尿便自动护理装置 技术领域

背景技术
对于卧床患者,由于行动不便,大小便尤为困难,因此市场上出现了可以在仰卧体位自行处理尿便的各种器具供患者使用。
相关技术提供的一种方法是:在人体裆部放置槽型的收集处理装置(相当于集便槽组件),档部排完尿便后传感器检测到尿便,从而通过各种喷嘴喷出水,不仅能够冲洗患者私处,还能够清洗处理器内部,最终尿便通过抽吸管将其排到主机的储污罐内,通过这种方式能实现无人帮助患者自行卧床排便。相关技术提供的另一种方法是:采用一种由中间带凹陷的床垫、托臀垫外壳、处理单元(相当于集便槽组件)组成的仰卧位使用的如厕单元,处理单元内设置有冲洗、清洗、烘干喷嘴,处理单元末端通过软管连接至主机上的储污罐、送水和送风的设备以及其控制部分等部件。
相关技术存在如下问题点:
1.储污罐与主机连接部分的管路必须为可分离的,但是怎样使其方便可靠地分离和连接,并且分离后防止储污罐内的臭气溢出一直没能解决;
2.将人体固定在带有收集处理装置或处理单元的对应床垫上,患者身体必须以特定的姿势配合、不能随意活动,尤其不能在带有背部可抬起的活动病床上使用,造成使用者在使用的过程中会产生较大的疲劳感;
3.收集处理装置和处理单元的肛门冲洗方式均为远距离水柱冲洗方式,而在人体仰卧体位时受臀部肌肉的挤压,肛门部位不能完全敞开,这种远距离水柱冲洗方式不能彻底清除肛门处的残留粪便,容易导致该处细菌增生,严重情况下甚至导致皮肤溃烂;
4.收集处理装置和处理单元上与人体相接触的软胶材料制作的护罩均固定安装在收集处理装置和处理单元上,使用时护罩不能进行拆除、替换,也不容易彻底清洗,不同的患者使用同一套收集处理装置或处理单元上的护罩也很不卫生,患者使用时会有极强的厌恶感,并可能造成不同患者之间发生交叉污染;而且,现有护罩与人体结合处的软胶截面为单层薄壁形状,这种结构在使用时会出现软胶内翻和漏水的问题,造成集便器的密封性和患者应用时的舒适性均较差;
5.收集处理装置和处理单元的外壳(相当于集便槽外壳)为一个整体部件,其制造工艺繁琐复杂,而且外壳上无专门的握持部位,产品在拿取移动的过程中容易滑落,极大地降低了产品的操作便利性。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明提供了一种尿便自动护理装置,解决了长期卧床病人在集便器上的活动翻身的问题、便后肛门处不能彻底清洗的问题、以及储污箱与集便器不方便可靠地分离和连接的问题等,有效提高了患者在使用尿便自动护理装置过程中的舒适性。

其中,如图1和图3所示,所述定向滑动接口机构3包括:固定座31,所述固定座31上设置有导轨3101;滑动接口32,可相对于所述固定座31移动,并可连通所述集便槽组件21和所述储污箱310;护罩支架33,可转动地安装在所述固定座31上,所述护罩支架33的一端可沿所述固定座31上的所述导轨3101移动,另一端与所述滑动接口32相连接并带动所述滑动接口32相对于所述固定座31移动;和弹性元件,所述弹性元件的一端固定在所述固定座31上、另一端与所述护罩支架33可沿所述导轨3101移 动的一端相连接,所述弹性元件可向所述护罩支架33沿所述导轨3101移动的一端施加使该端沿所述导轨3101向所述导轨3101两端运动的作用力。
定向滑动接口机构上,护罩支架可转动地安装在固定座上,并可在一定范围内往复转动,以带动滑动接口往复移动,弹性元件可将护罩支架沿导轨移动的一端定位在导轨的两个极端位置处,从而杜绝停留在中间位置的可能性,因此滑动接口也只能停留在两个极端位置处,这样,则可保证滑动接口完全插入与其相连接的储污箱的连接口内或完全自与其相连接的储污箱的连接口内脱出,以解决滑动接口和与其相连接的储污箱的连接口插入或脱出不彻底的问题,有效地避免了因滑动接口在与其相连接的储污箱的连接口内插入不彻底而造成的密封不良问题和因滑动接口在与其相连接的储污箱的连接口内脱出不彻底而造成的相互干涉问题,可使产品的使用性能大幅度提升。
具体地,如图3所示,所述固定座31上还设置有第二导轨3102,所述护罩支架33转动可带动所述滑动接口32沿所述第二导轨3102移动,第二导轨用于对滑动接口的运动进行导向,使其按设定的路径移动。
且所述导轨3101和所述第二导轨3102均为直条形的长孔;所述护罩支架33上靠近所述导轨3101的一端设置有长条形的第一配合孔3301;所述定向滑动机构还包括:导向柱35,所述导向柱35的一端可移动地安装在导轨3101内,另一端可移动地安装在所述第一配合孔3301内,所述护罩支架33转动时,所述导向柱35可同时在所述导轨3101和所述第一配合孔3301内移动;另外,所述滑动接口32上设置有凸柱3201,所述护罩支架33与所述滑动接口32相连接的一端设置有长条形的第二配合孔3302,所述凸柱3201穿过所述第二导轨3102后与插入所述第二配合孔3302内;所述护罩支架33上在所述第一配合孔3301和所述第二配合孔3302之间设置有转轴孔303,所述转轴孔303与所述固定座31相枢接;所述护罩支架33转动时,所述凸柱3201可同时在所述第二导轨3102和所述第二配合孔3302内移动。
该结构一方面限定了滑动接口的运动路径为直线形的运动路径,这样能够更好的方便于滑动接口和与其相连接的储污箱的连接口进行插装连 接,以保证滑动接口和与其相连接的储污箱的连接口相连接的精准性,使其快速完成插装;另一方面避免将导轨设置成圆弧形,以降低固定座和护罩支架的制作难度和安装难度。
所述导向柱35也可在所述弹性元件的作用下压紧在所述导轨3101的任意一端,以使滑动接口完全插入与其相连接的储污箱的连接口内或自与其相连接的储污箱的连接口内完全脱出。
在第一配合孔和第二配合孔之间设置了转轴孔,固定座上对应设置有与转轴孔配合的转轴,护罩支架通过转轴孔可转动地安装在转轴上,这样,通过移动护罩支架的一端即可使护罩支架另一端随之移动。
上述实施例中,以导向柱和凸柱分别在两个长条形的导轨和第二导轨中直线移动、同时在护罩支架上的第一配合孔和第二配合孔中直线移动,来实现护罩支架转动时带动滑动接口相对于固定座直线移动、以及导向柱沿直线移动的方式卡靠在轨道两端的稳定位置,从而实现滑动接口与容器连接口相可靠地插接或者分离,本领域的技术人员容易理解,在不脱离本发明思想的情况下,可以采用其它结构和方式来实现活动接口相对于固定座直线移动和可靠插接,例如,可以采用弧形的导轨和直线形的第二导轨等结构,实现相同的目的,不再赘述。
进一步地,所述弹性元件为拉簧4,所述护罩支架33呈杆状;所述护罩支架33位于所述导轨3101的一端上设置有挂柱3304,所述拉簧4的一端挂在所述挂柱3304上,另一端固定在邻近所述护罩支架33另一端处的所述固定座31上。
再进一步地,所述护罩支架33和所述弹性元件位于所述固定座31的同一侧,所述滑动接口32位于所述固定座31的另一侧;所述定向滑动机构还包括:拉杆36,可移动地安装在所述固定座31上并位于所述护罩支架33的一侧,所述拉杆36与所述导向柱35固定连接,推拉所述拉杆36可带动所述导向柱35沿所述轨道移动进而带动所述护罩支架33转动。
本方案通过移动拉杆,可带动护罩支架转动,进而控制滑动接口移动,更方便于对护罩支架的转动进行控制。
具体地,所述拉杆36的一端与所述导向柱35固定连接(导向柱35伸 入第一配合孔3301内的一端安装有防止导向柱35脱出配合孔3301的螺钉311)、另一端上设置有导向凸块3601;所述固定座31上设置有导向槽3103,所述导向凸块3601位于所述导向槽3103内,并可沿所述导向槽3103移动,以对拉杆的运动轨迹进行限定,避免拉杆使用时随意转动而影响正常推移拉杆的操控。
当然,所述的定向滑动接口机构还包括:推扭,安装在所述拉杆上,推动所述推扭可驱动所述拉杆移动。
推扭安装在拉杆上可便于用户对拉杆进行推移操作,同时也可提高产品的美观度。
优选地,所述的定向滑动接口机构还包括:自密封阀38(如图4所示),为具有弹性的瓣膜结构,设置在所述储污箱的连接口内,所述滑动接口32可插入所述自密封阀38内以导通所述自密封阀38,使所述滑动接口32与所述连接口39相连通。
自密封阀可由弹性材料制成,开口部分利用瓣膜原理,靠自身的弹性将瓣膜闭合,连接时靠滑动接口和连接口的插装将其推开进行双向流通,滑动接口与连接口相互分离后自密封阀会自动闭合达到单向流通的目的,这样,应用于储污罐后则可防止污物和臭气外溢,达到防臭、防污物溢出的目的。
本发明提供的尿便自动护理装置,其上的定向滑动接口是一个总成,由若干部件组成并相互协同工作,手动往复推动推钮来带动护罩支架往复转动最终使滑动接口也实现往复运动,由于护罩支架上的弹性元件以恒定的力作用于护罩支架上的一端,护罩支架是绕一个固定座上轴做小范围转动,并使护罩支架始终保持在两个极端位置,不会停留在中立点,从而使滑动接口与连接口也只能是分离或连接状态,这样避免了推入不彻底造成的密封不良和脱出不完全造成的相互干涉问题。
另外,所述侧身机构4(如图6所示)包括:底座410,安装在床垫413上,所述底座410的上端设置有内凹的凹曲面4101;托垫组件411,所述托架组件411的下端设置有外凸的凸曲面4112,所述托垫组件4112安装在所述底座410上,所述底座410的内凹的凹曲面4101与所述托架组 件4112的外凸的凸曲面4112相滑动配合,所述集便槽组件21安装在所述托垫组件4112上,并可随所述托垫组件4112一起运动。
托垫组件安装在底座上,底座的内凹的凹曲面与托垫组件的外凸的凸曲面相滑动配合,使用者的臀部位于托垫组件上,这样,使用者则可根据自身需要进行任意位置的转动,给予了使用者更大自由度的活动范围,尤其能够满足使用在活动病床上,可更好地满足使用者的使用需求。
较优地,如图7所示,所述托垫组件411包括:托垫外壳4111(如图8所示),安装在所述底座410上,所述托垫外壳4111的下端面为所述托垫组件411的外凸的凸曲面4112,所述托垫外壳4111的上端面为内凹的第二凹曲面41111;和托垫4113,位于所述托垫外壳4111的上方,所述托垫4113的下端面为外凸的第二凸曲面41121,所述托垫4113的所述第二凸曲面41121伸入所述托垫外壳4111的所述第二凹曲面41111中,且所述托垫4113固定安装在所述托垫外壳4111上。
当然,托垫4113的下端面和托垫外壳4111的上端面也可以设置成相配合的平面、折形面等,也可实现本申请的目的。
托垫安装在托垫外壳上,通过托垫外壳与底座相滑动配合,托垫外壳和底座可采用耐磨材料制作,这样,能够延长托垫外壳和底座的使用寿命;托垫使用过程中为固定支撑在托垫外壳上,与托垫外壳相对静止,以避免托垫磨损,以达到延长托垫使用寿命的目的;其中,托垫采用柔性软质材料制成,可提高与使用者接触后使用者的舒适度。
图6中的箭头表示托垫外壳111的凸曲面112在底座10的凹曲面101上的滑动方向。
进一步地,所述托垫外壳4111的上端面上设置有限位槽41112(如图8所示)、所述托垫4113上设置有定位口41122,所述定位口41122套装在所述限位槽41112的槽壁上,所述集便槽组件安装在所述限位槽41112内,通过使用者臀部在托垫和集便槽组件上施加的压力对托垫外壳、托垫以及集便槽组件进行压紧固定,待使用者使用完成后更方便于拆除集便槽组件。
再进一步地,如图7所示,所述托垫外壳4111的外凸的凸曲面4112 和所述底座410的内凹的凹曲面4101均为球面,由于球面的特殊性,可以使托垫外壳相对底座进行各个方向的滑动位移,目的在于让人体坐在托垫上以后可以多角度自由活动,并满足适用于活动病床;而且使用者身体扭动的过程中集便槽组件仍可与人体紧密贴合,这样,产品使用时的舒适性则更好。
所述托垫外壳4111的上端面的所述第二凹曲面41111为球面,所述托垫4113的下端面的所述第二凸曲面41121也为球面,所述限位槽41112为U形槽,所述定位口41122为U形开口,以便于集便槽组件的排便管路设置在U形限位槽的U形开口处,利于集便槽组件内的尿便沿集便槽内的排便口排出。
再进一步地,所述U形限位槽41112的U形开口处的底壁和侧壁上设置有插槽41113(如图8所示),所述集便槽组件上对应设置有插舌(图中未示出),所述插舌可插入所述插槽41113内,可避免集便槽组件在限位槽内沿限位槽移动。
一种优选方式是:U形限位槽的U形开口处的底壁和侧壁上可以设置多组插槽,并使插舌可插入任意一组插槽内,这样则可调整集便槽组件在插槽内的位置,以根据不同人体的体型来调整集便槽组件在插槽内安装的位置,从而更好地满足不同人体的需要。
再进一步地,如图7所示,所述托垫外壳4111的外凸的凸曲面4112边沿处设置有限位翻边41114,限位翻边对托垫外壳在底座上的最大移动位置进行限定,以避免托垫外壳因在底座上移位过大而脱出底座的现象发生,有效提高了集便器的使用可靠性。所述托垫4113的所述第二凸曲面41121边沿处设置有凸出所述托垫外壳4111的所述第二凹曲面41111的边沿的延伸托边41123,延伸托边可增大托垫与使用者臀部的接处面积,这样,托垫便可更大面积的支撑人体的臀部,以提高使用者使用时的舒适度。
如图7所示,所述支撑体为床垫413,所述床垫413上设置有安装槽4131,所述底座410安装在所述安装槽4131内;集便槽组件412包括集便槽4121和护罩4122。
而且,如图9所示,所述冲洗机构包括:驱动部件,安装在所述集便 槽211内;和冲洗杆5121,与所述驱动部件相连接,所述冲洗杆5121内设置有水通道51211,所述冲洗杆5121上设置有所述水通道的出水口51212和所述水通道的入水口51213,所述水通道的入水口51212与水源相连通;在所述驱动部件的驱动下,所述冲洗杆5121可伸入使用者的裆部以对使用者的裆部进行冲洗,或者可收回至所述集便槽211内。
冲洗机构上,冲洗杆可伸入至人体的裆部处,并对臀部挤压的肌肉进行分离,这样,冲洗杆上的出水口则可直接贴近肛门处对肛门处进行冲洗,以彻底清除肛门处残留的粪便,避免粪便残留。
本实施例提供的冲洗机构,驱动部件可以是伸缩杆(该方案图中未示出),冲洗杆设置在伸缩杆上,通过软管连接冲洗杆的入水口和水源,且软管留有保证伸缩杆和冲洗杆正常伸出的余量,伸缩杆可将冲洗杆伸出至使用者的裆部处、对肛门进行冲洗,也可使伸出的冲洗杆收回至集便槽内。
而本发明提供的一个优选实施例是:所述驱动部件包括驱动源5122(可以是直流减速电机)和传动部件,所述驱动源5122与所述传动部件相连接,所述传动部件与所述冲洗杆5121相连接,冲洗杆上的入水口可设置在冲洗杆两端之间的任意一位置处,并通过软管连接水源,这样,只要保证与冲洗杆上的入水口相连接的软管具有足够的余量来满足冲洗杆的移动或转动,即可实现本申请的目的,但是,在使用冲洗杆的过程中容易出现软管弯折截流的问题,故使用效果不是特别理想。
为了更好地实现本发明,如图10至12所示,在所述传动部件上设置了过水通道,所述水源通过所述过水通道与所述水通道51211相连通,其中,所述传动部件选用蜗杆5123和蜗轮5124,蜗杆5123,与所述驱动源5122相连接;蜗轮5124,与所述蜗杆5123相啮合,所述冲洗杆5121安装在所述蜗轮5124上;其中,所述蜗轮5124可在所述蜗杆5123的驱动下,带动所述冲洗杆5121正反方向转动,正向转动时所述冲洗杆5121可伸入使用者的裆部(即:臀部的肛门位置处,如图15所示)、反向转动时所述冲洗杆5121可收回至所述集便槽内;另外,在所述蜗轮5124内沿轴向设置了转轴孔51241,所述转轴孔51241与供水管51251相连通;在所述蜗轮5124内沿径向设置有与所述转轴孔51241相连通的通孔51242,所述冲 洗杆5121的一端伸入所述通孔51242内与所述蜗轮5124一起转动,且所述水通道的入水口1213位于所述冲洗杆5121伸入所述通孔51242内的一端上;所述转轴孔51241和所述通孔51242即为所述过水通道。该种结构过水通道不随冲洗杆的转动而移动,这样在使用冲洗杆的过程中就不会再出现管路弯折截流的问题,可有效提高集便器的使用可靠性。
较好地,如图10和图11所示,所述冲洗机构还包括:具有容纳腔的蜗轮蜗杆安装座5125,所述蜗轮蜗杆安装座5125固定安装在所述集便槽内,所述蜗轮5124和所述蜗杆5123均可转动地安装在所述蜗轮蜗杆安装座5125的所述容纳腔内。
蜗轮和蜗杆通过蜗轮蜗杆安装座安装在集便槽内,可避免集便器在使用过程中粪便飞溅到蜗轮和蜗杆上,对蜗轮和蜗杆造成腐蚀,而且粪便飞溅到蜗轮和蜗杆上还会影响蜗轮和蜗杆的正常啮合传动,设置蜗轮蜗杆安装座能够对蜗轮和蜗杆进行很好的保护,从而达到延长蜗轮和蜗杆使用寿命的目的。
具体为,所述蜗轮蜗杆安装座5125上设置有所述供水管51251,所述供水管51251的出水口与所述转轴孔51241的一端通过旋转接头相连通,以实现蜗轮和蜗轮蜗杆安装座之间的完全密封,避免水外溢至驱动源5122上而发生使用者触电的安全事故。
较好地,所述旋转接头包括:设置在所述蜗轮蜗杆安装座5125上的第一凸起51252;设置在所述蜗轮5124的一端面上沿所述转轴孔51241周向的环形的第二凸起51243,所述第二凸起51243可转动地套设在所述第一凸起51252外(也可以是套设在第一凸起51252内);和设置于所述第一凸起51252和第二凸起51243之间的密封圈5126;所述供水管51251的出水口开设于所述第一凸起51252围成的区域内。
蜗轮5124的另一端通过蜗轮5124上的转轴孔51241与蜗轮蜗杆安装座5125上的固定轴51253可转动连接,并增加密封圈5126进行密封。
上述实施例所述对冲洗杆的供水结构,可用于理解本发明,但是,在不脱发明思想的情况下,本领域的技术人员还可以采用其他常用的供水方式给冲洗杆供水,这里不再赘述。
优选地,所述冲洗杆5121的一端设置有多个喷孔51214,多个所述喷孔51214组成所述水通道的出水口51212,多个喷孔51214可对肛门处进行大面积的喷洗,以使肛门处的冲洗更干净。
所述喷孔51214处的所述冲洗杆5121的横截面呈倒置的T形,且多个所述喷孔51214设置在倒置T形的凸壁面53上。
本实施例所述的冲洗机构5是安置在集便槽内可折叠和伸出的机械式喷水冲洗机构,工作时由直流减速电机(即:驱动源5122)通过蜗杆5123带动冲洗杆5121转动,冲洗杆5121内设置有水通道51211,在冲洗杆5121转动(图15中的箭头表示冲洗杆5121正向转动的方向,虚线表示冲洗杆5121的运动轨迹)的同时可以通水并且可通过旋转接头结构来保持活动部分的密封,待冲洗杆5121转动至碰触到人体皮肤后,冲洗杆5121设置水通道的出水口51212的一端会紧贴皮肤并对臀部2挤压的肌肉进行分离,最终水流会从喷孔51214处喷出来大面积清洗人体的肛门处,所以冲洗更干净、彻底。待冲洗完成后冲洗杆5121折叠收回,并紧贴集便槽的内壁,以减小冲洗机构在集便槽内占用的空间。
另外,冲洗杆5121出水口处独有的横截面呈倒置的T形,更符合人体工程学设计,T形的突出壁面紧贴皮肤后对冲洗杆5121的阻挡力瞬间增大,以避免过分置于臀部肌肉之间,可保证使用者的使用舒适度。
本发明提供了一种尿便自动护理装置,解决了长期卧床病人在集便器上的活动翻身的问题、便后肛门处不能彻底清洗的问题、以及储污箱与集便器不方便可靠地分离和连接的问题等,有效提高了患者在使用尿便自动护理装置过程中的舒适性。

    主机(1),所述主机(1)上设置有储污箱(310);
    集便器(2);
    定向滑动接口机构(3),用于连通所述储污箱(310)与所述集便器(2);
    其中,
    所述集便器(2)包括集便槽组件(21)和侧身机构(4),所述侧身机构(4)安装在支撑体上,所述集便槽组件(21)安装在所述侧身机构(4)上;
    所述定向滑动接口机构包括:
    固定座(31),所述固定座(31)上设置有导轨(3101);
    滑动接口(32),可相对于所述固定座(31)移动,并可连通所述集便槽组件(21)和所述储污箱(310);
    护罩支架(33),可转动地安装在所述固定座(31)上,所述护罩支架(33)的一端可沿所述固定座(31)上的所述导轨(3101)移动,另一端与所述滑动接口(32)相连接并带动所述滑动接口(32)相对于所述固定座(31)移动;和
    弹性元件,所述弹性元件的一端固定在所述固定座(31)上、另一端与所述护罩支架(33)可沿所述导轨(3101)移动的一端相连接,所述弹性元件可向所述护罩支架(33)沿所述导轨(3101)移动的一端施加使该端沿所述导轨(3101)向所述导轨(3101)两端运动的作用力;

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的尿便自动护理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    冲洗机构,所述冲洗机构(5)设置于所述集便槽组件(21)的集便槽(211)内,所述冲洗机构包括:
    驱动部件,安装在所述集便槽(211)内;和
    冲洗杆(5121),与所述驱动部件相连接,所述冲洗杆(5121)内设置有水通道(51211),所述冲洗杆(5121)上设置有所述水通道的出水口(51212)和所述水通道的入水口(51213),所述水通道的入水口(51212)与水源相连通;
    在所述驱动部件的驱动下,所述冲洗杆(5121)可伸入使用者的裆部以对使用者的裆部进行冲洗,或者可收回至所述集便槽(211)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的尿便自动护理装置,其特征在于,
    所述驱动部件包括驱动源(5122)和传动部件,所述驱动源(5122)与所述传动部件相连接,所述传动部件与所述冲洗杆(5121)相连接;
    所述传动部件上设置有过水通道,所述水源通过所述过水通道与所述水通道(51211)相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的尿便自动护理装置,其特征在于,所述传动部件包括:
    蜗杆(5123),与所述驱动源相连接;和
    蜗轮(5124),与所述蜗杆(5123)相啮合,所述冲洗杆(5121)安装在所述蜗轮(5124)上;
    所述蜗轮(5124)可在所述蜗杆(5123)的驱动下,带动所述冲洗杆(5121)正反方向转动,正向转动时所述冲洗杆(5121)可伸入使用者的裆部、反向转动时所述冲洗杆(5121)可收回至所述集便槽(211)内;
    其中,在所述蜗轮(5124)内沿轴向设置有转轴孔(51241),所述转轴孔(51241)与供水管(51251)相连通;
    在所述蜗轮(5124)内沿径向设置有与所述转轴孔(51241)相连通的通孔(51242),所述冲洗杆(5121)的一端伸入所述通孔(51242)内与所述蜗轮(5124)一起转动,且所述水通道的入水口(51213)位于所述冲 洗杆(5121)伸入所述通孔(51242)内的一端上;
    所述转轴孔(51241)和所述通孔(51242)组成所述过水通道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的尿便自动护理装置,其特征在于,
    所述水通道的出水口(51212)处的所述冲洗杆(5121)的横截面呈倒置的T形,且多个喷孔(51214)设置在倒置T形的凸壁面上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的尿便自动护理装置,其特征在于,所述托垫组件(411)包括:
    托垫外壳(4111),安装在所述底座(410)上,所述托垫外壳(4111)的下端面为所述托垫组件(411)的外凸的所述凸曲面(4112);和
    托垫(4113),位于所述托垫外壳(4111)的上方并固定安装在所述托垫外壳(4111)上;
    所述凸曲面(4112)和所述凹曲面(4101)均为球面。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的尿便自动护理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    自密封阀(38),为具有弹性的瓣膜结构,设置在所述储污箱(310)的连接口(39)内,所述滑动接口(32)的一端与所述集便槽组件(21)相连通、另一端可插入所述自密封阀(38)内以导通所述密封阀(38),使所述滑动接口(32)与所述连接口(39)相连通。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的尿便自动护理装置,其特征在于,所述集便槽组件(21)包括:

    分体式结构的集便槽外壳(2113),所述集便槽本体(2110)安装在所述集便槽壳体(2113)内。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的尿便自动护理装置,其特征在于,所述护 罩包括:
    中空的座圈(221),安装在支架(222)上并位于所述入便口(211)处,所述座圈(221)可与人体相接触;
    所述支架(222),安装在所述集便槽(211)的所述入便口(211)处;和
    上罩(223),位于所述支架的上方,并安装在所述支架(222)上;
    所述护罩(223)穿戴于使用者的裆部时,所述支架(222)位于使用者的裆部的下侧、所述上罩(223)位于所述使用者的裆部的上侧,且所述上罩(223)相对于所述支架(222)的角度可调整。
