下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参照附图1所示,为本发明检索方法的一种优选实施流程示意图,主要包括如下步骤:
步骤S101,信息预存储步骤。将用户信息、与用户信息对应的设备约束条件,以及智能烹饪产品的产品信息预先存储于数据库。
优选地,在使用本发明的检索方法之前,可以将用户信息以及与该用户信息对应的设备约束条件预先存储于数据库,存储后,使用该用户信息进行智能烹饪产品的检索时,用户无需再手动输入设备约束条件。具体地,数据库可以是本地数据库或者网络数据库,其中,本地数据库可以以一种检索设备的方式实现,网络数据库可以以一种远程检索服务器的方式实 现。例如,一种实施方式下,将这些信息存储于某一服务器,在用户通过该服务器直接发出产品请求时自动添加设备约束条件;在另一种实施方式下,将这些信息存储于某一中间设备的数据库,如检索设备的数据库中,在用户通过该检索设备向服务器发出产品请求时自动添加设备约束条件。
具体地,用户信息以及与该用户信息对应的设备约束条件的信息一般通过用户注册步骤进行收集,参见附图2所示,用户注册步骤一般包括:
S1011,接收用户的注册请求,形成针对该用户的唯一性标示的用户信息。
具体地,用户是指发出产品请求的主体,可以包括人或者设备等,用户信息是与用户关联的唯一性信息标示。此用户信息可以是单个信息,如自定义的字符串,或者当用户是人时,可以是该用户的手机号、电子邮件账号或者身份证号码,或者还可以是某种智能设备的设备识别码等。用户信息也可以是上述所有信息的绑定集合,绑定后的所有相关信息都可以作为有效的用户信息。用户信息一般是使用检索服务器或检索设备的凭据,只有用户使用用户信息登陆检索服务器或检索设备后才能使用其中的产品检索服务。登陆的验证一般也由检索服务器或检索设备实现,当接收到来自用户端的登陆请求信息时,根据数据库中所存储的数据判断该用户是否可以成功登陆。
S1012,收集该用户的设备约束条件。
具体地,设备约束条件的表现形式可以是设备的名称、型号、设备识别码和技术指标中的部分或全部信息,其中,设备识别码是唯一标示某一设备的编码。如果是设备的名称、型号或者设备识别码等信息,则可以通过查询某个数据库将其转换为设备技术指标的描述。设备技术指标的描述可以包括设备的烹饪类型、功率、容量、接口数量及类型、状态反馈用的传感器类型及个数等等,比如某一智能电热锅的功率是2500W,其容量大小为3L,那么不大于2500W功率以及不大于3L容量便是此智能电热锅的两个设备约束条件。
具体地,设备约束条件可以手动输入,也可以由某一设备通过信息交互的方式自动获取目标设备的设备约束条件,一般地,信息交互是指通过通信连接的方式交换信息,例如某一设备可通过与目标设备通信连接,进而通过通信交互信息的方式自动获取该目标设备的设备约束条件信息。
S1013,将设备约束条件与用户信息绑定。
具体应用时,单个用户信息可以与多组设备约束条件对应关联起来。例如,用户已有智能炒菜机、智能蒸锅、智能焗炉、智能烤机等多种智能烹饪设备,那么就可以将智能炒菜机、智能蒸锅、智能焗炉、智能烤机的设备约束条件信息分别与其用户信息对应绑定起来。当然,用户信息也可以直接是设备约束条件信息。
S1014,存储绑定后的用户信息和设备约束条件。
将上一步骤绑定的用户信息以及与用户信息对应的设备约束条件进行存储,存储后就可以根据这些信息利用本发明的检索方法进行智能烹饪产品的检索。值得注意的是,如果用户信息直接是设备约束条件信息,则仅需存储用户信息即可。用户信息以及与用户信息对应的设备约束条件的信息也可以在使用过程中不断收集完善。
具体地,本步骤中还可以将智能烹饪产品的产品信息预先存储于数据库,该数据库同样可以是本地数据库或者网络数据库,例如当网络数据库表现为一种产品服务器时,在使用该产品服务器进行智能烹饪产品的检索时,该智能烹饪产品的产品信息可以预先存储于该产品服务器的数据库中;或者在当使用本地数据库,即使用某一智能设备进行智能烹饪产品的检索时,该智能烹饪产品的产品信息也可以预先存储于该智能设备的数据库中。一般地,智能烹饪产品包括方便菜、数字菜谱以及智能烹饪设备,因此,智能烹饪产品的产品信息相应的分别包括方便菜、数字菜谱以及智能烹饪设备的产品信息。更具体的,方便菜的产品信息可以包括方便菜编码、名称信息、菜系信息、口味信息、食材信息、原材料产地信息、供货范围信息、保质期信息、食用禁忌信息和营养信息中的部分或全部信息;数字菜谱的产品信息可以包括数字菜谱编码、作者信息、名称信息、菜系信息、口味信息、食材信息、食用禁忌信息和营养信息中的部分或全部信息;智能烹饪设备的产品信息可以包括智能烹饪设备的设备识别码、型号、名称信息和指标中的部分或全部信息。
值得注意的是,此步骤作为本发明检索方法的优选实施步骤,但并非本发明检索方法的必要执行步骤。例如,当用户通过某一检索设备向网络产品服务器发出检索产品请求时,可以由该检索设备自动读取自身的设备信息,或者读取与其绑定关联的其他设备的设备信息,将这些设备信息作为设备约束条件与产品请求组合形成检索请求发送给服务器进行检索,此种实施方式下,既无需预先进行用户信息及与用户信息对应的设备约束条 件信息的存储,也无需手动输入设备约束条件信息,仍能实现本发明所提出的检索方法。
步骤S102,接收步骤。接收来自用户的智能烹饪产品的产品请求,其中,优选的,该用户的产品请求是使用预先存储的用户信息进行访问的用户的产品请求。
具体地,产品请求可以是用户所输入的检索命令,一般情况下,产品请求中都会包含用户自身输入的对产品需求进行限定的检索关键词。用户所输入的检索关键词一般是对所需产品的部分特征的描述,也可以是已有的配套智能烹饪产品的型号或者其它标示信息。所输入产品的特征可以是菜系、食材、菜肴名称等,菜系可以是川菜、粤菜、湘菜、东北菜等等,食材可以是主食、肉类、蔬菜、调料中的任一项,菜肴名称则是用户直接想烹煮的菜肴对象,如红烧茄子、鱼香肉丝、麻婆豆腐等等。当用户已有满足其自身设备约束的产品时,也可以直接输入该产品的型号作为检索关键词,从而检索出与其匹配的另一类型的产品。例如,当用户已有红烧茄子的数字菜谱时,其可以将该菜谱的编号如Menu_Hongshaoqiezi作为检索关键词去检索对应的方便菜。当然,用户可以输入任意的字词段作为产品检索关键词。
在部分情况下,产品请求中可以不包括用户自身输入的对产品需求进行限定的检索关键词。当不包含检索关键词时,其只是由用户自身发出或用户登录后系统自动发送的一条检索命令,即当用户的产品请求为空时,直接获取与该用户信息相对应的设备约束条件作为检索请求,根据该检索请求获取满足该检索请求的检索结果,该检索结果经过预处理后提供给用户。
步骤S103,检索预处理步骤。获取与该用户信息相对应的设备约束条件,将该设备约束条件与上述产品请求组合形成检索请求。本步骤实现了设备约束条件的自动添加过程。
具体地,由于设备约束条件与用户信息是对应存储的,因此,此步骤中只需根据用户信息便可以调取对应的设备约束条件。当然,如果用户信息就是设备约束条件,则可以通过直接获取该用户信息,从而获取到设备约束条件信息。调取的过程可以发生在用户利用用户信息登陆服务器或者检索设备时,也可以是在用户的产品请求发出之时。此步骤自动将设备约束条件与产品请求组合形成检索请求。当产品请求中包含检索关键词时, 将用户输入的检索关键词和设备约束条件作为最终的检索关键词进行检索,当不包含检索关键词时,将用户的设备约束条件作为最终的检索关键词进行检索。
此步骤中,当对应的设备约束条件数量为两个以上时,接收使用该用户信息的用户发送的设备约束条件选择指令,根据设备约束条件选择指令激活相应的设备约束条件,所激活的设备约束条件用于与该用户所发送的产品请求进行组合形成检索请求。
此步骤中,与用户信息对应的设备约束条件可以直接与用户的产品请求组合,也可以先经用户修改,将修改后的设备约束条件与用户的产品请求组合。此修改可以是临时性的,也可以是永久性的。所谓的临时性修改,即该修改后的设备约束条件一般仅限本次检索有效,检索完成后该修改后的设备约束条件不予保存,与用户信息绑定的设备约束条件仍为修改前的设备约束条件;所谓的永久性修改,即该修改后的设备约束条件可以经用户授权后替换修改前的设备约束条件与用户信息绑定,并进行存储。具体地,对设备约束条件的修改包括可以增加任一设备约束条件、删除/屏蔽任一设备约束条件、更改任一设备约束条件的设备参数中的部分或者全部。
步骤S104,检索结果获取步骤。
具体实施时,检索结果的获取有多种实现方式,例如,一种实施方式下,当用户信息及与该用户信息相对应的设备约束条件存储于某一网络数据库即产品服务器中,用户通过该产品服务器发出产品请求时,是通过在该产品服务器的数据库内直接检索满足检索请求的智能烹饪产品,获取检索结果;另一种实施方式下,当用户信息及与该用户信息相对应的设备约束条件存储于某一本地数据库即检索设备中,用户通过该检索设备向服务器发出产品请求时,是通过该检索设备将检索请求发送至产品服务器,获取产品服务器返回的检索结果。
具体检索时,以检索请求中所有的检索关键词作为限定条件,对数据库中的智能烹饪产品进行筛选,检索的策略可以与现有技术中其他领域的检索策略相同。
步骤S105,检索结果预处理步骤。
此步骤中,将检索结果中智能烹饪产品的设备约束条件进行屏蔽,实现了设备约束条件的自动删除过程。上述检索过程中调用了设备约束条件 作为检索关键词,检索完成后假若不经处理的话那么检索生成的结果会带有设备约束条件的匹配信息,以与用户产品请求中的检索关键词相同的显示方式显示,比如在智能烹饪产品的相关描述中高亮显示与设备约束条件相匹配的部分。如果将此部分的信息也向用户显示,那么会对用户的查看和选择带来麻烦。为此,将检索结果中智能烹饪产品的设备约束条件屏蔽,即屏蔽检索结果中关于设备约束条件的相关信息,屏蔽后的检索结果只包括用户的产品请求中的检索关键词的匹配信息。该检索结果在用户侧显示时简单明了,便于用户查看、选择其中最符合预期的产品。
值得注意的是,当检索结果中无匹配的智能烹饪产品时,也会先将检索结果中的设备约束条件屏蔽,再将该屏蔽后的检索结果提供给用户。
步骤S106,检索结果输出步骤。将屏蔽处理后的检索结果提供给用户。可选地,当不存在检索结果预处理步骤时,将检索结果直接提供给用户。
此步骤实现了检索结果的输出功能,可以将检索结果输出给用户查看。具体实施时,可以具有多种实现方式,例如假设用户以WEB服务的方式访问某一检索服务器时,该检索服务器可以将检索结果发送到WEB页面上提供给用户查看;或者例如用户以某一客户终端远程访问服务器时,则该服务器将检索结果发送至客户终端上供用户查看。
优选地,为了使得用户更方便地查看和选择,可以将检索结果进行分类和/或排序后再提供给用户。例如,如果检索的是方便菜或者数字菜谱产品,可以根据菜系、口味、营养价值等指标,将方便菜或者数字菜谱进行分类;对智能烹饪设备,可以根据设备的种类,比如锅、灶、其它辅助设备的指标进行分类。同时检索方便菜和数字菜谱产品时,检索所得的方便菜和数字菜谱存在匹配关系时,匹配的方便菜和数字菜谱会关联起来向用户显示。同类产品,可以根据产品名称同关键词的相近程度、或者同设备约束条件的相近程度、或者已经被其他用户选择的次数、还可以通过价格等信息对其进行排序,以方便用户的选择和查找。
优选地,考虑到用户检索的目的一般是购买相应的智能烹饪产品,因此为了提供更便捷的服务,将检索结果发送给用户时,可以同时提供与检索结果对应的智能烹饪产品的订单信息,该订单信息可以包含检索结果中所包括的智能烹饪产品的购买和/或下载服务信息,对于方便菜和智能烹饪设备,一般提供购买服务信息,如网络购买链接等,对于数字菜谱,一 般提供下载服务信息,如下载链接,对于需要购买才能使用的数字菜谱,也可以提供购买链接。
优选的,当检索结果中无匹配的智能烹饪产品时,根据产品请求和设备约束条件组合形成的检索请求发布产品需求信息。如前所述,当用户的产品请求中没有检索关键词时,产品需求信息中所限定的条件只有设备约束条件组成,当用户的产品请求中具有检索关键词时,产品需求信息中所限定的条件由检索关键词和设备约束条件组成。产品需求信息发布的一种方式是,当检索不到智能烹饪产品或者检索到的智能烹饪产品不符合用户需求时,可以自动或者在用户同意的条件下发布产品需求信息,例如当用户需要方便菜产品而没有对应的产品时,将此检索请求发布,方便菜提供商根据此条产品需求信息制作相应的满足该用户的检索关键词以及用户的设备约束条件的方便菜,提供给该用户。产品需求信息发布的另一种方式是,接收用户的产品请求并将对应的设备约束条件与产品请求组合后,在用户同意的条件下直接根据产品请求和设备约束条件所限定的检索请求发布产品需求信息。与上一种方式相比,本种方式不需要经过检索过程,发布过程更加迅速。发布的产品需求信息一般包括发布该信息的用户的相关信息,如联系电话等。添加用户相关信息的过程可以以用户主动提交的方式实现,也可以由某一设备主动访问预先存储的用户信息从而获取该用户的相关信息,自动添加到所发布的产品需求信息内。
本发明所提出的智能烹饪产品的检索服务器(简称检索服务器),其核心是提供信息库用于存储用户设备约束条件以及智能烹饪产品信息,并设一预处理模块对用户的设备约束条件进行操作,使得服务器能够实现基于设备约束的检索智能烹饪产品功能。预处理模块代替了人工添加删除设备约束条件的过程,设备约束条件的作用过程在后台进行,在大部分情况下用户不需关注此过程是如何进行的。
用户使用此检索服务器对智能烹饪产品进行检索,所检索得到的产品都是能够与已有智能烹饪设备相匹配的,例如检索到的方便菜能够被已有智能烹饪设备所烹制,检索到的数字菜谱能够被已有智能烹饪设备所使用,检索到的烹饪设备能够与已有智能烹饪设备协同工作。
本发明的检索服务器一般通过网络供用户使用,用户可以通过客户终端远程访问的方式与检索服务器交换数据。客户终端可以是智能烹饪设备,也可以是个人电脑或者手机、平板等可访问网络的移动终端,或者是 网络电视、智能家居控制中心等可访问网络的本地设备。访问可以是通过专用软件,也可以是通过检索服务器提供的WEB服务进行。
具体地,参照附图3所示,本发明的检索服务器主要由用户信息库301、产品信息库302、检索模块303、接收模块304、预处理模块305以及发送模块306组成。
其中,用户信息库301用于存储用户信息以及与用户信息对应的设备约束条件的数据。如上所述,用户是指发出产品请求的主体,可以包括人或者设备等,用户信息是与用户关联的唯一性信息标示,此用户信息可以是单个信息,如自定义的字符串,或者当用户是人时可以是该用户的手机号、电子邮件账号或者身份证号码,还可以是某种智能设备的设备识别码。用户信息也可以是上述所有信息的绑定集合,绑定后的所有相关信息都可以作为有效的用户信息。用户信息一般是使用本检索服务器的凭据,只有用户使用用户信息登陆检索服务器后才能使用其中的产品检索服务。登陆的验证一般也由本检索服务器实现,当接收到来自用户端的登陆请求信息时,根据用户信息库所存储的数据判断该用户是否可以成功登陆。设备约束条件的表现形式可以是设备的名称、型号、设备识别码和技术指标中的部分或全部信息。用户信息库将特定的用户信息及其对应的设备约束条件存储起来。具体应用时,单个用户信息可以与多组设备约束条件对应关联起来。例如,用户已有智能炒菜机、智能蒸锅、智能焗炉、智能烤机等多种智能烹饪设备,那么用户信息库会将智能炒菜机、智能蒸锅、智能焗炉、智能烤机的设备约束条件分别与其用户信息对应存储起来。
上述用户信息、与用户信息对应的设备约束条件数据一般通过用户注册的方式收集。基于此,检索服务器设有用户注册模块307。参照附图4所示,此用户注册模块307包括用户信息生成模块3071、设备约束条件收集模块3072、绑定模块3073、存储模块3074。其中用户信息生成模块3071用于接收用户的注册请求,形成针对该用户的唯一的用户信息,设备约束条件收集模块3072用于收集该用户的设备约束条件,绑定模块3073用于将设备约束条件与其用户信息绑定,存储模块3074用于将绑定后的用户信息和设备约束条件存储到用户信息库内。其中,设备约束条件收集模块3072可以以自动的方式工作,比如当用户以具备网络访问功能的智能烹饪设备访问服务器时,收集模块3072会对该智能烹饪设备进行自动检测,收集其技术数据,直接生成其设备工作能力的技术描述,也可 以自动判断出设备型号,以其型号作为设备约束条件,在后续使用时再通过查询某个数据库将其转化为设备工作能力的技术描述数据。当然,设备约束条件收集模块3072的收集工作也可以利用用户主动输入的方式实现,比如用户可以向服务器提交其已有的设备型号,也可以在对设备的约束条件足够了解的情况下,直接向服务器输入其设备的技术描述数据。设备约束条件的收集除了可以在用户注册的阶段进行外,在用户注册后的任意使用阶段也可以进行。
产品信息库302用于存储智能烹饪产品的数据,这些数据用于与用户的检索请求进行匹配。如前所述,智能烹饪产品一般包括方便菜、数字菜谱以及智能烹饪设备。这些烹饪产品包含描述和限定信息。
检索模块303用于在产品信息库302内检索满足检索请求的智能烹饪产品。此检索模块303基于检索请求中所包含的检索关键词在产品信息库302内进行检索,当智能烹饪产品中的描述和限定信息符合检索关键词时,则将对应的智能烹饪产品筛选出来,作为命中结果。
接收模块304用于接收使用用户信息库中所存储的用户信息进行访问的产品请求。该接收模块304相当于服务器的信息入口。如前所述,使用用户信息库中所存储的用户信息进行访问的一般实现方式是用户利用该用户信息登陆到服务器上,登陆后的用户所发送的产品请求才会被接受。
产品请求可以是用户所发送的检索命令。一般情况下,此请求中都会包含用户自身输入的对产品需求进行限定的检索关键词,当然;在部分情况下,此请求中可以不包含检索关键词,其只是由用户自身发出或用户登陆后系统自动发送的一条检索命令。
预处理模块305是本检索服务器的关键模块。
首先,预处理模块305用于获取用户信息库301中对应该用户信息的设备约束条件,将该设备约束条件与产品请求组合形成检索请求。由于设备约束条件是与用户信息对应存储的,因此,预处理模块305只需根据用户信息便可以调取对应的设备约束条件。调取的过程可以发生在用户利用用户信息登陆服务器时,也可以是在用户的产品请求发出之时。预处理模块305自动将设备约束条件与产品请求组合形成检索请求。当产品请求中包含检索关键词时,预处理模块305将用户输入的检索关键词和设备约束条件作为最终的检索关键词,送到检索模块303中进行检索;当不包含检 索关键词时,预处理模块305将用户的设备约束条件作为最终的检索关键词送到检索模块303进行检索。
另外,优选地,预处理模块305还用于将检索模块303所得的检索结果中智能烹饪产品的设备约束条件屏蔽。
发送模块306用于将屏蔽处理后的检索结果发送给用户。发送模块306相当于检索服务器的信息输出口。当用户以WEB服务的方式访问检索服务器时,发送模块306将结果发送到WEB页面上;当用户以客户终端远程访问检索服务器时,发送模块306将结果发送至客户终端上供用户查看。
发送模块306将检索结果发送给用户时,为了使得用户更方便地查看和选择,可以将检索结果进行分类和/或排序后再提供给用户。
发送模块306将检索结果发送给用户时,包含与检索结果对应的智能烹饪产品的订单信息,该订单信息包括相应智能烹饪产品的购买和/或下载服务信息,对于方便菜和智能烹饪设备,一般提供购买服务信息,如网络购买链接等,对于数字菜谱,一般提供下载服务信息,如下载链接,对于需要购买才能使用的数字菜谱,也可以提供购买链接。上述服务信息可以由本检索服务器满足,也可以由网络上的其他服务器满足。当由本检索服务器提供服务信息时,接收模块304需要接收用户针对服务信息的选择结果送到服务器内进行处理。要实现此信息服务功能,产品信息库中所存储的智能烹饪产品需要包括与产品对应的服务信息。
当产品信息库内没有智能烹饪产品能够满足用户产品请求和设备约束条件所限定的检索请求时,服务器可以将此检索请求进行发布。为此,检索服务器设有一发布模块308,发布模块308用于根据产品请求和设备约束条件所限定的检索请求发布产品需求信息。如前所述,当用户的产品请求中没有检索关键词时,产品需求信息中所限定的条件只有设备约束条件组成,当用户的产品请求中具有检索关键词时,产品需求信息中所限定的条件由检索关键词和设备约束条件组成。产品需求信息发布的另一种方式是,接收用户的产品请求并将对应的设备约束条件与产品请求组合后,发布模块308在用户同意的条件下直接根据产品请求和设备约束条件所限定的检索请求发布产品需求信息。发布模块308所发布的产品需求信息一般包括发布该信息的用户的相关信息,如联系电话等。添加用户相关信息的过程可以以用户主动提交的方式实现,也可以发布模块308主动访问 用户信息库获取该用户的相关信息,自动添加到所发布的产品需求信息内。
如前所述,用户信息库中的单个用户信息可以与多组设备约束条件对应关联起来。而基于设备约束进行检索时单个用户的设备约束条件只能一组处于生效状态。为此,本检索服务器设一设备约束条件选择模块309,当与单个用户信息对应的设备约束条件数量为两组或以上时,选择模块309接收使用该用户信息的用户发送的设备约束条件选择指令,根据设备约束条件选择指令激活相应的设备约束条件,所激活的设备约束条件用于与接收模块接收到的该用户所发送的产品请求进行组合,其他的设备约束条件则处于非激活状态。此设备约束条件选择模块308一般在用户使用用户信息登陆服务器时工作,其在用户登陆服务器用的WEB页面或客户终端提供供用户选择的选择项,接收用户的选择信息,使对应的设备约束条件生效。当然,用户登陆后,也可以随时调用该设备约束条件选择模块,使另外一个设备约束条件生效。
如用户已有智能炒菜机、智能蒸锅、智能焗炉、智能烤机等多种智能烹饪设备,用户信息库中分别存储有与该用户信息对应的智能炒菜机、智能蒸锅、智能焗炉、智能烤机的设备约束条件。用户使用用户信息登陆服务器时,用户可以通过设备约束条件选择模块309选择智能炒菜机、智能蒸锅、智能焗炉、智能烤机的设备约束条件中的一个使之生效,例如选择激活智能炒菜机的设备约束条件。此时用户输入“茄子”作为检索关键词提交产品请求,那么服务器检索返回的结果可能是“红烧茄子”的方便菜或数字菜谱。当用户将激活的设备约束条件修改为智能蒸锅时,同时输入“茄子”作为检索关键词提交产品请求,那么服务器检索返回的结果可能是“蒜蓉清蒸茄子”的方便菜或数字菜谱,不再可能是“红烧茄子”的方便菜或数字菜谱。
为了使得基于设备约束条件的检索更加灵活,本检索服务器还可以进一步设置一设备约束条件修改模块310,此设备约束条件修改模块310用于接收使用用户信息库所存储的用户信息访问的用户所发送的修改指令,对与该用户信息对应的设备约束条件进行修改。修改可以是临时性的,也可以是永久性的。修改生效时,接收到用户的产品请求时将修改后的设备约束条件与产品请求组合后作为产品检索的限定条件。永久性修改一般需要用户授权,用户授权后设备约束条件修改模块将修改后的设备约束条件 替换修改前的设备约束条件与用户信息绑定,存储于用户信息库内。
下面通过一个具体的实施例来对通过本发明检索服务器实现本发明检索方法的技术方案进行进一步阐述:
例如假设用户甲和用户乙要使用检索服务器进行智能烹饪产品的检索,用户甲已有的智能烹饪设备为一台智能炒菜机,用户乙已有的智能烹饪设备则为一台智能烤炉。根据上述检索方法,检索服务器会先将用户甲和用户乙的相关用户信息进行收集,一般是向用户提供注册服务,生成用户信息,并在注册过程中自动收集他们的设备约束条件或接收用户主动输入的设备约束条件。收集完成后与用户甲的用户信息对应存储的是其智能炒菜机的设备约束条件,与用户乙的用户信息对应存储的则是其智能烤炉的设备约束条件。假设用户甲注册生成的用户信息为昵称,而用户乙注册生成的用户信息为其电话号码,那么本检索服务器在接收到用户甲以昵称提交的登陆请求和用户乙以电话号码提交的登陆请求时都判断为有效,分配给用户甲和用户乙使用基于设备约束条件检索服务器的权限。
用户甲和用户乙具有使用服务器的权限后,便可以向服务器提出产品请求。比如用户甲和用户乙都想烹制以鸡肉为食材的菜肴,两者都提交包含检索关键词“鸡肉”的产品请求,检索服务器接收到两者的产品请求后,会将两用户的设备约束条件与产品请求组合后再在产品信息库内进行检索。由于用户甲和用户乙的设备约束条件并不一样,因此显而易见的是,服务器发送给用户甲和用户乙的检索结果也会迥然不同,返回给用户甲的结果可能是“宫保鸡丁”“三杯鸡”等的对应的方便菜和数字菜谱,而返回给用户乙的结果则可能是“烤鸡肉串”“蜜汁烤鸡”等对应的方便菜和数字菜谱。可见,即使用户输入的检索关键词一样,但是检索服务器所返回的结果并不完全一样。
发送给用户甲和用户乙的检索结果内可以包括相关产品的购买和/或下载服务信息。比如,发送给用户甲的“宫保鸡丁”的方便菜中带有购买服务信息,数字菜谱中带有下载信息。
假设用户甲除了智能炒菜机外,还拥有一台与用户乙相同的智能烤炉。那么检索服务器可以随时根据用户甲的修改请求,将其设备约束条件修改为智能烤炉对应的设备约束条件。修改完成后,用户甲再提交包含检索关键词“鸡肉”的产品请求,检索服务器返回给用户甲的便是与用户乙一样的结果,即可能是“烤鸡肉串”“蜜汁烤鸡”等的对应的方便菜和数 字菜谱。另外,用户还可以根据需求对其中的设备约束条件进行部分修改,修改后根据需要决定是否更新存储。
假设用户甲生效的设备约束条件为智能炒菜机,他想检索“三杯鸡”的方便菜和数字菜谱,而产品信息库内并无“三杯鸡”的产品信息。此时检索服务器可以自动或根据用户甲的请求发布产品需求信息,此产品需求信息的产品要求除了要求菜肴名称为“三杯鸡”外,还包括用户甲智能炒菜机的设备约束条件,另外一般还包括用户甲的相关用户信息,如个人电话、地址等。当然,假若用户甲不经过检索服务器的检索过程直接发送产品发布请求,检索服务器也会根据其请求将与上述相同的产品需求信息进行发布。
由上述的实施例可以看出,本发明的检索服务器除了能够实现基本的基于用户自身的设备约束的检索产品功能外,还能够向用户提供方便的产品需求发布功能、检索结果查看选择及购买下载功能、设备约束条件选择修改功能。
本发明所提出的智能烹饪产品的检索设备的核心是设一设备约束信息库用于存储设备约束条件,并设一信息处理模块对该设备约束条件进行操作,该信息处理模块能够自动添加和删除设备约束条件,使得检索设备能够利用普通的产品服务器实现基于设备约束的智能烹饪产品功能。本检索设备对设备约束条件的作用过程在后台进行,在大部分情况下用户不需关注此过程是如何进行的。
用户使用此检索设备通过产品服务器对智能烹饪产品进行检索,所检索得到的产品都是能够与设备约束条件相匹配的,即与对应的智能烹饪设备相匹配,例如检索到的方便菜能够被已有智能烹饪设备所烹制,检索到的数字菜谱能够被已有智能烹饪设备所使用,检索到的烹饪设备能够与已有智能烹饪设备协同工作。
本发明的检索设备通过网络远程访问产品服务器,用户使用时直接在检索设备上提交产品请求,检索设备自动与远程产品服务器通讯完成检索过程。具体实现时,本发明的检索设备可以是智能烹饪设备,也可以是个人电脑或者手机、平板等可访问网络的移动终端,或者是网络电视、智能家居控制中心等可访问网络的本地设备。访问可以是通过安装在检索设备上的专用软件,也可以是通过检索设备使用检索服务器提供的WEB服务进行。
参照附图5所示,本发明的检索设备主要由设备约束信息库501、接收模块502、信息处理模块503、通讯模块504、结果输出模块505组成。
其中,设备约束信息库501用于存储设备约束条件。设备约束条件的表现形式可以是设备的名称、型号、设备识别码和技术指标中的部分或全部信息。设备约束信息库501中所存储的设备约束条件为至少一组。例如,当检索设备为一台智能烹饪设备时,其所存储的除了自身的设备约束条件外不再包括其他智能烹饪设备的设备约束条件,那么其所存储的设备约束条件为一组,此组设备约束条件一直保持激活状态。又例如当检索设备为一台安装在厨房中的平板电脑终端时,其可以将厨房中所有智能烹饪设备的设备约束条件都存储起来,即其存储有多组的设备约束条件,但对智能烹饪产品进行检索时,只有其中一组设备约束条件处于激活状态。所存储的设备约束条件中还包括该检索设备自身的信息,即包括该检索设备自身的设备名称、型号、设备识别码和技术指标中的部分或全部信息。
当存储的设备约束条件数量为多组时,为了区分不同的设备约束条件,设备约束信息库中存储有用于与设备约束条件绑定的唯一性标示。当然,即使存储的设备约束条件只有一组,也可以将此设备约束条件与唯一性标示绑定。
此唯一性标示可以是单个信息,如智能烹饪设备的识别码,用户自定义的字符串或者当用户是人时,可以是该用户的手机号、电子邮件账号或者身份证号码。唯一性标示也可以是上述所有信息的绑定集合,集合内的任意一个信息都可以区分出对应的设备约束条件。唯一性标示用于提供用户使用检索设备的凭证。例如,检索设备可以将此唯一性标示作为用户登录使用检索设备的账号,只有使用正确账号登录的用户才能使用检索设备的产品检索功能。唯一性标示还用于限定处于激活状态的设备约束条件。因为唯一性标示是与设备约束条件绑定的,因此只要基于此标示便可以选定对应的设备约束条件,使该设备约束条件处于激活状态。部分情况下,与唯一性标示绑定的设备约束条件数量可能为两个或两个以上,当用户利用该唯一性标示使用本检索设备时,检索设备还会通过一选择模块接收用户的选择指令,供用户选择所要激活的设备约束条件。
本发明的检索设备一般设有设备约束条件收集模块506来进行设备约束条件的收集。收集的方式可以是接收主动输入的设备约束条件然后存储到设备约束信息库501内,还可以自动以信息交互的方式获取目标设备 的设备约束条件并存储到设备约束信息库501内,两种方式也可以同时进行。前一种方式实现时,用户可以向检索设备提交其已有的设备型号,也可以在对设备的约束条件足够了解的情况下,直接向检索设备输入其设备的技术描述数据。后一种方式实现时,一般是检索设备与目标的智能烹饪设备连接,该智能烹饪设备进行自动检测,收集其技术数据,直接生成其设备工作能力的技术描述,得到设备约束条件,也可以自动判断出设备型号,以其型号作为设备约束条件,在后续使用时再通过查询某个数据库将其转化为设备工作能力的技术描述数据。
另外,在特定的实施例中,检索设备的设备约束信息库可以只具有临时存储功能,只有检索设备与目标智能烹饪设备保持连接状态下,其才能读取该智能烹饪设备的设备约束条件,然后基于此设备约束条件工作;当检索设备与目标智能烹饪设备断开时,设备约束信息库中不再保存该智能烹饪设备的设备约束条件。特别地,当连接的目标设备有多个时,用户可以通过手动选择其中的部分或全部作为检索设备的设备约束条件。
本检索设备的接收模块502用于接收使用该检索设备的用户的产品请求。该接收模块502相当于检索设备的信息入口。产品请求相当于用户所发送的检索命令。一般情况下,此请求中都会包含用户自身输入的对产品需求进行限定的检索关键词;当然,在部分情况下,此请求中可以不包含检索关键词,其只是由用户经检索设备或检索设备自身发送的一条检索命令。
本发明的信息处理模块503是本检索设备的关键模块。
首先,信息处理模块503用于将设备约束信息库中处于激活状态的一组设备约束条件与用户的产品请求组合,形成供产品服务器进行智能烹饪产品检索的检索请求。上述过程是自动进行的。当产品请求中包含检索关键词时,信息处理模块503将用户输入的检索关键词和设备约束条件作为最终的检索关键词,送到远程产品服务器中进行检索;当不包含检索关键词时,信息处理模块503将用户的设备约束条件作为最终的检索关键词送到产品服务器进行检索。该产品服务器是一普通的检索服务器,其设有智能烹饪产品的产品信息库,能够基于关键词检出相关的智能烹饪产品。
另外,优选地,信息处理模块503还用于将产品服务器返回的检索结果中的设备约束条件屏蔽。信息处理模块503在检索发出时添加了设备约束条件作为检索关键词,检索完成后假若不经处理的话那么检索生成的结 果会带有设备约束条件的匹配信息,为此,信息处理模块503会将产品服务器返回的检索结果中智能烹饪产品的设备约束条件屏蔽,即屏蔽结果的关于设备约束条件的匹配信息,屏蔽后的检索结果只包括用户的产品请求中的检索关键词的匹配信息。
本检索设备的通讯模块504用于将检索请求发送至产品服务器,并用于接收产品服务器返回的检索结果,并发送至信息处理模块503。此通讯模块504是与产品服务器的通讯实现部分。通讯模块504可以通过现有技术实现,例如采用有线的以太网、RS485、CAN或者无线3G、WIFI、ZigBee、红外、蓝牙等通讯模块实现。
本检索设备的结果输出模块505用于将屏蔽处理后的检索结果发送给用户。即信息处理模块503将处理后的结果通过结果输出模块505发送至用户。
结果输出模块505将检索结果发送给用户时,为了使得用户更方便地查看和选择,可以将检索结果进行分类和/或排序后再提供给用户。
优选地,通讯模块504接收到产品服务器返回的检索结果中包括与智能烹饪产品对应的订单信息,该订单信息包括相应的智能烹饪产品的购买和/或下载服务信息。结果输出模块505将此购买和/或下载服务信息同时提供给用户。对于方便菜和智能烹饪设备,一般提供购买服务信息,如网络购买链接等,对于数字菜谱,一般提供下载服务信息,如下载链接,对于需要购买才能使用的数字菜谱,也可以提供购买链接。
为了更好地满足用户使用要求,本检索设备还可以进一步设置一发布模块507,发布模块507用于根据组合后的产品请求与设备约束条件形成产品需求信息,并通过通讯模块将产品需求信息发送到产品服务器进行发布。如前所述,当用户的产品请求中没有检索关键词时,产品需求信息中所限定的条件只有设备约束条件组成,当用户的产品请求中具有检索关键词时,产品需求信息中所限定的条件由检索关键词和设备约束条件组成。发布模块507所发布的产品需求信息一般包括发布该信息的用户的相关信息,如联系电话等。添加用户相关信息的过程可以以用户主动提交的方式实现。
为了使得基于设备约束条件的检索更加灵活,本检索设备可以进一步设置一设备约束条件修改模块508,用于接收用户的修改指令对设备约束条件进行临时性或永久性修改。修改生效时,接收到用户的产品请求时将 修改后的设备约束条件与产品请求组合。永久性修改一般需要用户授权,用户授权后设备约束条件修改模块将修改后的设备约束条件替换修改前的设备约束条件存储于设备约束信息库内。
在具体应用时,本发明的检索设备本身可能就是一台智能烹饪设备,其自身设有执行模块509,用于当检索结果中包含数字菜谱且该数字菜谱被用户选用时,对数字菜谱进行解析,并执行该数字菜谱中包含的指令。具体工作时,当产品服务器返回的检索结果中包含数字菜谱并被用户所选择时,检索设备直接通过执行模块509执行该数字菜谱。若检索设备不包含执行模块509,那么其会将此数字菜谱通过通讯模块发送至对应的智能烹饪设备上执行。执行模块509可以包括一种加热元件,也可以包括一种自动投料结构。
本发明智能设备的接收模块502、通讯模块504、结果输出模块505以及设备约束条件收集模块506等都作为其信息接口使用,具体实施例中,上述模块可以并非是完全互相独立的,它们之中的多个甚至全部都可以利用同一部件实现。例如,智能设备上设置有触摸显示屏,那么此触摸显示屏便可以同时作为接收模块、结果输出模块使用,当用户手动输入设备约束条件时,此触摸显示屏还起到了相当于设备约束条件收集模块的作用。
下面通过几个具体的实施例来对通过本发明检索设备实现本发明检索方法的技术方案进行进一步阐述:
实施例一
智能设备A为一台带有人机交互界面的智能炒菜机,具备远程访问产品服务器的功能。设备内只存储有其自身的设备约束条件。用户通过人机交互界面使用智能炒菜机向产品服务器检索“红烧茄子”的方便菜和数字菜谱产品,智能炒菜机会将自身所存储的设备约束条件自动添加到用户输入的关键词内,形成以“红烧茄子”和设备约束条件为最终检索关键词的检索请求。产品服务器基于上述检索请求进行检索,得到相应的检索结果,送回智能炒菜机内。当检索结果中包含数字菜谱时,此数字菜谱能够直接被此智能炒菜机执行和使用,而对于相应的方便菜产品,产品服务器所返回的结果中会包含相关的购买服务信息,供用户选择购买使用。
实施例二
智能设备B为一台智能手机。智能手机内安装有可以使用产品服务器 产品检索服务的专用软件。此专用软件设有供用户输入设备约束条件的输入窗口,用户通过此窗口输入特定的设备约束条件。专用软件还可以利用智能手机的相关数据端口自动获取目标智能烹饪设备的设备约束条件,例如通过手机摄像头拍摄记载有设备约束条件的二维码,通过解码的方式获取所需的设备约束条件;也可以通过USB接口与智能烹饪设备连接,自动识别出设备约束条件。专用软件可以同时存储多组设备约束条件,通过不同用户名进行区别,同一个用户名下也可以存储多组设备约束条件,用户通过用户名登陆时通过主动选择的方式选择所要激活的设备约束条件。
用户使用此智能手机向产品服务器提出检索请求时,智能手机内的专用软件会自动添加激活的设备约束条件作为最终检索关键词的一部分,产品服务器基于上述检索请求进行检索,得到相应的检索结果,送回智能手机内。对于结果中的方便菜产品,用户可以通过同时返回的方便菜购买服务信息进行购买,对于其中的数字菜谱,用户可以通过智能手机进行下载,并进一步通过智能手机发送至相应的智能烹饪设备使用。
实施例三
智能设备C为一套智能烹饪设备的其中一台。此智能设备C除了存储有自身的设备约束条件外,还会将其他智能烹饪设备的设备约束条件进行收集。此智能设备C是该套智能烹饪设备的信息中心,用于访问产品服务器。其具体的工作方式与实施例二中的智能手机相同。
综上所述,本发明所提出的智能烹饪产品的检索方法,以及基于该检索方法的检索服务器和检索设备,可以在检索过程中自动添加设备约束条件,在检索结果中自动屏蔽设备约束条件,使得用户在检索时无需反复输入繁琐的设备约束条件,检索方式方便快捷,检索效率高,检索结果准确,简单明了。

  1. 一种智能烹饪产品的检索方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    S102,接收步骤,接收来自用户的智能烹饪产品的产品请求;
    S103,检索预处理步骤,获取与该用户信息相对应的设备约束条件,将所述设备约束条件与所述产品请求组合形成检索请求;
    S104,检索结果获取步骤,在数据库内检索满足所述检索请求的智能烹饪产品,获取检索结果;
    S106,检索结果输出步骤,用于输出所述检索结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的检索方法,其特征在于,在步骤S104与S106之间,还包括:
    S105,检索结果预处理步骤,用于屏蔽所述检索结果中的所述设备约束条件;相应地,所述检索结果输出步骤,用于输出经屏蔽处理后的所述检索结果。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的检索方法,其特征在于,所述数据库是本地数据库或者网络数据库;当所述数据库是网络数据库时,所述检索结果获取步骤包括将所述检索请求发送至所述网络数据库,在所述网络数据库内检索满足所述检索请求的智能烹饪产品,及获取网络数据库返回的检索结果。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的检索方法,其特征在于,所述检索结果输出时,还包括与所述检索结果对应的智能烹饪产品的订单信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的检索方法,其特征在于,在步骤S102之前,还包括:
    S101,信息预存储步骤,将所述用户信息、所述设备约束条件,以及所述智能烹饪产品的产品信息预先存储于数据库。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的检索方法,其特征在于,所述用户信息和所述设备约束条件的数据通过用户注册步骤进行收集,所述用户注册步骤包括:
    接收用户的注册请求,形成针对该用户具有唯一性标示的用户信息;
    收集该用户的设备约束条件;
    将所述设备约束条件与所述用户信息绑定;
    存储绑定后的所述用户信息和所述设备约束条件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的检索方法,其特征在于,所述设备约束条件的数量至少为一组,其中,在所述设备约束条件中有且仅有一组处于激活状态。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的检索方法,其特征在于,所述设备约束条件包括手动输入的设备约束条件,和/或,以信息交互的方式自动获取的目标设备的设备约束条件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的检索方法,其特征在于,当所述设备约束条件的数量为两组以上时,步骤S103在获取与该用户信息相对应的设备约束条件后还包括:接收用户发送的设备约束条件选择指令,根据设备约束条件选择指令激活相应的设备约束条件。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的检索方法,其特征在于,步骤S106后还包括:S107,根据所述检索结果,发布产品需求信息。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的检索方法,其特征在于,在检索预处理步骤前,还包括设备约束条件修改步骤,用于用户临时性或永久性修改所述设备约束条件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的检索方法,其特征在于,在永久性修改所述设备约束条件时,需经过用户授权。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的检索方法,其特征在于,所述设备约束条件的修改,包括增加、删除、屏蔽和变更所述设备约束条件中的一种或多种。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的检索方法,其特征在于,当所述产品请求为空时,直接获取与用户信息相对应的设备约束条件作为检索请求。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的检索方法,其特征在于,所述智能烹饪产品包括方便菜、数字菜谱和智能烹饪设备中的一种或多种。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的检索方法,其特征在于,所述设备约束条件包括设备的名称、型号、设备识别码和技术指标中的一种或多种。
  17. 一种智能烹饪产品的检索服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    用户信息库,用于存储用户信息以及与所述用户信息对应的设备约束条件信息;
    产品信息库,用于存储智能烹饪产品信息;
    接收模块,用于接收来自使用所述用户信息库中所存储的用户信息进行访问的用户的产品请求;
    预处理模块,用于获取所述用户信息库中对应该用户信息的设备约束条 件,将所述设备约束条件与所述产品请求组合形成检索请求;
    检索模块,用于在所述产品信息库内检索满足检索请求的智能烹饪产品,得到检索结果;
    发送模块,用于输出所述检索结果。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的检索服务器,其特征在于,所述预处理模块还用于屏蔽所述检索结果中的所述设备约束条件;相应地,所述发送模块,用于输出经屏蔽处理后的所述检索结果。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的检索服务器,其特征在于,所述发送模块将所述检索结果输出时,还包括输出与所述检索结果对应的智能烹饪产品的订单信息。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的检索服务器,其特征在于,还包括:
    发布模块,用于根据所述检索结果,发布产品需求信息。
  21. 根据权利要求17所述的检索服务器,其特征在于,还包括用户注册模块,所述用户注册模块包括:
    用户信息生成模块,用于接收用户的注册请求,形成针对该用户具有唯一性标示的用户信息;
    设备约束条件收集模块,用于收集该用户的设备约束条件;
    绑定模块,用于将所述设备约束条件与所述用户信息绑定;
    存储模块,用于将绑定后的所述用户信息和所述设备约束条件存储到所述用户信息库内。
  22. 根据权利要求17所述的检索服务器,其特征在于,所述设备约束条件的数量至少为一组;所述检索服务器还包括设备约束条件选择模块,当所述设备约束条件数量为两组以上时,用于接收使用该用户信息的用户发送的设备约束条件选择指令,根据所述设备约束条件选择指令激活相应的设备约束条件。
  23. 根据权利要求17所述的检索服务器,其特征在于,还包括设备约束条件修改模块,用于接收用户发送的修改指令,对与所述用户信息对应的设备约束条件进行临时性或永久性修改。
  24. 一种智能烹饪产品的检索设备,其特征在于,包括:
    设备约束信息库,用于存储至少一组设备约束条件,所述设备约束条件中有且仅有一组处于激活状态;
    接收模块,用于接收来自用户的产品请求;
    信息处理模块,用于将处于激活状态的所述设备约束条件与所述产品请求组合,形成检索请求;
    通讯模块,用于将所述检索请求发送至产品服务器;以及接收产品服务器返回的检索结果,并发送至信息处理模块;
    结果输出模块,用于输出所述检索结果。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的检索设备,其特征在于,所述信息处理模块还用于屏蔽所述产品服务器返回的所述检索结果中的所述设备约束条件;相应地,所述结果输出模块,用于输出经屏蔽处理后的所述检索结果。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的检索设备,其特征在于,在所述通讯模块接收到产品服务器返回的所述检索结果中,包括与所述智能烹饪产品对应的订单信息。
  27. 根据权利要求24所述的检索设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    发布模块,用于根据组合后的产品请求与设备约束条件形成产品需求信息,并通过所述通讯模块将所述产品需求信息发送到产品服务器进行发布。
  28. 根据权利要求24所述的检索设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    执行模块,用于当所述检索结果中包含数字菜谱且所述数字菜谱被用户选用时,执行所述数字菜谱中包含的指令。
  29. 根据权利要求24所述的检索设备,其特征在于,所述设备约束信息库还存储有用户信息,所述用户信息是用户使用所述检索设备的凭证,用于与所述设备约束条件绑定,限定处于激活状态的所述设备约束条件。
  30. 根据权利要求24所述的检索设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    设备约束条件收集模块,用于接收手动输入的设备约束条件,和/或自动以信息交互的方式获取目标设备的设备约束条件;所述收集到的设备约束条件存储到设备约束信息库内。
  31. 根据权利要求24所述的检索设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    设备约束条件修改模块,用于接收用户的修改指令,并对设备约束条件进行临时性或永久性修改。
  32. 根据权利要求24所述的检索设备,其特征在于,所述设备约束条件中还包括所述检索设备的信息。
  33. 根据权利要求24所述的检索设备,其特征在于,所述检索设备根据其与目标设备的通信连接状态,实现所述目标设备的设备约束条件的获取或 取消。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的检索设备,其特征在于,所述连接的目标设备有多个时,可以选择其中的部分或全部作为检索设备的设备约束条件。
