Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren und einer Vorrichtung zum Starten eines Einzylinder-Zweitaktmotors (7) mit einem eine Kurbelwelle (15) antreibenden elektrischen Anlassermotor (4) treibt der Anlassermotor (4) die Kurbelwelle (15) mit einer Grunddrehzahl kleiner der Leerlaufdrehzahl des Zweitaktmotors (7) und nur während wenigstens eines Teils des Kompressionshubes an. Der Anlasser (1) nutzt die Kolbenbeschleunigung durch das expandierende, nicht gezündete Luft-Kraftstoff-Gemisch nach dem oberen Totpunkt (OT). Dabei wird die Glühkerze eine vorgegebene Winkelstellung vor dem Zündzeitpunkt beheizt.
