方便注液的电子烟及制造方法和注液方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种方便注液的电子烟及制造方法和注液方法。
背景技术
现有的电子烟储液杯的注液方式是先注液后装配,不方便自动化注液生产,且储液杯注液后再装配容易在生产过程中发生泄漏,在生产过程中也容易导致烟液的污染。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种先装配储液杯后注液的方式,以适应自动化高效率生产方便注液的电子烟,及防止储液杯注液后再装配生产过程中发生泄漏和烟液污染。本发明的另一目的是提供一种适应自动化高效率生产电子烟的制造方法。本发明的再一目的是提供一种可以在销售地实现自动化高效率生产电子烟的注液方法。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术解决方案是所述方便注液的电子烟,包括吸嘴盖、储液杯、雾化组件、电池组件,其特殊之处在于:电子烟的储液杯底端设有注液通孔,该注液通孔由注液头拔出后可自行封闭的封堵构件密封连接。
作为优选:所述储液杯的底端内凹成型为凹环腔、所述注液通孔是在凹环腔的底面沿圆心开设的通孔,通孔的孔壁向内凸伸成型为凸肩;所述封堵构件为截面呈工字形的圆柱体,由上冠部、下冠部、上下冠部之间内凹的环型槽组成,该环型槽与储液杯底部凸肩扣接。
作为优选:所述封堵构件由硅胶或橡胶材料制成。
作为优选:所述吸嘴盖为中心开有通孔、外壁具有T形凸肩的圆柱体,该圆柱体底端沿轴向开有环形凹槽,凹槽与中心通孔相连通,构成吸烟通道;吸嘴盖T形凸肩扣合在吸嘴外管上,底端凹槽的内管端面压紧在封堵构件上
本发明的另一技术解决方案是所述方便注液的电子烟的制造方法,包括:
(1)组装储液杯、雾化组件:
(2)组装电池组件:
(3)将吸嘴盖、电子烟外管和储液杯、雾化组件及电池组件组装为电子烟:
其特殊之处在于,所述工序(1)进一步包括以下工序:
(1.1) 将储液杯的底端内凹成型为凹环腔、凹环腔的底面沿圆心开设通孔、通孔的孔壁向内凸伸形成凸肩;
(1.2) 将封堵构件制成由冠部、冠部凸伸缩径后的塞颈、冠部与塞颈结合部沿径向内凹的环型槽构成的T形圆柱体;
(1.3) 将所述储液杯注液通孔的凸肩与所述封堵构件的环形槽扣接。
本发明的再一技术解决方案是所述电子烟的注液方法,其特殊之处在于,包括以下工序:
(1)在储液杯的底端中心垂直开设注液通孔,并制作用于封堵所述注液通孔的封堵构件;
(2)将封堵构件紧密装配于储液杯的注液通孔;
(3)将吸嘴盖装配固定在电子烟吸嘴一端的外管内;
(4)将注液头伸进吸嘴盖中心通孔,再刺穿储液杯底端的封堵构件后进行注液;
(5)封堵构件在注液头拔出后自行封闭注液通孔。
作为优选:所述注液头由注射针构成。
有益效果
(1)电子烟的储液杯底端设有注液通孔,该注液通孔由注液头拔出后可自封闭的封堵构件密封连接。这样可解决先装配好电子烟所有的部件,然后再注入电子烟烟液的生产工艺。
(2)可防止生产过程中烟液泄露、烟液被污染。
(3)便于进行机械自动化生产及在销售地进行电子烟的注液。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明下面将结合附图作进一步详述:
请参阅图2所示,该方便注液的电子烟,包括:电子烟的储液杯1底端设有注液通孔11,该注液通孔11由注液针4针剌拔出后可自封闭的封堵构件2密封连接。
请参阅图2所示,所述封堵构件2为T形圆柱体并由硅胶材料制成,由冠部21、沿冠部凸伸并缩径后的塞颈22、冠部21与塞颈22结合部沿径向内凹的环型槽23组成。
请参阅图4、图5所示,电子烟的吸嘴盖3为T形圆柱体,由T形凸肩、T形凸肩经凸伸缩径后的管状塞颈32、管状塞颈32自T形凸肩沿圆心凸伸高出塞颈32端口的内环管33、该内环管33通过圆心沿轴向切割成型的十字槽331组成。
请参阅图3所示,所述储液杯1的底端内凹成型凹环腔12、凹环腔12的底面沿圆心开设孔壁成型为凸肩13组成。
请参阅图2所示,所述封堵构件2的环型槽23由所述储液杯1的孔壁的凸肩13扣接。
请参阅图1至图5所示,所述电子烟的制造方法,包括以下工序:
(1)组装储液杯、雾化组件:
(2)组装电池组件:
(3)将吸嘴盖、电子烟外管和储液杯、雾化组件及电池组件组装为电子烟。
请参阅图1至图5所示,所述电子烟的注液方法,包括以下工序:
(1)在储液杯1的底端垂直于凹环腔12底面开设注液通孔11,并制作用于封堵所述注液通孔11的封堵构件2;
(2)将封堵构件2装配于储液杯1的注液通孔11后,储液杯1孔壁的凸肩13嵌入封堵构件2的环型槽23内;
(3)将吸嘴盖3装配于在电子烟的外管5内;
(4)封堵电子烟的气流通道6;
(5)将注射针4伸进吸嘴盖3中心通孔,再刺穿储液杯1底端的封堵构件2后进行注液;
(6)封堵构件2在注射针4拔出后自行封闭。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

  1. 一种方便注液的电子烟,包括吸嘴盖、储液杯、雾化组件、电池组件,其特征在于:电子烟的储液杯底端设有注液通孔,该注液通孔由注液头拔出后可自行封闭的封堵构件密封连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述方便注液的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储液杯的底端内凹成型为凹环腔、所述注液通孔是在凹环腔的底面沿圆心开设的通孔,该通孔的孔壁向内凸伸成型为凸肩;所述封堵构件为截面呈工字形的圆柱体,由上冠部、下冠部、上下冠部之间内凹的环型槽组成,该环型槽与储液杯底部凸肩扣接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述方便注液的电子烟,其特征在于:所述封堵构件由硅胶或橡胶材料制成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述方便注液的电子烟,其特征在于:所述吸嘴盖为中心开有通孔、外壁具有T形凸肩的圆柱体,该圆柱体底端沿轴向开有环形凹槽,凹槽与中心通孔相连通,构成吸烟通道;吸嘴盖T形凸肩扣合在吸嘴外管上,底端凹槽的内管端面压紧在封堵构件上。
  5. 一种根据权利要求1所述方便注液的电子烟的制造方法,包括:
    (1)组装储液杯、雾化组件:
    (2)组装电池组件:
    (3)将吸嘴盖、电子烟外管和储液杯、雾化组件及电池组件组装为电子烟:
    其特征在于,所述工序(1)进一步包括以下工序:
    (1.1) 将储液杯的底端内凹成型为凹环腔、凹环腔的底面沿圆心开设通孔、通孔的孔壁向内凸伸形成凸肩;
    (1.2) 将封堵构件制成由冠部、冠部凸伸缩径后的塞颈、冠部与塞颈结合部沿径向内凹的环型槽构成的T形圆柱体;
    (1.3) 将所述储液杯注液通孔的凸肩与所述封堵构件的环形槽扣接。
  6. 一种根据权利要求1所述电子烟的注液方法,其特征在于,包括以下工序:
    (1)在储液杯的底端中心垂直开设注液通孔,并制作用于封堵所述注液通孔的封堵构件;
    (2)将封堵构件紧密装配于储液杯的注液通孔;
    (3)将吸嘴盖装配固定在电子烟吸嘴一端的外管内;
    (4)将注液头伸进吸嘴盖中心通孔,再刺穿储液杯底端的封堵构件后进行注液;
    (5)封堵构件在注液头拔出后自行封闭注液通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述电子烟的注液方法,其特征在于:所述注液头由注射针构成。
