为了减少缝制后接缝起皱现象, 现在市场上制作的免烫衬衫接缝中有些加入嵌条, 但 因嵌条粘合后强力特别低, 不能满足衬衫的强力需求, 故仍需要采用缝纫线将嵌条和衣片 进行连接缝制, 始终离不开缝纫线缝制; 一些化学纤维面料服装采用面料自熔粘合技术将 面料粘合在一起, 此类服装面料颜色单一, 结构简单, 款式简洁, 面料不透气、 穿着不舒 适, 更重要的是连接粘合处强力低, 达不到有缝线所需的接缝强力; 当前市场上也出现些 针织类的无缝的服装, 是将面料直接织造成针织服装, 属于面料织造技术, 一般此类技术 适合制作内衣, 不适合制作正装类服装。
至今市场上还未出现强力高, 接缝免烫性好的天然纤维衬衫, 本技术的发明解决以上 问题。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足, 本发明要解决的技术问题是: 提供一种将各部位衣片采 用聚氨酯热融粘合连接而成的、 接缝强力大且抗皱免烫性好的含天然纤维的无缝线衬衫及 其制作方法, 整体衬衫无需采用缝纫线缝制。
本发明所述的含天然纤维的无缝线衬衫, 包括衣领、 前片、 后片、 过肩、 衣袖、 下摆、 袖口、 门襟和胸袋, 上述各部位衣片的所有接缝处、 贴合处或包缝处全部采用热融粘合技 术连接成一体, 衣片的面料含天然纤维。
由于无缝线衬衫全部不采用缝纫线缝制, 而采用热融粘合技术连接成一体, 因此正反 面接缝都均匀、 美观、 平整度好, 无正反面之分, 实现了无缝线衬衫的两面穿着, 达到了 一衣多用的效果, 提高了衬衫的附加值。

1、本衬衫制作方法取代了缝纫线与缝纫机, 是衬衫制作理念上的一次变革, 不采用缝 纫线缝制, 直接采用聚氨酯粘合材料将衣片连接起来, 一方面, 生产工艺简单, 节约了大 量的资源与人工, 另一方面, 所得衬衫成品接缝平整度好、 美观、 柔软且立体感强, 具有 立体塑形效果, 穿着舒适;
2、 无缝线衬衫的接缝无正反面之分, 正反面接缝都均匀、 美观, 可两面穿着, 实现了 一衣多用的效果, 提高了衬衫的附加值;
3、接缝粘合时采用的聚氨酯粘合材料具有高强环保、无色透明的特点, 因此衬衫接缝 强力远远超过缝制线缝制的接缝强力, 经久耐用, 而且不会出现与面料颜色不匹配而导致 的色差现象, 可使用于所有颜色的天然纤维面料;
4、 由于聚氨酯粘合材料熔点在 150°C~180°C之间, 属于高温粘合, 因此, 更适合服装 的高温洗涤和高温熨烫, 接缝免烫性好, 真正实现了免烫无皱的效果;
5、 面料主要采用天然纤维面料, 衬衫穿着舒适, 透气性好、 健康环保。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例做进一步描述:
如图 1所示, 本无缝线衬衫包括衣领 1、 前片 2、 后片 3、 过肩 4、 衣袖 5、 袖口 6、 下 摆 7、 门襟 8、 胸袋 9和扣子 10, 各部位衣片的所有 ^缝处、 贴合处或包缝处全部采用热 融粘合技术连接成一体, 衣片的面料含天然纤维。
其中: 前片的正面设置正面胸袋, 在反面对应正申胸袋处设置一反面胸袋, 使无缝线 衬衫两面穿着时都方便实用; 所述的面料的天然纤维 量为 65%~100%, 其中天然纤维为 棉、 麻、 毛、 丝中的一种或几种, 单个衣片可以采用同一种天然纤维, 也可以采用不同纤 维, 因面料采用天然纤维面料, 因此无缝线衬衫穿着舒适, 透气性好且健康环保。
从图 1可知, 无缝线衬衫整体均无缝纫线缝制痕迹; 图 2为传统采用缝纫线缝制的衬 衫的结构示意图, 其中的虚线为缝纫线缝制线迹, 由图可知, 衬衫的接缝处、 贴合处或包 缝处, 全部使用缝纫线缝制, 衬衫上正反面均存在缝纫线缝制线迹。 对比图 1、 2可知, 本 发明的无缝线衬衫相比传统的采用缝纫线缝制的衬衫相比具有接缝平整度好、 美观且立体 感强的优点, 此外, 无缝线衬衫的接缝无正反面之分, 正反面接缝都均匀、 美观, 可两面 穿着, 实现了一衣多用的效果, 从而能够提高衬衫的附加值。
上述含天然纤维的无缝线衬衫的制作方法, 包括以下步骤:
( 1 )裁剪工序: 将天然纤维面料裁剪成衣片, 衣片包括衣领 1、 前片 2、 后片 3、 过肩 4、 衣袖 5、 袖口 6、 下摆 7、 门襟 8和胸袋 9, 全部或部分衣片采用连体裁剪;
(2) 连接粘合工序: 相邻衣片接缝粘合时可采用半包缝连接 (如图 3所示)、 平行对连 (如图 4所示)或外贴连接(如图 5所示), 各衣片的所有接缝处、 贴合处或包缝处, 全部采 用衣片热融粘合技术, 通过聚氨酯粘合材料将各衣片连接成一体;
(3 ) 立体压烫工序: 采用与无缝线衬衫各立体接缝部位造型相同的立体压烫机, 经立 体压烫机对各衣片连接部位进行立体压烫粘合;
(4) 冷却定型工序: 采用气吸风装置, 将产品冷却降至室温即得产品。
在上述裁剪工序后可以采用聚氨酯粘合材料将接缝衣片的毛口进行连接粘合; 也可以 先采用聚氨酯粘合材料将接缝衣片的全部或部分毛口折转粘合成光口, 再将毛口或光口进 行连接粘合。 具体操作需要根据不同服装的进行选择- 生产正装时, 需要采用聚氨酯粘合材料先将接缝衣片的全部毛口折转粘合成光口, 即 将衣片的缝头折扣起来粘合形成光口, 再将光口进行连接粘合;
生产休闲装时, 可以采用聚氨酯粘合材料将接缝衣片的部分毛口折转粘合成光口进行 连接, 形成部分毛边休闲衬衫, 也可以直接将毛口进行连接, 形成全毛边休闲衬衫。 步骤 (1 ) 中裁剪前的衣片面料可直接使用, 也可以经过免烫整理后使用, 两者择一。 所述的立体压烫工序中, 压烫参数为: 温度 150~180°C, 压力 2~8kg/cm2 , 时间 4~15 秒, 通过采用上述参数, 既能使聚氨酯粘合材料的粘合性能符合无缝线衬衫的粘合强度要 求, 又能保证衬衫的面料不受损坏。
上述的聚氨酯粘合材料可以是固体聚氨酯粘合材料, 其形状可以为薄膜状、 星状、 条 状、 网状、 点状、 网状、 断线状等, 也可以是液体状聚氨酯粘合材料; 聚氨酯粘合材料的 型号为 3410、 3206D、 3410C、 3412、 3415、 3212、 3106、 3302、 3914、 3916或 3918, 由 香港百美贴公司生产。 聚氨酯粘合材料无色透明, 高强环保, 一方面, 可使用于所有颜色 的天然纤维面料, 不会出现与面料颜色不匹配导致的色差现象; 另一方面, 粘合后强力在 每英寸 200N以上, 粘合后得到的衬衫接缝强力高于缝纫线接缝强力。
下面结合实施例对无缝线衬衫的制法做具体说明:
实施例 1 (纯棉免烫面料的双面穿正装无缝线衬衫):
使用面料为纯棉免烫面料, 裁剪各部位衣片; 采用聚氨酯粘合材料, 型号根据部位不 同分别选用宽度为 2mm、 4mm、 6mm, 厚度为 0.02mm、 0.04mm的聚氨酯粘合材料; 前 片的正面设置一个正面胸袋, 反面对应正面胸袋处, 设置一反面胸袋; 采用接缝处先将衣 片的毛口折转成光口后, 然后再利用聚氨酯粘合材料将光口进行连接; 然后用立体压烫机 进行粘合压烫, 压烫参数为: 温度 165°C、 压力 3KG、 时间 8秒, 最后进行冷却定型, 即 得到了无缝线的纯棉面料双面穿着的正装衬衫。
经企业的质监部门按规定抽样照衬衫国家标准 (GB-T2660-2008 ) 对服装面料和辅料 的纤维含量、 游离甲醛含量、 PH值、 色牢度、 耐洗牢度 (耐干洗、 耐水洗)、 异味和可分 解芳香胺染料等; 成衣面料疵点在各个部位允许的范围、 规格检验的极限偏差、 对条对格 和对称部位的极限互差等; 进行严格的检测, 对合格品签发合格证, 方可包装出货。
经检测, 本发明的无缝线的纯棉免烫面料正装衬衫, 通过机织服装面料接缝破裂标准 测试方法进行强力测试, 强力可达 245N; 采用 AATCC143-2001洗涤和干燥各种条件和设 定水洗 20次后, 接缝平整度极高, 可达 4.5级左右 (达到优级品标准); 粘合材料在缝头 内部溶化, 外层仍为本身面料, 提高了接缝顺色能力, 避免了因缝纫线与面料颜色不匹配 而产生的色差。 其余检测, 均达到≥合格品。
实施例 2 (麻面料的双面穿休闲无缝线衬衫).·
使用面料为麻面料, 裁剪各部位衣片; 采用聚氨酯粘合材料, 型号根据部位不同分别 选用了宽度为 8mm、 10mm, 厚度为 0.04mm的聚氨酯粘合材料; 前片的正面设置一个正 面胸袋, 反面对应正面胸袋处, 设置一反面胸袋; 采用聚氨酯粘合材料将接缝全部直接用 毛口进行连接; 然后用立体压烫机进行粘合压烫, 压烫参数为: 温度 155°C、 压力 2.5KG、 时间 10秒, 最后进行冷却定型, 即得到了无缝线的麻面料双面穿休闲衬衫。
经检测, 该无缝线的麻面料双面穿休闲衬衫, 强力可达 205N, 其余同实施例 1。 实施例 3 (含棉 65%面料的单面穿正装无缝线衬衫):
使用面料为含棉 65%的面料, 裁剪各部位衣片; 采用聚氨酯粘合材料, 型号根据部位 不同分别选用了宽度为 6mm、 8mm, 厚度为 0.03mm、 0.05mm的聚氨酯粘合材料; 前片的 正面设置一个正面胸袋; 采用接缝处先将衣片的毛口折转成光口后, 然后再利用聚氨酯 (鲁 泰自制)将光口进行连接然后用立体压烫机进行粘合压烫, 压烫参数为: 温度 168 C、 压力 3.5KG、 时间 8秒, 最后进行冷却定型, 即得到了含棉 65%面料的单面穿正装无缝线衬衫。
经检测,该含棉 65%面料的单面穿正装无缝线衬衫,强力可达 238N,其余同实施例 1。 综上, 上述衬衫制作方法取代了缝纫线与缝纫机, 不采用缝纫线缝制, 直接采用聚氨 酯粘合材料将衣片连接起来, 生产工艺简单, 节约了大量的资源与人工; 由于接缝粘合时 采用的聚氨酯粘合材料熔点在 150°C〜180°C之间, 属于高温粘合, 因此, 更适合服装的高 温洗涤和高温熨烫, 接缝免烫性好, 真正实现了免烫无皱的效果。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、一种含天然纤维的无缝线衬衫, 其特征在于: 包括衣领(1 )、 前片(2)、后片(3 )、 过肩 (4)、 衣袖 (5)、 袖口 (6)、 下摆 (7)、 门襟(8 )和胸袋 (9), 上述各部位衣片的所 有接缝处、 贴合处或包缝处全部采用热融粘合技术连接成一体, 衣片的面料含天然纤维。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的含天然纤维的无缝线衬衫, 其特征在于: 所述的前片的正面 设置正面胸袋, 在反面对应正面胸袋处设置一反面胸袋。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的含天然纤维的无缝线衬衫, 其特征在于: 所述的面料的 天然纤维含量为 65%〜100%。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的含天然纤维的无缝线衬衫, 其特征在于: 所述的天然纤维为 棉、 麻、 毛、 丝中的一种或几种。
5、 一种权利要求 1~4 中任一种含天然纤维的无缝线衬衫的制作方法, 其特征在于- 包括以下步骤:
( 1 )裁剪工序: 将天然纤维面料裁剪成衣片, 衣片包括衣领、 前片、 后片、 过肩、 衣袖、 袖口、 下摆、 门襟和胸袋, 全部或部分衣片采用连体裁剪;
(2) 连接粘合工序: 相邻衣片接缝粘合时可采用半包缝连接、 平行对连或外贴连接, 各 衣片的所有接缝处、 贴合处或包缝处, 全部采用衣片热融粘合技术, 通过聚氨酯粘合材料将 各衣片连接成一体;
(3 ) 立体压烫工序: 采用与无缝线衬衫各立体接缝部位造型相同的立体压烫机, 经立体 压烫机对各衣片连接部位进行立体压烫粘合;
(4) 冷却定型工序: 采用气吸风装置, 将产品冷却降至室温即得产品。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的制作方法, 其特征在于: 在裁剪工序后采用聚氨酯粘合材料 将接缝衣片的毛口进行连接粘合。
7、根据权利要求 5所述的制作方法, 其特征在于: 在裁剪工序后先采用聚氨酯粘合材 料将接缝衣片的全部或部分毛口折转粘合成光口, 再将毛口或光口进行连接粘合。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的制作方法, 其特征在于: 步骤 (1 ) 中裁剪前的衣片面料经 过免烫整理。
9、根据权利要求 5所述的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述的立体压烫工序中, 压烫参数 为: 温度 150〜180°C, 压力 2~8kg/cm2 , 时间 4〜15秒。
10、 按照权利要求 5所述的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述的聚氨酯粘合材料是固体聚 氨酯粘合材料或者液体状聚氨酯粘合材料。
11、按照权利要求 10所述的制作方法, 其特征在于: 所述的聚氨酯粘合材料的型号为 3410、 3206D, 3410C、 3412、 3415、 3212、 3106、 3302、 3914、 3916或 3918。
