Abstract
一种分离式电动搅拌杯密封结构,包括杯身(1)、设置在杯身(1)内的搅拌棒(2)、密封胶圈(4)、卡座(5)、卡扣(6)、底座(7)以及设置在底座(7)内的电机(71);密封胶圈(4)剖面成塔状结构,顶端直径大于底端直径,且内部为中空结构;密封胶圈(4)顶端连接搅拌棒(2)底部,底端连接卡座(5)顶部;卡座(5)将密封胶圈(4)压紧在杯身(1)底部;杯身(1)和底座(7)通过快速卡扣连接。该搅拌杯结构简单,使用方便、密封性好,杯身和底座可拆卸,避免清洗时液体渗入电机造成损坏,在底部设置了塔状的密封胶圈,可以有效的避免在工作时液体进入电机导致电机损坏,延长了电机的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种密封结构, 具体涉及分离式电动搅拌杯密封结构。 背景技术
现在电动搅拌杯多为一体式, 清洗时必须附带底座, 液体容易渗入电 机, 影响使用功能。 且目前使用的搅拌杯都是通过电机带动搅拌叉旋转工 作, 在高速旋转的过程中必然会磨损密封材料, 密封材料磨损之后容易产 生间隙而导致漏水, 然后水进入电机内部而导致电机损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是: 为了解决上述问题, 提供了一种结构简单, 使 用方便、 密封性好的分离式电动搅拌杯密封结构, 杯身和底座可拆卸, 可 以单独清洗杯身, 避免清洗时液体渗入电机造成损坏, 在底部设置了塔状 的密封胶圈, 可以有效的避免在工作时液体进入电机导致电机损坏, 延长 了电机的使用寿命, 提高了实用性。
为了实现上述目的, 本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种分离式电动搅拌杯密封结构, 包括杯身、 设置在所述杯身内的搅 拌棒、 密封胶圈、 卡座、 卡扣、 底座以及设置在所述底座内的电机; 所述 密封胶圈剖面成塔状结构, 顶端直径大于底端直径, 且内部为中空结构; 所述密封胶圈顶端连接所述搅拌棒底部, 底端连接所述卡座顶部; 所述卡 座将所述密封胶圈压紧在所述杯身底部; 所述搅拌棒底部设置传动轴; 所 述传动轴依次穿设于所述密封胶圈和卡座; 所述传动轴底端通过卡扣与所 述电机相连接; 所述电机驱动所述搅拌棒旋转; 所述杯身和所述底座通过
快速卡扣连接。
进一步, 所述卡扣包括子卡扣、 母卡扣以及緩冲胶圈; 緩冲胶圈设置 在子卡扣和母卡扣之间; 所述子卡扣连接所述传动轴; 母卡扣连接所述电 机。
进一步,所述密封胶圈底部台阶上设置凸台;所述杯身底端设置凹台; 所述凸台设置在所述凹台内。
进一步, 所述密封胶圈与所述搅拌棒底端之间设置垫片; 所述垫片固 定设置在所述胶圈顶端。
本实用新型由于釆用了上述技术, 使之与现有技术相比具有的积极效 果是:
本实用新型由于杯身和底座能分离, 在清洗时, 将杯身与底座分离, 彻底解决液体渗入底座烧毁电机的问题, 提高了底座的安全性; 本实用新 型由于在密封胶圈顶部设置了垫片, 使密封胶圈位置较为固定, 提高密封 胶圈密封功能; 本实用新型设置内部为中空的塔状密封胶圈, 同时在其底 部设置与杯身底部固定的凸台,在使用过程中,可以有效的起到密封效果, 同时即使产生磨损之后由于其中空结构的缘故, 会使得密封圈依然紧密的 和传动轴贴合在一起, 还是能够很好的密封, 而且密封胶圈不转动, 减少 密封胶圈损耗, 提高了密封性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的实施例。
请参见图 1所示, 一种分离式电动搅拌杯密封结构, 包括杯身 1、设置 在所述杯身 1 内的搅拌棒 2、 密封胶圈 4、 卡座 5、 卡扣 6、 底座 7以及设 置在所述底座 7内的电机 71 ; 所述密封胶圈 4剖面成塔状结构, 顶端直径 大于底端直径, 且内部为中空结构; 所述密封胶圈 4顶端连接所述搅拌棒 2 底部, 底端连接所述卡座 5顶部; 所述卡座 5将所述密封胶圈 4压紧在所 述杯身 1底部; 所述搅拌棒 2底部设置传动轴 21 ; 所述传动轴 21依次穿设 于所述密封胶圈 4和卡座 5 ; 所述传动轴 21底端通过卡扣 6与所述电机 71 相连接; 所述电机 71驱动所述搅拌棒 2旋转; 所述杯身 1和所述底座 7通 过快速卡扣连接, 由于杯身 1和底座 7通过快速卡扣连接, 在清洗时, 将 杯身 1与底座 7分离, 彻底解决液体渗入底座 7烧毁电机 71的问题, 提高 了底座 7的安全性; 由于设置了内部为中空的塔状密封胶圈 4,在使用过程 中, 可以有效的起到密封效果, 同时即使产生磨损之后由于其中空结构的 缘故, 会使得密封圈依然紧密的和传动轴贴合在一起, 能够然能够起到很 好的密封效果。
优选的, 所述卡扣 6包括子卡扣 61、 母卡扣 62以及緩冲胶圈 63; 緩 冲胶圈 63设置在子卡扣 61和母卡扣 62之间; 所述子卡扣 61连接所述传 动轴 21 ; 母卡扣 62连接所述电机 71。
优选的, 所述密封胶圈 4底部台阶上设置凸台 41 ; 所述杯身 1底端设 置凹台 11 ; 所述凸台 41设置在所述凹台 11内, 在工作时, 会使得密封胶 圈 4相对不转动, 减少密封胶圈 4的磨损, 延长了产品的使用寿命。
优选的, 所述密封胶圈 4与所述搅拌棒 2底端之间设置垫片 3; 所述垫
片 3固定设置在所述胶圈 4顶端,在密封胶圈 4顶部设置了垫片 3,使密封 胶圈 4顶端位置较为固定, 提高密封胶圈 4密封性能。
综上所述, 本实用新型结构简单, 使用方便、 密封性好, 杯身和底座 可拆卸, 可以单独清洗杯身, 避免清洗时液体渗入电机造成损坏, 在底部 设置了塔状的密封胶圈, 可以有效的避免在工作时液体进入电机导致电机 损坏, 延长了电机的使用寿命, 提高了实用性。

1. 一种分离式电动搅拌杯密封结构, 其特征在于: 包括杯身 (1 ) 、 设置 在所述杯身 ( 1 ) 内的搅拌棒( 2 ) 、 密封胶圈 ( 4 ) 、 卡座( 5 ) 、 卡扣
( 6 ) 、 底座( 7 ) 以及设置在所述底座( 7 ) 内的电机( 71 ) ; 所述密 封胶圈 (4 ) 剖面成塔状结构, 顶端直径大于底端直径, 且内部为中空 结构; 所述密封胶圈 (4 )顶端连接所述搅拌棒(2)底部, 底端连接所 述卡座( 5 )顶部; 所述卡座( 5 )将所述密封胶圈 ( 4 )压紧在所述杯 身( 1 )底部; 所述搅拌棒 ( 2 )底部设置传动轴( 21 ); 所述传动轴( 21 ) 依次穿设于所述密封胶圈 ( 4 )和卡座( 5 ) ; 所述传动轴( )底端通 过卡扣 ( 6 ) 与所述电机( 71 )相连接; 所述电机( 71 )驱动所述搅拌 棒( 2 )旋转; 所述杯身 ( 1 )和所述底座 ( 7 )通过快速卡扣连接。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的分离式电动搅拌杯密封结构, 其特征在于: 所述 卡扣 (6 ) 包括子卡扣 (61 ) 、 母卡扣 (62 ) 以及緩冲胶圈 (63) ; 緩 冲胶圈( 63 )设置在子卡扣( 61 )和母卡扣( 62 )之间; 所述子卡扣( 61 ) 连接所述传动轴( 21 ) ; 母卡扣 ( 62 )连接所述电机( 71 ) 。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的分离式电动搅拌杯密封结构, 其特征在于: 所述 密封胶圈 (4 )底部台阶上设置凸台 (41 ) ; 所述杯身 (1 )底端设置与 所述凸台 (41 ) 配合的凹台。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的分离式电动搅拌杯密封结构, 其特征在于: 所述 密封胶圈 (4 ) 与所述搅拌棒(2 )底端之间设置垫片 (3) ; 所述垫片
