本申请要求于 2013 年 12 月 26 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201310730277.5、 发明名称为 "一种内嵌式触控阵列基板结构" 的中国专利 申请的优先权, 上述专利的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及图像显示领域, 尤其涉及一种内嵌式触控阵列基板。
背景技术
近来,液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display, LCD )技术有了飞速的发展, 从屏幕的尺寸到显示的质量都取得了极大的进步, LCD具有体积小、功耗低、 无辐射等特点, 现已占据了平面显示领域的主导地位。
触摸液晶显示屏是将输入、 输出终端一体化的重要载体之一。 近年来, 随着小巧、 轻盈的手持设备等一系列产品的问世, 市场对触摸液晶显示屏的 需求激增。
触控技术的发展方向有低成本、 高良率、 大尺寸、 高可靠性等等。 为了 达到此目标, 在结构技术上, 发展了外挂式(On-Cell )和内嵌式( In- Cell ) 等内置触控结构。 In-Cdl结构的集成度高、 合格率低, 触控装置的整体厚度 薄, 重量轻。 图 4所示为现有 In-Cdl触控阵列基板面板电路结构, 包括多 条交错排列的用作显示功能的栅扫描线 91、 数据线 92、 与栅扫描线 91相连 的扫描驱动器 93和与栅扫描线 92相连的数据驱动器 94,其中, 由于数据驱 动器 94和扫描驱动器 93分别封装在内嵌式触控阵列基板的顶端和侧边, 无 法实现液晶显示器两端的无边框结构。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 可实现内嵌式触控阵列基板两端的窄边框结构, 使具有更宽松的视觉体验。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 包 括: 交错排列的数据线和横向栅扫描线; 分别与相邻的横向栅扫描线及数据
线电连接的像素开关; 与像素开关电连接的像素电极; 设置在两相邻数据线 之间且与横向栅扫描线相交的纵向栅扫描线, 其中: 纵向栅扫描线在其与横 向栅扫描线的至少一个相交点处设置过孔,纵向栅扫描线通过过孔与横向栅 扫描线电连接; 横向栅扫描线包括平行相邻的第一栅扫描线和第二栅扫描 线,相邻的两横向栅扫描线之间的间距远大于第一栅扫描线和第二栅扫描线 之间的间距。
其中, 电连接在第一栅扫描线上的像素开关和像素电极, 与电连接在第 二栅扫描线上的像素开关和像素电极分别设置在数据线的两侧。

其中, 纵向栅扫描线与数据线交替间隔且相互平行排列, 用以使栅扫描 线和数据线具有相同的驱动方向。
其中, 横向栅扫描线包括平行相邻的第一栅扫描线和第二栅扫描线, 相 邻的两横向栅扫描线之间的间距远大于第一栅扫描线和第二栅扫描线之间 的间距。

本发明所提供的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构,在两相邻数据线之间设置与 横向栅扫描线相交的纵向栅扫描线,纵向栅扫描线在其与横向栅扫描线的至 少一个相交点处设置过孔, 纵向栅扫描线通过过孔与横向栅扫描线电连接, 使栅扫描线和数据线具有相同的驱动方向, 在满足 cell封装极限的条件下, 实现了内嵌式触控阵列基板的窄边框结构, 使具有更宽松的视觉体验。

请参照图 2所示, 为本发明一种内嵌式触控阵列基板结构的实施例一, 其包括:
交错排列的数据线 1和栅扫描线 2;
分别与相邻的栅扫描线 2及数据线 1电连接的像素开关 3;
与像素开关 3电连接的像素电极 4; 以及
与数据线 1相连的数据驱动器 5和与栅扫描线 2相连的扫描驱动器 6, 其中:数据驱动器 5和扫描驱动器 6封装在内嵌式触控阵列基板的相对两侧。
本实施例的栅扫描线 2和数据线 1具有相同的驱动方向,使得数据驱动 器 5和扫描驱动器 6能够封装在内嵌式触控阵列基板如图 1所示的上下两侧, 可以实现内嵌式触控阵列基板在如图 1所示左右两侧的窄边框结构或无边框 结构, 使用户具有更宽松的视觉体验。
具体的, 本实施例的栅扫描线 2包括: 横向栅扫描线 21和设置在两相 邻数据线 1之间且与横向栅扫描线 21相交的纵向栅扫描线 22。 其中: 横向 栅扫描线 21包括平行相邻的第一栅扫描线 211和第二栅扫描线 212,相邻的 两横向栅扫描线 21之间的间距 T远大于第一栅扫描线 211和第二栅扫描线 212之间的间距 t, 即第一栅扫描线 211和第二第一栅扫描线 212的间距 t较 小, 而相邻两横向栅扫描线的间距 T较大, 以便提供足够的走线空间。
本实施例中, 纵向栅扫描线 22与数据线 1交替间隔且相互平行排列, 如图 2所示的奇数列为数据线 1 , 偶数列为纵向栅扫描线 22。
再请参照图 2所示, 为图 1的局部结构示意图, 用以说明本实施例的像 素单元(包括像素开关 3和像素电极 4 )与横向栅扫描线 21和数据线 1的连 接关系。 第一栅扫描线 211和第二栅扫描线 212, 与数据线 1彼此交错形成
"井" 字形结构, 其中, 第一栅扫描线 211位于第二栅扫描线 212的上方。 第一像素开关 31分别电连接在第一栅扫描线 211和数据线 1上, 第一像素 电极 41与第一像素开关 31电连接; 第二像素开关 32分别电连接在第二栅 扫描线 212和数据线 1上, 第二像素电极 42与第二像素开关 32电连接。 也 就是说, 电连接在第一栅扫描线 211上的像素开关 31和像素电极 41 , 与电 连接在第二栅扫描线 212上的像素开关 32和像素电极 42分别设置在数据线 1的两侧。
本实施例中, 像素开关 31 , 32分别为薄膜场效应晶体管 (TFT )。
进一步的, 纵向栅扫描线 22在其与横向栅扫描线 21的至少一个相交点 处设置过孔 7 (如图 1所示的相交点 a, 相交点 b, 相交点 c, 相交点 d ), 纵 向栅扫描线 22通过过孔 7与横向栅扫描线 21电连接。 本实施例中, 由于横
向栅扫描线 21包括平行相邻的第一栅扫描线 211和第二栅扫描线 212,至少 一条纵向栅扫描线 22可与其中的第一栅扫描线 211或第二栅扫描线 212在 两者的相交处通过光罩 GI mask光罩工艺 ( Gate Insulation )形成过孔 7 , 使 得纵向栅扫描线 22与第一栅扫描线 211或第二栅扫描线 212电连接。 也就 是说, 像素开关 31和像素电极 41 , 以及像素开关 32和像素电极 42分别通 过第一栅扫描线 211和第二栅扫描线 212电连接在至少一条纵向栅扫描线 22 上, 又由于纵向栅扫描线 22和数据线 1交替间隔且相互平行排列, 使得栅 扫描线 2和数据线 1具有相同的驱动方向。
具体实施时,相对于传统得内嵌式触控阵列基板结构的 5光罩工艺 [Gate patterning、 Active(a-Si) patterning、 S/D patterning、 Pas sivation( PVX patterning、 Pixel ITO patterning]而言, 本实施例中可在上述 5光罩工艺的基础上增加一 道光罩为 GI mark ( GI, Gate Insulation )形成过孔 7, 从而达到使纵向栅扫 描线 22与横向栅扫描线 21电连接,统一栅扫描线 2和数据线 1驱动方向的 目的。
进一步的, 本实施例内嵌式触控阵列基板结构还包括: 与数据线 1相连 的数据驱动器 5和与纵向栅扫描线 22相连的扫描驱动器 6。 由于栅扫描线 2 和数据线 1具有相同的驱动方向,从而消除了栅极驱动线两端外围走线的问 题, 进而可将数据驱动器 5和扫描驱动器 6封装在内嵌式触控阵列基板如图 1所示的上下相对两侧, 实现内嵌式触控阵列基板的窄边框结构。
请结合参见图 4所示, 横向栅扫描线 21的四周铺设第一绝缘层 81 , 过 孔 7开设在第一绝缘层 81上, 将纵向栅扫描线 22与第一栅扫描线 211或第 二栅扫描线 212电连接,纵向栅扫描线 22的外周铺设第二绝缘层 82。其中: 第一绝缘层 81和第二绝缘层 82起到绝缘保护的作用,使用氮化硅材料制成。
实施本发明的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 具有如下有益效果: 在两相邻 数据线之间设置与横向栅扫描线相交的纵向栅扫描线, 纵向栅扫描线在其与 横向栅扫描线的至少一个相交点处设置过孔, 纵向栅扫描线通过过孔与横向 栅扫描线电连接, 使栅扫描线和数据线具有相同的驱动方向, 在满足 cell封 装极限的条件下, 实现了内嵌式触控阵列基板的窄边框结构, 使具有更宽松 的视觉体验。
Claims
1、 一种内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 包括:
交错排列的数据线和横向栅扫描线;
分别与相邻的所述横向栅扫描线及所述数据线电连接的像素开关; 与所述像素开关电连接的像素电极;
设置在所述两相邻数据线之间且与所述横向栅扫描线相交的纵向栅扫描 线, 其中: 所述纵向栅扫描线在其与所述横向栅扫描线的至少一个相交点处设 置过孔, 所述纵向栅扫描线通过所述过孔与所述横向栅扫描线电连接;
所述横向栅扫描线包括平行相邻的第一栅扫描线和第二栅扫描线, 相邻的 所述两横向栅扫描线之间的间距远大于所述第一栅扫描线和第二栅扫描线之间 的间距。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 电连接在 所述第一栅扫描线上的像素开关和像素电极, 与电连接在所述第二栅扫描线上 的像素开关和像素电极分别设置在所述数据线的两侧。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 所述横向 栅扫描线的四周铺设第一绝缘层, 所述过孔开设在所述第一绝缘层上。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 所述纵向 栅扫描线的外周铺设第二绝缘层。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 所述纵向 栅扫描线与所述数据线交替间隔且相互平行排列, 用以使栅扫描线和数据线具 有相同的驱动方向。
6、 一种内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 包括:
交错排列的数据线和横向栅扫描线;
分别与相邻的所述横向栅扫描线及所述数据线电连接的像素开关; 与所述像素开关电连接的像素电极;
设置在所述两相邻数据线之间且与所述横向栅扫描线相交的纵向栅扫描 线, 其中: 所述纵向栅扫描线在其与所述横向栅扫描线的至少一个相交点处设 置过孔, 所述纵向栅扫描线通过所述过孔与所述横向栅扫描线电连接。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 所述纵向 栅扫描线与所述数据线交替间隔且相互平行排列, 用以使栅扫描线和数据线具
有相同的驱动方向。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 所述横向 栅扫描线包括平行相邻的第一栅扫描线和第二栅扫描线, 相邻的所述两横向栅 扫描线之间的间距远大于所述第一栅扫描线和第二栅扫描线之间的间距。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 电连接在 所述第一栅扫描线上的像素开关和像素电极, 与电连接在所述第二栅扫描线上 的像素开关和像素电极分别设置在所述数据线的两侧。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 所述横 向栅扫描线的四周铺设第一绝缘层, 所述过孔开设在所述第一绝缘层上。
11、 如权利要求 7所述的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 所述纵 向栅扫描线的外周铺设第二绝缘层。
12、 如权利要求 6所述的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 还包括: 与所述数据线相连的数据驱动器和与所述纵向栅扫描线相连的扫描驱动器, 其 中: 所述数据驱动器和所述扫描驱动器封装在所述内嵌式触控阵列基板的相对 两侧。
13、 如权利要求 6所述的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 所述过 孔为 GI光罩工艺制得。
14、 如权利要求 6所述的内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 所述像 素开关是薄膜场效应晶体管 TFT。
15、 一种内嵌式触控阵列基板结构, 其特征在于, 包括:
交错排列的数据线和栅扫描线;
分别与相邻的所述栅扫描线及所述数据线电连接的像素开关;
与所述像素开关电连接的像素电极; 以及
与所述数据线相连的数据驱动器和与所述栅扫描线相连的扫描驱动器, 其 中: 所述数据驱动器和所述扫描驱动器封装在所述内嵌式触控阵列基板的相对 两侧。
