Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de chromatographie, en particulier un système HPLC, comprenant un tube pourvu d'une sortie et d'une entrée et au moins un élément filtrant à fixer au moins au niveau de la sortie ou de l'entrée, l'élément filtrant étant constitué d'au moins un élément de retenue dans lequel est insérée une fritte. Selon l'invention, le ou les éléments filtrants sont interchangeables, la fritte étant une fritte céramique (27) et l'élément de retenue (26) étant en matière plastique. L'invention concerne en outre un élément filtrant interchangeable pour un système de chromatographie, en particulier un système HPLC, comprenant selon l'invention une fritte céramique (27) insérée dans un élément de retenue en matière plastique. L'invention concerne également un élément de raccordement pour un système de chromatographie comprenant un élément filtrant interchangeable.
