば図9に示すシーケンス図のステップS33において管理サーバ250から情報処理装置220に送信するサーバ応答情報(Offer Response)、あるいは、ステップS35において管理サーバ250から情報処理装置220に送信するコピー許可情報(Grant Permission)に「追加データ情報」を含めて情報処理装置220に提供する構成としてもよい。
このようなに構成とすることで、追加データの変更があった場合に、その変更に容易に対応することが可能となる。
上述した実施例では、コピー元コンテンツを記録した第1メディア210のコピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)に、コピー処理における不足情報とその取得先(URI)を記録している。この実施例において、コピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)に記録される不足データの取得先情報はデータ提供サーバ270のアクセス情報である。具体的には、例えばデータ提供サーバ270内のデータベースをアクセスするためのURI(Uniform Resource Identifier)である。
例えばコピー元コンテンツを記録した第1メディア210に、コピー用のデータを記録したデータ記録領域を設定する。
さらに、第1メディア210のコピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)に、コピー処理における不足情報の取得先情報として、この第1メディア210のコピー用データ記録領域のアクセス情報を記録する。

これらの異なるフォーマットデータを1つの情報記録媒体に格納し、一方を再生専用のデータとし、他方をコピー用のデータとするといったデータ提供、利用構成が実現される。
最後に、本開示の一実施例に係る情報処理装置220の構成例について図13を参照して説明する。情報処理装置220は、例えば、コピー元コンテンツの記録メディアである第1メディア210を装着可能な構成を持つ。
第1メディアインタフェース506は、第1メディア210を利用したデータ記録、再生、コピー処理に適用されるインタフェースである。データ処理部501の要求に従って、第1メディア110を利用したデータ書き込み、データ読み取り処理、データコピー処理などを行う。
第2メディアインタフェース507は、フラッシュメモリ、ハードディスク、BD等、各種メディアのドライブ、あるいは、USBケーブル、あるいは通信部等によって構成され、第2メディアインタフェース507を介して第2メディア230、あるいは第2メディア230を装着した情報処理装置にアクセスを行い、コピー処理に伴う記録データの出力等が実行される。
さらに、第1メディア210に記録されたコピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF:Managed Copy Manifest File)の追加データ情報として記録されたURIを適用したデータ取得処理を行なう。
次に、BDMVフォーマットデータをMP4フォーマットデータに変換する際に、MP4フォーマット特有の再生データ種類別の属性情報を記録する実施例について説明する。
MP4フォーマットデータは、画像、音声、字幕等、データ種類別の属性情報、例えばコーデック情報等をデータ種類別の属性情報格納領域に記録する構成を有している。しかし、BDMVフォーマットデータには、このMP4特有の属性情報と同様のデータ種類別の属性情報を格納したファイルが設定されていないという問題がある。
まず、本実施例に係る情報処理装置の構成と処理の概要について説明する。
図14は、本開示の一実施例に係る情報処理装置600の構成例を示すブロック図である。情報処理装置600は、例えばBD(Blu-ray(登録商標) Disc)等の情報記録媒体である第1メディア610に記録されたデータを読み出し、フラッシュメモリ等の情報記録媒体である第2メディア620に記録する、いわゆるコピー処理を行なう。
あるいは、通信部603を介して入力したデータをラッシュメモリ等の第2メディア620に記録する処理を行なう。
情報処理装置600は、第2メディア620に対するデータ記録処理に際して、BDMVフォーマットからMP4フォーマットへのフォーマット変換を実行する。
また、入力部602は、メディアに記録する画像や音声等を入力する撮像部、マイクを持つ構成としてもよい。
通信部603は、例えば外部サーバ、あるいは外部機器との通信を行い、メディアに対する記録データや、記録データに関する制御情報、あるいはコピー処理の許可情報の取得など、各種の通信処理に利用される。
具体的には、第2メディア620に対するデータ記録時に第1メディア610から読み出したデータ、あるいは通信部603を介して入力したデータを一時的に格納する領域としても利用される。
記憶部604は、例えばRAM、ROM等によって構成される。
出力部605は、メディアからの再生データの出力処理に用いられ、さらに第2メディア620に対するデータ記録処理の進行状況の表示、ユーザに対するメッセージ表示などに利用され、ディスプレイやスピーカ等によって構成される。
データ変換部608は、第1メディア610の記録データ、あるいは通信部603を介して入力するデータのフォーマットである第1フォーマットのデータを、データ記録先である第2メディア620に記録する際のデータフォーマットである第2フォーマットに変換するフォーマット変換処理を実行する。このデータ変換部608の詳細構成と処理については後述する。
なお、第1フォーマットとは、例えはBDMVフォーマットデータであり、第2フォーマットは、MP4フォーマットデータである。
なお、第1メディア610、第2メディア620は、上記の組み合わせに限らず、様々な組み合わせが可能である。
図15に示すように、データ変換部608は、データ解析部651、画像データ変換部652、音声データ変換部653、字幕データ変換部654、多重化処理実行部655を有する。

音声データ変換部653は、MP4フォーマットの音声データを生成して多重化処理実行部655に出力する。

すなわち、画像データ変換部652、音声データ変換部653、字幕データ変換部654の各々は、入力データである第1フォーマット(例えばBDMV)の符号化態様(例えばMPEG2)に応じた復号処理を実行し、第2メディア620に対する記録フォーマットである第2フォーマット(例えばMP4)の符号化態様に応じた符号化処理を実行する。
さらに、第2メディア620に対する記録データを暗号化データとする必要がある場合には、画像データ変換部652、音声データ変換部653、字幕データ変換部654の各々は、既定の暗号アルゴリズムに従った暗号化処理を実行する。

クリップAVストリームファイルに含まれるデータの詳細情報、例えばMPEGデータのIピクチャ位置情報などを記録したEPマップなどの管理情報がクリップ情報ファイルに記録される。
プレイリスト(PlayList)ファイルには、1つ以上のプレイアイテム(PlayItem)が設定され、プレイアイテムの各々が、クリップ(=クリップ情報ファイル+クリップAVストリームファイル)レイヤに含まれる再生可能データに対する再生区間の指定情報を有する。
1)MPEG2トランスポートストリームファイルは、整数個のアラインドユニット(Aligned unit)から構成される。
2)アラインドユニット(Aligned unit)の大きさは、6kB(=6144バイト(2048×3バイト))である。
3)アラインドユニット(Aligned unit)は、ソースパケットの第一バイト目から始まる。
4)ソースパケットは、192バイト長である。一つのソースパケットは、TP_extra_headerとトランスポートパケット(TSパケット)から成る。TP_extra_headerは、4バイト長であり、またトランスポートパケット(TSパケット)は、188バイト長である。
5)トランスポートパケット(TSパケット)はヘッダ(TPヘッダ)とペイロード部を有する。1つのTSパケットのペイロードには画像、音声等、いずれか一種類のデータの符号化データが格納される。
6)トランスポートパケット(TSパケット)のヘッダ(TPヘッダ)にはペイロードのデータ種類を示すPID(プログラムID)が記録される。
7)トランスポートパケット(TSパケット)のペイロードは画像や音声等の符号化データであるエレメンタリストリーム(ES)を格納したパケット(パケタイズドエレメンタリストリーム(PES))とPESヘッダ等によって構成される。
8)PESヘッダには、後続のPESパケットに格納されたエレメンタリストリーム(ES)の再生時間情報を示すプレゼンテーションタイムスタンプ(PTS)が記録される。
次に、図19以下を参照してMP4ファイルフォーマットの概要について説明する。
図19には、ISO/IECC14496-14で規定されたMP4ファイルフォーマットの例として、以下の2つの例を示している。
(a)フラグメンテッド(分割型)MP4ファイル(fragmented movie)
(b)ノンフラグメンテッド(非分割型)MP4ファイル(Non-fragmented movie)
これら図19(a),(b)に示すMP4ファイルは、MP4フォーマットに従ったデータの記録あるいは再生処理における1つの処理単位として設定されるファイルである。
(b)ノンフラグメンテッド(非分割型)MP4ファイル(Non-fragmented movie)は、再生対象データである画像や音声などのデータを分割せずに格納したファイルフォーマットである。
各ボックスは、ボックスサイズ(box-size)、ボックスタイプ(box-type)、ボックスデータ(box-data)の各領域を有する。
ボックスサイズ(box-size)には、ボックスのデータ長(バイトサイズ)が記録される。
ボックスタイプ(box-type)には、ボックスに格納するデータの種類が記録される。
ボックスデータ(box-data)には、ボックスタイプで示される種類のデータが記録される。

また、MP4ファイルの格納音声データに複数の異なる音声データ、例えば日本語音声、英語音声等が含まれる場合には、これらの音声種類に応じて個別のtrakボックスを設定可能である。
同様に、MP4ファイルの格納字幕データに複数の異なる字幕データ、例えば日本語字幕、英語字幕等が含まれる場合には、これらの字幕種類に応じて個別のtrakボックスを設定可能である。
図19(b)に示すノンフラグメンテッド(非分割型)MP4ファイルには、以下のタイプのボックスが設定される。

moovボックスには、再生対象データである実データ(mdat)に対応して設定されるメタデータ、例えば再生対象実データ(mdat)の属性や再生制御情報を含むメタデータが格納される。

MP4フォーマットに関する規格化団体であるDECE(Digital Entertainment Content Ecoststem)は、MP4ベースの新たなファイルフォーマットとしてCFF(Common File Format)を規格化した。このCFFについて、図20を参照して説明する。

しかし、図20に示すCFF(Common File Format)では、1つのmdatボックスには、1つの種類のデータのみしか格納してはならないという制約が設けられている。
従ってmdatボックス対応のメタデータ格納領域であるmoofボックスも、画像、音声、字幕いずれか一種類のデータに対応して設定されるメタデータを格納する設定となる。
CFF(Common File Format)では、1つのmdatボックスには画像サンプルのみの集合、あるいは音声サンプルのみの集合、または字幕サンプルのみの集合、いずれか同一種類のデータサンプルの集合が格納されることになる。

図19、図20を参照して説明したMP4フォーマットに従って生成されるMP4(CFF)ファイルのmoovボックス内のtrakボックスには、図21に示すようにサンプルテーブルボックス(Sample Table Box)が記録される。
サンプルテーブルボックス(Sample Table Box)には、各サンプルのコーデック情報等の属性情報(メタデータ)を記録するサンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)が設定される。
サンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)は、MP4(CFF)ファイルのmdatボックスに格納する画像、音声、字幕等の各データ種別とデータ形式に応じて設定される。

例えば、図22に示すように、以下の属性情報が記録される。
MP4(CFF)ファイルにおいて、画像データは例えばAVC、HEVC等の符号化処理によって符号化され、符号化画像データがmdatボックスに格納される。
これらの画像データに対応して設定されるサンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)には、例えば以下の各情報を記録する。
(1)画像(Video)の幅(画素数)
(2)画像(Video)の透過性情報

MP4(CFF)ファイルにおいて、音声データは例えばAC3、MPEG4-ACC、Dolby等の符号化処理に従って符号化され、符号化音声データがmdatボックスに格納される。
これらの音声データに対応して設定されるサンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)には、例えば以下の各情報を記録する。
(1)ビットレート情報
(2)コーデック関連情報
例えば、これらの音声属性情報がサンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)に記録される。
なお、この他、AC3、MPEG4-ACC、Dolby等のデータ形式に応じて様々な情報が記録される。
MP4(CFF)ファイルにおいて、字幕データは例えばSMPTE-TIMEDText等の符号化データ形式に従って符号化され、符号化字幕データがmdatボックスに格納される。
これらの字幕データに対応して設定されるサンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)には、例えば以下の各情報を記録する。
(1)コーデック関連情報
例えば、SMPTE-TT形式の符号化データにおいてれ用される名前空間情報やスキーマURL等の字幕属性情報がサンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)に記録される。
なお、この他、データ形式に応じて様々な情報が記録される。
次に、本開示の情報処理装置600が実行するデータフォーマットの変換処理例について説明する。
本開示の情報処理装置は、BDMVフォーマットのデータをMP4形式のデータ、具体的には、図20、図21等を参照して説明したCFF(Common File Format)に変換する処理を実行する。
BDMVフォーマットデータを変換してMP4フォーマットデータを生成する場合、BDMVデータのどのデータ単位で1つのMP4ファイルを生成するかについては様々な設定が可能となる。

なお、このデータの分割格納処理を行なう場合、CFFファイルの規定に従って、各mdatには、画像音声、字幕のいずれか一種類のデータのみを個別に格納する。
各mdatボックスの格納データのみに適用する制御情報については、各mdatボックスに対応付けられたmoofボックスに格納し、複数のmdatボックスの格納データに関連する制御情報についてはmoovボックスに格納する。
このような処理によって、BDMVフォーマットデータがMP4フォーマット(CFF)データに変換されて1つのCFFファイルが生成される。なお、プレイリストは、図24に示すように、様々な設定例がある。
BDMVフォーマットデータをフォーマット変換してCFFファイル等のMP4ファイルを生成してメディアに記録する場合、BDMVデータに含まれる既存データ、すなわち、
プレイリストファイル、
クリップ情報ファイル、
クリップAVストリームファイル、
これらの既存ファイルを解析して、MP4(CFF)ファイルに記録すべきサンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)の記録データを生成することは現実的には困難である。
従って、フォーマット変換を行ってMP4(CFF)ファイルを生成する場合でも、サンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)を生成して記録する処理が不可欠となる。
サンプル情報ファイル821は、MP4(CFF)ファイルのサンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)に記録するデータを記録したファイルである。
すなわちMP4(CFF)ファイルに記録するサンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)各々に対応する個別のファイルとして記録する。

これらの各データ種別、データ形式に応じた属性情報、すなわち、先に図22を参照して説明した情報を個別のサンプル情報ファイルに記録してBDMVデータの構成ファイルとして記録する。
具体的には、例えば、あるプレイリストファイルAに従って再生されるデータに対応するサンプル情報ファイルのファイル識別子を、そのプレイリストファイルAのファイル識別子に一致する設定とする。

拡張子=avcは、そのサンプル情報ファイルに格納されたサンプル情報がavc画像データに対応するサンプル情報であることを示す。
拡張子=hevcは、そのサンプル情報ファイルに格納されたサンプル情報がhevc画像データに対応するサンプル情報であることを示す。
拡張子=ac3は、そのサンプル情報ファイルに格納されたサンプル情報がac3音声データに対応するサンプル情報であることを示す。
拡張子=m4acは、そのサンプル情報ファイルに格納されたサンプル情報がMPEG4-AAC音声データに対応するサンプル情報であることを示す。
拡張子=dbyは、そのサンプル情報ファイルに格納されたサンプル情報がDolby音声データに対応するサンプル情報であることを示す。
拡張子=smptは、そのサンプル情報ファイルに格納されたサンプル情報がSMPTE-TT字幕データに対応するサンプル情報であることを示す。
この設定により、BDMVフォーマット変換を実行する情報処理装置は、変換対象として選択したプレイリストファイルのファイル識別子に基づいて取得すべきサンプル情報ファイルを確実に選択することができる。
すなわち、変換対象として選択したプレイリストファイルのファイル識別子と同じファイル識別子を持つサンプル情報ファイルを選択すればよい。
拡張子に基づいて、各サンプル情報ファイルの格納データを、MP4(CFF)ファイルのmoovボックス内にデータ種類別に設定される複数のtrakボックスのどのtrakボックスに記録すべきかを判別することができる。
なお、先に図21等を参照して説明したように、MP4(CFF)ファイルのmoovボックス内には、データ種類別に複数のtrakボックスが設定され、各trakボックスにサンプルテーブルボックスが設定され、サンプルテーブルボックスにサンプル情報ボックスが設定される。
これらのファイルのファイル名は例えば上述したように同一の設定とする。
次に、図26に示すフローチャートを参照して情報処理装置600の実行するフォーマット変換処理のシーケンスについて説明する。
フローに示す各ステップの処理について、順次、説明する。
まず、情報処理装置は、変換対象となるBDMVフォーマットデータをメディア、または外部サーバ等から入力し、入力データから変換対象とするプレイリストファイルを取得する。
次に、変換対象として選択したプレイリストファイルに対応するサンプル情報ファイルがあるか否かを検索する。
これは、例えばプレイリストファイル名に対応するサンプル情報ファイルがあるか否かの検索処理として実行される。
すなわち、例えば、図14に示す情報処理装置600が、第1メディア610の記録データを第2メディア620に記録するコピー処理を行なう場合、外部の管理サーバからのコピー許可情報を受信しなければならない。このようなコピー管理システムに従った処理を行なう場合、情報処理装置600は、まず、第1メディア610に記録されたコピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF:Managed Copy Manifest File)を読み取る。
このような処理を行なう場合は、情報処理装置600は、コピー制御管理ファイル(MCMF)に記録されたプレイリストファイルのファイル名に基づいてサンプル情報ファイルを検索してもよい。
ステップS103において、変換対象として選択したプレイリストファイルに対応するサンプル情報ファイルが検出されたか否かを判定し、検出された場合は、ステップS104に進み、検出されない場合はステップS105に進む。
変換対象として選択したプレイリストファイルに対応するサンプル情報ファイルが検出された場合、ステップS104において、そのサンプル情報ファイルを取得する。
次に、ステップS105において、変換対象として選択したプレイリストファイルによって指定されるクリップ情報ファイルと、そのクリップ情報ファイルに対応付けられたクリップAVストリームファイルを取得する。
次に、ステップS106において、クリップAVストリームファイルに格納された画像、音声、字幕の各データをデータの種類ごとに分離する。この処理は、図15に示すデータ変換部608のデータ解析部651の実行する処理である。
次に、ステップS107において、画像、音声、字幕の各データのフォーマット変換を実行して、MP4(CCF)ファイルのmdatボックス各々に格納するデータを生成する。
この処理は、図15に示すデータ変換部608の画像データ変換部652、音声データ変換部653、字幕データ変換部654の実行する処理である。
次に、ステップS108において、プレイリストファイル、クリップ情報ファイル、サンプル情報ファイルの内容を解析して、MP4(CFF)ファイルのメタデータ記録ボックス(moov/trak/moof/traf)に格納するデータを生成する。
この処理は、図14に示す制御部601と図15に示すデータ変換部608の多重化処理部655において実行される処理である。
サンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)に対する記録データは、ステップS104において取得したサンプル情報ファイルから取得する。
次に、ステップS109において、MP4(CFF)ファイルのボックス(moov/trak/moof/traf/mdat)にデータを格納してMP4(CFF)ファイルを生成する。
この処理は、図14に示す制御部601と図15に示すデータ変換部608の多重化処理部655において実行される処理である。
生成したMP4(CFF)ファイルを第2メディアに記録して処理が完了する。
BDMVフォーマットデータは、例えば、BD-ROM等の第1メディア610に記録されたデータである。変換後のMP4(CFF)ファイルはフラッシュメモリ等の第2メディア620に記録されたデータである。
この変換対象プレイリストファイル[00001.mpls]によって再生対象として選択されるクリップAVストリームファイルが、クリップAVストリームファイル[01001.m2ts]であるとする。
画像データ(AVC)831、

これらの各データを生成してCFFファイルのmdatボックスに分割して格納する。
サンプル情報ファイルは、変換対象として選択したプレイリストファイルのファイル名[00001.mpls]と同一のファイル名を持つサンプル情報ファイルを選択すればよい。

なお、各trakは各データ種類、形式別に設定されており、情報処理装置は、サンプル情報ファィルの拡張子に基づいて、データ種類、形式を判別して、対応するtrakボックスを選択して選択したtrakボックスのサンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)に各データを記録する。

これらの各サンプル情報が、CCFファイルのmoovボックスの各trakボックッスに設定されたサンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)に記録される。
なお、図28に示す例は、第1メディア610に記録されたBDMVフォーマットデータを読み取って、MP4フォーマットデータに変換して第2メディア620に記録する場合のデータの流れを示している。
プレイリストファイル[00001.mpls]
とする。
まず、制御部601は、このプレイリストファイル[00001.mpls]を第1メディア610から読み取り、記憶部604に格納する。
検索処理はファイル名に基づいて実行する。すなわち、プレイリストファイル[00001.mpls]と同じファイル名を有するサンプル情報ファイルがあるか否かを検索する。
画像データ(AVC)対応サンプル情報ファイル[00001.avc]
音声データ(AC3)対応サンプル情報ファイル[00001.ac3]
字幕データ(SMPTE-TT)対応サンプル情報ファイル[00001.smpt]
これらのファイルを検出する。
これらのサンプル情報ファイルを第1メディア610から読み取り、記憶部604に格納する。
取得ファイルを、以下のファイルとする。
クリップ情報ファイル[00011.clpi]
クリップAVストリームファイル[00011.m2ts]
クリップ情報ファイル[00011.clpi]
これらのファイルは記憶部604に格納する。
また、
クリップAVストリームファイル[00011.m2ts]
これらのファイルは、データバッファ607を介してデータ変換部608に入力する。
なお、画像データ変換部652、音声データ変換部653、字幕データ変換部654の各々は、各データのフォーマット変換処理に際して、必要な復号処理と符号化処理、暗号化処理等を実行する。
(a)画像データ生成部652の生成した第2フォーマット(MP4)形式の画像フォーマットデータ、
(b)音声データ生成部653の生成した第2フォーマット(MP4)形式の音声フォーマットデータ、
(c)字幕データ生成部654の生成した第2フォーマット(MP4)形式の字幕フォーマットデータ、
(d)プレイリストファイル、クリップ情報ファイル等の再生制御情報ファイルから取得し、記憶部604に格納した再生制御データ、
(e)サンプル情報ファイルから取得し、記憶部604に格納したサンプル情報、
これらの各データの多重化処理を実行して、第2フォーマット(MP4)形式の記録データを生成する。

これらのファイルである。
また、各データ種別、データ形式別の以下のサンプル情報ファイル、
画像データ(AVC)対応サンプル情報ファイル[00001.avc]
音声データ(AC3)対応サンプル情報ファイル[00001.ac3]
字幕データ(SMPTE-TT)対応サンプル情報ファイル[00001.smpt]
これらのサンプル情報ファイルも記憶部604に一時的に格納される。
情報処理装置は、このサンプル情報ファイルに記録されたデータをMP4(CCF)ファイルのmoovボックスのtrakボックス内のサンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)に記録する。
しかし、前述したようにフォーマット変換処理の対象となるデータは通信部603を介して外部入力するデータであってもよく、この場合、図28に示す第1メディア610からの読み出しデータは、すべて通信部603を介して入力される設定となる。
図28を参照して説明したように、フォーマット変換の対象となるデータは、BD等の第1メディア610、あるいは通信部603を介して外部から入力することが可能である。
情報処理装置600は、BDMVフォーマットデータを記録した第1メディア610から変換対象のプレイリストファイルを取得し、取得したプレイリストファイルの識別情報をサーバ900に送信する。
以上、説明したように、本実施例の構成によれば、BDMVデータをMP4ファイルに変換して記録する場合に、MP4ファイルのサンプル情報ボックス記録用データを取得して記録する構成が実現される。
具体的には、制御部がフォーマット変換処理に適用する情報を取得し、データ変換部は、BDMVフォーマットデータをMP4フォーマットデータに変換する処理を実行する。制御部は、BDMVフォーマットデータから変換対象となるプレイリストファイルを選択し、選択したプレイリストファイルに対応するファイル名を有するデータ種類別の属性情報格納ファイルであるサンプル情報ファイルを取得する。データ変換部は、サンプル情報ファイルから取得したデータを、MP4フォーマットデータに規定されるサンプル情報ボックス(Sample Description Box)に記録する。
本構成により、BDMVデータをMP4ファイルに変換して記録する場合に、MP4ファイルのサンプル情報ボックス記録用データを取得して記録する構成が実現される。
以上、特定の実施例を参照しながら、本開示の実施例について詳解してきた。しかしながら、本開示の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で当業者が実施例の修正や代用を成し得ることは自明である。すなわち、例示という形態で本発明を開示してきたのであり、限定的に解釈されるべきではない。本開示の要旨を判断するためには、特許請求の範囲の欄を参酌すべきである。
(1) 第1メディアの記録データを読み取り、第2メディアに対するデータ記録処理、または第2メディアに対する記録データの出力処理を実行するデータ処理部と、
管理サーバ、およびデータ提供サーバとの通信を実行する通信部を有し、
前記データ処理部は、
前記第1メディアの記録データを前記第2メディアに記録するコピー処理に際して、
前記管理サーバからのコピー許可情報の受領処理と、
前記第1メディアから直接取得できない追加データを、前記データ提供サーバから取得する処理を実行し、
前記データ提供サーバから取得した追加データを含むデータを前記第2メディアに対する記録データとして出力する情報処理装置。

前記追加データのアクセス情報を含むデータを前記第2メディアに対する記録データとして出力する情報処理装置。
前記コンテンツに対応するコピー制御管理ファイルを格納し、
前記コピー制御管理ファイルは、
情報記録媒体から直接読み取ることのできない追加データのアクセス情報を記録したファイルであり、
コピー処理を実行する情報処理装置が、前記アクセス情報を適用して追加データを外部サーバから取得してコピー先メディアに対する記録データとして設定することを可能とした情報記録媒体。
前記情報処理装置に対してコピー許可情報を出力する管理サーバと、
前記情報処理装置に対してデータ提供処理を実行するデータ提供サーバを有する上方処理システムであり、
前記情報処理装置は、
第1メディアの記録データを読み取り、第2メディアに対するデータ記録処理、または第2メディアに対する記録データの出力処理を実行するデータ処理部と、
前記管理サーバ、および前記データ提供サーバとの通信を実行する通信部を有し、
前記データ処理部は、
前記第1メディアの記録データを前記第2メディアに記録するコピー処理に際して、
前記管理サーバからのコピー許可情報の受領処理と、
前記第1メディアから直接取得できない追加データを、前記データ提供サーバから取得する処理を実行し、

データ変換部の実行する変換処理に適用する情報取得を行なう制御部と、
前記データ変換部の変換データを情報記録媒体に記録する記録部を有し、

再生データ種類別の属性情報を、前記第1データフォーマットに設定された再生データ種類別の属性情報格納ファイルから取得し、
前記データ変換部は、
前記再生データ種類別の属性情報を前記第2データフォーマットの構成データとして設定し、
前記記録部は、
前記データ変換部の生成した第2フォーマットデータを情報記録媒体に記録する情報記録装置。
前記データ処理部は、
BDMVフォーマットデータのプレイリストによる再生対象データのデータ種類別の属性情報を個別に格納したサンプル情報ファイルを生成し、
生成したサンプル情報ファイルを前記プレイリストに対応付けて情報記録媒体に記録する情報記録装置。
前記ストリームファイルの再生制御情報を格納したプレイリストファイルと、
前記プレイリストによる再生対象データのデータ種類別の属性情報を個別に格納したサンプル情報ファイルを記録データとして格納した情報記録媒体であり、
前記情報記録媒体格納データのフォーマット変換を実行する情報処理装置が、前記サンプル情報ファイルの記録データを取得して、変換後のフォーマットデータの構成データとして記録することを可能とした情報記録媒体。
前記情報処理装置は、
第1データフォーマットから第2データフォーマットへのフォーマット変換を実行するデータ変換部と、
データ変換部の実行する変換処理に適用する情報取得を行なう制御部を有し、
前記制御部が、
再生データ種類別の属性情報を、前記第1データフォーマットに設定された再生データ種類別の属性情報格納ファイルから取得し、
前記データ変換部が、
前記再生データ種類別の属性情報を前記第2データフォーマットの構成データとして記録する情報処理方法。
前記情報処理装置は、
第1データフォーマットから第2データフォーマットへのフォーマット変換を実行するデータ変換部と、
データ変換部の実行する変換処理に適用する情報取得を行なう制御部を有し、
前記プログラムは、前記制御部に、
再生データ種類別の属性情報を、前記第1データフォーマットに設定された再生データ種類別の属性情報格納ファイルから取得させ、
前記データ変換部に、
前記再生データ種類別の属性情報を前記第2データフォーマットの構成データとして記録させるプログラム。
具体的には、第1メディアの記録データを読み取り、第2メディアに対するデータ記録処理を実行する情報処理装置が、管理サーバからのコピー許可情報を受領し、第1メディアから直接取得できない追加データを、データ提供サーバから取得する。情報処理装置は、第1メディアに記録されたコピー制御管理ファイルを読み取り、コピー制御管理ファイルに記録されたアクセス情報を適用して追加データに対するアクセス、および取得処理を実行し、取得した追加データを含むデータを第2メディアに対する記録データとして利用する。
本構成により、第1メディアのデータ記録フォーマットと異なるフォーマットで第2メディアにデータを記録する場合に不足データの発生を防止する構成が実現される。

管理サーバ、およびデータ提供サーバとの通信を実行する通信部を有し、
前記データ処理部は、
前記第1メディアの記録データを前記第2メディアに記録するコピー処理に際して、
前記管理サーバからのコピー許可情報の受領処理と、
前記第1メディアから直接取得できない追加データを、前記データ提供サーバから取得する処理を実行し、
前記データ提供サーバから取得した追加データを含むデータを前記第2メディアに対する記録データとして出力する情報処理装置。 - 前記第2メディアの記録データのデータフォーマットは、前記第1メディアの記録データのデータフォーマットと異なるフォーマットであり、
前記追加データは、フォーマットの差異に起因して発生する追加データであり、
前記データ処理部は、
前記第1メディアと第2メディアの記録データのデータフォーマットの差異に起因して発生する追加データを前記データ提供サーバから取得する請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記データ処理部は、
前記第1メディアに記録されたコピー制御管理ファイルを読み取り、コピー制御管理ファイルに記録されたアクセス情報を適用して前記追加データに対するアクセス、および取得処理を実行する請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記コピー制御管理ファイルは、コピー制御管理ファイルに記録されたアクセス情報によって取得可能なデータの属性情報、または属性情報のアクセス情報が記録され、
前記データ処理部は、
前記コピー制御管理ファイルに記録された属性情報、または属性情報のアクセス情報を適用して取得した属性情報を前記第2メディアに対する記録データとして出力する請求項3に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記コピー制御管理ファイルは、コピー処理単位で追加データを記録した構成を有し、
前記データ処理部は、
コピー処理予定のデータを特定し、前記コピー制御管理ファイルから、特定したコピー処理対応の追加データのアクセス情報を読み取る請求項3に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記追加データには、前記第1メディアに記録されたデータと異なる符号化態様のデータが含まれ、
前記データ処理部は、
前記第1メディアに記録されたデータと異なる符号化態様のデータを前記データ提供サーバから取得する請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記追加データには、前記第1メディアに記録されたメタデータと異なるメタデータが含まれ、

前記第1メディアに記録されたメタデータと異なるメタデータを前記データ提供サーバから取得する請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記追加データは、前記第1メディアの記録データと異なる画像データ、または音声データ、または字幕データ、またはメタデータの少なくともいずれかを含む請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。

前記管理サーバから、前記追加データ、または追加データのアクセス情報を受領する請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 第1メディアの記録データを読み取り、第2メディアに対するデータ記録処理、または第2メディアに対する記録データの出力処理を実行するデータ処理部と、
管理サーバとの通信を実行する通信部を有し、
前記データ処理部は、
前記第1メディアの記録データを前記第2メディアに記録するコピー処理に際して、
前記管理サーバからのコピー許可情報の受領処理と、
前記第1メディアから直接取得できない追加データのアクセス情報を前記第1メディアから読み取る処理を実行し、
前記追加データのアクセス情報を含むデータを前記第2メディアに対する記録データとして出力する情報処理装置。 - 前記第2メディアの記録データのデータフォーマットは、前記第1メディアの記録データのデータフォーマットと異なるフォーマットであり、
