 鉱山機械の管理システムは、複数のランドマークが設置された鉱山を走行する鉱山機械に搭載されて、前記鉱山機械に対する前記ランドマークを非接触で検出する検出部と、前記鉱山機械に搭載されて、前記鉱山機械の自己位置を求める自己位置検出装置と、予め求められた複数の前記ランドマークの位置を登録位置として記憶する記憶部と、前記検出部の検出結果及び前記自己位置検出装置が求めた前記自己位置から前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置を求め、このランドマークに対応する前記登録位置を前記記憶部から読み出して前記ランドマークの位置との位置ずれを求める処理部と、を含む。

Description

鉱山機械の管理システム、鉱山機械及び管理方法
 本発明は、鉱山機械の管理システム、鉱山機械及び管理方法に関する。
 鉱山において、予め設定された走行経路に無人車両を自動走行させることが提案されている(例えば、特許文献1)。
特開2002-215236号公報
 特許文献1には、無人車両を自動走行させるにあたって、速度センサ又は移動距離センサを用いて車両の走行距離を求め、かつジャイロ又は地磁気センサを用いて方位を推定することで車両の位置と方位とを推測する航法を用いることが記載されている。このような航法によって鉱山機械を走行させる場合、走行距離が大きくなるにしたがって、推測される鉱山機械の位置等の誤差も大きくなる。このため、前述した航法によって鉱山機械を走行させる場合、GPS又は鉱山に設置されたランドマークと呼ばれる位置の基準を用いて、推測される位置等の誤差を補正することが考えられている。
 GPSが使用できなくなった場合、前述した航法によって得られた位置を、ランドマークの位置を用いて補正しながら、鉱山機械を走行させることになる。この場合、鉱山に設置されたランドマークが移動することがある。すると、本来の位置からずれた位置のランドマークを用いて前述した航法によって得られた位置を補正することになる。その結果、無人の鉱山機械の場合は、鉱山中の走行路を逸脱する可能性がある。これは、例えば、ナビゲーション装置を用いて有人の鉱山機械を案内する場合も同様である。
 本発明は、鉱山機械が鉱山中の走行路を逸脱する可能性を低減できる鉱山機械の管理システム及び管理方法を提供することを目的とする。
 本発明は、複数のランドマークが設置された鉱山を無人で走行する鉱山機械に搭載されて、前記鉱山機械に対する前記ランドマークの位置を非接触で検出する検出部と、前記鉱山機械に搭載されて、前記鉱山機械の自己位置を求める自己位置検出装置と、予め求められた複数の前記ランドマークの位置を登録位置として記憶する記憶部と、前記検出部の検出結果及び前記自己位置検出装置が求めた前記自己位置から前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置を求め、このランドマークに対応する前記登録位置を前記記憶部から読み出して前記ランドマークの位置との位置ずれを求める処理部と、を含む、鉱山機械の管理システムである。
 前記処理部は、予め求められた前記ランドマークの位置と前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置とに基づいて前記鉱山機械の現在位置を補正して、推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させるとともに、前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい前記ランドマークに対応する前記登録位置は用いないで推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させることが好ましい。
 前記記憶部は、前記処理部によって求められた前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい場合には、前記位置ずれが前記所定の閾値よりも大きいことに関する情報を記憶することが好ましい。
 前記処理部は、予め求められた前記ランドマークの位置と前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置とに基づいて前記鉱山機械の現在位置を補正して、推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させるとともに、前記位置ずれが前記所定の閾値よりも大きい前記ランドマークに対応する前記登録位置は用いないで推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させることが好ましい。
 前記記憶部は、前記処理部によって求められた前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい場合には、前記登録位置を、前記処理部によって求められた前記ランドマークの位置に書き換えて、前記処理部は、予め求められた前記ランドマークの位置と前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置とに基づいて前記鉱山機械の現在位置を補正して、推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させるとともに、書き換えられた後の前記登録位置を用いて、推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させることが好ましい。
 本発明は、複数のランドマークが設置された鉱山を無人で走行する鉱山機械に搭載されて、前記鉱山機械に対する前記ランドマークを非接触で検出する検出部と、前記鉱山機械に搭載されて、前記鉱山機械の自己位置を求める自己位置検出装置と、予め求められた複数の前記ランドマークの位置を登録位置として記憶する記憶部と、前記検出部の検出結果及び前記自己位置検出装置が求めた前記自己位置から前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置を求め、このランドマークに対応する前記登録位置を前記記憶部から読み出して前記ランドマークの位置との位置ずれを求め、求めた前記ランドマークの位置を前記記憶部に送信する処理部と、を含み、前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい場合、前記位置ずれが前記所定の閾値よりも大きいことに関する情報が前記記憶部に記憶され、かつ前記処理部は、前記情報を前記鉱山で稼働する他の鉱山機械に送信する、鉱山機械の管理システムである。
 本発明は、複数のランドマークが設置された鉱山を無人で走行する鉱山機械において、前記鉱山機械に対する前記ランドマークの位置を非接触で検出する検出部と、前記鉱山機械に搭載されて、前記鉱山機械の自己位置を求める自己位置検出装置と、予め求められた複数の前記ランドマークの位置を登録位置として記憶する記憶部と、前記検出部の検出結果及び前記自己位置検出装置が求めた前記自己位置から前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置を求め、このランドマークに対応する前記登録位置を前記記憶部から読み出して前記ランドマークの位置との位置ずれを求める処理部と、を含む、鉱山機械である。
 前記処理部は、予め求められた前記ランドマークの位置と前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置とに基づいて前記鉱山機械の現在位置を補正して、推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させるとともに、前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい前記ランドマークに対応する前記登録位置は用いないで推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させることが好ましい。
 前記記憶部は、前記処理部によって求められた前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい場合には、前記位置ずれが前記所定の閾値よりも大きいことに関する情報を記憶することが好ましい。
 本発明は、複数のランドマークが設置された鉱山を無人で走行する鉱山機械を管理するにあたって、前記鉱山機械に対する前記ランドマークの位置及び前記鉱山機械の自己位置を検出し、前記ランドマークの位置の検出結果及び前記自己位置から前記ランドマークの位置を求め、このランドマークに対応する、予め求められた前記ランドマークの位置と、求めた前記ランドマークの位置との位置ずれを求め、得られた前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい場合には、前記位置ずれが前記所定の閾値よりも大きいことに関する情報を生成する、鉱山機械の管理方法である。
 本発明は、鉱山機械が鉱山中の走行路を逸脱する可能性を低減できる。

 本発明を実施するための形態(実施形態)につき、図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
<鉱山機械の管理システムの概要>
 図1は、本実施形態に係る鉱山機械の管理システム1の一例を示す図である。図1は、鉱山機械の管理システム(以下、適宜管理システムという)1及び管理システム1が適用される現場を模式的に示している。管理システム1は、管制施設7に配置された管理装置10を含み、鉱山機械を管理する。鉱山機械の管理は、鉱山機械の運行管理、鉱山機械の生産性の評価、鉱山機械のオペレータの操作技術の評価、鉱山機械の保全及び鉱山機械の異常診断の少なくとも一つを含む。
 鉱山機械とは、鉱山における各種作業に用いる機械類の総称である。鉱山機械は、例えば、積込機械及び運搬機械等である。積込機械は、土砂又は岩石等の積荷を運搬機械に積み込む機械である。積込機械は、油圧ショベル、電気ショベル及びホイールローダの少なくとも一つを含む。運搬機械は、鉱山を走行して、積込機械によって積み込まれた積荷を運搬する機械である。運搬機械は、ダンプトラック2を含む。
 本実施形態において、管理システム1は、少なくとも運搬機械を管理する。以下においては、管理システム1が、ダンプトラック2を管理する例を説明するが、管理システム1が管理する対象はダンプトラック2に限定されない。ダンプトラック2は、鉱山の積込場LPAと、排土場DPAと、積込場LPA及び排土場DPAの少なくとも一方に通じる走行路としての搬送路HLとの少なくとも一部を走行する。このように、ダンプトラック2は、鉱山において移動可能な移動体である。
 本実施形態において、ダンプトラック2は、管理装置10からの指令により動作する、いわゆる無人ダンプトラックである。このため、ダンプトラック2に作業者(運転者)は搭乗しない。なお、ダンプトラック2は、無人ダンプトラックに限定されず、作業者が搭乗して運転する有人のダンプトラックであってもよい。本実施形態において、ダンプトラック2は、予め定められた走行経路に従って走行する。本実施形態において、ダンプトラック2は、稼働中における自身の位置(自己位置)と前述した走行経路が有する位置情報とに基づき、設定走行経路に沿うように自身のステアリング、アクセル及びブレーキを制御する。
 ダンプトラック2は、積込場LPAの積込位置LPで積込機械4によって積荷を積み込まれる。積込場LPAは、鉱山において積荷の積込作業が行われる領域である。積込位置LPは、所定の範囲に広がっている積込場LPAの中で、ダンプトラック2に対して実際に積荷が積み込まれる位置(積込点)である。
 ダンプトラック2は、排土場DPAで積荷を下ろす。具体的には、ダンプトラック2は、積荷が積載されたベッセルを上昇させて、ベッセルから積荷を排土場DPAに排出する。排土場DPAは、鉱山においてダンプトラック2が積荷を排出する領域である。排土位置DPは、所定の範囲に広がっている排土場DPAの中で、ダンプトラック2が実際に積荷を排出する場所である。
 本実施形態において、図1に示す管理システム1は、少なくともダンプトラック2を含む。本実施形態において、管理システム1は、ダンプトラック2と、管制施設7に配置され、ダンプトラック2の管理を行う管理装置10とで実現することもできる。
 鉱山においては、ダンプトラック2の他に、鉱山において移動可能な移動体としての車両3が走行する。車両3は、鉱山で用いられる鉱山機械の管理及び保全を含む鉱山に関する各種の作業を行うために、鉱山を走行する。本実施形態において、車両3は、積込場LPA、排土場DPA及び搬送路HLの少なくとも一部を走行する。車両3は、自身に搭乗した作業者(運転者)によって運転される。このように、車両3は、いわゆる有人車両である。車両3に搭乗した作業者は、車両3とともに鉱山の任意の位置に移動する。本実施形態において、車両3は、例えば、ピックアップトラック又は乗用車である。
 管理装置10は、鉱山の管制施設(又は中央管制室)7に設置される。本実施形態において、管理装置10は移動しないが、管理装置10が移動してもよい。
 鉱山には、ランドマーク8が複数設置される。ランドマーク8は、積込場LPA、排土場DPA及び搬送路HLのそれぞれに配置される。ランドマーク8は、静止物であるので、原則として、設置された位置(場所)から移動しない。
 ダンプトラック2は、ジャイロによる方位角計測とダンプトラック2が走行する速度(以下、適宜車速という)とを用いて逐次自己位置を更新しながら走行する。このような方法を、推測航法又は自律航法という。推測航法は、誤差が蓄積する。このため、推測航法においては、例えば、GPS(Global Positioning System:全方位測位システム)を用いて測位されたダンプトラックの位置を用いて自己位置が補正される。ダンプトラック2は、GPSが使用できない場合に、ランドマーク8の位置を取得して自己位置を補正する。なお、自己位置は、管理装置10が補正してもよい。
 通信システム9は、管理装置10とダンプトラック2との間及び管理装置10と車両3との間において情報を伝達する。このため、管理装置10とダンプトラック2及び車両3とは、通信システム9を介して通信可能である。本実施形態において、通信システムは、車両3とダンプトラック2との間で情報を伝達してもよい。この場合、ダンプトラック2と車両3とは、通信システム9を介して通信可能である。本実施形態において、通信システム9は、無線通信システムであるが、これに限定はされない。本実施形態において、通信システム9は、管理装置10とダンプトラック2及び車両3との間において信号(電波)を中継する中継器6を有する。
 本実施形態において、ダンプトラック2の位置、車両3の位置及びランドマーク8の位置は、GPSを用いて求められる。GPSは、GPS衛星5を有する。GPSは、緯度、経度及び高度を規定する座標系(GPS座標系)における位置を検出する。このため、GPSにより検出される位置は、緯度、経度及び高度の座標値を含む。GPSが検出した位置は、GPS座標系において規定される絶対位置である。以下の説明においては、GPSによって測位される位置を、適宜GPS位置という。

 図2は、本実施形態に係る管理装置10の一例を示すブロック図である。図2に示すように、管理装置10は、コンピュータシステム11と、表示装置16と、入力装置17と、無線通信装置18と、を備えている。コンピュータシステム11は、処理部としての処理装置12と、記憶部としての記憶装置13と、入出力部15とを備えている。表示装置16、入力装置17及び無線通信装置18は、入出力部15を介してコンピュータシステム11と接続される。入出力部15は、処理装置12と、表示装置16、入力装置17及び無線通信装置18の少なくとも一つとの間において、情報の入出力に用いられる。
 処理装置12は、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit)を含む。処理装置12は、ダンプトラック2の管理に関する各種の処理を実行する。処理装置12は、データ処理部12Aと、走行経路生成部12Bと、を含む。本実施形態において、データ処理部12Aは、通信システム9を介して取得した、ダンプトラック2の位置に関する情報、車両3の位置に関する情報及びランドマーク8の位置に関する情報を処理する。走行経路生成部12Bは、ダンプトラック2が走行する走行経路を生成する。ダンプトラック2は、積込場LPA、排土場DPA及び搬送路HLの少なくとも一部において、走行経路生成部12Bにより生成された走行経路に従って走行する。走行経路生成部12Bが生成する走行経路は、緯度、経度及び高度の座標値を位置情報として複数有する、位置情報群である。
 記憶装置13は、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)、EEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory)若しくはハードディスクドライブ等又はこれらの組合せ等である。記憶装置13は、ダンプトラック2の管理に関する各種の情報を記憶する。記憶装置13は、情報が登録されるデータベース13Bを含む。また、記憶装置13は、処理装置12に各種の処理を実行させるためのコンピュータプログラムを記憶する。処理装置12は、記憶装置13に記憶されているコンピュータプログラムを読み出して、位置に関する情報の処理をしたり、走行経路を生成したりする。
 表示装置16は、ダンプトラック2の位置に関する情報、車両3の位置に関する情報及びランドマーク8の位置に関する情報等を表示する。表示装置16は、例えば、液晶ディスプレイのようなフラットパネルディスプレイを含む。
 入力装置17は、キーボード、タッチパネル、操作スイッチ及びマウスの少なくとも一つを含む。入力装置17は、処理装置12に操作信号を入力可能な操作部として機能する。管制施設7の管理者は、入力装置17を操作して、処理装置12に指令及び情報等を入力することができる。
 通信システム9は、無線通信装置18を含む。無線通信装置18は、管制施設7に配置される。無線通信装置18は、入出力部15を介して、処理装置12と接続される。無線通信装置18は、アンテナ18Aを有する。無線通信装置18は、ダンプトラック2及び車両3の少なくとも一方から送信された情報を受信可能である。無線通信装置18は、受信した情報を処理装置12に出力する。無線通信装置18が受信した情報は、記憶装置13に記憶(登録)される。無線通信装置18は、ダンプトラック2及び車両3の少なくとも一方に情報を送信する。
<ダンプトラック>
 図3は、本実施形態に係るダンプトラック2を示す図である。図4は、本実施形態に係るダンプトラック2の制御システムを示すブロック図である。図3及び図4に示すように、ダンプトラック2は、車両本体21と、ベッセル22と、車輪23と、ランドマーク8の位置を非接触で検出する検出部としての非接触センサ24と、処理部としての処理装置20と、記憶部としての記憶装置25と、ジャイロセンサ26と、速度センサ27と、アンテナ28Aが接続された無線通信装置28と、アンテナ29Aが接続された自己位置検出装置としての位置検出装置29と、を備えている。
 車両本体21には、例えば、内燃機関と、発電機と、電動機とが搭載される。本実施形態において、内燃機関は、例えば、ディーゼルエンジンである。発電機は、内燃機関によって駆動されて電力を発生する。電動機は、発電機が発生した電力によって車輪23、より具体的には後輪を駆動して、ダンプトラック2を走行させる。車輪23は、タイヤ及びホイールを含む。ダンプトラック2の駆動方式はこのような方式に限定されない。例えば、ダンプトラック2の駆動方式は、内燃機関の動力が、トルクコンバータを含むトランスミッションを介して車輪23に伝達される駆動方式であってもよい。
 ベッセル22は、積荷が積載される荷台である。ベッセル22は、車両本体21の上部に配置される。積込機械4により、ベッセル22に積荷が積み込まれる。ベッセル22は、水平の第1姿勢と、ダンプトラック2の後端側を支点として上昇した第2姿勢とをとることができる。第1姿勢は、ベッセル22に積荷が積み込まれる状態であり、第2姿勢は、ベッセル22から積荷が下ろされるときの姿勢である。
 非接触センサ24は、車両本体21の周囲に複数配置される。非接触センサ24は、例えば、ダンプトラック2の周囲に存在する物体を検出するレーダー装置を備えている。非接触センサ24が含むレーダー装置は、例えば、ミリ波レーダーを用いて非接触で物体を検出する装置である。本実施形態において、非接触センサ24は、検出した物体までの距離及び方位を求めたり、求めた距離及び方位から、検出した物体と自身との相対的な位置を求めたりすることができる。
 非接触センサ24は、物体によって反射された電波の反射強度及び反射された電波の方向に応じた信号を出力するものであってもよい。この場合、非接触センサ24からの信号を取得した処理装置20は、取得した信号に対応する電波の反射強度及び方向に基づいて、非接触センサ24が検出した物体までの距離及び方位を求めたり、求めた距離及び方位から、検出した物体と非接触センサ24との相対的な位置を求めたりする。すなわち、非接触センサ24と処理装置20とが検出部として機能する。
 非接触センサ24は、電波を発射可能な発射部と、電波を受信可能な受信部とを有する。本実施形態では、ダンプトラック2の周辺を監視するために用いられる非接触センサ24を用いて、鉱山に設置されているランドマーク8の位置を非接触で検出する。このようにすることで、ランドマーク8の位置を検出するためのセンサ類を別個に設ける必要はないので、ダンプトラック2の製造コストを低減することができる。
 非接触センサ24は、ランドマーク8及びその位置を検出する場合、電波を発射して、ランドマーク8に照射する。ランドマーク8に照射された電波の少なくとも一部は、そのランドマーク8が反射する。非接触センサ24は、ランドマーク8が反射した電波を受信する。このようにすることで、非接触センサ24は、非接触センサ24に対するランドマーク8を検出し、かつ検出したランドマーク8の方向及び距離並びに位置を検出することができる。
 非接触センサ24は、ダンプトラック2の車両本体21に取り付けられている。このため、非接触センサ24が検出した、ダンプトラック2に対するランドマーク8の相対的な位置は、ダンプトラック2に対するランドマーク8の位置(相対的な位置、以下、適宜相対位置という)に相当する。
 非接触センサ24は、処理装置20に接続される。非接触センサ24は、ランドマーク8又はダンプトラック2の周囲に存在する車両その他の物体を検出した検出結果を電気信号に変換して、処理装置20に出力する。この検出結果は、ランドマーク8の方向及び距離並びに位置を含む。処理装置20は、非接触センサ24の検出結果に基づいて、ダンプトラック2とランドマーク8との相対位置を求める。すなわち、非接触センサ24が自身に対するランドマーク8の相対位置を検出することにより、ダンプトラック2とランドマーク8との相対位置が検出される。
 非接触センサ24は、ダンプトラック2の車両本体の前面、後面及び両側面に配置される。後述の実施形態では、ほぼ直進時に前方の物体(例えばランドマーク8)を検出するので、前面の非接触センサ24を用いた例で説明する。後進する場合は、後面の非接触センサ24で物体を検出できる。カーブの前方に存在する物体は、側面の非接触センサ24で検出することも可能である。各非接触センサ24は、物体の距離及び方位の少なくとも一方を求める。処理装置20は、各非接触センサ24の検出結果と、各非接触センサ24の車両本体における取付位置及び取付方向とを加味して、ダンプトラック2と物体との相対位置を検出する。
 ジャイロセンサ26は、ダンプトラック2の方位(例えば方位変化量)を検出する。ジャイロセンサ26は、処理装置20と接続されて、検出結果を電気信号に変換して処理装置20に出力する。処理装置20は、ジャイロセンサ26の検出結果に基づいて、ダンプトラック2の方位(方位変化量)を求める。
 速度センサ27は、ダンプトラック2の車速を検出する。本実施形態において、速度センサ27は、車輪23の回転速度を検出して、ダンプトラック2の車速を検出する。速度センサ27は、処理装置20と接続されており、検出結果を電気信号に変換して処理装置20に出力する。処理装置20は、速度センサ27の検出結果と、処理装置20に内蔵されているタイマーからの時間情報とに基づいて、ダンプトラック2の移動距離を求めることができる。
<ダンプトラックの制御システム>
 図4に示すダンプトラック2の処理システム2Sが有する処理装置20は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)を含む。処理装置20は、ダンプトラック2の管理及び制御等に関する各種の処理を実行する。本実施形態において、処理装置20は、管制施設7に配置されている処理装置12と同等の処理を実行することもできる。処理装置20は、演算部20Cと、走行制御部20Dとを含む。
 演算部20Cは、非接触センサ24の検出結果及び位置検出装置29が求めたダンプトラック2の自己位置から、非接触センサ24が検出したランドマーク8の位置を求める。後述するように、位置検出装置29が求めたダンプトラック2の自己位置は絶対位置なので、演算部20Cによって求められた、非接触センサ24が検出したランドマークの8位置も絶対位置である。演算部20Cは、予めGPSを用いて求められ、例えば、ダンプトラック2の記憶装置25又は管理装置10の記憶装置13に記憶された複数のランドマーク8の位置(登録位置)から、非接触センサ24が検出したランドマーク8に対応する位置を読み出す。そして、演算部20Cは、非接触センサ24によって実際に検出されたランドマーク8と、これに対応する登録位置との位置ずれを求める。
 走行制御部20Dは、自己位置検出装置としての位置検出装置29が検出したダンプトラック2の自己位置に基づき、予め設定された走行経路に沿ってダンプトラック2を走行させる。この場合、走行制御部20Dは、ダンプトラック2のステアリング、アクセル及びブレーキの少なくとも一つを制御することにより、ダンプトラック2の走行状態を制御する。また、走行制御部20Dは、位置検出装置29がダンプトラック2の自己位置を検出できなくなったときに、推測航法によりダンプトラック2を走行させる。
 処理システム2Sが有する記憶装置25は、処理装置20と接続されている。このような構造により、処理装置20と記憶装置25とは、互いに情報をやり取りすることができる。記憶装置25は、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)、EEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory)若しくはハードディスクドライブ等又はこれらの組合せ等である。記憶装置25は、ダンプトラック2の管理に関する各種の情報を記憶する。記憶装置25が記憶する情報は、ダンプトラック2の制御に用いられる情報が登録されているデータベース25B及び処理装置20に各種の処理を実行させるためのコンピュータプログラム等を含む。本実施形態において、記憶装置25は、管制施設7に配置されている記憶装置13と同等の情報を記憶することができる。
 処理システム2Sが有する無線通信装置28は、ダンプトラック2に搭載されて無線通信を行う、車載の通信装置である。無線通信装置28は、アンテナ28Aを有する。無線通信装置28は、処理装置20と接続される。無線通信装置28は、管理装置10及び車両3の少なくとも一方から送信された指令信号を含む情報を受信する。無線通信装置28が受信した情報は、処理装置20に出力されたり、処理装置20を介して記憶装置25に記憶されたりする。処理装置20、より具体的には走行制御部20Dは、無線通信装置28が受信した指令信号に従って、ダンプトラック2の走行を制御することができる。また、無線通信装置28は、管理装置10及び車両3の少なくとも一方に、処理装置20が出力した情報を送信可能である。すなわち、処理装置20は、無線通信装置28を介して、管理装置10及び車両3の少なくとも一方との間で、情報を送受信することができる。
 処理システム2Sが有する位置検出装置29は、ダンプトラック2に搭載される。位置検出装置29は、処理装置20と接続される。位置検出装置29は、GPS受信機及びGPS用のアンテナ29Aを含む。アンテナ29Aは、ダンプトラック2の外部、かつ図1に示すGPS衛星5からの電波を受信しやすい位置に配置される。
 位置検出装置29は、GPSを用いてダンプトラック2の自己位置を求める。位置検出装置29が求める自己位置は、GPSによって得られるダンプトラック2の位置、すなわちGPS位置であって、絶対位置である。位置検出装置29が求める自己位置は、より具体的には、ダンプトラック2に取り付けられたアンテナ29AのGPS位置である。本実施形態では、アンテナ29AのGPS位置を、ダンプトラック2の自己位置としている。図4に示す処理装置20は、自己位置を基準として、ダンプトラック2の各部の位置を求めたり、非接触センサ24が検出した、ダンプトラック2に対するランドマーク8の位置を求めたりすることができる。
 アンテナ29Aは、GPS衛星5からの電波を受信する。アンテナ29Aは、受信した電波に基づく信号を位置検出装置29に出力する。位置検出装置29は、アンテナ29Aから出力された信号に基づいて、アンテナ29AのGPS位置を求める。アンテナ29AのGPS位置が求められることによって、ダンプトラック2のGPS位置、すなわちダンプトラック2の自己位置が求められる。
<車両>
 図5は、本実施形態に係る車両3の外観を模式的に示す図である。図6は、本実施形態に係る車両3の制御システムのブロック図である。図5及び図6に示すように、車両3は、車両本体37と、車輪38と、処理装置30と、記憶装置39と、アンテナ32Aが接続された無線通信装置32と、アンテナ33Aが接続された位置検出装置33と、表示装置36と、入力装置31と、を備えている。
 車両本体37には、発動機としての内燃機関が搭載される。車輪38は、車両本体37の発動機から伝達される動力により回転し、車両3を走行させる。本実施形態においては、車両3に搭乗した作業者WMが車両3を操作する。
<車両3の制御システム3S>
 車両3の制御システム3Sが有する処理装置30は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)を含む。処理装置30は、記憶装置39、無線通信装置32、位置検出装置34、表示装置36及び入力装置31が接続され、各種の処理を実行する。本実施形態において、処理装置30は、管制施設7に配置されている処理装置12及びダンプトラック2に配置されている処理装置20と同等の処理を実行することもできる。
 車両3の制御システム3Sが有する記憶装置39は、車両3に搭載される。記憶装置39は、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)、EEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory)若しくはハードディスクドライブ等又はこれらの組合せ等である。記憶装置39は、情報が登録されるデータベース39B及び処理装置30に各種の処理を実行させるためのコンピュータプログラムを記憶する。なお、記憶装置39は、管制施設7に配置されている記憶装置13及びダンプトラック2に配置されている記憶装置25と同等の情報を記憶することもできる。
 車両3の制御システム3Sが有する表示装置36は、車両3の位置に関する情報及びランドマーク8の位置に関する情報を表示可能である。表示装置36は、例えば、液晶ディスプレイのようなフラットパネルディスプレイであるがこれに限定されない。
 車両3の制御システム3Sが有する入力装置31は、キーボード、タッチパネル及び操作スイッチの少なくとも一つを含む。入力装置31は、処理装置30に操作信号を入力する。例えば、車両3の作業者(運転者)WMは、入力装置31を操作して、処理装置30に情報を入力したり、命令を入力したりすることができる。
 車両3の制御システム3Sが有する無線通信装置32は、車両3に搭載される。無線通信装置32は、処理装置30と接続される。また、無線通信装置32は、アンテナ32Aを備える。無線通信装置32は、管理装置10及びダンプトラック2の少なくとも一方から送信された指令信号を含む情報を受信する。無線通信装置32が受信した情報は、処理装置30に出力されたり、処理装置30を介して記憶装置39に記憶されたりする。また、無線通信装置32は、管理装置10及びダンプトラック2の少なくとも一方に、処理装置30からの情報を送信することもできる。
 車両3の制御システム3Sが有する位置検出装置33は、車両3に搭載される。位置検出装置33は、処理装置30と接続される。位置検出装置33は、GPS受信機及びGPS用のアンテナ33Aを含む。アンテナ33Aは、車両3の外部、かつ図1に示すGPS衛星5からの電波を受信しやすい位置に配置される。
 位置検出装置33は、車両3の位置(以下、適宜車両位置という)を求める。位置検出装置33が求める車両位置は、GPSによって得られる車両3の位置、すなわちGPS位置であり、絶対位置である。位置検出装置33が求める車両位置は、より具体的には、車両3に取り付けられたアンテナ33AのGPS位置である。本実施形態では、アンテナ33AのGPS位置を、車両位置としている。図6に示す処理装置30は、車両位置を基準として、車両3の各部の位置を求めることができる。
 アンテナ33Aは、GPS衛星5からの電波を受信する。アンテナ33Aは、受信した電波に基づく信号を位置検出装置33に出力する。位置検出装置33は、アンテナ33Aから出力された信号に基づいて、アンテナ33AのGPS位置を求める。アンテナ33AのGPS位置が求められることによって、車両3のGPS位置、すなわち車両位置が求められる。
 本実施形態においては、車両3にGPS用のアンテナ34Aが搭載される。アンテナ34Aは、図1に示すGPS衛星5からの電波を受信する。アンテナ34Aは、車両3にリリース可能に搭載される。車両3からリリースされたアンテナ34Aは、車両3の外側かつ車両3から離れた位置に移動させることができる。作業者WMは、アンテナ34Aを保持して、車両3の外側かつ車両3から離れた位置に移動させることができる。このように、アンテナ34Aは、車両3の外側に配置された状態で、GPS衛星5からの電波を受信することができる。
 車両3の制御システム3Sが有する位置検出装置34は、車両3に搭載される。位置検出装置34は、処理装置30と接続される。位置検出装置34は、GPS受信機及びGPS用のアンテナ34Aを含む。位置検出装置34とアンテナ34Aとは、ケーブル35を介して接続される。位置検出装置34は、アンテナ34Aの位置(GPS位置)を検出する。
 アンテナ34Aが作業者WMに携帯されている場合、アンテナ34Aの位置が検出されることによって、作業者WMの位置(GPS位置)が検出される。アンテナ34Aが物体の近傍に設置される場合、アンテナ34Aの位置が検出されることによって、その物体の位置(GPS位置)が検出される。
 アンテナ34Aは、GPS衛星5から受信した電波に基づく信号を、ケーブル35を介して位置検出装置34に出力する。位置検出装置34は、アンテナ34Aから取得した信号に基づいて、アンテナ34Aの位置を検出する。位置検出装置34は、アンテナ34Aが受信したGPS衛星5からの電波に基づく信号を電気信号に変換して、アンテナ34Aの位置を求める。アンテナ34AのGPS位置が求められることによって、アンテナ34Aの近傍に配置される物体のGPS位置が求められる。この物体には、作業者も含まれる。
<ランドマークの使用方法>
 図7は、ダンプトラック2の非接触センサ24によりランドマーク8が検出されている状態の一例を示す図である。ランドマーク8は、積込場LPA、排土場DPA及び搬送路HLのそれぞれに配置された構造物である。搬送路HLにおいて、ランドマーク8は、搬送路HLの外側、例えば路肩に配置される。ランドマーク8は、搬送路HLに沿って間隔を設けられて複数配置される。本実施形態において、ランドマーク8は、例えば100m毎に配置されているが、隣接するランドマーク8の間隔は100mに限定されない。
 ランドマーク8は、非接触センサ24から発射された電波を反射可能な反射部(反射面)8Rを有する。ランドマーク8の反射部8Rの電波に対する反射率(反射強度)は、ランドマーク8の周囲の物体、例えば、鉱山の岩石等の反射率(反射強度)よりも高い。このため、図4に示す非接触センサ24は、ランドマーク8と周囲の物体とを区別して検出することができる。
 図7に示すように、ダンプトラック2に配置された非接触センサ24の発射部からは、電波が発射されて、ランドマーク8に照射される。ランドマーク8に照射された電波の少なくとも一部は、ランドマーク8の反射部8Rで反射する。非接触センサ24は、反射部8Rで反射したランドマーク8からの電波を受信部で受信する。非接触センサ24は、ランドマーク8からの電波を受信して、ランドマーク8自体を検出したり、非接触センサ24とランドマーク8との相対位置、すなわちダンプトラック2に対するランドマーク8の相対位置を検出したりする。
 本実施形態において、非接触センサ24からの電波は、非接触センサ24の発射部から拡がるように伝播する。非接触センサ24から発射された電波が伝播する空間(伝播空間)にランドマーク8が存在することにより、非接触センサ24は、ランドマーク8自体及びその位置を検出することができる。また、非接触センサ24から発射された電波は、その進行にともなって減衰するので、非接触センサ24から発射された電波は、その進行にともなって強度が低下する。非接触センサ24から発射された電波が所定値以上の強度を維持した状態で伝播する伝播空間にランドマーク8が存在することにより、非接触センサ24は、ランドマーク8自体及びその位置を検出することができる。以下において、非接触センサ24が、自身発射された電波に基づいてランドマーク8自体及びその位置を検出可能な電波の伝播空間を、適宜、非接触センサ24の検出領域(検出空間)300という。ダンプトラック2の進行方向側に存在する検出領域300の前記進行方向側における寸法は、例えば50mであるが、これに限定されるものではない。
 非接触センサ24は、例えばレーザー光を検出光として用いて、ランドマーク8を検出する、光学式のセンサであってもよい。この場合、非接触センサ24は、例えば、検出光を射出可能な射出部と、射出部から射出され、ランドマーク8で反射した検出光の少なくとも一部を受光可能な受光部とを有している。このような非接触センサ24から射出された検出光が照射される空間(照射空間)にランドマーク8が配置されていることにより、非接触センサ24は、ランドマーク8を検出可能である。非接触センサ24が検出光を用いてランドマーク8を検出する場合、非接触センサ24の検出領域300は、非接触センサ24から射出された検出光に基づいてランドマーク8を検出可能な検出光の照射空間を含む。
 本実施形態においては、GPSを用いることによっても、ランドマーク8の位置が検出される。GPSを用いて検出されたランドマーク8の位置は、GPS位置であり、絶対位置である。本実施形態において、GPSを用いて検出されて予め求められたランドマーク8の位置、すなわちGPS位置は、図2に示す管理装置10の記憶装置13に記憶される。記憶装置13に記憶されたランドマーク8のGPS位置は、前述した登録位置である。
 非接触センサ24を用いて検出されたダンプトラック2とランドマーク8との相対位置に関する情報は、通信システム9を介して、管理装置10、より具体的には処理装置12に送信される。処理装置12は、非接触センサ24を用いて検出されたダンプトラック2とランドマーク8との相対位置に関する情報と、記憶装置13に登録(記憶)されているランドマーク8の絶対位置(GPS位置)に関する情報とに基づいて、ダンプトラック2の絶対位置(GPS位置)を求めることもできる。
 GPSを用いて検出されたランドマーク8の位置、すなわちGPS位置は、ダンプトラック2の記憶装置25に記憶されてもよい。この場合、ダンプトラック2の処理装置20は、非接触センサ24を用いて検出されたダンプトラック2とランドマーク8との相対位置に関する情報と、記憶装置25に記憶されているランドマーク8の絶対位置(GPS位置)に関する情報とに基づいて、ダンプトラック2の絶対位置(GPS位置)を求めることができる。また、ランドマーク8のGPS位置は、管理装置10の記憶装置13に記憶された情報の全部又は一部が、無線通信装置18、28を介してダンプトラック2の記憶装置25に送信されて、これに記憶されていてもよい。ダンプトラック2の記憶装置25に記憶されたランドマーク8のGPS位置は、前述した登録位置である。
 ダンプトラック2の記憶装置25が、管理装置10の記憶装置13に記憶されたランドマーク8のGPS位置の一部を記憶すれば、鉱山全体のランドマーク8のGPS位置を記憶する必要はないので、記憶装置25の容量を小さくすることができる。この場合、管理装置10は、ダンプトラック2の現時点における位置の周囲における所定範囲に存在するランドマーク8のGPS位置を、ダンプトラック2の記憶装置25に送信し、これに記憶させることが好ましい。このようにすれば、管理システム1は、ダンプトラック2の記憶装置25の容量増加を抑制しながら、鉱山全体のランドマーク8のGPS位置をカバーすることができる。
<ダンプトラックの走行方法>
 次に、本実施形態に係るダンプトラック2の走行方法の一例について説明する。次の説明においては、図2に示す管理装置10、より具体的には処理装置12がダンプトラック2の走行を管理する例について説明する。処理装置12は、通信システム9、より具体的には無線通信装置18と無線通信装置28とを介して、図4に示すダンプトラック2の処理装置20、より具体的には走行制御部20Dに走行指令信号を送信する。走行指令信号は、ダンプトラック2の走行速度の指令値及び走行経路生成部12Bが生成した走行経路の情報を含む。
 ダンプトラック2の走行制御部20Dは、通信システム9を介して送信された処理装置12の走行指令信号に基づいて、ダンプトラック2を制御して、ダンプトラック2の走行を制御する。この場合、走行制御部20Dは、ダンプトラック2のステアリング、アクセル及びブレーキの少なくとも一つを操作する。
 推測航法に基づいてダンプトラック2が走行する例について説明する。本実施形態において、ダンプトラック2は、管理装置10の走行経路生成部12Bが生成した走行経路に従って、積込場LPA、排土場DPA及び搬送路HLの少なくとも一部を走行する。ダンプトラック2の処理装置20の走行制御部20Dは、推測航法を用いてダンプトラック2の現在位置を推測しつつ、予め設定され、かつ走行経路生成部12Bが生成した走行経路に沿ってダンプトラック2を走行させる。
 推測航法とは、経度及び緯度が既知の起点からの方位(方位変化量)と移動距離とに基づいて、対象物、本実施形態ではダンプトラック2の現在における自己位置を推測して走行する航法をいう。前述したように、ダンプトラック2の方位は、ダンプトラック2に搭載されたジャイロセンサ26を用いて求められる。ダンプトラック2の移動距離は、ダンプトラック2に搭載された速度センサ27を用いて求められる。
 ジャイロセンサ26の検出信号及び速度センサ27の検出結果を取得したダンプトラック2の走行制御部20Dは、ジャイロセンサ26の検出結果に基づいて、既知の起点からのダンプトラック2の方位又は方位変化量を求める。また、走行制御部20Dは、速度センサ27の検出結果に基づいて、既知の起点からのダンプトラック2の移動距離を求める。走行制御部20Dは、ジャイロセンサ26の検出結果及び速度センサ27の検出結果に基づいて、ダンプトラック2が設定された走行経路に沿って走行するように、ダンプトラック2の走行に関する制御量を求める。そして、走行制御部20Dは、求めた制御量に基づいて、ダンプトラック2のステアリング、アクセル及びブレーキの少なくとも一つを制御することにより、前述した走行経路に沿ってダンプトラック2を走行させる。
 本実施形態では、ダンプトラックの走行制御部20Dが推測航法によってダンプトラック2を走行させる。しかし、これに限定されるものではなく、例えば、図2に示す管理装置10がダンプトラック2を推測航法によって走行させてもよい。この場合、管理装置10の処理装置12は、通信システム9を介してジャイロセンサ26の検出信号及び速度センサ27の検出結果を取得する。そして、処理装置12は、ジャイロセンサ26の検出結果及び速度センサ27の検出結果に基づいて、ダンプトラック2が設定された走行経路に沿って走行するように、ダンプトラック2の走行に関する制御量を求める。次に、処理装置12は、通信システム9を介して求めた制御量をダンプトラック2の処理装置20に送信する。処理装置20の走行制御部20Dは、管理装置10の処理装置12から取得した制御量に基づいて、ダンプトラック2のステアリング、アクセル及びブレーキの少なくとも一つの操作を制御することにより、前述した走行経路に沿ってダンプトラック2を走行させる。
 次に、推測航法により求められたダンプトラック2の自己位置(以下、適宜推測位置という)がGPSを使って補正されつつダンプトラック2が走行する例について説明する。ダンプトラック2の走行距離が長くなると、ジャイロセンサ26及び速度センサ27の一方又は両方の検出誤差の蓄積により、ダンプトラック2の推測位置と実際のダンプトラック2の自己位置との間に誤差が生じる可能性がある。その結果、ダンプトラック2は、処理装置12の走行経路生成部12Bが生成した走行経路から逸脱する可能性がある。
 本実施形態において、ダンプトラック2が推測航法によって走行する場合、走行制御部20Dは、ダンプトラック2の推測位置を、位置検出装置29により検出されたダンプトラック2のGPS位置に関する情報を用いて補正しつつ、ダンプトラック2を走行させる。走行制御部20Dは、ジャイロセンサ26の検出結果と、速度センサ27の検出結果と、位置検出装置29が検出したダンプトラック2のGPS位置に関する情報とに基づいて、ダンプトラック2の推測位置を補正する。走行制御部20Dは、補正した推測位置を用いて、ダンプトラック2が走行経路に従って走行するように、ダンプトラック2の走行に関する制御量を算出する。そして、走行制御部20Dは、推測航法を用いて走行するダンプトラック2が走行経路に従って走行するように、求めた制御量に基づいて、ダンプトラック2の走行を制御する。
 次に、推測航法により求められた推測位置がランドマーク8を使って補正されつつ、推測航法によってダンプトラック2が走行する例について説明する。鉱山において、GPSによる検出精度(測位精度)が低下する状態及びGPSによる測位が不能となる状態が発生する可能性がある。例えば、鉱山において、障害物の影響によりアンテナ29AがGPS衛星5からの電波を十分に受信できない場合又はアンテナ29Aが電波を受信できるGPS衛星5の数が少ない場合、GPSによる検出精度が低下する状態及びGPSによる測位が不能となる状態が発生する可能性がある。
 本実施形態において、ダンプトラック2の走行制御部20Dは、GPSを用いて推測航法により求められた推測位置を補正することが困難な場合、ランドマーク8を用いて推測位置を補正する。すなわち、GPSを用いて推測位置を補正しない場合、走行制御部20Dは、推測航法により求められたダンプトラック2の推測位置を、非接触センサ24を用いて検出したランドマーク8とダンプトラック2との相対位置及び非接触センサ24を用いて検出したランドマーク8に対応する登録位置を用いて補正する。
 図8は、ランドマーク8及び非接触センサ24を用いる推測位置の補正を含むダンプトラック2の走行方法の一例を示すフローチャートである。鉱山では、ダンプトラック2の稼働前に、積込場LPA、排土場DPA及び搬送路HLに複数のランドマーク8が設置される。複数のランドマーク8の位置(GPS位置であり絶対位置)のそれぞれは、GPSを用いて検出される。GPSを用いて検出されたランドマーク8の位置に関する情報は、管理装置10の記憶装置13に記憶されて、登録位置となる(ステップS1)。本実施形態において、ランドマーク8の位置に関する情報は、一部又は全部が、通信システム9を介してダンプトラック2の処理システム2Sが有する記憶装置25に送信されて記憶される。
 ダンプトラック2の走行制御部20Dは、推測航法に基づいてダンプトラック2を走行させる(ステップS2)。ダンプトラック2の走行中において、走行制御部20Dは、非接触センサ24から電波を発射させる。非接触センサ24の検出結果は、走行制御部20Dに出力される。走行制御部20Dは、非接触センサ24の検出結果に基づいて、ランドマーク8が検出されたか否かを判定する(ステップS3)。
 ステップS3において、ランドマーク8が検出されていないと判定された場合(ステップS3、No)、推測航法に基づくダンプトラック2の走行が継続される(ステップS2)。ステップS3において、ランドマーク8が検出されたと判断された場合(ステップS3、Yes)、走行制御部20Dは、記憶装置25に記憶されたランドマーク8の位置、すなわち登録位置と、非接触センサ24が検出したランドマーク8の位置(計測位置)とを比較する(ステップS4)。走行制御部20Dは、非接触センサ24が検出した、ダンプトラック2とランドマーク8との相対位置に関する情報と、非接触センサ24がランドマーク8を検出した時点におけるダンプトラック2の推測位置とに基づいて、ランドマーク8の計測位置を求める。
 この場合、走行制御部20Dは、記憶装置25に記憶されている複数のランドマーク8の位置に関する情報のうち、非接触センサ24が検出したランドマーク8に対応する情報を記憶装置25から抽出する。すなわち、記憶装置25に記憶されている複数のランドマーク8の登録位置(GPS位置)から、非接触センサ24がランドマーク8を検出したタイミングにおけるダンプトラック2の進行方向側において推測位置に最も近いランドマーク8の位置が抽出される。ステップS4においては、このようにして抽出されたランドマーク8の登録位置が、非接触センサ24が検出したランドマーク8の計測位置と比較される。
 本実施形態では、ランドマーク8の登録位置と計測位置とがステップS4で比較されるが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、ダンプトラック2の推測位置と、ランドマーク8の登録位置から求められたダンプトラック2の位置とがステップS4で比較されてもよい。この場合、ランドマーク8の登録位置に基づくダンプトラック2の位置は、非接触センサ24が検出した、ダンプトラック2とランドマーク8との相対位置に関する情報及びランドマーク8の登録位置から求められる。
 走行制御部20Dは、ステップS4で比較した結果に基づいて、ダンプトラック2の推測位置を補正する(ステップS5)。例えば、走行制御部20Dは、記憶装置25に記憶されたランドマーク8の登録位置と、非接触センサ24が検出したランドマーク8の計測位置との差に基づいて、推測位置の補正量を求める。すなわち、走行制御部20Dは、ジャイロセンサ26の検出結果と、速度センサ27の検出結果と、非接触センサ24を用いて検出されたダンプトラック2とランドマーク8との相対位置に関する情報と、記憶装置25に記憶されているランドマーク8の位置に関する情報とに基づき、ダンプトラック2の推測位置を補正する前述の補正量を含む、ダンプトラック2の走行に関する制御量を求める。走行制御部20Dは、求めた補正量及び制御量を含む指令に基づき、図2に示す処理装置12の走行経路生成部12Bが生成した走行経路に従ってダンプトラック2が走行するように、ダンプトラック2の走行を制御する。
 本実施形態においては、ダンプトラック2の処理装置20がGPS又はランドマーク8を用いて推測位置を補正する例を説明した。しかし、これに限定されず、図2に示す管理装置10がGPS又はランドマーク8を用いて推測位置を補正してもよい。
<ランドマークの位置検出処理及び位置登録処理の一例>
 次に、ランドマーク8の位置検出処理及び位置登録処理(図8のステップS1の処理)の一例について説明する。ランドマーク8の位置検出処理は、ランドマーク8の位置(GPS位置)を検出する処理である。具体的には、ランドマーク8の位置登録処理は、検出されたランドマーク8の位置又は位置に関する情報を、記憶装置13(データベース13B)に記憶させて登録する処理である。なお、ランドマーク8の位置は、ダンプトラック2の記憶装置25(データベース25B)に記憶されて登録されてもよい。
 図9は、本実施形態に係るランドマーク8の位置検出処理及び位置登録処理の一例を示す図である。鉱山に設置されたランドマーク8の位置は、GPSを用いて検出される。図9に示すように、ランドマーク8の位置は、GPS用のアンテナ34Aを用いて検出される。
 作業者WMが搭乗した車両3は、位置が検出されて登録される対象のランドマーク8の近くまで移動する。この場合、車両3は、自身にアンテナ34Aを搭載した状態で、登録対象のランドマーク8の近くまで移動する。
 車両3がランドマーク8の近くに到着すると、作業者WMは、アンテナ34Aを保持して車両3の外側に移動する。このため、アンテナ34Aは、車両3の外側に持ち出されるが、位置検出装置34は、車両3に搭載されている。次に、図9に示すように、作業者WMは、鉱山に設置されたランドマーク8の近傍に、アンテナ34Aを設置する。アンテナ34Aは、車両3の外側に配置された状態で、GPS衛星5からの電波を受信する。
 アンテナ34Aが受信したGPS衛星5からの電波に基づく信号は、ケーブル35を介して位置検出装置34に出力される。位置検出装置34は、アンテナ34Aからの信号に基づいて、アンテナ34Aの位置(GPS位置)を検出する。図9に示すように、アンテナ34Aは、ランドマーク8の近傍に設置された状態で、GPS衛星5からの電波に基づく信号を位置検出装置34に出力することになる。したがって、位置検出装置34がアンテナ34AのGPS位置を求めることによって、ランドマーク8のGPS位置が求められる。
 車両3の処理装置30は、アンテナ34Aからの信号に基づく情報を、車両3に搭載された無線通信装置32を用いて管理装置10の無線通信装置18に送信する。本実施形態において、アンテナ34Aからの信号に基づく情報は、アンテナ34Aからの信号に基づいて位置検出装置34により検出された、アンテナ34Aの位置に関する情報及びランドマーク8の位置に関する情報等を含む。以下において、これらの情報をランドマーク位置情報という。管理装置10の無線通信装置18は、車両3の無線通信装置32から送信された、ランドマーク位置情報を受信する。管理装置10の処理装置12は、無線通信装置18を介して車両3から送信されたランドマーク位置情報に関する情報を取得して、記憶装置13(データベース13B)に登録する。
<設置されたランドマーク8の位置ずれ>
 図10は、搬送路HLを走行するダンプトラック2と、搬送路HLに沿って設置された複数のランドマーク8とを示す図である。鉱山は、採石が進捗することによって搬送路HLが変更されたり、新たな搬送路HLが作られたりする。このように、鉱山の搬送路HLは、時事刻々と変化するため、搬送路HLに沿って設置されたランドマーク8も移動される。このため、鉱山で用いられるランドマーク8は、半永久的な固定方法で地面に設置することが困難である。結果として、一度設置されたランドマーク8が本来の位置からずれてしまう可能性がある。本来の位置とは、ダンプトラック2の記憶装置25又は管理装置10の記憶装置13に記憶されている登録位置であり、絶対位置である。
 設置されたランドマーク8が本来の位置からずれてしまうと、搬送路HLを走行しているダンプトラック2の非接触センサ24は、本来の位置からずれたランドマーク8を検出する。このため、推測航法によって走行するダンプトラック2の走行制御部20Dは、ランドマーク8の位置によって推測位置を補正する場合、ずれた位置に基づいて推測位置を補正する。その結果、ダンプトラック2は、搬送路HLから逸脱する可能性がある。搬送路HLから逸脱したダンプトラック2は、搬送路HLに復帰するまでに時間を要する結果、鉱山の生産性が低下する可能性もある。
 図10に示す例では、搬送路HLに沿って4個のランドマーク8が設置されている。それぞれを識別するためのIDを、100、101、102、103とする。これらのランドマーク8のうち、IDが102のランドマーク8の実際の位置P102aは、本来の位置P102からずれている。実際の位置とは、登録位置からずれた現在のランドマーク8の位置であり、絶対位置である。この場合、推測航法を用い、ランドマーク8の位置を用いて推測誤差を補正しながら搬送路HLを走行するダンプトラック2は、IDが102のランドマーク8の実際の位置P102aを用いると、補正後の推測位置が本来の位置からずれる可能性がある。その結果、ダンプトラック2は、予め定められた走行経路及び搬送路HLから逸脱する可能性がある。
 本実施形態において、管理システム1及び鉱山機械の管理方法は、GPSが正常に機能しているときに、登録位置と、ダンプトラック2のGPS位置及び非接触センサ24が検出したランドマーク8の位置とに基づいて、ランドマーク8の位置ずれを求める。そして、所定の閾値よりも大きい位置ずれを有するランドマーク8については、対応する登録位置を、最新のランドマーク8の位置に書き換える。このようにすることで、ダンプトラック2の走行制御部20Dは、位置ずれが発生しているランドマーク8を認識することができる。このため、走行制御部20Dは、位置ずれが発生しているランドマークの位置は推測位置の補正に用いないようにしたり、位置ずれが発生しているランドマークの位置を修正して推測位置の補正に用いたりすることができる。その結果、ランドマーク8の位置によって推測位置を補正する場合において、ダンプトラック2が予め定められた走行経路及び搬送路HLから逸脱する可能性が低減されるので、鉱山の生産性の低下が抑制される。次に、管理システム1が本実施形態に係る鉱山機械の管理方法を実行する場合の処理手順を説明する。
<鉱山機械の管理方法の処理>
 図11は、本実施形態に係る鉱山機械の管理方法の手順を示すフローチャートである。本実施形態に係る鉱山機械の管理方法は、主として図2に示す管理装置10及び図4に示すダンプトラック2の処理システム2Sによって実行されるが、管理装置10又はダンプトラック2の処理システム2Sのいずれか一方によって実行されてもよい。ステップS11からステップS13は、管理装置10が実行する処理である。ステップS21からステップS26は、ダンプトラック2の処理システム2Sが実行する処理である。
 ステップS11において、管理装置10の処理装置12は、自身が記憶しているランドマーク8の登録位置を、図1に示す通信システム9を介してダンプトラック2の処理システム2Sが有する記憶装置25に送信する。好ましくは、この処理は、例えば、管理装置10の処理装置12は、記憶装置13が記憶しているすべてのランドマーク8の登録情報の一部を、ダンプトラック2が走行している位置に応じて処理システム2Sが有する記憶装置25に送信する場合に実行される。また、登録情報に変更があった場合にも、ステップS11の処理が実行される。処理装置12は、記憶装置13が記憶しているすべてのランドマーク8の登録情報の一部を送信する代わりに、全体を一括して送信してもよい。
 ステップS21において、登録情報を受信した処理システム2Sは、記憶装置25に記憶されているランドマーク8の情報を、受信した登録情報に書き換えて更新する。記憶装置25に記憶されているランドマーク8の情報は、ランドマーク8の位置を含む。この情報は、他にもランドマークのID、推測位置の補正に使用できるか否かの情報(例えば、フラグ)等を含んでいてもよい。次に、ステップS22に進み、ダンプトラック2の非接触センサ24がランドマーク8及びその位置を検出する。ここで、ランドマーク8の検出について説明する。
 図12及び図13は、ランドマーク8を検出する手法の一例を示す図である。図14は、ランドマーク8を検出する処理の一例の手順を示すフローチャートである。本実施形態において、非接触センサ24がランドマーク8を検出する場合、ランドマーク8を他の物体と区別するために、非接触センサ24が検出した物体の反射強度、非接触センサ24が検出した物体の動き及び登録されたランドマーク8の位置と非接触センサ24によって得られた物体の位置との差を用いて、両者を区別する。
 図12に示すように、搬送路HLを走行するダンプトラック2の進行方向側に、ランドマーク8、岩石RK、標識SI及び車両3が存在するとする。これらが、非接触センサ24の検出領域300に入っている。車両3は、矢印Fで示す方向に移動している。矢印Fは、車両3の進行方向を示している。ステップS201において、非接触センサ24がこれらを検出した場合、図13に示すように、ランドマーク8の位置はPl、岩石RKの位置はPrk、標識SIの位置はPsi、車両3の位置はPvとなる。
 予め求められ、図2に示す管理装置10の記憶装置13又は図4に示すダンプトラック2の記憶装置25に記憶され、登録されたランドマーク8の位置はPr(以下、適宜登録ランドマーク位置Prという)である。図13に示すように、非接触センサ24がこれらの物体を検出した場合、検出領域300内に反射強度が異なったり、移動したりしている物体が存在するという情報が得られる。走行制御部20Dは、これらの情報から、例えば、ステップS202以降の処理を実行することによって、ランドマーク8を特定する。以下の説明においては、非接触センサ24が検出した物体を、適宜被検出物という。
 ステップS202以降の処理を実行する前に、走行制御部20Dは、被検出物の距離及び方位から、これらの位置を求める。被検出物の位置は、非接触センサ24に対する相対位置である。このため、走行制御部20Dは、非接触センサ24が物体を検出した時点におけるダンプトラック2の位置(絶対位置)を用いて、被検出物の絶対位置を求める。本実施形態において、非接触センサ24が物体を検出した時点におけるダンプトラック2の位置は、GPSを用いて、ダンプトラック2の位置検出装置29が求める。以下において、ランドマーク8に対応する位置Pl、岩石RKに対応する位置Prk、標識SIに対応する位置Psi及び車両3に対応する位置Pvは、いずれも絶対位置である。
 ステップS202において、走行制御部20Dは、図4に示すダンプトラック2の記憶装置25から、登録ランドマーク位置Prを取得し、被検出物の絶対位置と比較する。登録ランドマーク位置Prは、GPS位置であり絶対位置である。走行制御部20Dは、ステップS202の比較をした後、ステップS203に処理を進める。ステップS203において、被検出物の絶対位置と登録ランドマーク位置Prとの距離が所定の閾値r以内である場合(ステップS203、Yes)、走行制御部20Dは、それらの被検出物に対してステップS204の処理を実行する。所定の閾値rは、ランドマーク8を識別するためのものである。図13に示す例では、登録ランドマーク位置Prと、位置Pl、位置Prk及び位置Pvとの距離が所定の閾値r以内である。このため、走行制御部20Dは、これらに対して、ステップS204の処理を実行する。
 ステップS204において、走行制御部20Dは、位置Pl、位置Prk及び位置Pvといった被検出物の反射強度RFを、予め定められた反射強度の閾値RFcと比較する。反射強度の閾値RFcは、被検出物からランドマーク8を特定する場合に、岩石等のように反射強度が低い物体を除外するために用いられる。反射強度の閾値RFcの大きさは、この目的を達成できるように定められる。走行制御部20Dは、ステップS204の比較をした後、ステップS205に処理を進める。
 ステップS205において、反射強度RFが反射強度の閾値RFc以上(RF≧RFc)となる被検出物が存在する場合(ステップS205、Yes)、走行制御部20Dは、そのような被検出物に対してステップS206の処理を実行する。図13に示す例では、位置Pl及び位置Pvに対応する被検出物の反射強度RFが反射強度の閾値RFc以上であり、位置Prkに対応する被検出物の反射強度RFが反射強度の閾値RFcよりも小さいとする。このため、走行制御部20Dは、位置Pl及び位置Pvに対応する被検出物に対して、ステップS206の処理を実行する。
 ステップS206において、走行制御部20Dは、位置Pl及び位置Pvに対応する被検出物の動きを求める。例えば、走行制御部20Dは、異なる時刻に取得した位置Pl及び位置Pvの変化が所定値以上である場合に、これらの位置に対応する被検出物は動いていると判定し、所定値よりも小さい場合に、これらの位置に対応する被検出物は静止していると判定する。ランドマーク8は静止している構造物なので、動きのある被検出物はランドマーク8ではない。走行制御部20Dは、ステップS206の比較をした後、ステップS207に処理を進める。
 ステップS207において、被検出物が静止している場合(ステップS207、Yes)、走行制御部20Dは、ステップS208において、その被検出物をランドマーク8であると判定する。図13に示す例においては、位置Plに対応する被検出物は静止しており、位置Pvに対応する被検出物は進行方向Fに向かって移動している。このため、位置Plに対応する被検出物がランドマーク8である。位置Plは、ランドマーク8の絶対位置となる。
 登録ランドマーク位置Prと被検出物の絶対位置との距離が所定の閾値rよりも大きい場合(ステップS203、No)、反射強度RFが反射強度の閾値RFcよりも小さい(RF<RFc)被検出物が存在する場合(ステップS205、No)及び検出物が動いている場合(ステップS207、No)、ステップS209において、走行制御部20Dは、このような被検出物はランドマーク8ではないと判定する。走行制御部20Dは、このような処理を実行して非接触センサ24が検出した物体からランドマーク8を特定することにより、非接触センサ24によってランドマーク8が検出される。この場合、ステップS202以降の処理を実行する前に、走行制御部20Dが求めた被検出物の位置(GPS位置であり絶対位置)が、非接触センサ24によって検出されたランドマーク8の位置になる。
 非接触センサ24がランドマーク8及びその位置を検出したら、ステップS23において、処理システム2Sの処理装置20が備える演算部20Cは、記憶装置25の登録位置と、ステップS22において非接触センサ24によって検出されたランドマーク位置とから、両者の差(位置ずれ)ΔPを求める。次に、ステップS24において、演算部20Cは、位置ずれΔPと所定の閾値ΔPcとを比較する。
 図15は、ランドマーク8の実際の位置が本来の位置に対してずれていることを説明するための図である。図15において、ランドマーク8の実際の位置をPr、本来の位置をPtとする。位置ずれΔPは、ランドマーク8の実際の位置Prと本来の位置Ptとのずれの大きさを示す。実際の位置Prの座標を(Xr、Yr、Zr)、本来の位置Ptの座標を(Xt、Yt、Zt)とすると、位置ずれΔPは、例えば、√{(Xr-Xt)+(Yr-Yt)+(Zr-Zt)}で求めることができる。所定の閾値ΔPcは、例えば、ランドマーク8の本来の位置Ptに対して、実際の位置Prのずれが許容できる範囲の値とすることができる。
 比較の結果、位置ずれΔPが所定の閾値ΔPcよりも大きい場合(ステップS24、Yes)、得られた位置ずれΔPに対応するランドマーク8の位置は、本来の位置に対してずれており、そのずれ量が許容できないと判断できる。このため、ΔP>ΔPcである場合、演算部20Cは、そのランドマーク8のIDを、通信システム9を介して管理装置10に送信する。図10に示す例では、IDが102のランドマーク8の実際の位置P102aと、本来の位置P102との位置ずれΔPが、所定の閾値ΔPcよりも大きい。このため、IDが102のランドマーク8の実際の位置P102aは、本来の位置P102に対してずれており、その位置ずれが許容できないと判断される。この場合、ステップS25において、演算部20Cは、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8のID102を、管理装置10に送信する。
 比較の結果、位置ずれΔPが所定の閾値ΔPc以下である場合(ステップS24、No)、得られた位置ずれΔPに対応するランドマーク8の位置は、本来の位置に対してずれていないか、ずれていたとしても、そのずれ量が許容できると判断できる。この場合、ダンプトラック2の処理システム2Sは、ステップS22以降の処理を実行する。
 本実施形態において、ダンプトラック2の記憶装置25は、ランドマーク8の登録位置及びIDを記憶している。ステップS22において検出されたランドマーク8に最も近い登録位置のIDが、ステップS22において検出されたランドマーク8のIDになる。演算部20Cは、このIDを管理装置10に送信する。なお、ダンプトラック2の記憶装置25は、ランドマーク8の登録位置及びIDを記憶していなくてもよい。この場合、管理装置10の記憶装置13がランドマーク8の登録位置及びIDを記憶している。ステップS25において、演算部20Cは、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8のIDを管理装置10に送信する代わりに、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8の位置情報を送信する。管理装置10は、受信した、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8の位置と同一と見なせる登録位置のIDを、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8のIDとする。
 本実施形態において、図13に示す、ランドマーク8を識別するための所定の閾値rと、位置ずれΔPと比較される所定の閾値ΔPcとの関係は、r>ΔPcである。すなわち、本実施形態では、非接触センサ24によって検出されたランドマーク8の実際の位置Prが、登録位置と同一と見なせる範囲にあるが、検出されたランドマーク8の本来の位置Ptに対する実際の位置Prのずれが許容できない場合に、位置ずれΔPが許容できないと判定される。
 位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8のIDを取得した管理装置10の記憶装置13は、ステップS12において、自身が記憶しているランドマーク8についての情報を更新する。例えば、記憶装置13は、位置ずれΔPが所定の閾値ΔPcよりも大きいことに関する情報(位置ずれ情報)を更新した上で記憶する。この位置ずれ情報は、例えば、位置ずれΔPが所定の閾値ΔPcよりも大きいことを示すための所定のフラグとすることができる。すなわち、この所定のフラグが付されているIDのランドマーク8は、ΔP>ΔPcである。
 記憶装置13が、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8のIDを取得した場合、管理装置10は、例えば、図2に示す表示装置に、許容できない位置ずれΔPが発生したこと、そのランドマーク8のID及び位置等を表示させてもよい。このようにすることで、管理者は、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8が発生したことを迅速に知ることができるとともに、IDからその位置を容易に把握することができる。このため、管理者は、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8を修正させる手配等を迅速に行うことができる。このようにすることで、ダンプトラック2が予め定められた走行経路及び搬送路HLから逸脱する可能性を低減することができる。
 本実施形態において、ダンプトラック2の走行制御部20Dは、推測航法によってダンプトラック2を走行させるにあたり、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8に対応する登録位置は用いない。このようにすることで、走行制御部20Dは、ランドマーク8の位置によって推測位置を補正する場合において、ダンプトラック2が予め定められた走行経路及び搬送路HLから逸脱する可能性を低減することができる。また、管理システム1は、GPSが正常であるときに非接触センサ24で検出されたランドマーク8の位置を、GPSの測位結果に基づいて求める。そして、管理システム1は、このようにして求められたランドマーク8の位置をランドマーク8の登録位置と比較して、両者の位置ずれΔPを求める。このように、非接触センサ24で検出されたランドマーク8の位置は、GPSが正常であるときの測位結果に基づくので、管理システム1は、位置ずれΔPを高い精度で求めることができる。
 ステップS13に進み、管理装置10の処理装置12は、鉱山で稼働する各ダンプトラック2に、通信システム9を介して使用不可のランドマーク8のIDを通知する。この場合、管理装置10の処理装置12は、少なくともこれから使用不可のランドマーク8を検出するダンプトラック2に、そのIDを通知する。例えば、図10に示す例では、搬送路HLを走行するダンプトラック2a、2b、2cのうち、ダンプトラック2aが、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8を検出している。このため、図10に示す例では、少なくともダンプトラック2aの後方を走行するダンプトラック2bに、使用不可のランドマーク8のIDが通知される。使用不可のランドマーク8は、ステップS24において、位置ずれΔPが許容できないと判定されたランドマーク8である。
 ステップS26において、使用不可のランドマーク8のIDを受信したダンプトラック2の処理システム2Sは、ステップS21において、記憶装置25に記憶されているランドマーク8の情報を書き換えて更新する。具体的には、処理システム2Sの記憶装置25は、受信したIDに対応するランドマーク8の位置を、推測位置の補正に使用しないように書き換える。このようにすると、走行制御部20Dは、使用不可のランドマーク8に該当するIDのランドマーク8を非接触センサ24が検出した場合には、その位置を推測位置の補正には用いない。処理装置12が使用不可のランドマーク8のIDを通知する代わりに、処理装置12が使用不可のランドマーク8の位置情報を通知してもよい。
<変形例>
 本実施形態では、推測航法によってダンプトラック2を走行させるにあたり、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8に対応する登録位置は用いないようにしたが、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8の実際の位置Prを用いてもよい。この場合、ステップS25において、演算部20Cは、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8の実際の位置Prを、管理装置10に送信する。実際の位置Prは、ステップS22において走行制御部20Dが求めた、非接触センサ24によって検出されたランドマーク8の位置である。
 ステップS12において、記憶装置13は、位置ずれ情報を更新するにあたって、位置ずれΔPが許容できないランドマーク8の登録位置を、実際の位置Pr(絶対位置)に書き換える。次に、ステップS13において、管理装置10の処理装置12は、鉱山で稼働する各ダンプトラック2に、通信システム9を介して書き換え後の登録位置を通知する。
 ステップS26において、書き換え後の登録位置を受信したダンプトラック2の処理システム2Sは、ステップS21において、記憶装置25に記憶されているランドマーク8の情報を、書き換え後の登録位置に書き換えて更新する。走行制御部20Dは、位置ずれΔPが許容できないと判定されたランドマーク8を非接触センサ24が検出した場合、その実際の位置Prを用いて推測位置を補正する。走行制御部20Dは、書き換えられた後の登録位置を用いて、推測航法によりダンプトラック2を走行させる。このようにすれば、ランドマーク8の登録位置と、実際の位置Prとが一致するため、両者のずれは発生しない。その結果、ダンプトラック2が予め定められた走行経路及び搬送路HLから逸脱する可能性の低減を抑制でき、また、鉱山の生産性低下を抑制することができる。また、本変形例は、走行制御部20Dがランドマーク8を用いて推測位置を補正する場合、使用できるランドマークの数が少なくなることを抑制できるという利点もある。
 以上、本実施形態及びその変形例について説明したが、前述した内容により本実施形態が限定されるものではない。また、前述した実施形態の構成要素には、当業者が容易に想定できるもの、実質的に同一のもの、いわゆる均等の範囲のものが含まれる。さらに、前述した構成要素は適宜組み合わせることが可能である。また、本実施形態の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で構成要素の種々の省略、置換及び変更を行うことができる。
 例えば、本実施形態及びその変形例では、ステップS25において、ダンプトラック2の処理システム2Sが、通信システム9を介して使用不可のランドマーク8のID等を通知した。しかし、許容できない位置ずれΔPを検出したダンプトラック2の処理システム2Sが、自身の記憶装置25のランドマーク8に関する情報を、使用不可のランドマーク8のID等に更新してもよい。
 本実施形態及びその変形例では、ステップS13において、管理装置10の処理装置12が、鉱山で稼働する各ダンプトラック2に、通信システム9を介して使用不可のランドマーク8のID等を通知した。しかし、許容できない位置ずれΔPを検出したダンプトラック2の処理システム2Sが、通信システム9を介して他のダンプトラックに使用不可のランドマーク8のID等を通知してもよい。このとき、許容できない位置ずれΔPを検出したダンプトラック2の処理システム2Sは、自身の記憶装置25のランドマーク8に関する情報を、使用不可のランドマーク8のID等に更新してもよい。

Claims (10)

  1.  複数のランドマークが設置された鉱山を無人で走行する鉱山機械に搭載されて、前記鉱山機械に対する前記ランドマークの位置を非接触で検出する検出部と、
     前記鉱山機械に搭載されて、前記鉱山機械の自己位置を求める自己位置検出装置と、
     予め求められた複数の前記ランドマークの位置を登録位置として記憶する記憶部と、
     前記検出部の検出結果及び前記自己位置検出装置が求めた前記自己位置から前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置を求め、このランドマークに対応する前記登録位置を前記記憶部から読み出して前記ランドマークの位置との位置ずれを求める処理部と、
     を含む、鉱山機械の管理システム。
  2.  前記処理部は、
     予め求められた前記ランドマークの位置と前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置とに基づいて前記鉱山機械の現在位置を補正して、推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させるとともに、前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい前記ランドマークに対応する前記登録位置は用いないで推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させる、請求項1に記載の鉱山機械の管理システム。
  3.  前記記憶部は、
     前記処理部によって求められた前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい場合には、前記位置ずれが前記所定の閾値よりも大きいことに関する情報を記憶する、請求項1に記載の鉱山機械の管理システム。
  4.  前記処理部は、
     予め求められた前記ランドマークの位置と前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置とに基づいて前記鉱山機械の現在位置を補正して、推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させるとともに、前記位置ずれが前記所定の閾値よりも大きい前記ランドマークに対応する前記登録位置は用いないで推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させる、請求項2に記載の鉱山機械の管理システム。
  5.  前記記憶部は、前記処理部によって求められた前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい場合には、前記登録位置を、前記処理部によって求められた前記ランドマークの位置に書き換えて、
     前記処理部は、予め求められた前記ランドマークの位置と前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置とに基づいて前記鉱山機械の現在位置を補正して、推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させるとともに、書き換えられた後の前記登録位置を用いて、推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させる、請求項1に記載の鉱山機械の管理システム。
  6.  複数のランドマークが設置された鉱山を無人で走行する鉱山機械に搭載されて、前記鉱山機械に対する前記ランドマークを非接触で検出する検出部と、
     前記鉱山機械に搭載されて、前記鉱山機械の自己位置を求める自己位置検出装置と、
     予め求められた複数の前記ランドマークの位置を登録位置として記憶する記憶部と、
     前記検出部の検出結果及び前記自己位置検出装置が求めた前記自己位置から前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置を求め、このランドマークに対応する前記登録位置を前記記憶部から読み出して前記ランドマークの位置との位置ずれを求め、求めた前記ランドマークの位置を前記記憶部に送信する処理部と、を含み、
     前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい場合、前記位置ずれが前記所定の閾値よりも大きいことに関する情報が前記記憶部に記憶され、かつ前記処理部は、前記情報を前記鉱山で稼働する他の鉱山機械に送信する、鉱山機械の管理システム。
  7.  複数のランドマークが設置された鉱山を無人で走行する鉱山機械において、
     前記鉱山機械に対する前記ランドマークの位置を非接触で検出する検出部と、
     前記鉱山機械に搭載されて、前記鉱山機械の自己位置を求める自己位置検出装置と、
     予め求められた複数の前記ランドマークの位置を登録位置として記憶する記憶部と、
     前記検出部の検出結果及び前記自己位置検出装置が求めた前記自己位置から前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置を求め、このランドマークに対応する前記登録位置を前記記憶部から読み出して前記ランドマークの位置との位置ずれを求める処理部と、
     を含む、鉱山機械。
  8.  前記処理部は、
     予め求められた前記ランドマークの位置と前記検出部が検出した前記ランドマークの位置とに基づいて前記鉱山機械の現在位置を補正して、推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させるとともに、前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい前記ランドマークに対応する前記登録位置は用いないで推測航法により前記鉱山機械を走行させる、請求項7に記載の鉱山機械。
  9.  前記記憶部は、
     前記処理部によって求められた前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい場合には、前記位置ずれが前記所定の閾値よりも大きいことに関する情報を記憶する、請求項7に記載の鉱山機械。
  10.  複数のランドマークが設置された鉱山を無人で走行する鉱山機械を管理するにあたって、
     前記鉱山機械に対する前記ランドマークの位置及び前記鉱山機械の自己位置を検出し、
     前記ランドマークの位置の検出結果及び前記自己位置から前記ランドマークの位置を求め、このランドマークに対応する、予め求められた前記ランドマークの位置と、求めた前記ランドマークの位置との位置ずれを求め、
     得られた前記位置ずれが所定の閾値よりも大きい場合には、前記位置ずれが前記所定の閾値よりも大きいことに関する情報を生成する、
     鉱山機械の管理方法。
