暗装预埋组件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种房屋水路系统的预埋装置,尤其涉及一种暗装预埋组件。
背景技术
房屋在建造的过程当中,需要预先埋置水路系统,也就是要在装修之前先将水管埋入到墙体内,并且水管需要留有装接部露出墙体之外。装修的时候,出水装置直接与水管的装接部连接即可。
但是,传统的水路系统水管的装接部裸露在外,一是占用空间,影响视觉效果;二是装接部直接与水泥浇灌连接在一起,无法进行拆卸维修。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种暗装预埋组件,其克服了背景技术所存在的不足。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:

8. 该盒体的侧壁上设有数据线接口,方便布置电路系统。
9. 该冷水进水流道与该热水进水流道的中部分别设置有用于调节出水流量的调节阀,在安装上主体主控系统可以不关闭总闸,关闭调节阀就可安装,在后续产品维护清洗阀芯时,也可以不关闭总闸,关闭调节阀进行维护清洗,维护结束后,打开调节阀,从而不影响其它用水终端,该调节阀还具有逆止阀功能:防止水虹吸倒流,污染管道水源;防止冷热水压力差导致冷热水互串等问题,结构设计更人性化。
10. 所述出水流道的数量是三个,下主体满足上主体设计的产品中心距范围广,可满足淋浴、浴缸、面盆类温控、电子、单把所有产品需求共用。

具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2,本发明的一种暗装预埋组件,包括一下主体10、一预埋盒20及一试水件30。该下主体10与该试水件30收容在该预埋盒20内。
请参照图3,该下主体10设有一冷水进水流道11、一热水进水流道12、一混合水流道13、三个出水流道14及一个预留出水口15。
该冷水进水流道11具有一入口112和一出口114。该热水进水流道12具有一入口122和一出口124。该冷水进水流道11与该热水进水流道12分别位于该下主体10的左右两侧。该冷水进水流道11与该热水进水流道12的中部分别设置有用于调节出水流量的调节阀16。通过调节该调节阀16,可以开启、关闭该冷水进水流道11与该热水进水流道12。该调节阀16包括弹簧161、密封圈162等零部件,可实现逆止阀功能,有防止水虹吸倒流、污染管道水源;防止冷热水压力差导致冷热水互串等问题。
该混合水流道13呈直线形的通道结构,在该下主体10的上表面上设有一入口132和一出口134。
该出水流道14呈L形的通道结构,具有一入口142和一出口144。该预留出水口15与该混合水流道13相连通。该预留出水口15靠近该混合水流道13的入口132设置。该预留出水口15、三个出水流道14的出口分别设置在该下主体10的四个侧面。
冷水可由该冷水进水流道11的入口112流入,由该冷水进水流道11的出口114流出并进入到位于该下主体10上方的第一控制阀内;热水可由该热水进水流道12的入口122流入,由该热水进水流道12的出口124流出并进入到第一控制阀内;冷水和热水按比例在第一控制阀内相遇后由该第一控制阀通入到该混合水流道13的入口132,一部分混合水可从该预留出水口15流出,一部分混合水可从该混合水流道13的出口134流入到位于该下主体10上方的第二控制阀中,第二控制阀可选择的使混合水通入到一个或多个出水流道14内。
可以理解地,该第一控制阀可以是温控阀或主控阀,该第二控制阀可以是主控阀或切换阀。
请参照图4和图5,该预埋盒20包括一盒体21及一固定框23。
该盒体21用于收容该下主体10和该试水件30。该盒体21呈顶部开口的壳体结构。该盒体21的侧壁上设有一冷水孔211、一热水孔212、三个出水孔213、一个出水接口214、一个数据线接口215。该冷水孔211与该热水孔212设置在两个相对的侧壁上。所述三个出水孔213、该出水接口214分别设置在四个侧壁上。该盒体21的外表面上设有四个凸环216。所述四个凸环216等间距设置。相邻的两个凸环216用于固定该固定框23。该盒体21的外表面上设有若干环形结构的切割痕217,所述这些切割痕217位于该凸环216之上,所述这些切割痕217平行等距间隔设置。该盒体21在相邻的两个凸环216的位置上开设有定位孔218。相邻的两个凸环216之间的定位孔218的数量是四个,该冷水孔211所在的侧壁上定位孔218的数量是两个,该热水孔212所在的侧壁上定位孔218的数量是两个。
该固定框23包括两个插接件232。该插接件232呈U形。该插接件232的一端面上设有卡接部234,该插接件232的另一端面上设有卡槽236。该插接件232的内侧面上设有两个导柱238。所述两个插接件232嵌入到相邻的两个凸环216内,其中一个插接件232的卡接部234与另外一个插接件232的卡槽236插接在一起。每一个插接件232上的导柱238都插入到与之对应的定位孔218当中。从而,该固定框23可套住该盒体21。可根据实际需要的安装深度来选择所要用到的凸环216。该插接件232可以与空心墙结构或立柱连接固定,从而定位住该盒体21。
请参照图3至图5,该下主体10收容在该盒体21内,该冷水孔211与该冷水进水流道11的入口112对齐;该热水孔212与该热水进水流道12的入口122对齐;所述三个出水孔213分别与所述三个出水流道14的出口134对齐;该出水接口214与该预留出水口15对齐。
请参照图6和图7,该试水件30的底面上设有第一通道32和第二通道34。
该试水件30收容在该盒体21内,该试水件30盖设在该下主体10上。该第一通道32连通该冷水进水流道11的出口114与其中一个出水流道14的入口142;该第二通道34连通该热水进水流道12的出口124与另外两个出水流道14的入口142及该混合水流道13的出口134。
由于该盒体的外表面上设有切割痕217,预埋盒安装后高出墙或者瓷砖部分能够很方便地被切割,方便切割,可确保预埋盒的端面与墙面水平。盒体切割痕:方便性、省时省力,安装后多余的部分可直接掰掉,轻松方便切割精准性;同时,有切割痕做参照,不会出现切割歪斜,跑偏等现象。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种暗装预埋组件,其下主体收容在该盒体内,与水泥分离开,拆装维修相当方便。该预埋盒可满足淋浴、浴缸、面盆类温控、电子、单把产品共用,应用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种暗装预埋组件,其特征在于,包括:
    下主体,设有冷水进水流道、热水进水流道、混合水流道、及至少一个出水流道,上述冷水进水流道、热水进水流道、混合水流道、出水流道分别具有一入口和一出口;
    预埋盒,包括盒体及套住该盒体的固定框,该盒体的侧壁上设有冷水孔、热水孔及至少一个出水孔;
    试水件,底面上设有第一通道和第二通道;
    该下主体收容在该盒体内,该冷水进水流道的入口与该冷水孔对齐,该热水进水流道的入口与该热水孔对齐,该出水流道的出口与该出水孔对齐;
    该试水件收容在该盒体内,该试水件盖设在该下主体上将该出水流道、该混合水流道与该冷水进水流道或热水进水流道连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种暗装预埋组件,其特征在于:该固定框包括两个插接件,该插接件呈U形,该插接件的一端面上设有卡接部,该插接件的另一端面上设有卡槽,该盒体的外表面上设有至少两个凸环,所述插接件嵌入到相邻的两个凸环内,其中一个插接件的卡接部与另外一个插接件的卡槽插接在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种暗装预埋组件,其特征在于:该插接件的内侧面上设有导柱,该盒体的外表面上凹设有定位孔,该导柱插入到该定位孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种暗装预埋组件,其特征在于:该凸环的数量是四个。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种暗装预埋组件,其特征在于:该盒体的外表面上设有若干环形结构的切割痕,所述这些切割痕位于该凸环之上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种暗装预埋组件,其特征在于:所述这些切割痕平行等距间隔设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种暗装预埋组件,其特征在于:该盒体的侧壁上设有数据线接口。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种暗装预埋组件,其特征在于:该冷水进水流道与该热水进水流道的中部分别设置有用于调节出水流量的调节阀。
  9. 根据权利要求1或8所述的一种暗装预埋组件,其特征在于:该下主体还设有与该混合水流道相连通的预留出水口,该盒体对应该预留出水口设有出水接口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种暗装预埋组件,其特征在于:所述出水流道的数量是三个,所述出水孔的数量是三个,所述三个出水孔与该出水接口分别设置在该盒体的四个侧壁上。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的一种暗装预埋组件,其特征在于:该于调节出水流量的调节阀,包括零部件:弹簧、密封圈,可实现逆止阀功能,用以防止水虹吸倒流、污染管道水源;防止冷热水压力差导致冷热水互串。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的一种暗装预埋组件,其特征在于:该盒体的外表面切割痕,安装后多余的部分可直接掰掉。
